Abstract
Description
本発明者らは、液体と固形物とを含む調理物をより所望の通りに撹拌できるようにするため、鋭意検討した結果、以下の知見を得た。
本発明の実施の形態に係る加熱調理器は、調理容器内に収容された調理物を撹拌する撹拌体を備える撹拌機能付き加熱調理器である。図1は、本実施の形態に係る加熱調理器の斜視図である。図2は、図1の加熱調理器の断面図である。

Claims (18)
- 調理容器内に収容された液体と固形物とを含む調理物を撹拌する撹拌体を備える撹拌機能付き加熱調理器であって、
前記撹拌体は、
前記調理容器の底面の中心部に回転自在に取り付けられるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの外周面から前記調理容器の内周面に向けて延在するとともに、前記調理容器の底面側に位置する調理物を前記調理容器の内周面に向けて押圧するように構成された下羽根と、
前記ハウジングの外周面から前記調理容器の内周面に向けて延在するとともに、前記下羽根よりも上方に位置する調理物を前記調理容器の底面に向けて沈み込ませるように構成された上羽根と、
を備える、加熱調理器。 - 前記上羽根は、前記液体の表面を上下方向に横切るように配置され、前記液体の表面付近の調理物を前記調理容器の底面に向けて沈み込ませるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記上羽根は、前記調理容器の内周面側に位置するとともに前記下羽根よりも上方に位置する調理物を前記ハウジング側に引き寄せるように構成された、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記下羽根は、前記調理容器の内周面に向けて押圧した調理物を上方へ持ち上げるように構成されている、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記上羽根は、前記ハウジングの回転方向の上流側に向かうに従い下方に傾斜するように形成されている、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記上羽根は、平面視において前記ハウジングの回転方向の上流側に向けて凸状に湾曲するように形成されている、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記上羽根は、平面視において前記下羽根に対して前記ハウジングの回転方向にずれて配置されている、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記上羽根と前記下羽根とが成す角度は、90°~270°である、請求項7に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記上羽根は、前記ハウジングに沿って上下方向に移動可能に構成されている、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記上羽根は、前記液体の浮力により浮くように構成されている、請求項9に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記上羽根は、中空部を備える、請求項10に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記上羽根は、前記ハウジングに対して着脱可能に構成され、前記上羽根が前記液体の浮力により浮いて露出する部分に把手部を有する、請求項10又は11のいずれか1項に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記上羽根の上端部は、前記ハウジングの外周面から前記調理容器の内周面側に向かうに従い上方へ湾曲又は傾斜する部分を有する、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記上羽根の下端部は、前記ハウジングの外周面から前記調理容器の内周面側に向かうに従い下方に湾曲又は傾斜する部分を有する、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記上羽根の前記ハウジングの回転方向と平行な面に対する傾斜角度が、前記調理容器の内周面側から前記ハウジングの外周面側に向かうに従い小さくなっている、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記調理容器の内周面には、前記調理容器の中心部側に突出するとともに上下方向に延在する少なくとも1つの邪魔部が設けられ、
前記邪魔部の下端部は、前記調理容器の底面と内周面との間のコーナー部に沿って湾曲している、請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載の加熱調理器。 - 前記邪魔部の下端部の始端は、前記調理容器の底面上に位置する、請求項16に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記撹拌体は、磁気カップリングを介して着脱自在に前記調理容器の底面の中心部に取り付けられている、請求項1~17のいずれか1項に記載の加熱調理器。
