Claims (10)
- 一种业务处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:接收用户输入的商品选购指令,所述商品选购指令中包括有一个或者多个商品标识;确定匹配所述商品标识的供应商组合,所述供应商组合中包括一个或者多个供应商;确定每个供应商组合的推荐指数;将推荐指数满足预设条件的供应商组合推荐给用户。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定匹配所述商品标识的供应商组合,包括:确定与配送地址的距离在预设距离内的供应商集合;在所述供应商集合中,确定匹配所述商品标识的供应商组合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述推荐指数包括:价格推荐指数以及评价推荐指数;所述将推荐指数满足预设条件的供应商组合推荐给用户,包括:将价格推荐指数满足第一条件的第一供应商组合以及评价推荐指数满足第二条件的第二供应商组合推荐给用户。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述推荐指数为价格推荐指数时,所述确定每个供应商组合的推荐指数,包括:针对所述商品选购指令中所有商品标识对应的商品,计算所述供应商组合的报价金额与平均金额的差异度,以作为所述供应商组合的价格推荐指数。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述推荐指数为评价推荐指数时,所述确定每个供应商组合的推荐指数,包括:针对所述商品选购指令中每个商品标识对应的商品,获取所述供应 商组合的商品评价分值;根据所述商品评价分值,计算所述供应商组合针对所述商品选购指令中所有商品的平均评价分值,以作为所述供应商组合的评价推荐指数。
- 一种业务处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:指令接收单元,接收用户输入的商品选购指令,所述商品选购指令中包括有一个或者多个商品标识;组合确定单元,确定匹配所述商品标识的供应商组合,所述供应商组合中包括一个或者多个供应商;指数确定单元,确定每个供应商组合的推荐指数;组合推荐单元,将推荐指数满足预设条件的供应商组合推荐给用户。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述组合确定单元,具体地确定与配送地址的距离在预设距离内的供应商集合;在所述供应商集合中,确定匹配所述商品标识的供应商组合。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述推荐指数包括:价格推荐指数以及评价推荐指数;所述组合推荐单元,具体将价格推荐指数满足第一条件的第一供应商组合以及评价推荐指数满足第二条件的第二供应商组合推荐给用户。
- 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述推荐指数为价格推荐指数时,所述指数确定单元,具体针对所述商品选购指令中所有商品标识对应的商品,计算所述供应商组合的报价金额与平均金额的差异度,以作为所述供应商组合的价格推荐指数。
- 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述推荐指数为评价推荐指数时,所述指数确定单元,具体针对所述商品选购指令中每个商品标识对应的商品,获取所述供应商组合的商品评价分值;根据所述商品评价分值,计算所述供应商组合针对所述商品选购指令中所有商品的平均评价分值,以作为所述供应商组合的评价推荐指数。
