Description
通常、代表的なポリカーボネートとしては、原料の二価フェノールとして、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン〔通称:ビスフェノールA〕を用いたホモポリカーボネートが一般的に使用されている。このホモポリカーボネートの難燃性や耐衝撃性等の物性を改良するために、ポリオルガノシロキサンを共重合モノマーとして用いたポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体を上記ホモポリカーボネートに混合して、ポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物とすることが知られている(特許文献1)。
ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体の耐衝撃性、特に低温下での耐衝撃性を改善する場合には、特許文献2に開示されるように、鎖長の長いポリオルガノシロキサンを共重合体の原料として用いる方法が知られている。しかし、この方法では、透明性が低下するという問題があった。
逆に、ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体の透明性をより改善するためには、比較的鎖長の短いポリオルガノシロキサンを共重合体の原料として用いる方法が知られている(特許文献3,4参照)。しかし、この方法では、耐衝撃性が低下するという問題があった。
本発明者等は、鋭意検討した結果、短鎖長のポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体と、長鎖長のポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサンと、その他のポリカーボネート樹脂とを含む特定のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物とすることで、かかる課題を解決することを見出した。
すなわち、本発明は下記[1]~[19]に関する。

下記一般式(I)で表される繰り返し単位からなるポリカーボネートブロック及び下記一般式(II)で表される繰り返し単位を含むポリオルガノシロキサンブロックを含み、前記ポリオルガノシロキサンブロックの平均鎖長が60以上500未満であるポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)と、
ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)およびポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)以外のポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)と

本発明のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物中に含まれる(A-1)及び(A-2)成分であるポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体は、上述した通り、下記一般式(I)で表される繰り返し単位からなるポリカーボネートブロック及び下記一般式(II)で表される繰り返し単位を含むポリオルガノシロキサンブロックを含む:
R1及びR2がそれぞれ独立して示すアルキル基としては、メチル基、エチル基、n-プロピル基、イソプロピル基、各種ブチル基(「各種」とは、直鎖状及びあらゆる分岐鎖状のものを含むことを示し、以下同様である。)、各種ペンチル基、及び各種ヘキシル基が挙げられる。R1及びR2がそれぞれ独立して示すアルコキシ基としては、アルキル基部位が前記アルキル基である場合が挙げられる。
a及びbは、それぞれ独立に0~4の整数を示し、好ましくは0~2、より好ましくは0又は1である。
中でも、a及びbが0であり、Xが単結合または炭素数1~8のアルキレン基であるもの、またはa及びbが0であり、Xが炭素数3のアルキレン基、特にイソプロピリデン基であるものが好適である。
なお、R3及びR4がいずれも水素原子、炭素数1~6のアルキル基、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基又は炭素数6~12のアリール基を示すことが好ましく、いずれもメチル基を示すことがより好ましい。

R3~R6としては、いずれも、好ましくは、水素原子、炭素数1~6のアルキル基、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基又は炭素数6~12のアリール基である。
一般式(II-I)、(II-II)及び/または(II-III)中の、R3~R6がいずれもメチル基であるものがより好ましい。
(式中cは正の整数を示し、通常1~6の整数である)
R7、Ar1及びAr2が表すアリーレン基としては、フェニレン基、ナフチレン基、ビフェニレン基、アントリレン基などの環形成炭素数6~14のアリーレン基が挙げられる。これらアリーレン基は、アルコキシ基、アルキル基等の任意の置換基をさらに有していてもよい。
R8が示すアルキル基としては炭素数1~8、好ましくは1~5の直鎖または分岐鎖のものである。アルケニル基としては、炭素数2~8、好ましくは2~5の直鎖または分岐鎖のものが挙げられる。アリール基としてはフェニル基、ナフチル基等が挙げられる。アラルキル基としては、フェニルメチル基、フェニルエチル基等が挙げられる。
