確認者が或る分析レポートの確認作業をする際には、分析機器用データ処理システムに含まれるクライアント端末において所定の操作を行うと、図8(a)に示すように確認対象である分析レポート141を含む確認作業画面140がモニタ上に表示される。ここでは、分析レポート141には、サンプル情報、クロマトグラム、及びピークテーブルがレポート項目として配置されている。確認者は差し込まれているクロマトグラム等の情報が適切であるか、或いはその情報内容に漏れがないか等を目視でチェックする。そして、問題がない場合には、確認作業画面140の右下に表示されている「確認済み」チェックボックス143にチェックを入れる。即ち、この場合には、このチェックボックス143にチェックを入れるという行為が確認結果の記録に相当する。
a)分析に関連した複数のレポート項目が配置された、分析レポートの様式を定めるテンプレートが保存されている基本テンプレート保存部と、
b)ユーザによる前記操作部における所定の操作に応じて前記基本テンプレート保存部から呼び出されたテンプレートのイメージを前記表示部の画面上に表示したうえで、前記操作部における所定の操作に応じて、該テンプレートのイメージ上で任意の位置に、ユーザがレポート内容を確認した結果を記録するための確認結果記録領域を設定する確認結果記録領域設定処理部と、
c)前記操作部における所定の操作に応じて、一つのテンプレートにおいて前記確認結果記録領域設定処理部により設定された全ての確認結果記録領域について、又は複数の確認結果記録領域のそれぞれについて、該確認結果記録領域中への情報の記録の様式を設定する確認結果記録様式設定部と、
d)前記確認結果記録領域設定処理部により確認結果記録領域が設定されるとともに、前記確認結果記録様式設定部により確認結果記録領域中への情報の記録様式が設定されたあと、その分析レポートのテンプレートを分析レポートの自動作成時に利用可能なテンプレートとして保存するユーザテンプレート保存部と、
を備えることを特徴としている。

b)ユーザによる前記操作部における所定の操作に応じて前記基本テンプレート保存部から呼び出されたテンプレートのイメージを前記表示部の画面上に表示したうえで、前記操作部における所定の操作に応じて、該テンプレートのイメージ上で任意の位置に、ユーザがレポート内容を確認した結果を記録するための確認結果記録領域を設定する確認結果記録領域設定処理機能部と、
c)前記操作部における所定の操作に応じて、一つのテンプレートにおいて前記確認結果記録領域設定処理機能部により設定された全ての確認結果記録領域について、又は複数の確認結果記録領域のそれぞれについて、該確認結果記録領域中への情報の記録の様式を設定する確認結果記録様式設定機能部と、
d)前記確認結果記録領域設定処理機能部により確認結果記録領域が設定されるとともに、前記確認結果記録様式設定機能部により確認結果記録領域中への情報の記録様式が設定されたあと、その分析レポートのテンプレートを分析レポートの自動作成時に利用可能なテンプレートとして保存するユーザテンプレート保存機能部と、
してコンピュータを動作させることを特徴としている。
e)前記ユーザテンプレート保存部に保存されているテンプレート及びレポートしたい情報が含まれる1又は複数のデータファイルの選択を受けて、選択されたテンプレート上の各レポート項目に該データファイルに基づく情報を差し込んで分析レポートを作成するレポート作成部、をさらに備える構成とすることができる。
f)前記レポート作成部により作成された分析レポートを前記表示部の画面上に表示したうえで、該分析レポート中の確認結果記録領域における前記操作部による確認結果の選択又は入力を受け付ける確認結果入力受付部と、
g)前記分析レポート中の全ての確認結果記録領域について要求される事項の選択又は記入が行われたときに初めて、前記確認結果入力受付部で受け付けられた選択又は入力を含む分析レポートを保存する操作を許可する分析レポート保存実行部と、
を備える構成とすることができる。
本実施例の分析機器用データ処理システムは、試料に対し所定の分析を実行してデータを収集する一又は複数の分析機器2と、実体はコンピュータであるデータベースサーバ1と、実体はパーソナルコンピュータであるクライアント端末4と、がLANなどのネットワーク3を介して相互に接続された構成を有する。なお、図1では、クライアント端末4は1台であるがこれは複数であってもよい。また、分析機器2は特にその種類を問わないが、ここでは説明の都合上、分析機器2は液体クロマトグラフ(LC)装置であるとする。クライアント端末4には、マウスやキーボード等である操作部5、モニタである表示部6、及び印刷部7が接続されている。データベースサーバ1にも通常、操作部、表示部等が接続されているが、図1ではその記載を省略している。
以上で、分析レポート作成に使用されるユーザテンプレートの作成が完了する。
こうして確認済みの分析レポートの作成処理が終了する。

Claims (6)
