本发明公开了一种振动发声装置,涉及电声产品技术领域,包括外壳和收容于所述外壳内的振动系统和磁路系统,所述外壳的一个侧面设有出声孔,所述振动系统包括振膜、音圈和用于连接所述振膜与所述音圈的音圈骨架,所述音圈为扁平结构,所述音圈所在平面与所述振膜所在的平面相垂直;所述磁路系统包括磁铁,所述磁铁所在的平面与所述音圈所在的平面相平行;所述振动发声装置还包括质量块和弹性支撑件,所述弹性支撑件将所述质量块和所述磁铁悬置在所述外壳内;所述弹性支撑件为环形结构,所述质量块和所述磁铁位于所述弹性支撑件的内侧,所述弹性支撑件相对的两侧边与所述磁铁固定连接,所述弹性支撑件的另两侧边固定在所述外壳上。

Description

振动发声装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电声产品技术领域,特别涉及一种用于便携式电子设备中的振动发声装置。
发明背景
振动发声装置是一种多功能声学器件,其除了具有普通扬声器的振动发声功能外,还具有振动马达的功能。振动发声装置结合了原有便携式电子设备中的两大重要部件(扬声器、振动马达)的功能,不仅简化了便携式电子设备的装配工艺,同时还有效的节省了便携式电子设备的内部空间,降低了便携式电子设备的生产成本,故同时具有发声和振动功能的振动发声装置在便携式电子设备领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。
目前,应用在便携式电子设备中的振动发声装置均包括振动系统和磁路系统。振动系统包括振膜及与振膜结合为一体的筒状音圈;磁路系统包括磁铁和磁间隙,筒状音圈设置于磁间隙内。振动发声装置工作时,筒状音圈受到洛伦兹力的作用在竖直方向上振动,从而带动振膜在竖直方向振动发声,磁路系统受到反作用力,在竖直方向上产生共振,从而实现发声和振动的功能。由于筒状音圈占用的空间较大,同时需要磁路系统为其预留出磁间隙,且还需要在垂直方向为其留出振动空间,从而导致现有的振动发声装置的厚度均较大,无法满足便携式电子设备薄型化、微型化发展的要求。同时,又由于磁间隙的存在,使得磁铁的体积较小,从而使得磁场强度较小,音圈在磁场中受到的洛伦兹力较小,进而导致振动发声装置的声学灵敏度较低,振感也较弱,整体性能较差,很难满足人们对便携式电子设备越来越高的消费需求。且现有的振动发声装置结构复杂,装配难度较大,生产效率低。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种振动发声装置,此振动发声装置厚度小,性能好,且装配简单,生产效率高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种振动发声装置,包括外壳和收容于所述外壳内的振动系统和磁路系统,所述外壳的一个侧面设有出声孔,所述振动系统包括振膜、音圈和用于连接所述振膜与所述音圈的音圈骨架,所述振膜所在的平面与所述出声孔所在的侧面相平行;所述音圈为扁平结构,所述音圈所在平面与所述振膜所在的平面相垂直;所述磁路系统包括磁铁,所述磁铁所在的平面与所述音圈所在的平面相平行;所述振动发声装置还包括质量块和弹性支撑件,所述磁铁与所述质量块固定为一体,所述弹性支撑件将所述质量块和所述磁铁悬置在所述外壳内;所述弹性支撑件为环形结构,所述质量块和所述磁铁位于所述弹性支撑件的内侧,所述弹性支撑件相对的两侧边与所述磁铁固定连接,该两侧边的延伸方向与所述质量块和所述磁铁的振动方向相垂直,所述弹性支撑件的另两侧边固定在所述外壳上。
其中,所述弹性支撑件与所述磁铁固定连接的部位位于该两侧边的中心位置,该两侧边中心位置的间距小于其两端的间距。
其中,所述弹性支撑件相邻的两侧边之间圆弧过渡连接。
其中,所述弹性支撑件与所述磁铁固定连接的两侧边的中心位置之间设有一托板,所述托板的两端分别与该两侧边的下边缘固定连接。
其中,所述弹性支撑件由两条结构相同的弹片构成,两条所述弹片对称设置,并通过所述托板连接为一体;所述弹性支撑件的外形近似为两个扣合在一起的M。
其中,所述质量块的下侧对应所述托板的位置设有一定位槽,所述托板卡在所述定位槽内。
其中,所述音圈骨架为片状结构,所述音圈固定在所述音圈骨架上,所述振膜上设有向所述音圈方向凸出的插接凸台,所述插接凸台上设有插接孔,所述音圈骨架的端部插接固定在所述插接孔内。
