Description

多层式烤炉 技术领域
本发明有关于一种烤炉,尤指一种多层式烤炉。
背景技术
一般来说,烤炉除了有供烘烤肉品、海鲜等的烤炉以外,亦有供闷烤蕃薯、烤鸡等烤炉,肉品与海鲜因所需烘烤时间较短,翻动食材对使用者来说相对轻松,然而,蕃薯等食材所需烘烤时间较长,多次翻动食材对使用者来说相当麻烦,但不翻动又会造成受热不均。
另一方面,目前市面上的烤炉多是单层式设计,一次能烘烤的食材数量有限,且现有烤炉要不是太过靠近炉火而过热、容易烧焦,要不就是离炉火过远,而有加热不足或不均的情形。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于于提供一种多层式烤炉,具有均匀的烘烤效果,且可避免热能损耗,并防止烫伤。
为达成上述目的,本发明提供一种多层式烤炉,包含一撑架、一炉体、至少二烤具与一顶盖。
该炉体设于该撑架而离地面有一预定距离,空气能由该炉体底部进入该炉体;各该烤具由一本体与一烤网所构成,该本体呈上下贯通中空状,该烤网设于该本体中而定位于该本体的内壁,该至少二烤具的本体彼此上下相叠而围构一烘烤空间并设于该炉体上,至少其中一烤具的烤网顶面中央部分设有一围炭架,该围炭架呈上下中空状,该围炭架的侧壁部分镂空;该顶盖盖设于该至少二烤具中最上方的烤具之上。
借此,本发明提供的烤炉,能借由围炭架的烟囱效应具有较均匀的加热效果,烘烤时无须多次翻动食材,且热能能被较有效的利用,减少损耗。

借上述结构,用户可自由调整烤架数量与配置来符合使用需求,例如,请参考图5与图6,最下方的烤具31的烤网312定位在较上方的支撑部3112,以与下方炭网23保持一定距离,且最下方的烤具31不设有该围炭架,其余烤具32则皆设该围炭架301,围炭架301中放置木炭70,热气能经由围炭架301围构的纵长空间往上窜升,再经由围炭架301所开设的穿孔3011往侧边周围扩散至放置在烤网322上的食材,如蕃薯80等,且热气能再经由烤网322往上升,使食材各方向皆能均匀受热,而最上方的围炭架301能设有该封盖302,让热气由围 炭架侧边均匀导出,以免烟囱效应过强而造成烤炉顶部温度过高。
再请参考图7,于此实施例中,设置了更多的烤具(最多为8个),而为了避免因堆栈过高而产生过强的烟囱效应,可于中间的部分围炭架301即设置封盖302,让热气经中间的封盖阻挡由围炭架侧边分散导出,进而避免越上方的烤具周边温度过高而使该处的食材焦化。
借此,本发明提供的多层式烤炉具备的优点包括:
1、能依需求自由选择烤具数量、配置与位置,且可均匀加热、无须翻动食材,又可维持高温,减少热量损耗。
2、本发明利用烤网中央设置围炭架置放木炭,多个烤具上、下叠合后烤网中央的围炭架具上下连接呈类似烟囱的纵向的空间,借此通过炉体中央导入空气而将网网中央围炭架内的木炭热气集中并快速往上带形成烟囱效后,如此即可使不同层烤具周围产生不同温度(下层温度低越往上层温度越高),用户即可依食材(如蕃薯)大小、厚薄等选择适当高度的烤具摆放(小颗(或闷烤速度快)摆下层、大颗(或闷烤速度慢)摆上层,同时围炭架内的木炭数量则由下往上递减,以减少木炭的使用数量。
3、本发明的多层式烤炉外侧增设一保温结构,该保温结构一来可通过保温材获得防烫效果,二来保温材可有效防止外部冷空气进入,令多层式烤炉于高、低海拔或晴天、雨天等各种气候下使用,仍可保持多层式烤炉内部产生固定温度,甚至保温结构防风设计下可大幅降低木炭燃烧速度及效能。

    一撑架;
    一炉体,设于该撑架而离地面有一预定距离,空气能由该炉体底部进入该炉体;至少二个烤具,各该烤具由一本体与一烤网所构成,该本体呈上下贯通中空状,该烤网设于该本体中而定位于该本体的内壁,该至少二个烤具的本体彼此上下相叠而围构一烘烤空间并设于该炉体上,至少其中一烤具的烤网顶面中央部分设有一围炭架,该围炭架呈上下中空状,该围炭架的侧壁部分镂空;
    一顶盖,该顶盖盖设于该至少二烤具中最上方的烤具之上。

  8. 如权利要求1所述的多层式烤炉,其特征在于,其中该炉体上半段为圆桶状,下半段为往下渐缩的漏斗状,该炉体内具有一底盘、一圆筒与一炭网,该底盘设于该炉体内而概位于圆桶状部分与漏斗状部分之间,该底盘为中空的碟盘状,该圆筒穿过该底盘中央而置于该炉体漏斗状部分的内壁,该炭网设于该圆筒的顶部。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的多层式烤炉,其特征在于,还包括一保温结构,该保温结构包含至少一保温体,该保温体罩于该撑架、该炉体、多个该烤具的外侧。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的多层式烤炉,其特征在于,其中该保温结构包含多个保温体,至少位置对应于多个该烤具的保温体由一外壳与一保温材所构成,该保温材设于该外壳内壁。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的多层式烤炉,其特征在于,其中该外壳为金属制成,该保温材为酚醛树脂或保利龙任一种制成。
  12. 如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的多层式烤炉,其特征在于,包含至少三个烤具,多个该烤具中除了最底层的烤具以外,其余烤具的烤网均具有该围炭架,该些围炭架彼此上下接触而形成一纵长的空间。
  13. 如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的多层式烤炉,其特征在于,其中该顶盖上开有多个排气孔。