R10が示す直鎖、分岐鎖もしくは環状アルキレン基は、R7と同様である。

なお、式(II-II)中のp及びqについては、p=q、すなわち、p=(n-2)/2、q=(n-2)/2であることが好ましい。
また、βは、ジイソシアネート化合物由来の2価の基又はジカルボン酸又はジカルボン酸のハロゲン化物由来の2価の基を示し、例えば、以下の一般式(xiii)~(xvii)で表される2価の基が挙げられる。
本発明の樹脂組成物に含まれるポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)は、上記(II)で表されるポリオルガノシロキサンブロックの平均鎖長が20以上60未満であることを要する。すなわち、式(II-I)及び(II-III)中のnが20以上60未満となり、(II-II)の場合にはpとqの和に2を足した数が上記範囲となる。該平均鎖長は核磁気共鳴(NMR)測定により算出される。当該鎖長は、好ましくは25~55、より好ましくは30~45である。ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)の平均鎖長が20以上60未満であれば、優れた透明性が得られる。
上記ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)中に含まれるポリオルガノシロキサン量(上記式(II)で表されるポリオルガノシロキサンブロック含有率。以下同様。)は、好ましくは1~20質量%、より好ましくは1.5~10質量%である。ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)中のポリオルガノシロキサン量が上記範囲であると、優れた透明性を有するポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物を得ることができる。
ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)の粘度平均分子量は、好ましくは12,000~30,000、より好ましくは15,000~25,000、さらに好ましくは16,000~19,000である。粘度平均分子量の算出方法は、後述する。
本発明の樹脂組成物に含まれるポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)は、上記(II)で表されるポリオルガノシロキサンブロックの平均鎖長が60以上500未満であることを要する。すなわち、式(II-I)及び(II-III)中のnが60以上500未満となり、(II-II)の場合にはpとqの和に2を足した数が上記範囲となる。該平均鎖長は核磁気共鳴(NMR)測定により算出される。当該鎖長は、好ましくは70~300、より好ましくは80~200である。ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)の鎖長が60以上500未満であれば、優れた耐衝撃性が得られる。
上記ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)中に含まれるポリオルガノシロキサン量は、好ましくは1~45質量%、より好ましくは1.5~35質量%、さらに好ましくは2~10質量%である。ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)中のポリオルガノシロキサン量が上記範囲であると、優れた耐衝撃性を有するポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物を得ることができる。
ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)の粘度平均分子量は、好ましくは12,000~30,000、より好ましくは15,000~25,000、さらに好ましくは16,000~19,000である。粘度平均分子量の算出方法は後述する。
本発明のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物中には、さらに(A-1)及び(A-2)以外のポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)を含む。該ポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)は好ましくは芳香族ポリカーボネート系樹脂であり、より好ましくは下記一般式(III)で表される繰り返し単位のみからなる芳香族ポリカーボネート系樹脂である。
[式中、R9及びR10は、それぞれ独立に、ハロゲン原子、炭素数1~6のアルキル基又は炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基を示す。X’は単結合、炭素数1~8のアルキレン基、炭素数2~8のアルキリデン基、炭素数5~15のシクロアルキレン基、炭素数5~15のシクロアルキリデン基、-S-、-SO-、-SO2-、-O-又は-CO-を示す。d及びeは、それぞれ独立に0~4の整数を示す。]
ポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)の粘度平均分子量は、好ましくは12,000~50,000、より好ましくは15,000~35,000、さらに好ましくは17,000~33,000、特に好ましくは19,000~30,000である。粘度平均分子量の算出方法は後述する。
