Le dispositif comprend une tresseuse (1), une partie supérieure de la tresseuse (1) étant raccordée à une extrudeuse supérieure (3) à travers un moule de revêtement interne (2), une partie inférieure de la tresseuse (1) étant pourvue d'un élément chauffant (4), un moule de revêtement externe (5) étant disposé en dessous de l'élément chauffant (4), le moule de revêtement externe (5) étant raccordé à une extrudeuse (6), un dispositif de refroidissement (7) étant prévu sous le moule de revêtement extérieur (5), et une machine d'étirage (8) étant utilisée pour étirer le produit sortant du dispositif de refroidissement (7). Le tube de revêtement peut être formé par moulage en une étape, présente une forte capacité portante et une flexibilité élevée, est pratique à installer, et la température de service maximum peut aller jusqu'à 150 °C.
