Description

一种倾斜式前移旋转停车设备 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种停车设备,更具体地,涉及一种倾斜式前移旋转停车设备。
背景技术
为了解决停车难的问题,出现了立体停车库。但是立体停车库上层停车板一般都是水平放置,占用的空间大,安装空间要求高。现有的车库高度低于3400mm时无法安装双层停车设备,单个停车面积内只能存放一辆车,因此不能充分利用停车空间,降低了空间利用率。此外,即使是可以安装双层停车设备,通常还存在上层停车设备取车难的问题。上层停车设备取车时要先驾驶下层车辆使其移出,为上层停车板让出停放位置,方能取车上层车辆。操作非常不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型为克服上述现有技术所述的至少一种缺陷,提供一种倾斜式前移旋转停车设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:包括框架、导向装置、上层停车板和下层停车板,所述框架上设置有用于提升上层停车板的提升机构、用于驱动提升机构的驱动装置以及控制驱动装置的控制系统,所述导向装置分别与框架和上层停车板连接,用于支撑并导引上层停车板倾斜,所述下层停车板设置有用于移动下层停车板的移动机构。
优选的,所述导向装置包括第一斜杆和第二斜杆,所述第一斜杆一端与所述框架底部铰接,另一端与停车板滑动连接,所述第二斜杆一端与停车板铰接,另一端与第一斜杆中部铰接。所述第一斜杆中部是指第一斜杆杆身的任意一点,第二斜杆另一端与第一斜杆铰接的具体位置可根据实际需要选取。所述提升机构提升上层停车板时带动第二斜杆与停车板铰接的一端向上提升,第二斜杆进而可带动第一斜杆绕框架底部转动。
优选的,所述移动机构包括电控装置,以及与所述电控装置电连接的直行机构和和圆周运动机构。通过电控装置控制直行机构和圆周运动机构以实现下层停车板自行移出地面停车位置,不需要驾驶下层车辆即可实现为上层车辆避让的功能,方便取车。
优选的,所述上层停车板侧面设有导轨,所述第一斜杆另一端设有与导轨滑动连接的滑轮组。所述第一斜杆绕框架底部转动时,滑轮组随之在导轨上滑动。由于在上层停车板提升过程中,第一斜杆绕框架底部转动的同时对上层停车板提供支撑,由于上层停车板的提升受力点和第一斜杆支撑点不在同一水平线上,上层停车板随着高度上升慢慢倾斜。至于其倾斜方向及可倾斜的最大角度,可通过第一斜杆、第二斜杆以及导轨的长短进行设置。
优选的,所述的直行机构至少包括动力装置和由该装置驱动的至少一组驱动轮组,圆周运动机构至少用于检测下层停车板的设定点与地面的设定点重合的停车检测装置,电动锁机构以及转向驱动装置。所述动力装置可驱动轮组运动以使下层停车板直行。电动锁机构可根据所述停车检测装置检测结果下层停车板旋转位置,当下层停车板的设定点与地面的设定点 重合时可使锁定下层停车板的设定点,而转向装置可使下层停车板以该设定点为圆心做圆周运动,即完成停车板转向。
优选的,所述提升机构包括链条和链轮。采用链轮链条主要因其传动的稳定性相对较好,特别是相对于其他提升方式如钢绳传动来说不会出现在提升过程中向四周晃动的现象。另外其器械强度高,能承受较大的载重量,使用寿命长,即使出现损坏也只需更换相应的几节链条,便于维修。
优选的,所述上层停车板设置有与下层停车板扣合的凹位。下层停车板位于地面停车位置空置时,可直接降低上层停车板使其扣压与上层停车板上,如此可省去下层停车板避让上层停车板的步骤,操作更方便。
优选的,所述框架包括固定于地面的左右两侧立柱。
优选的,所述上层停车板还设置有用于固定上层车辆的限位机构以防止上层停车板倾斜时上层车辆滑落。
优选的,所述驱动装置为位于立柱顶部的驱动马达。
与现有技术相比,有益效果是:本实用新型可在较低高度如3400mm或者以下的空间内安装使用,降低对停车设备对空间高度的要求,能够充分利用空间,提高了空间利用率。此外,本实用新型实现了下层停车板可自行移出地面停车位置避让上层车辆的工作,解决上层车辆取车难的问题。

