作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述避光材料4与预期遮蔽的光易分解物质之间至少隔有一层分隔材料42,所述分隔材料42与预期遮蔽的光易分解物质接触不发生理化性质改变;或者所述避光材料4与预期遮蔽的光易分解物质之间至少隔有一层分隔材料42,预期遮蔽的光易分解物质与所述分隔材料42接触不发生理化性质改变;或者所述避光材料4与预期遮蔽的光易分解物质之间至少隔有一层分隔材料42,所述分隔材料42与预期遮蔽的光易分解物质接触而彼此不发生理化性质改变。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述避光材料4与预期遮蔽的光易分解物质之间至少隔有一层无色透明的高分子材料420。
优选的,第一本体和/或者第二本体作为分隔材料的一部份或全部设置,当然,第一本体与分隔材料、第二本体与分隔材料也可以是彼此独立设置。
优选的,分隔材料采用无色透明的高分子材料。
通过在避光材料与预期遮蔽的光易分解物质之间至少隔有一层分隔材料,具体可以在避光材料与预期遮蔽的光易分解物质之间至少隔有一层无色透明的高分子材料,解决预期遮蔽的光易分解物质与其接触的分隔材料出现反应,从而导致光易分解物质出现理化性质改变的问题;或者解决预期遮蔽的光易分解物质与其接触的分隔材料出现反应,导致分隔材料出现理化性质改变,从而减少理化性质改变的分隔材料与避光材料相互间可能导致避光材料出现理化性质改变,影响避光性能,进而导致光易分解物质出现理化性质改变的问题。
预期遮蔽的光易分解物质包括具有易光分解性质的药物、试剂、配剂、原料和其它物料。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述第一本体10和/或者第二本体11环绕预期遮蔽的光易分解物质外周设置;或者所述第一本体10和/或者第二本体11围绕预期遮蔽的光易分解物质设置;或者所述第一本体10和/或者第二本体11设置于两种预期遮蔽的光易分解物质之间;或者所述第一本体10和/或者第二本体11设置于非光易分解物质与预期遮蔽的光易分解物质之间;或者所述第一本体10和/或者第 二本体11设置于外设储存预期遮蔽的光易分解物质的容器开口上;或者所述第一本体10和/或者第二本体11设置于含有光易分解物质的液体的液流通道上,第一本体10和/或者第二本体11上设有与液流通道连通的连接口。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述遮蔽器43由避光材料4折叠和/或者延伸形成。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述避光材料4采用避光膜41制作而成。避光材料也可以采用铝箔、遮光纸、不透光材料等其它材料制作而成。第一本体、第二本体上的避光材料可以采用同一种避光材料,也可以采用二种或二种以上的避光材料。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述第一本体10和第二本体11之间设有密封垫2,密封垫2环绕第一开口100外周设置。
优选的,密封垫采用符合分隔材料材质要求的材料制成。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述第一本体10和第二本体11之间设有截止卡位。截止卡位的设置可以限制第二本体在第一位置和第二位置之间运动。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述第一本体10上设有用于固定第二本体11的固定装置,第一本体10通过固定装置固定第二本体11。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述固定装置采用热焊接合或虚焊结构或粘合剂或卡扣结构或螺纹结构或绞接结构。固定装置可以保持第一本体和第二本体间不会松脱,导致间隙增大甚至光线直接进入需 避光区域。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述第一本体10上设有用于固定第二本体11的卡扣。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述第一本体10上设有第一开口100,第二本体11处于第二位置时打开第一开口100。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述第一本体10上设有用于固定转轴的转轴槽,第二本体上设有转轴,第二本体11整体为圆盘状,第二本体11通过其圆心固定在转轴上。开启或关闭第一开口100时,第二本体11以转轴为轴心转动,与第一本体10呈相对旋转。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述第二本体11上设有可连通第一开口100的第二开口110。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述第二本体11上设有可连通第一开口100的第二开口110;当第二本体11处于第二位置时,第一开口100与第二开口110的重叠投影面积最大;当第二本体11处于第一位置时,第一开口100与第二开口110的重叠投影面积为零。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述第一本体10和第二本体11之间设有密封垫2,密封垫2环绕第一开口100外周设置;所述第一本体10上设有用于固定转轴的转轴槽,第二本体上设有转轴,第二本体11整体为圆盘状,第二本体11通过其圆心固定在转轴上;所述第二本体11上设有可连通第一开口100的第二开口110;当第二本体11处于第二位置时,第一开口100与第二开口110的重叠投影面积最大;当第二本体11处于第一位置时,第一开口100与第二开口110 的重叠投影面积为零。