- ユーザにより操作される操作部と、表示部と、を具備し、1又は複数の分析機器により収集されたデータや該データに基づく処理結果を含む各種情報を記載した分析レポートを作成し電子ファイルとして出力する機能を有する分析機器用データ処理システムであって、
a)分析に関連した複数のレポート項目が配置された、分析レポートの様式を定めるテンプレートが保存されている基本テンプレート保存部と、
b)ユーザによる前記操作部における所定の操作に応じて前記基本テンプレート保存部から呼び出されたテンプレートのイメージを前記表示部の画面上に表示したうえで、前記操作部における所定の操作に応じて、該テンプレートのイメージ上で任意の位置に、ユーザがレポート内容を確認した結果を記録するための確認結果記録領域を設定する確認結果記録領域設定処理部と、
c)前記操作部における所定の操作に応じて、一つのテンプレートにおいて前記確認結果記録領域設定処理部により設定された全ての確認結果記録領域について、又は複数の確認結果記録領域のそれぞれについて、該確認結果記録領域中への情報の記録の様式を設定する確認結果記録様式設定部と、
d)前記確認結果記録領域設定処理部により確認結果記録領域が設定されるとともに、前記確認結果記録様式設定部により確認結果記録領域中への情報の記録様式が設定されたあと、その分析レポートのテンプレートを分析レポートの自動作成時に利用可能なテンプレートとして保存するユーザテンプレート保存部と、
を備えることを特徴とする分析機器用データ処理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の分析機器用データ処理システムであって、
テンプレートに設定される確認結果記録領域にはそれぞれ、複数の選択肢の中から一つを選択可能なGUI要素が配置され、前記確認結果記録様式設定部は、該GUI要素の選択肢を設定可能であることを特徴とする分析機器用データ処理システム。 - 請求項2に記載の分析機器用データ処理システムであって、
テンプレートに設定される確認結果記録領域にはそれぞれ、任意のテキストを入力可能なテキストボックスが配置され、前記確認結果記録様式設定部は、該テキストボックスへの入力が必須である選択肢を設定可能であることを特徴とする分析機器用データ処理システム。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の分析機器用データ処理システムであって、
e)前記ユーザテンプレート保存部に保存されているテンプレート及びレポートしたい情報が含まれる1又は複数のデータファイルの選択を受けて、選択されたテンプレート上の各レポート項目に該データファイルに基づく情報を差し込んで分析レポートを作成するレポート作成部、をさらに備えることを特徴とする分析機器用データ処理システム。 - 請求項4に記載の分析機器用データ処理システムであって、
f)前記レポート作成部により作成された分析レポートを前記表示部の画面上に表示したうえで、該分析レポート中の確認結果記録領域における前記操作部による確認結果の選択又は入力を受け付ける確認結果入力受付部と、
g)前記分析レポート中の全ての確認結果記録領域について要求される事項の選択又は記入が行われたときに初めて、前記確認結果入力受付部で受け付けられた選択又は入力を含む分析レポートを保存する操作を許可する分析レポート保存実行部と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする分析機器用データ処理システム。 - ユーザにより操作される操作部と表示部とを具備する分析機器用データ処理システムを、1又は複数の分析機器により収集されたデータや該データに基づく処理結果を含む各種情報を記載した分析レポートを作成し電子ファイルとして出力するよう機能させるために、コンピュータを動作させる分析機器用データ処理プログラムであって、
a)分析に関連した複数のレポート項目が配置された、分析レポートの様式を定めるテンプレートが保存される基本テンプレート保存部と、
b)ユーザによる前記操作部における所定の操作に応じて前記基本テンプレート保存部から呼び出されたテンプレートのイメージを前記表示部の画面上に表示したうえで、前記操作部における所定の操作に応じて、該テンプレートのイメージ上で任意の位置に、ユーザがレポート内容を確認した結果を記録するための確認結果記録領域を設定する確認結果記録領域設定処理機能部と、
c)前記操作部における所定の操作に応じて、一つのテンプレートにおいて前記確認結果記録領域設定処理機能部により設定された全ての確認結果記録領域について、又は複数の確認結果記録領域のそれぞれについて、該確認結果記録領域中への情報の記録の様式を設定する確認結果記録様式設定機能部と、
d)前記確認結果記録領域設定処理機能部により確認結果記録領域が設定されるとともに、前記確認結果記録様式設定機能部により確認結果記録領域中への情報の記録様式が設定されたあと、その分析レポートのテンプレートを分析レポートの自動作成時に利用可能なテンプレートとして保存するユーザテンプレート保存機能部と、
してコンピュータを動作させることを特徴とする分析機器用データ処理プログラム。