また、本発明における上記3成分のうちポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)とポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)については以下の量範囲がそれぞれ独立して好ましく、この範囲であれば、ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)、ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)及びポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)の合計重量が100となる範囲で、それぞれ任意の値をとることができる。
上記3成分の合計重量におけるポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)の割合が70質量%以下とすることが好ましい。ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)の割合が70質量%以下であれば、ポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物の優れた透明性を維持すると共に優れた耐衝撃性を維持することができる。
上記3成分の合計重量におけるポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)の割合は10質量%以上とすることが好ましく、より好ましくは15質量%以上である。ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)の割合が10質量%以上であれば、ポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物の優れた耐衝撃性を維持することができる。
ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)とポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)との重量比(A-1)/(A-2)は、好ましくは10/90~99/1、より好ましくは60/40~99/1、さらに好ましくは72/28~99/1、特に好ましくは75/25~99/1である。重量比(A-1)/(A-2)が上記範囲となることで、低温耐衝撃性を含む優れた耐衝撃特性と、優れた透明性とを十分に得ることができる。
本発明のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物の粘度平均分子量Mvは使用される用途や製品により、目的の分子量となるように分子量調整剤等を用いることにより適宜調整することができるが、好ましくは12,000~30,000、より好ましくは15,000~25,000、さらに好ましくは18,000~22,000、特に好ましくは18,400~22,000である。粘度平均分子量が12,000以上であれば、十分な成形品の強度を得ることができる。30,000以下であれば、熱劣化を起こさない温度で射出成形や押出成形を行うことができる。
上記粘度平均分子量(Mv)は、20℃における塩化メチレン溶液(濃度:g/L)の極限粘度[η]を測定し、下記のSchnell式より算出した値である。
本発明のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物中の成分(A-1)及び(A-2)に相当する上記ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体は、界面重合法(ホスゲン法)、ピリジン法、エステル交換法等の公知の製造方法により製造することができる。特に界面重合法の場合に、PC-POS共重合体を含む有機相と未反応物や触媒残渣等を含む水相との分離工程が容易となり、またアルカリ洗浄、酸洗浄、純水洗浄による各洗浄工程におけるPC-POS共重合体を含む有機相と水相との分離が容易となる。そのため、効率よくPC-POS共重合体が得られる。PC-POS共重合体を製造する方法として、例えば、特開2005-60599号公報等に記載の方法を参照することができる。
具体的には、後述する予め製造された芳香族ポリカーボネートオリゴマーと、ポリオルガノシロキサンとを、非水溶性有機溶媒(塩化メチレン等)に溶解させ、二価フェノール系化合物(ビスフェノールA等)のアルカリ性化合物水溶液(水酸化ナトリウム水溶液等)を加え、重合触媒として第三級アミン(トリエチルアミン等)や第四級アンモニウム塩(トリメチルベンジルアンモニウムクロライド等)を用い、末端停止剤(p-t-ブチルフェノール等の1価フェノール)の存在下、界面重縮合反応させることにより製造できる。また、PC-POS共重合体は、ポリオルガノシロキサンと、二価フェノールと、ホスゲン、炭酸エステル又はクロロホーメートとを共重合させることによっても製造できる。
式中、R3~R6、Y、β、n-1、p及びqは上記した通りであり、具体例及び好ましいものも同様である。
Zは、水素原子又はハロゲン原子を示し、複数のZは、互いに同一であっても異なっていてもよい。
これらの中でも、重合の容易さの観点においては、上記一般式(i-i)で表されるフェノール変性ポリオルガノシロキサンが好ましい。また、入手の容易さの観点においては、上記一般式(i-ii)で表される化合物中の一種であるα,ω-ビス[3-(o-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピル]ポリジメチルシロキサン、上記一般式(i-iii)で表される化合物中の一種であるα,ω-ビス[3-(4-ヒドロキシ-3-メトキシフェニル)プロピル]ポリジメチルシロキサンが好ましい。
