- R5 radius of curvature on the optical axis of the object side surface of the third lens
- f focal length of the entire system
- R6 radius of curvature on the optical axis of the image side surface of the third lens
- R3 object side of the second lens on the object side
- Radius of curvature R4 on the optical axis of the surface the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the image side surface of the second lens.
- Conditional expression (1) is an expression that defines the ratio between the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the object-side surface of the third lens L3 and the focal length of the imaging lens.
- the expression means that the object side surface of the third lens L3 is convex toward the object side. Below the lower limit as a numerical value, the radius of curvature of the object side surface of the third lens L3 becomes small, the positive refractive power on the object side surface of the third lens L3 becomes strong, and correction of field curvature is difficult. It becomes.
- Conditional expression (6) is an expression defining the ratio between the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the object side surface of the third lens L3 and the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the image side surface of the third lens L3. Exceeding the upper limit as a numerical value makes it difficult to correct curvature of field or lateral chromatic aberration.
- Conditional expression (7) is an expression that defines the ratio between the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the object side surface of the second lens L2 and the focal length of the imaging lens.
- the expression means that the object side surface of the second lens L2 is convex toward the object side. Below the lower limit of the numerical value, the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the object side surface of the second lens L2 becomes small, the negative refractive power of the second lens L2 becomes weak, and it becomes difficult to widen the angle.
- Conditional expression (8) is an expression that regulates the ratio between the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the object side surface of the second lens L2 and the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the image side surface of the second lens L2.
- the expression means that the second lens L2 is formed in a meniscus shape, but is structurally formed in a meniscus shape convex toward the object side. Below the lower limit of the numerical value, the refractive power of the second lens L2 becomes weak, the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the object-side surface of the second lens L2 becomes small, and further, the image side of the second lens L2 becomes closer to the image side.
- the curvature radius on the optical axis of the surface becomes large, and it becomes difficult to widen the angle or correct the curvature of field.
- Conditional expression (9) defines the ratio of the sum and difference between the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the object side surface of the third lens L3 and the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the image side surface of the third lens L3. It is a formula. Since the third lens L3 is formed in a biconvex shape in terms of configuration, the equation has a large absolute value of the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the object side surface of the third lens L3, and the image side of the third lens L3. This means that the absolute value of the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the surface is small, and the biconvex shape does not exceed the upper limit value as a numerical value. If the value is below the lower limit, it becomes difficult to correct curvature of field or lateral chromatic aberration.
- conditional expression (1) the conditional expression (6), the conditional expression (7), and the conditional expression (9), the conditional expression (1-1) and the conditional expression (6), respectively.
- conditional expression (7-1), and conditional expression (9-1) may be satisfied.
- the imaging lenses 1 to 7 according to the present technology have a wide angle of 150 degrees or more, a high image quality, a small size, a low cost, and are stable even in a harsh environment such as an in-vehicle camera. It is possible to provide an imaging lens that maintains the quality.
- any of independent and combination may be sufficient.
- f6 focal length of the sixth lens f: focal length of the entire system
- R4 radius of curvature on the optical axis of the image side surface of the second lens
- f2 focal length of the second lens f123: first lens, second lens
- the combined focal length f456 of the third lens the combined focal length R3 of the fourth lens, the fifth lens, and the sixth lens: the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the object side surface of the second lens.
- Conditional expression (2) is an expression that defines the ratio between the focal length of the sixth lens L6 and the focal length of the entire imaging lens system.
- the expression means that the sixth lens L6 has a positive refractive power. Below the numerical lower limit, the refractive power of the sixth lens L6 becomes strong, making it difficult to secure the back focus as an imaging lens, and it is represented by the arrangement of filters and the image plane during assembly, that is, CCD and CMOS. This interferes with the focus adjustment of the image sensor. If the upper limit as a numerical value is exceeded, the refractive power of the sixth lens L6 becomes weak, the back focus becomes long, the total length of the imaging lens becomes long, and there is a problem of increasing the size.
- Conditional expression (3) is an expression that defines the ratio between the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the image side surface of the second lens L2 and the focal length of the second lens L2.
- the expression means that since the refractive power of the second lens L2 is negative, the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the image side surface of the second lens L2 is concave on the image side. Below the lower limit as a numerical value, the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the image side surface of the second lens L2 becomes large, and it becomes difficult to widen the angle and correct the curvature of field.
- the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the image side surface of the second lens L2 becomes small, and the mold for molding is assumed when the second lens L2 is made of a plastic material. This makes it difficult to process and mold, and to manage the inspection of molds and molded products.
- Conditional expression (4) indicates that the combined focal length of the first lens L1, the second lens L2, and the third lens L3 disposed on the object side of the aperture stop S and the fourth lens disposed on the image side of the aperture stop S.
- This is an equation that defines the ratios of L4, the fifth focal length L5, and the combined focal length of the sixth lens L6.
- the expression means that the imaging lens is a so-called retrofocus type in which negative refractive power is disposed on the object side of the aperture stop S and positive refractive power is disposed on the image side of the aperture stop S.
- the negative refractive power that is the reciprocal of the combined focal length of the first lens L1, the second lens L2, and the third lens L3 becomes the fourth lens L4, the fifth lens L5, and the sixth lens L6. It becomes weaker than the positive refractive power, which is the reciprocal of the combined focal length. From the viewpoint of retro ratio, in this case, it is difficult to secure the back focus as an imaging lens, and it may hinder the focus adjustment of the image sensor represented by CCD and CMOS, such as the arrangement of filters and the image plane during assembly. Come. In addition, when the negative refractive power of the first lens L1 and the second lens L2 is weak, it is difficult to widen the angle, and the radial expansion of the first lens L1 is caused.
- the back focus becomes longer, the overall length of the imaging lens becomes longer, and there is a problem that the enlargement is caused.
- the negative refractive power of the first lens L1 and the second lens L2 is strong, it is difficult to correct off-axis aberrations including distortion.
- Conditional expression (5) defines the ratio of the sum and difference between the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the object-side surface of the second lens L2 and the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the image-side surface of the second lens L2. It is a formula. Since the second lens L2 is formed in a meniscus shape that is convex toward the object side, the equation has a large radius of curvature on the optical axis of the object-side surface of the second lens L2, and the image of the second lens L2 This means that the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the side surface is small. In the negative meniscus shape, the lower limit value as a numerical value is not exceeded.
- the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the object-side surface of the second lens L2 and the value of the radius of curvature on the optical axis of the image-side surface of the second lens L2 approach, that is, the second The negative refractive power of the lens L2 becomes weak. In this case, it becomes difficult to widen the angle or correct the curvature of field.
- conditional expression (2-1), conditional expression (3-1), and conditional expression respectively may be configured to satisfy (4-1). (2-1) 1.7 ⁇ f6 / f ⁇ 2.05 (3-1) -0.55 ⁇ R4 / f2 ⁇ -0.52 (4-1) -5.1 ⁇ f123 / f456 ⁇ ⁇ 1.4

Z=[(Y^2/R)/[1+SQRT{1-(1+K)*(Y/R)^2}]+AA *Y^4+AB *Y^6+AC *Y^8+AD *Y^10+AE *Y^12
