[0068] 超氧化物歧化酶可以起到支配和调控作用, 这种超氧化物歧化酶是体内唯一的 以自由基为底物的清除剂, 英文的缩写叫做 SOD, 这种人体内存在超氧化物歧 化酶 (SOD), 由于因人而异, 体内的 SOD含量也不尽一样, 据现代医学研究证明 , SOD是人体内自行合成的抗氧化酶, 它能歧化清除氧化自由基, 临床证明, 它可以起到防病、 治疗的作用, 如肿瘤患者体内 SOD含量值不到正常人的 30% , 糖尿病患者 SOD含量是正常人的 45%, 60岁以上的老人 SOD含量是年轻人的 5 0%。 经验测, 人的身体血液中含有 90%的水分, 10%为红、 白等各种细胞, 血 液在人体全身循环中, SOD也自然跟随循环, 所以增加血液中的 SOD含量将是 提高人体质量的重要途径。 医学研究院曾对 66位 60岁以上衰老病人临床研究中 发现, 当体内 SOD活性增加 16%吋, 血浆中氧化自由基减少 34%, 其中 92%的 老人觉得增加了体能, 89%的老人对寒冷有耐受力, 免疫力明显提高。 实践证 明, 人们在饮水过程中, 可以加快 SOD在人体中的循环速度, 可以在血液中加 快对氧自由基 (02·-)的清理速度。
