Claims (15)
- 流体が導入出する繊維強化樹脂製の管体であって、この管体は、周面から流体を導入若しくは導出する導入出部が軸方向に間隔をおいて複数並設されており、前記導入出部は、前記管体の周面に穿設された貫通孔と、この貫通孔に設けられ一端側に鍔部を有する筒体とから成り、この筒体の鍔部と前記管体の内周面との間には、この内周面の湾曲形状に沿った上面形状を有するスペーサーが設けられていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製の管体。
- 流体が導入出する繊維強化樹脂製の管体であって、この管体は、周面から流体を導入若しくは導出する導入出部が軸方向に間隔をおいて複数並設されており、また、破壊圧力が4MPa以上に設定され、前記導入出部は、前記管体の周面に穿設された貫通孔と、この貫通孔に設けられ一端側に鍔部を有する筒体とから成り、この筒体の鍔部と前記管体の内周面との間には、この内周面の湾曲形状に沿った上面形状を有するスペーサーが設けられていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製の管体。
- 流体が導入出する繊維強化樹脂製の管体であって、この管体は、周面から流体を導入若しくは導出する導入出部が軸方向に間隔をおいて複数並設されており、また、破壊圧力が22MPa以上に設定され、前記導入出部は、前記管体の周面に穿設された貫通孔と、この貫通孔に設けられ一端側に鍔部を有する筒体とから成り、この筒体の鍔部と前記管体の内周面との間には、この内周面の湾曲形状に沿った上面形状を有するスペーサーが設けられていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製の管体。
- 請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂製の管体において、内径が約4インチ以上であることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製の管体。
- 請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂製の管体において、前記筒体の外周面には、この筒体の外周面と前記貫通孔の内周面との間を封止する第一封止部材が設けられていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製の管体。
- 請求項1〜5いずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂製の管体において、前記鍔部の上面と前記スペーサーの底面との間には、この鍔部の上面と前記スペーサーの底面との間を封止する第二封止部材が設けられていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製の管体。
- 請求項1〜6いずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂製の管体において、前記スペーサーの上面と前記管体の内周面との間には、このスペーサーの上面と前記管体の内周面との間を封止する第三封止部材が設けられていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製の管体。
- 請求項1〜7いずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂製の管体において、前記管体の一端部が閉塞蓋により閉塞されていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製の管体。
- 請求項1〜8いずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂製の管体において、前記管体の端部に他の部材と接合される接合部が設けられていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製の管体。
- 請求項9記載の繊維強化樹脂製の管体において、前記管体の端面と対向する接合部の対向面には、この管体の端面と前記接合部の対向面との間を封止する第六封止部材が設けられていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製の管体。
- 請求項1〜10いずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂製の管体において、前記導入出部は夫々同一周方向位置に設けられていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製の管体。
- 請求項1〜10いずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂製の管体において、前記導入出部は夫々隣り合う他の導入出部と異なる周方向位置に設けられていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製の管体。
- 請求項12記載の繊維強化樹脂製の管体において、前記導入出部は夫々隣り合う他の導入出部と90°若しくは180°異なる周方向位置に設けられていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製の管体。
- 流体が導入出する繊維強化樹脂製の管体であって、この管体は、周面から流体を導入若しくは導出する導入出部を有し、この導入出部は、前記管体の周面に穿設された貫通孔と、この貫通孔に設けられ一端側に鍔部を有する筒体とから成り、この筒体の鍔部と前記管体の内周面との間には、この内周面の湾曲形状に沿った上面形状を有するスペーサーが設けられていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製の管体。
- 請求項1〜14いずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂製の管体において、前記管体は逆浸透法を用いた淡水化処理に使用されるものであることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製の管体。
