- Power selling price information includes information indicating the power selling price of power associated with the reverse power flow from the facility 100 to the power system.
- the power selling price is a price when selling the power output from the reverse power supply. More specifically, it is the price of surplus power obtained by subtracting the power consumed in the facility 100 from the power output from the reverse power flow power supply. In addition, it is not limited to surplus electric power, For example, it may be the price of the electric power of purchase of all quantity, and may be the price of the electric power of the reverse power flow by VPP mentioned later.
- the power sale price information may include at least one of a power sale unit price and a power sale amount. By including the power sale amount in the power sale price information, the lower-level management server 300 can grasp how much the target facility 100 is in reverse flow.

- “Failure information” includes information indicating whether or not the reverse power supply has failed, and whether the reverse power supply recovers from the failure is automatic recovery or manual recovery. When the reverse power supply is out of order, no power is output from the reverse power supply or the power from the reverse power supply is lower than normal. Therefore, the lower-level management server 300 can preferentially select the facility 100 having the reverse power flow power supply that is in failure as the transmission partner of the reverse power flow suppression message. Note that the failure information may include information indicating that the reverse power supply is operating normally (no failure has occurred).
- the lower management server 300 uses the facility 100 having the manual reverse power flow as the transmission partner of the reverse power suppression message, rather than the facility 100 having the automatic reverse power flow when the reverse power source is broken. - the voltage information may include information indicating an area where the voltage of the power system reaches the suppression target voltage.
- the lower level management server 300 can grasp the facility 100 belonging to the area where the voltage of the power system reaches the suppression target voltage.
- the voltage information includes whether or not an abnormality has occurred in the power system.
- the power system abnormality may be a power system power failure or a system frequency abnormality.
- the voltage information may include information indicating that no abnormality has occurred in the power system.
- “Installation information” includes information indicating the installation date of the reverse power supply (the date of equipment certification acquisition, or the date of equipment certification acquisition date and the date of application for the conclusion of the connection contract with the power company).
- the reliability of the reverse power supply with the old installation date is lower than the reliability of the reverse power supply with the new installation date.
- the possibility that the reverse power flow is normally performed by the reverse power supply with the old installation date is lower than the possibility that the reverse power supply is normally performed by the reverse power supply with the new installation date.
- the lower management server 300 reversely selects the facility 100 having the reverse power flow power source having a new installation date over the facility 100 having the reverse power flow power source having the old installation date as the transmission target of the reverse power flow suppression message. The possibility that the tidal current is suppressed can be increased.
- “Disconnection information” includes information on at least one of whether or not the reverse power supply is disconnected from the power system and the schedule that the reverse power supply is disconnected from the power system.
- the reverse power flow source is disconnected from the power system, the reverse power flow cannot be performed from the facility 100 in the first place. Therefore, the lower-level management server 300 can preferentially exclude the facility 100 having the reverse flow power source disconnected from the power system from the transmission partner of the reverse flow suppression message. Alternatively, the lower management server 300 can preferentially exclude the facility 100 having the reverse power supply scheduled to be disconnected from the power system during the reverse power flow suppression period from the transmission partner of the reverse power flow suppression message.
- connection information may include information related to reconnection permission setting.
- the reconnection permission setting indicates whether or not the reconnection operation for restoring power after disconnecting from the system due to a power failure or the like may be automatically performed.
- step S ⁇ b> 101 the communication device 110 transmits reverse power flow power supply information to the lower-level management server 300.
- the reverse power supply information corresponds to at least one of items such as power selling price information, failure information, maintenance information, voltage information, installation information, and disconnection information. Contains information.
- the lower management server 300 determines a supply and demand adjustment plan based on the reverse power flow power supply information.
- the supply and demand adjustment plan is a plan for the transmission partner (facility 100) of the reverse flow suppression message and the content of the reverse flow suppression message (the amount of suppression of the reverse flow or the amount of suppression of the reverse flow).
- step S103 the lower management server 300 transmits a reverse power flow suppression message to the communication device 110 based on the result of step S102.
- the communication apparatus 110 transmits reverse power supply power information related to the reverse power supply to the lower-level management server 300. Therefore, the management server determines whether or not the facility can execute the reverse power flow suppression control based on the reverse power flow power information, or whether or not the facility may perform the reverse power flow. Information can be grasped. As a result, reverse power flow suppression control can be efficiently performed for the entire group of facilities 100 managed by the lower management server 300.
- the lower-level management server 300 belongs to the aggregator entrusted by the power company to manage the tidal flow or the reverse tidal flow of the facility 100.

Further, in the transmission request of the lower management server 300, what kind of information the facility 100 transmits as the reverse power flow power supply information may be specified.
- the facility 100 may transmit the reverse power flow power information after the start of the reverse power flow suppression period. Thereby, after the start of the reverse flow suppression period, the lower management server 300 can review the supply and demand adjustment plan.
- the facility 100 may transmit the reverse power supply information at a predetermined timing corresponding to the reverse power suppression period.
- the predetermined timing is a timing before the start of the reverse flow suppression period.
