Claims (9)
- 제1 방향으로 길게 구비되되, 지면에 대해 설정된 깊이만큼 파여 형성되며, 개구된 상면을 가지는 작업공간; 및상기 작업공간의 개구된 상면 일 측을 차폐하도록 구비되되, 정비대상차량이 상기 제1 방향과 경사진 제2 방향으로 진입되도록 가이드하며, 상기 정비대상차량의 정비대상영역이 상기 작업공간으로 노출되도록 구비되고, 상기 제1 방향으로 연속하여 배치되되, 서로 평행하게 배치되는 복수의 차량 지지 모듈;을 포함하는 차량 정비 도크.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 복수의 차량 지지 모듈 각각은,상기 제2 방향으로 길게 배치되되 양단이 상기 작업공간의 폭 방향으로 일측과 타측에 배치되며, 상기 정비대상차량의 좌·우측 바퀴를 각각 지지할 수 있도록 상기 좌·우측 바퀴의 폭보다 넓은 폭을 가지되, 상기 좌·우측 바퀴 사이의 간격만큼 떨어져 서로 평행하게 구비되는 제1,2 지지 플레이트; 및상기 제1,2 지지 플레이트 사이의 간격으로서, 개방된 상태로 구비되어 상기 작업공간과 연통되는 작업용 개구부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 정비 도크.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1,2 지지 플레이트 각각은,테두리를 형성하며, 기둥형 강재로 구비되는 지지 프레임; 및상기 지지 프레임에 결합 되어 상기 정비대상차량의 바퀴 이동 경로로 제공되는 타공 판재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 정비 도크.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 복수의 차량 지지 모듈 각각은,상기 제2 방향에 직교하는 방향으로 길게 구비되는 보강 플레이트;로서, 양단이 상기 제1,2 지지 플레이트에 각각 고정되고, 상기 작업공간의 폭방향으로 중앙에 위치되는 보강 플레이트;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 정비 도크.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1,2 방향 사이의 예각은 30~90°로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 정비 도크.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 정비대상영역은, 상기 정비대상차량의 하부 전체의 1/2인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 정비 도크.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 정비대상차량은, 상기 복수의 차량 지지 모듈 중 어느 하나에 두 대가 동시에 진입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 정비 도크.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 제1,2 지지 플레이트 중 적어도 하나에 구비되되, 상기 제2 방향으로 구비되며, 상기 정비대상차량의 바퀴의 이동을 막아 상기 정비대상차량의 최대진입위치를 가이드하는 가이드범퍼;를 더 포함하는 차량 정비 도크.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1,2 지지 플레이트 중 적어도 하나에 구비되되, 상기 작업공간으로 연통되도록 구비되며, 작업자가 상기 작업공간으로 이동하는 입구로 제공되는 개방공; 및상기 개방공을 정의하는 둘레 일 측으로부터 상기 작업공간으로 연장되는 이동 계단;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 정비 도크.
