本发明所提供的一种具有冷藏保鲜功能的烤箱,包括具有烘烤内胆11的箱体1、烤箱门2、发热元件3和控制面板4,如图1所示,控制面板4上具有三个旋转开关,分别用于设定烘烤模式或者制冷模式、烘烤时间或制冷时间、烘烤温度或制冷温度。所述烤箱门2铰接于箱体1的前端,所述发热元件3与控制面板4电连接,所述发热元件分布设于烘烤内胆11的左侧、右侧、顶部、底部以及后侧,通过发热元件3对烘烤内胆11内的食物进行直接辐射和对流加热,实现烤箱的烘烤功能。本发明所提供的烤箱还包括有对烘烤内胆11进行制冷的循环制冷组件5,所述循环制冷组件5包括半导体制冷组件6、内循环风扇7和风扇罩体8,所述半导体制冷组件6、内循环风扇7分别上下设置于风扇罩体8上,所述风扇罩体8密封固定于烘烤内胆11的外侧;所述烘烤内胆11对应所述的内循环风扇7和半导体制冷组件6的一侧设置有进风口12和出风口13,烘烤内胆11内的气体通过进风口12进入半导体制冷组件6内进行制冷,内循环风扇7将制冷后的气体从出风口13吹入烘烤内胆11内。
本发明不但具备烘烤功能,通过内设循环制冷组件5还具备了制冷功能;当循环制冷组件5工作时,通过半导体制冷组件6对风扇罩体8内的空气制冷,再由内循环风扇7将制冷后的气体吹入烘烤内胆11内,对烘烤内胆11内的空气降温,从而实现冷藏保鲜的功能效果,可对烤箱内长时间放置的食物进行低温保鲜,避免食物变质。其中,所述的制冷功能和烘烤功能均为独立控制,当开启制冷功能时,烘烤功能为关闭状态;当开启烘烤功能时,制冷功能为关闭 状态。
进一步的,所述半导体制冷组件6包括有导风板61以及具有热效应面和冷效应面的半导体制冷片62,所述导风板61和半导体制冷片62分别设置于风扇罩体8的一侧;所述风扇罩体8的上端设置有用于固定半导体制冷片62的安装凹腔,所述半导体制冷片62的冷效应面一侧设置有冷端固定片63,所述冷端固定片63包括有冷端接触部631和冷端固定部632,所述冷端接触部631的两侧与风扇罩体8可拆卸连接,冷端接触部631的中部与半导体制冷片62的冷效应面抵接,所述冷端固定部632与导风板61固定连接,使冷端接触部631与导风板61之间形成一空气冷却腔。再进一步的,所述半导体制冷片62的热效应面一侧设置有热端固定片64,所述热端固定片64包括有热端接触部641和热端固定部642,所述热端固定部642与固定壳体可拆卸连接,所述热端接触部641与半导体制冷片62的热效应面抵接,并将半导体制冷片62固定于安装凹腔中;在热端固定片64的上端设置有散热片65,所述散热片65包括有导热部651和栅格散热部652,所述导热部651的两侧与风扇罩体8可拆卸连接,栅格散热部652固定于导热部651的一侧。
当半导体制冷组件6通电工作时,其热效应面不断地放热,冷效应面不断地吸热,使得冷端固定片63的温度不断降低,进而通过冷端固定片4对进入空气冷却腔内的空气实现降温制冷。当热效应面和冷效应面之间达到一定温差,这两种热传递的量相等时,就会达到一个平衡点,正逆向热传递相互抵消。此时冷效应面的温度就不会继续发生变化。为了达到更低的温度,通过散热片65降低热端固定片64的温度来实现。当热效应面的温度降下来了,那冷效应面的温度也会相应的下降,从而使得冷端固定片63达到更低的温度。半导体制冷组 件6的冷效应面的制冷效率主要取决于热效应面的散热效率;散热片65有效地加快了热效应面的热传导速度,热效应面的散热效果越好,冷效应面的制冷效果就越好。
在本发明中,所述热端固定部642与风扇罩体8之间设置有隔热支撑块(在图中未标出),所述隔热支撑块上设置有至少两个螺纹通孔,所述热端固定部642使用螺丝钉穿过螺纹通孔与风扇罩体8螺纹连接,将隔热支撑块夹在热端固定部642与风扇罩体8之间。所述隔热支撑块隔绝了热端固定片64与风扇罩体8之间的热传递,防止风扇罩体8的温度升高,进而间接地影响制冷效果。
在本发明中,所述导风板61上设有多个导入风孔611和导出风孔612,所述空气冷却腔内设置有隔板66,所述隔板66包括有固定部661和导风部662,所述导风部662位于导入风孔611与导出风孔612之间,所述固定部661夹在导风板61与风扇罩体8之间。在制冷模式下,烘烤内胆11内的气体从导入风孔611进入空气冷却腔内,经过冷端固定片63的冷却后从导出风孔612进入风扇罩体8内。由于内循环风扇7不断往烘烤内胆11内吹冷风,导风部662保证气体从进风口12往出风口13输送,防止气体流动不规律。另外,所述导风板61朝向冷端接触部631的表面上粘贴有隔热棉(在图中未标出)。所述隔热棉可防止其他的热量从导风板61传导至空气冷却腔内,可有效保证空气冷却腔的制冷效果。
在本发明中,所述内循环风扇7包括风扇叶71和风扇电机72,所述风扇叶71位于风扇罩体8的内腔,风扇电机72固定于风扇罩体8的外侧,所述风扇电机72的转轴穿过风扇罩体8与风扇叶71连接。当风扇电机72通电带动风扇叶71旋转,使得烘烤内胆11与风扇罩体8之间产生循环气流。
在本发明中,所述半导体制冷组件6与内循环风扇7之间设置有旋转组件9,所述旋转组件9包括电机91、固定支架92、连接轴93和翻转轴94,所述电机91通过固定支架92固定在风扇罩体8上,所述烘烤内胆11、导风板61、风扇罩体8和固定支架92均相对设置有供连接轴93穿过的轴孔,所述连接轴93的一端穿过风扇罩体8与电机连接,另一端穿过烘烤内胆11与翻转轴94连接。所述旋转组件9固定安装在风扇罩体8上,结构简单便于安装。本烤箱无需打开烤箱门2即可以通过翻转轴94自动翻转固定于其上的烤网,让烤网上的食物正反面都烘烤均匀,避免了烘烤内胆11内的热量损失和温度降低,保证了烤箱的烘烤效率,让用户不会由于翻转食物所发生烫伤,保证了用户的产品使用安全。
