本发明涉及医用包装材料领域,特别是涉及一种医用容器的密封装置。
背景技术
普通双腔输液容器的密封装置一般应用虚焊,但因启用时操作人员需较大的力量方可开启,部份产品因焊接温度过高形成粘连过紧,需要按压多次方可完全分离,在抢救病人时耽误宝贵时间,甚至影响医疗安全。且多次分离过程中易产生更多微粒,形成隐患。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种更易开启和可减少微粒产生的密封装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种密封装置,包括连通孔和设有可分隔空间的密封板;所述可分隔空间通过可活动密封块分隔成第一分隔空间和第二分隔空间;密封装置通过可活动密封块打开连通孔;所述第一分隔空间和第二分隔空间通过连通孔连通。

本发明的有益效果:此密封装置包括设有可分隔空间的密封板上设有和可活动隔板;所述可分隔空间通过可活动密封块分隔成第一分隔空间和第二分隔空间;第一分隔空间和第二分隔空间通过连通孔连通。在实际应用中可将预期安装的容器本体内腔分隔开来,在储存状态或者未使用时将分别将不同药液/物隔离储存在容器本体的第一腔体和第二腔体内,在需要配伍使用时启封密封装置,使得药液由第一腔体进入储存另一种药液或固态药物的第二腔体即可。本密封装置包括内陷的可活动密封块,全程密闭,采用嵌入密封方式,通过密封塞封闭连通孔,打开过程不易产生微粒,打开过程省力省时,可更好的保障药液的纯净程度,从而对患者提供更高的输液安全保障。
在密封装置设有避光材料,选用不同透光率的避光材料可确保不同的易光分解药物稳定,同时也方便观察药物情况。
此密封装置也可应用在其它需分隔储存不同物料的容器方面。

作为本发明优选的实施方式,密封板1上设有环绕并竖直突出于密封板1外边缘的壁体11,壁体11上设有密封块安装口13。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述密封板1上设有密封块安装口13,密封块安装口13上设有密封块固定器14,可活动密封块2通过密封块固定器14固定于密封块安装口13上。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述壁体11上设有密封块安装口13,密封块安装口13上设有密封块固定器14,可活动密封块2通过密封块固定器14固定于密封块安装口13上。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述密封块固定器14为保持可活动密封块2与密封块安装口13紧密结合的粘合物。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述密封块固定器14为可活动密封块2与壁体11通过热合一体焊接形成。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述密封板1与可活动密封块2一体制作,或者所述密封板1与可活动密封块2彼此独立设置。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述密封装置覆盖和/或者夹有避光材料4。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述密封板1和可活动密封块2由覆盖和/或夹有避光材料4的物料制作。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述密封装置在避光材料4之间的间隙上设有至少遮挡在上述间隙的一侧且超过上述间隙间距长度的遮蔽器43。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述遮蔽器43由避光材料4折叠或延伸形成。
遮蔽器43可阻挡光线从避光材料4之间的间隙直接进入第一分隔空间和/或者第二分隔空间。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述避光材料4为避光膜41。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述覆盖和/或夹有避光材料4的物料为覆盖和/或夹有至少一层避光膜41的透明高分子材料42。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述避光膜41与密封装置所分隔的可分隔空间之间至少隔有一层无色透明的高分子材料42。
通过拉动杆来破坏密封装置的形式,能使得对密封装置的破坏具有更高的成功率,一次性打开密封装置,减少微粒产生,同时能保证在紧急情况下,输液容器的快速投入使用。
当然,本发明创造并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种密封装置,包括连通孔和设有可分隔空间的密封板;所述可分隔空间通过可活动密封块分隔成第一分隔空间和第二分隔空间;密封装置通过可活动密封块打开连通孔;所述第一分隔空间和第二分隔空间通过连通孔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述密封板上设有连通孔,或者两相对的密封板间形成连通孔,或者密封板和可活动密封块之间设有连通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述密封装置上设有错位安装的两密封板,两相对的密封板间形成连通孔,所述连通孔通过可活动密封块开启,所述可活动密封块为一主体内部凹陷且外部向远端收缩、远端设有密封塞的装置,所述可活动密封块的内凹部分连接有一拨动启用杆。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述密封板上设有密封凹槽,密封凹槽和可活动密封块之间设有连通孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述密封装置由可活动密封块和密封板组成,密封板上设有密封凹槽,密封凹槽和可活动密封块之间设有连通孔,所述连通孔通过可活动密封块开启,所述可活动密封块为一主体内部凹陷且外部向远端收缩、远端设有密封塞的装置,所述可活动密封块的内凹部分连接有一拨动启用杆。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述可活动密封 块为一主体内部凹陷且外部向远端收缩、远端设有密封塞的装置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述壁体上设有密封块安装口,密封块安装口上设有密封块固定器,可活动密封块通过密封块固定器固定于密封块安装口上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述密封板与可活动密封块一体制作,或者所述密封板与可活动密封块彼此独立设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述密封装置覆盖和/或者夹有避光材料。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述密封板和可活动密封块由覆盖和/或夹有避光材料的物料制作。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10中所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述避光材料与密封装置所分隔的可分隔空间之间至少隔有一层无色透明的高分子材料。
  12. 根据权利要求9或10中所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述密封装置在避光材料之间的间隙上设有至少遮挡在上述间隙的一侧且超过上述间隙间距长度的遮蔽器。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述遮蔽器由避光材料折叠或延伸形成。