第二本体11处于第一位置时,第一开口处于密闭状态;第二本体11处于第二位置时,第二开口与第一开口连通,第一开口处于开启状态。
通过密闭与开启第一开口,可以方便观察、储存、保管、添加和提取处于第一本体侧的光易分解物质,也可应用于通过调节第一开口与第二开口的重叠投影面积来调节第一本体侧的光易分解物质流向第二本体侧的速度。
参照图5,一种输注装置,所述输注装置包括上述任一密封装置。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述输注装置选自输液管路、输液器、留置针、输液针、输液延长管、注射器、输液连接器、输液连接管、滴斗、过滤器。
参照图6,一种储存装置,所述储存装置包括上述任一密封装置。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述储存装置选自输液瓶、输液袋、安瓿、药瓶、试剂瓶、药物箱、储存盒。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种密封装置,包括设有可分隔空间的本体;所述可分隔空间通过本体分隔成第一分隔空间和第二分隔空间;所述本体上设有第一本体和第二本体;所述第一本体的外侧覆盖避光材料和/或者第一本体上夹有避光材料;所述第二本体的外侧覆盖避光材料和/或者第二本体上夹有避光材料;所述第一本体上固定有可动的第二本体,第二本体可以在第一位置和第二位置间运动;所述第一本体上设有第一开口,第二本体处于第一位置时密闭第一开口;所述密封装置上设有第二本体处于第一位置时至少遮挡在第二本体上避光材料与第一本体上环绕第一开口外周的避光材料之间的间隙一侧且超过上述间隙间距长度的遮蔽器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述避光材料与预期遮蔽的光易分解物质之间至少隔有一层分隔材料,所述分隔材料与预期遮蔽的光易分解物质接触不发生理化性质改变;或者所述避光材料与预期遮蔽的光易分解物质之间至少隔有一层分隔材料,预期遮蔽的光易分解物质与所述分隔材料接触不发生理化性质改变;或者所述避光材料与预期遮蔽的光易分解物质之间至少隔有一层分隔材料,所述分隔材料与预期遮蔽的光易分解物质接触而彼此不发生理化性质改变。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述避光材料与预期遮蔽的需避光药物之间至少隔有一层无色透明的高分子材料。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述第一本体和/或者第二本体环绕预期遮蔽的光易分解物质外周设置;或者所述第一本体和/或者第二本体围绕预期遮蔽的光易分解物质设置;或者所述第一本体和/或者第二本体设置于两种预期遮蔽的光易分解物质之间;或者所述第一本体和/或者第二本体设置于非光易分解物质与预期遮蔽的光易分解物质之间;或者所述第一本体和/或者第二本体设置于外设储存预期遮蔽的光易分解物质的容器开口上;或者所述第一本体和/或者第二本体设置于含有光易分解物质的液体的液流通道上,第一本体和/或者第二本体上设有与液流通道连通的连接口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述遮蔽器由避光材料折叠和/或者延伸形成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述第二本体上设有可连通第一开口的第二开口;当第二本体处于第二位置时,第一开口与第二开口的重叠投影面积最大;当第二本体处于第一位置时,第一开口与第二开口的重叠投影面积为零。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述第一本体和第二本体之间设有密封垫,密封垫环绕第一开口外周设置;所述第一本体上设有用于固定转轴的转轴槽,第二本体上设有转轴,第二本体整体为圆盘状,第二本体通过其圆心固定在转轴上;所述第二本体上设有可连通第一开口的第二开口;当第二本体处于第二位置时,第一开口与第二开口的重叠投影面积最大;当第二 本体处于第一位置时,第一开口与第二开口的重叠投影面积为零。
  8. 一种输注装置,所述输注装置包括上述权利要求1~7中任一密封装置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的输注装置,其特征在于:所述输注装置选自输液管路、输液器、留置针、输液针、输液延长管、注射器、输液连接器、输液连接管、滴斗、过滤器。
  10. 一种储存装置,所述储存装置包括上述权利要求1~7中任一密封装置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的储存装置,其特征在于:所述储存装置选自输液瓶、输液袋、安瓿、药瓶、试剂瓶、药物箱、储存盒。