その他、ポリオルガノシロキサン原料として以下の一般式(xii)を有するものを用いてもよい。
式中、R3及びR4は上述したものと同様である。一般式(xii)で示されるポリオルガノシロキサンブロックの平均鎖長は(r×m)となり、(r×m)の範囲は上記nと同一である。
上記(xii)をポリオルガノシロキサン原料として用いた場合には、ポリオルガノシロキサンブロック(II)は下記一般式(II-IV)で表わされる単位を有することが好ましい。

吸着剤としては、例えば、1000Å以下の平均細孔直径を有するものを用いることができる。平均細孔直径が1000Å以下であれば、粗ポリオルガノシロキサン中の遷移金属を効率的に除去することができる。このような観点から、吸着剤の平均細孔直径は、好ましくは500Å以下、より好ましくは200Å以下、更に好ましくは150Å以下、より更に好ましくは100Å以下である。また同様の観点から、吸着剤は多孔性吸着剤であることが好ましい。
吸着剤としては、上記の平均細孔直径を有するものであれば特に限定されないが、例えば活性白土、酸性白土、活性炭、合成ゼオライト、天然ゼオライト、活性アルミナ、シリカ、シリカ-マグネシア系吸着剤、珪藻土、セルロース等を用いることができ、活性白土、酸性白土、活性炭、合成ゼオライト、天然ゼオライト、活性アルミナ、シリカ及びシリカ-マグネシア系吸着剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることが好ましい。
遷移金属の吸着後に吸着剤をポリオルガノシロキサンから分離する観点から、吸着剤の平均粒子径は、通常1μm~4mm、好ましくは1~100μmである。
前記吸着剤を使用する場合には、その使用量は特に限定されない。粗ポリオルガノシロキサン100質量部に対して、好ましくは1~30質量部、より好ましくは2~20質量部の範囲の量の多孔性吸着剤を使用することができる。
二価フェノールとしては、下記一般式(iv)で表される二価フェノールを用いることが好ましい。
式中、R1、R2、a、b及びXは上述した通りである。
これらの中でも、ビス(ヒドロキシフェニル)アルカン系二価フェノールが好ましく、ビスフェノールAがより好ましい。二価フェノールとしてビスフェノールAを用いた場合、上記一般式(I)において、Xがイソプロピリデン基であり、且つa=b=0のPC-POS共重合体となる。
ジヒドロキシジアリールスルフィド類としては、例えば4,4’-ジヒドロキシジフェニルスルフィド、4,4’-ジヒドロキシ-3,3’-ジメチルジフェニルスルフィド等が挙げられる。ジヒドロキシジアリールスルホキシド類としては、例えば4,4’-ジヒドロキシジフェニルスルホキシド、4,4’-ジヒドロキシ-3,3’-ジメチルジフェニルスルホキシド等が挙げられる。ジヒドロキシジアリールスルホン類としては、例えば4,4’-ジヒドロキシジフェニルスルホン、4,4’-ジヒドロキシ-3,3’-ジメチルジフェニルスルホン等が挙げられる。
上記以外の二価フェノールとしては、例えば4,4’-[1,3-フェニレンビス(1-メチルエチリデン)]ビスフェノール、10,10-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)-9-アントロン、1,5-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニルチオ)-2,3-ジオキサペンタン等が挙げられる。
上記界面重縮合反応後、適宜静置して水相と有機溶媒相とに分離[分離工程]、有機溶媒相を洗浄(好ましくは塩基性水溶液、酸性水溶液、水の順に洗浄)[洗浄工程]、得られた有機相を濃縮[濃縮工程]、及び乾燥[乾燥工程]することによって、PC-POS共重合体を得ることができる。
上記芳香族ポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)は、例えば、反応に不活性な有機溶媒とアルカリ水溶液の存在下、二価フェノール系化合物とホスゲンとを反応させた後、第三級アミンもしくは第四級アンモニウム塩等の重合触媒を添加して重合させる界面重合法や、二価フェノール系化合物をピリジン又はピリジンと不活性溶媒との混合溶液に溶解し、ホスゲンを導入し直接製造するピリジン法等従来のポリカーボネートの製造法により得ることができる。上記の反応に際し、必要に応じて、分子量調節剤(末端停止剤)、分岐化剤等が使用される。
なお、上記二価フェノール系化合物としては、下記一般式(v)で表されるものが挙げられる。
[式中、R9、R10、X’、d及びeは前記定義の通りであり、好ましいものも同じである。]
本発明のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物には、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、その他の添加剤を含ませることができる。その他の添加剤としては、難燃剤や難燃助剤、離型剤、補強材、充填剤、耐衝撃性改良用のエラストマー、染料、顔料等を挙げることができる。
配合及び混練は、通常用いられている機器、例えば、リボンブレンダー、ドラムタンブラーなどで予備混合して、ヘンシェルミキサー、バンバリーミキサー、単軸スクリュー押出機、二軸スクリュー押出機、多軸スクリュー押出機及びコニーダ等を用いる方法で行うことができる。混練の際の加熱温度は、通常、240~320℃の範囲で適宜選択される。この溶融混練としては、押出機、特に、ベント式の押出機の使用が好ましい。