在本发明中,所述烘烤内胆11的外表面设置有覆盖在左侧壁、右侧壁以及上侧壁的U形外壳10,所述U形外壳10与烘烤内胆11之间形成散热通道,所述循环制冷组件5分别固定安装于右侧壁的散热通道内。进一步的,所述散热通道内安装有至少一散热风扇101,U形外壳10上布设有若干通风孔102。当烤箱处于烘烤模式,所述U形外壳10的温度达到设定的温度,自动启动散热风扇101,散热通道内会形成对流,外界低温空气从通风孔102进入,然后从散热风扇101吹出,把热量带出外界散发,从而降低U形外壳10表面的温度。当烤箱处于制冷模式,所述循环制冷组件5与散热风扇101同步工作,启动散热风扇101之后,散热通道内会形成对流,加快散热片65表面的气体流动速度,把热端固定片64的热量迅速带出外界散发,进而降低半导体制冷片62表面的温度。
以上所述,仅是本发明较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明以较佳实施例公开如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当利用上述揭示的技术 内容作出些许变更或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明技术是指对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有冷藏保鲜功能的烤箱,包括具有烘烤内胆的箱体、烤箱门、发热元件和控制面板,所述烤箱门铰接于箱体的前端,所述发热元件与控制面板电连接,其特征在于:还包括有对烘烤内胆进行制冷的循环制冷组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有冷藏保鲜功能的烤箱,其特征在于:所述循环制冷组件包括半导体制冷组件、内循环风扇和风扇罩体,所述半导体制冷组件、内循环风扇分别上下设置于风扇罩体上,所述风扇罩体固定于烘烤内胆的外侧;所述烘烤内胆对应所述的内循环风扇和半导体制冷组件的一侧设置有进风口和出风口,烘烤内胆内的气体通过进风口进入半导体制冷组件内进行制冷,内循环风扇将制冷后的气体从出风口吹入烘烤内胆内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有冷藏保鲜功能的烤箱,其特征在于:所述半导体制冷组件包括有导风板以及具有热效应面和冷效应面的半导体制冷片,所述导风板和半导体制冷片分别设置于风扇罩体的一侧;所述风扇罩体的上端设置有用于固定半导体制冷片的安装凹腔,所述半导体制冷片的冷效应面一侧设置有冷端固定片,所述冷端固定片包括有冷端接触部和冷端固定部,所述冷端接触部的两侧与风扇罩体可拆卸连接,冷端接触部的中部与半导体制冷片的冷效应面抵接,所述冷端固定部与导风板固定连接,使冷端接触部与导风板之间形成一空气冷却腔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有冷藏保鲜功能的烤箱,其特征在于:所述半导体制冷片的热效应面一侧设置有热端固定片,所述热端固定片包括有热端接触部和热端固定部,所述热端固定部与固定壳体可拆卸连接,所述热端接触部与半导体制冷片的热效应面抵接,并将半导体制冷片固定于安装凹腔中;在热端固定片的上端设置有散热片,所述散热片包括有导热部和栅格散热部,所述 导热部的两侧与风扇罩体可拆卸连接,栅格散热部固定于导热部的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有冷藏保鲜功能的烤箱,其特征在于:所述热端固定部与风扇罩体之间设置有隔热支撑块,所述隔热支撑块上设置有至少两个螺纹通孔,所述热端固定部使用螺丝钉穿过螺纹通孔与风扇罩体螺纹连接,将隔热支撑块夹在热端固定部与风扇罩体之间。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有冷藏保鲜功能的烤箱,其特征在于:所述导风板上设有导入风孔和导出风孔,所述空气冷却腔内设置有隔板,所述隔板包括有固定部和导风部,所述导风部位于导入风孔与导出风孔之间,所述固定部夹在导风板与风扇罩体之间。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有冷藏保鲜功能的烤箱,其特征在于:所述内循环风扇包括风扇叶和风扇电机,所述风扇叶位于风扇罩体的内腔,风扇电机固定于风扇罩体的外侧,所述风扇电机的转轴穿过风扇罩体与风扇叶连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有冷藏保鲜功能的烤箱,其特征在于:所述半导体制冷组件与内循环风扇之间设置有旋转组件,所述旋转组件包括电机、固定支架、连接轴和翻转轴,所述电机通过固定支架固定在风扇罩体上,所述连接轴的一端穿过风扇罩体与电机连接,另一端穿过烘烤内胆与翻转轴连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有冷藏保鲜功能的烤箱,其特征在于:所述烘烤内胆的外表面设置有覆盖在左侧壁、右侧壁以及上侧壁的U形外壳,所述U形外壳与烘烤内胆之间形成散热通道,所述循环制冷组件固定安装于右侧壁的散热通道内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种具有冷藏保鲜功能的烤箱,其特征在于:所述散热通道内安装有至少一散热风扇,U形外壳上布设有若干通风孔。
