  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种坡度变化的限速绳导向装置,其特征在于:所述的限速绳下压装置(4)包括底部角钢(4-1)、连接角钢(4-5)、支撑角钢(4-6)、上压轮(4-7)、压轮压缩弹簧(4-8)、弹簧座(4-9)、轴承(4-10)、滑动轴(4-11)、弹性挡圈(4-14)、不动轴(4-15)、下压轮(4-16);所述的底部角钢(4-1)一侧面固定在坡道上,另一侧面经下螺栓(4-2)、下弹簧垫圈(4-3)、下螺母(4-4)与连接角钢(4-5)固定在一起,所述的支撑角钢(4-6)焊接在连接角钢(4-5)上,支撑角钢(4-6)上间隔设有滑动轴(4-11)和不动轴(4-15),所述的滑动轴(4-11)与不动轴(4-15)分别通过上螺母(4-12)和平垫圈(4-13)限位固定,所述滑动轴(4-11)上设有上压轮(4-7),所述不动轴(4-15)上设有下压轮(4-16),上压轮(4-7)和下压轮(4-16)均内置有轴承(4-10),轴承(4-10)的端部均设有限位的弹性挡圈(4-14),所述上压轮(4-7)的顶部设有压轮压缩弹簧(4-8),压轮压缩弹簧(4-8)顶部设有弹簧座(4-9),弹簧座(4-9)焊接在支撑角钢(4-6)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种坡度变化的限速绳导向装置,其特征在于:所述的限速绳托举装置(5)包括底部角钢(5-1)、连接角钢(5-5)、支撑角钢(5-6)、托轮压缩弹簧(5-7)、上托轮(5-8)、弹性挡圈(5-9)、滑动轴(5-10)、轴承(5-13)、弹簧座(5-14)、不动轴(5-15)、下托轮(5-16);所述的底部角钢(5-1)一侧面固定在坡道上,另一侧面通过下螺栓(5-2)、下弹簧垫圈(5-3)、下螺母(5-4)与支撑板(5-5)固定在一起,所述的支撑角钢(5-6)焊接在连接角钢(5-5)上,所述的支撑角钢(5-6)上间隔设有滑动轴(5-10)与不动轴(5-15),所述的滑动轴(5-10)与不动轴(5-15)分别通过上螺母(5-11)和平垫圈(5-12)限位固定,所述滑动轴(5-10)上设有上托轮(5-8),所述不动轴(5-15)上设有下托轮(5-16),上托轮(5-8)和下托轮(5-16)均内置有轴承(5-13),轴承(5-13)的端面均设有弹性挡圈(5-9)限位,所述上托轮(5-8)的底部设有托轮压缩弹簧(5-7),托轮压缩弹簧(5-7)的底部设有弹簧座(5-14),弹簧座(5-14)焊接在支撑角钢(5-6)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种坡度变化的限速绳导向装置,其特征在于:所述的张紧装置(6)包括张紧轮(6-1)、张紧油缸(6-2)和固定板(6-3),张紧油缸(6-2)一端与张紧轮(6-1)相连,另一端与固定板(6-3)相连。
  5. 一种使用权利要求1中所述装置的坡度变化的限速绳导向的方法,其特征在于:
    将限速绳托举装置(5)和限速绳下压装置(4)设在坡道上,工作时,限速绳托举装置(5)将限速绳(3)托举在上托轮(5-8)和下托轮(5-16)的上方,限速绳下压装置(4)将限速绳(3)下压在上压轮(4-7)和下压轮(4-16)的下方,实现对限速绳(3)的强制导向;当与限速绳(3)固接的连杆(7)通过限速绳托举装置(5)或限速绳下压装置(4)时,通过在上托轮(5-8)底部设置的托轮压缩弹簧(5-7)、在上压轮(4-7)顶部设置的压轮压缩弹簧(4-8),使连杆(7)顺利通过上托轮(5-8)和上压轮(4-7)。