上記の溶融混練した本発明のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物、又は得られたペレットを原料として、射出成形法、射出圧縮成形法、押出成形法、ブロー成形法、プレス成形法、真空成形法及び発泡成形法等により各種成形体を製造することができる。特に、溶融混練により得られたペレットを用いて、射出成形及び射出圧縮成形による射出成形体の製造に好適に用いることができる。
本発明のPC樹脂組成物からなる成型品は、例えば、テレビ、ラジオカセット、ビデオカメラ、ビデオテープレコーダ、オーディオプレーヤー、DVDプレーヤー、エアコンディショナ、携帯電話、ディスプレイ、コンピュータ、レジスター、電卓、複写機、プリンター、ファクシミリ等の電気・電子機器用部品の筐体等、自動車及び建材の部品として好適に用いることができる。
NMR測定によって、ポリジメチルシロキサンのメチル基の積分値比により算出した。

粘度平均分子量(Mv)は、ウベローデ型粘度計を用いて、20℃における塩化メチレン溶液(濃度:g/L)の粘度を測定し、これより極限粘度[η]を求め、次式(Schnell式)にて算出した。
5.6質量%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液に後から溶解するビスフェノールA(BPA)に対して2000ppmの亜二チオン酸ナトリウムを加え、これにビスフェノールA濃度が13.5質量%になるようにビスフェノールAを溶解し、ビスフェノールAの水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を調製した。
このビスフェノールAの水酸化ナトリウム水溶液40L/hr、塩化メチレン15L/hrの流量で、ホスゲンを4.0kg/hrの流量で内径6mm、管長30mの管型反応器に連続的に通した。
管型反応器はジャケット部分を有しており、ジャケットに冷却水を通して反応液の温度を40℃以下に保った。
管型反応器を出た反応液は後退翼を備えた内容積40Lのバッフル付き槽型反応器へ連続的に導入され、ここにさらにビスフェノールAの水酸化ナトリウム水溶液2.8L/hr、25質量%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液0.07L/hr、水17L/hr、1質量%トリエチルアミン水溶液を0.64L/hr添加して反応を行った。
槽型反応器から溢れ出る反応液を連続的に抜き出し、静置することで水相を分離除去し、塩化メチレン相を採取した。
このようにして得られたポリカーボネートオリゴマーは、濃度338g/L、クロロホーメート基濃度0.70mol/Lであった。
邪魔板、パドル型攪拌翼及び冷却用ジャケットを備えた50L槽型反応器に、上記調製例1で製造したポリカーボネートオリゴマー溶液15L、塩化メチレン7.7L、ポリジメチルシロキサンの平均鎖長nが40であるo-アリルフェノール末端変性ポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS)390g及びトリエチルアミン8.3mLを仕込み、攪拌下でここに水酸化ナトリウム84gを純水966mLに溶かした水酸化ナトリウム水溶液1389gを加え、20分間ポリカーボネートオリゴマーとアリルフェノール末端変性PDMSの反応を行った。
この重合液に、p-t-ブチルフェノール(PTBP)の塩化メチレン溶液(PTBP145gを塩化メチレン2.0Lに溶解したもの)、ビスフェノールAの水酸化ナトリウム水溶液(水酸化ナトリウム546gと亜二チオン酸ナトリウム2.1gを純水8.0Lに溶解した水溶液にビスフェノールA1029gを溶解させたもの)を添加し、40分間重合反応を行った。
希釈のため塩化メチレン13Lを加え20分間攪拌した後、ポリカーボネート-ポリジメチルシロキサン共重合体(PC-PDMS共重合体)を含む有機相と過剰のビスフェノールA及び水酸化ナトリウムを含む水相に分離し、有機相を単離した。
こうして得られたPC-PDMS共重合体の塩化メチレン溶液を、その溶液に対して順次、15容積%の0.03mol/L水酸化ナトリウム水溶液、0.2モル/L塩酸で洗浄し、次いで洗浄後の水相中の電気伝導度が5μS/cm以下になるまで純水で洗浄を繰り返した。
洗浄により得られたPC-PDMS共重合体の塩化メチレン溶液を濃縮・粉砕し、得られたフレークを減圧下120℃で乾燥し、PC-PDMS共重合体(A-1)を製造した。
得られたPC-PDMS共重合体(A-1)のNMRにより求めたPDMSブロック部分の含有量は6.0質量%、粘度数は47.5、粘度平均分子量Mvは17,700であった。
製造例1において、ポリジメチルシロキサンの平均鎖長nが90であるo-アリルフェノール末端変性PDMSを用いたこと以外は、製造例1と同様にして、PC-PDMS共重合体(A-2)を製造した。
得られたPC-PDMS共重合体(A-2)の核磁気共鳴(NMR)により求めたPDMSブロック部分の含有量は6.0質量%、粘度数は47.5、粘度平均分子量Mvは17,700であった。
芳香族ホモポリカーボネート樹脂[出光興産(株)製,タフロンFN1700(商品名),粘度平均分子量=17,700]
芳香族ホモポリカーボネート樹脂[出光興産(株)製,タフロンFN1900(商品名),粘度平均分子量=19,100]
芳香族ホモポリカーボネート樹脂[出光興産(株)製,タフロンFN2200(商品名),粘度平均分子量=21,200]
芳香族ホモポリカーボネート樹脂[出光興産(株)製,タフロンFN2500(商品名),粘度平均分子量=23,400]