如图1、2、3所示的一种倾斜式前移旋转停车设备,其特征在于:包括框架1、导向装置2、上层停车板3和下层停车板4,所述框架1上设置有用于提升上层停车板3的提升机构11、用于驱动提升机构11的驱动装置12以及控制驱动装置12的控制系统,所述导向装置2分别与框架1和上层停车板3连接,用于支撑并引导上层停车板3倾斜。所述下层停车板4设置有用于移动下层停车板4的移动机构。
如图1所示,所述导向装置2包括第一斜杆21和第二斜杆22,所述第一斜杆21一端与所述框架1底部铰接,另一端与上层停车板3滑动连接,所述第二斜杆22一端与上层停车板3铰接,另一端与第一斜杆21中部铰接。从图1可以看出,所述上层停车板3侧面设有导轨31,所述第一斜杆21另一端设有与导轨3滑动连接的滑轮组211。所述提升机构11提升上层停车板4时带动第一斜杆22与上层停车板4铰接的一端向上提升,第一斜杆22进而可带动第一斜杆21绕框架底部转动。所述第一斜杆21绕框架1底部转动时,滑轮组211随之在导轨31上滑动。由于在上层停车板3提升过程中,第一斜杆21绕框架1底部转动的同时第一斜杆21对上层停车板3提供支撑,由于上层停车板3的提升受力点和第一斜杆21支撑点不在同一水平线上,上层停车板3随着高度上升慢慢倾斜。在本实施例中,第一 斜杆21和导轨31的长度短于第二斜杆22。在其他实施例中,可根据实际需要的倾斜方向及可倾斜的最大角度,设置第一斜杆21、第二斜杆22以及导轨的长度。
本实施例中,所述移动机构包括电控装置,以及与所述电控装置电连接的直行机构和圆周运动机构。所述的直行机构至少包括动力装置和由该装置驱动的至少一组驱动轮组,圆周运动机构至少用于检测下层停车板4的设定点与地面的设定点重合的停车检测装置,电动锁机构以及转向驱动装置。所述动力装置可驱动轮组运动以使下层停车板4直行。电动锁机构可根据所述停车检测装置检测结果下层停车板旋转位置,当下层停车板4的设定点与地面的设定点重合时可使锁定下层停车板4的设定点,而转向装置可使下层停车板4以该设定点为圆心做圆周运动,即完成下层停车板4转向。因此,通过电控装置控制直行机构和圆周运动机构可以实现下层停车板自行移出地面停车位置,不需要驾驶下层车辆即可实现为上层车辆避让的功能,方便取车。
本实施例中,为使提升机构11具有较强的稳定性和更长的使用寿命,提升机构11的部件选用链轮和链条,这相对于其他提升方式如钢绳传动来说稳定性更好,不会出现在提升过程中向四周晃动的现象。另外其器械强度高,能承受较大的载重量,使用寿命长,即使出现损坏也只需更换相应的几节链条,便于维修。
本实施中,为了省去下层停车板避让上层停车板的步骤,使操作更方便,所述上层停车板2设置有与下层停车板4扣合的凹位。下层停车板4空置于地面停车位置时,可直接降低上层停车板3使其扣压与上层停车板 4上。
如图1、2、3所示所述框架1包括固定于地面的左右两侧立柱。其中一侧立柱顶部设有作为驱动装置12的驱动马达。
由图1可以看出,为了防止上层停车板3倾斜时上层车辆滑落,所述上层停车板3还设置有用于固定上层车辆的限位机构32。

  1. 一种倾斜式前移旋转停车设备,其特征在于:包括框架(1)、导向装置(2)、上层停车板(3)和下层停车板(4),所述框架(1)上设置有用于提升上层停车板(3)的提升机构(11)、用于驱动提升机构(11)的驱动装置(12)以及控制驱动装置(12)的控制系统,所述导向装置(2)分别与框架(1)和上层停车板(3)连接,用于支撑并引导上层停车板(3)倾斜,所述下层停车板(4)设置有用于移动下层停车板(4)的移动机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种倾斜式前移旋转停车设备,其特征在于:所述导向装置(2)包括第一斜杆(21)和第二斜杆(22),所述第一斜杆(21)一端与所述框架(1)底部铰接,另一端与上层停车板(3)滑动连接,所述第二斜杆(22)一端与上层停车板(3)铰接,另一端与第一斜杆(21)中部铰接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种倾斜式前移旋转停车设备,其特征在于:所述移动机构包括电控装置,以及与所述电控装置电连接的直行机构和圆周运动机构。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种倾斜式前移旋转停车设备,其特征在于:所述上层停车板(3)侧面设有导轨(31),所述第一斜杆(21)另一端设有与导轨(3)滑动连接的滑轮组(211)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种倾斜式前移旋转停车设备,其特征在于:所述的直行机构至少包括动力装置和由该装置驱动的至少一组驱动轮用,圆周运动机构至少用于检测停车板的设定点与地面的设定点重合的停车检测装置,电动锁机构以及转向驱动装置。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种倾斜式前移旋转停车设备,其特征在于:所述提升机构(11)包括链条和链轮。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种倾斜式前移旋转停车设备,其特征在于:所述上层停车板(3)设置有与下层停车板(4)扣合的凹位。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种倾斜式前移旋转停车设备,其特征在于:所述框架(1)包括固定于地面的左右两侧立柱。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种倾斜式前移旋转停车设备,其特征在于:所述上层停车板(3)还设置有用于固定上层车辆的限位机构(32)。
