Claims (8)
- フィラメントワインディング法により連続繊維を巻回積層して形成される管体から成り、逆浸透膜法による海水淡水化処理若しくは純水化処理に用いられる内圧容器であって、前記管体の管体軸心方向両端部には該管体を閉塞する閉塞蓋が設けられ、この管体の周面にして前記閉塞蓋の管体軸心方向内方側には該管体の周面から流体を導入若しくは導出する導入出部が設けられ、この管体は繊維をヘリカル巻きして形成されるヘリカル層及び繊維をフープ巻きして形成されるフープ層と、最内層に設けられるシール層とで構成され、また、前記管体の管体軸心方向両端部にして前記ヘリカル層には少なくとも前記閉塞蓋の管体軸心方向外方側位置から前記導入出部の管体軸心方向内方側位置にかけて前記シール層から周方向外方側へ離反する離反部が設けられ、前記フープ層は、前記ヘリカル層の前記離反部と前記シール層との間に設けられる第一のフープ層と、前記ヘリカル層の外周にして前記閉塞蓋の管体軸心方向外方側位置から前記導入出部の管体軸心方向内方側位置にかけて設けられる第二のフープ層とで構成されていることを特徴とする内圧容器。
- 請求項1記載の内圧容器において、前記シール層は、繊維配向が無作為な等方性を有する基材と、前記ヘリカル層及び前記フープ層のマトリックス樹脂と同一のマトリックス樹脂とから成ることを特徴とする内圧容器。
- 請求項2記載の内圧容器において、前記シール層の樹脂含有率は前記ヘリカル層及び前記フープ層の樹脂含有率より大きいことを特徴とする内圧容器。
- 請求項3記載の内圧容器において、前記シール層の樹脂含有率は40〜85重量%に設定され、前記ヘリカル層及び前記フープ層の樹脂含有率は20〜30重量%に設定されていることを特徴とする内圧容器。
- 請求項2〜4いずれか1項に記載の内圧容器において、前記シール層にはガラス不織布と前記マトリックス樹脂とから成る層が含まれていることを特徴とする内圧容器。
- 請求項2〜4いずれか1項に記載の内圧容器において、前記シール層は、ガラス不織布と前記マトリックス樹脂とから成る第一のシール層及びポリエステル不織布と前記マトリックス樹脂とから成る第二のシール層で構成されていることを特徴とする内圧容器。
- 請求項2〜6いずれか1項に記載の内圧容器において、前記シール層はテープ状の基材をマンドレルに連続的に巻回することで形成されるものであることを特徴とする内圧容器。
- 請求項1〜7いずれか1項に記載の内圧容器において、前記ヘリカル層の前記離反部以外の部分は前記シール層と接していることを特徴とする内圧容器。