芳香族ホモポリカーボネート樹脂[出光興産(株)製,タフロンFN3000(商品名),粘度平均分子量=29,800]
表1及び2に示す割合で各成分を混合し、ベント式二軸押出機(東芝機械株式会社製、TEM35B)に供給し、スクリュー回転数150rpm、吐出量20kg/hr、樹脂温度295~300℃にて溶融混練し、評価用ペレットサンプルを得た。この評価用ペレットサンプルを120℃で8時間乾燥させた後、射出成形機(日精樹脂工業株式会社製、NEX110、スクリュー径36mmφ)を用いて、シリンダー温度280℃、金型温度80℃にて、射出成形してIzod試験を行うための試験片(63×13×3.2mm試験片2個)及びHDT試験片(126×13×3.2mm)を作成した。さらに乾燥した評価用ペレットサンプルを射出成形機(株式会社ニイガタマシンテクノ製、MD50XB、スクリュー径30mmφ)を用いて全光線透過率の測定を行うための試験片(3段プレート90mm×50mm、3mm厚部分45mm×50mm、2mm厚部分22.5mm×50mm、1mm厚部分22.5mm×50mm)を作成した。
なお、参考例1~3は、(A)成分として、(A-1)~(A-3)成分をそれぞれ単独で用いて各試験片を作成した場合の結果を示す。
<アイゾッド(Izod)衝撃強度>
前述したIzod試験を行うための試験片に後加工でノッチを付与した試験片を用いて、ASTM規格D-256に準拠して、-40℃、-30℃及び23℃におけるノッチ付きアイゾッド衝撃強度を測定した。
<全光線透過率(%)>
全光線透過率は、ISO14782に準拠して測定した。測定装置としては、日本電色工業株式社製のNDH2000を用いた。試験片は、上述した透明性の評価試験用の試験片を用いた。
<Q値(流れ値)〔単位;10-2mL/秒〕>
上記ペレットを用いて、JIS K7210に準拠し、高架式フローテスターを用いて、280℃、15.7MPaの圧力下にて、直径1mm、長さ10mmのノズルより流出する溶融樹脂量(×10-2mL/秒)を測定した。Q値は単位時間当たりの流出量を表しており、数値が高いほど、流動性が良いことを示す。
<HDT(熱変形温度)>
ASTM D648に準拠し、荷重1.83MPaで測定した。HDTは、耐熱性の目安を示すものであり、その判断基準として120℃以上であれば、十分な耐熱性を有していることを示す。
Claims (19)
- 下記一般式(I)で表される繰り返し単位からなるポリカーボネートブロック及び下記一般式(II)で表される繰り返し単位を含むポリオルガノシロキサンブロックを含み、前記ポリオルガノシロキサンブロックの平均鎖長が20以上60未満であるポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)と、
下記一般式(I)で表される繰り返し単位からなるポリカーボネートブロック及び下記一般式(II)で表される繰り返し単位を含むポリオルガノシロキサンブロックを含み、前記ポリオルガノシロキサンブロックの平均鎖長が60以上500未満であるポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)と、
ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)およびポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)以外のポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)と
を含み、
ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)、ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)およびポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)の合計重量における、ポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)の割合が10質量%以上であることを特徴とする、ポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
[式中、R1及びR2はそれぞれ独立に、ハロゲン原子、炭素数1~6のアルキル基又は炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基を示す。Xは、単結合、炭素数1~8のアルキレン基、炭素数2~8のアルキリデン基、炭素数5~15のシクロアルキレン基、炭素数5~15のシクロアルキリデン基、フルオレンジイル基、炭素数7~15のアリールアルキレン基、炭素数7~15のアリールアルキリデン基、-S-、-SO-、-SO2-、-O-又は-CO-を示す。R3及びR4はそれぞれ独立に、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、炭素数1~6のアルキル基、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基又は炭素数6~12のアリール基を示す。a及びbは、それぞれ独立に0~4の整数を示す。] - ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)、ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)およびポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)の合計重量における、ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)の割合が70質量%以下である、請求項1に記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)、ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)およびポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)の合計重量における、ポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)の割合が20質量%以上である、請求項1または2に記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)、ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)およびポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)の合計重量における、ポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)の割合が45質量%未満である、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)、ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)およびポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)の合計重量における、ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)の割合が10質量%以上である、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)、ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)およびポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)の合計重量における、ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)の割合が15質量%以上である、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)とポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)との重量比(A-1)/(A-2)が、10/90~99/1である、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)とポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)の重量比(A-1)/(A-2)が、60/40~99/1である、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)とポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)の重量比(A-1)/(A-2)が、72/28~99/1である、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)中のポリオルガノシロキサン量が1~20質量%である、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)中のポリオルガノシロキサン量が1~45質量%である、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物中のポリオルガノシロキサン量が1~20質量%である、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物の粘度平均分子量が12,000~30,000である、請求項1~13のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物の粘度平均分子量が18,000~22,000である、請求項1~14のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-1)の粘度平均分子量が12,000~30,000である、請求項1~15のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- ポリカーボネート-ポリオルガノシロキサン共重合体(A-2)の粘度平均分子量が12,000~30,000である、請求項1~16のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- ポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)の粘度平均分子量が12,000~50,000である、請求項1~17のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
- ポリカーボネート系樹脂(A-3)の粘度平均分子量が19,000~30,000である、請求項1~18のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート系樹脂組成物。