其中,所述外壳包括上壳体和下壳体,所述上壳体和所述下壳体的一侧通过一侧盖连接为一体,所述出声孔设置在所述侧盖上;所述振膜包括与所述侧盖注塑结合的折环部及固定在所述折环部中部的补强部,所述插接凸台位于所述补强部上。
其中,所述音圈骨架包括结构相同且对称设置的两片骨架,所述音圈的两端分别固定在两片所述骨架上;两片所述骨架上均印刷有电路,两片所述骨架的一端均与所述振膜插接固定,另一端均设有与外部电路电连接的连接部,所述插接连接端连接有用于固定所述音圈的固定部,所述固定部与所述连接部之间通过一具有弹性的连接臂连接。
其中,所述磁铁设有两块,位于两块所述磁铁之间的所述质量块上设有用于隔离两块所述磁铁的限位凸棱,所述限位凸棱的延伸方向与其振动方向相垂直;所述质量块上设有所述限位凸棱的位置沿所述限位凸棱的延伸方向凸出于所述质量块的两端,对应所述质量块的该两端凸出部位的上方设有用于防止所述磁铁和所述质量块上升的限位块。
其中,所述弹性支撑件相邻两侧边之间的圆弧过渡连接处均设有镂空。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果是:
由于本发明振动发声装置的出声孔设在侧面,振膜所在的平面与出声孔所在的侧面相平行,音圈为扁平结构,音圈所在平面与振膜所在的平面相垂直;磁铁所在的平面与音圈所在的平面相平行;还包括质量块和弹性支撑件,磁铁与质量块固定为一体,弹性支撑件将质量块和磁铁悬置在外壳内;弹性支撑件的延伸方向与振动方向相垂直的两侧边与磁铁固定,其另两侧边固定在外壳上。当音圈中通入交变的电流时,音圈在磁铁产生的磁场中会受到水平方向的洛伦兹力,从而在水平方向上振动,并通过音圈骨架带动振膜发声;根据磁场的作用力与反作用力原理,磁铁会受到大小相等的反向作用力,在一定频率内,磁铁与质量块共同在水平方向上往复振动,从而实现振动发声装置的振动功能。基于本发明振动发声装置的上述结构及水平方向振动的工作原理,本发明振动发声装置与现在有技术中的垂直方向振动的振动发声装置比具有如下优点:
一、厚度小,能够满足便携式电子设备薄型化发展的要求;
二、磁铁的体积较大,磁场强度大,声学灵敏度高,振感强,整体使用性能好,能够满足人们越来越高的消费需求;
三、在便携式电子设备厚度不足时也能够避免对出声孔的堵塞,保证了出声效果;
四、磁铁和质量块通过弹性支撑件与外壳固定,装配工艺简单,生产效率高。
由于弹性支撑件与磁铁固定连接的部位位于该两侧边的中心位置,该两侧边中心位置的间距小于其两端的间距。即弹性支撑件具有中部收窄的设计,此设计会增加弹性支撑件的顺性,降低振动发声装置的谐振频率。
由于弹性支撑件相邻的两侧边之间圆弧过渡连接,即弹性支撑件的四个角部均为圆弧弯折,能够有效的将磁路x向振动大部分控制在线性区域内,在磁路振动时提供一个对称性良好的x轴恢复力。
由于弹性支撑件与磁铁固定连接的两侧边的中心位置之间设有一托板,托板的两端分别与该两侧边的下边缘固定连接。托板对磁铁和质量块起到了承托作用,可有效的防止磁铁和质量块从弹性支撑件上脱落,提高了振动发声装置的可靠性,并有效的延长了振动发声装置的使用寿命。
由于质量块的下侧对应托板的位置设有一定位槽,托板卡在定位槽内。定位槽起到了定位作用,在组装时能够有效的降低装配难度,提高装配效率,同时还能够保证产品的一致性,提高了产品的成品合格率。
由于弹性支撑件相邻两侧边之间的圆弧过渡连接处均设有镂空,即弹性支撑件的四个角部均设有镂空,可进一步的提升弹性支撑件的顺性,降低振动发声装置的谐振频率。
综上所述,本发明振动发声装置解决了现有技术中振动发声装置厚度大,装配难度大,性能差等技术问题,本发明振动发声装置厚度小,性能好,结构简单,装配难度低,生产效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
本说明书中涉及到的方位上均指振动系统的方向,方位下均指磁路系统的方向;本说明书中涉及到的内侧均指靠近振动发声装置中心的一侧,外侧均指远离中心的一侧。
实施例一:
如图1、图2和图3共同所示,一种振动发声装置,包括外壳,外壳由结合在一起的上壳体10、下壳体12和侧盖14构成,下壳体12为长方形结构,其相对的两短边的边缘部位分别垂直设有一侧壁,上壳体10扣合在该两侧侧壁上,下壳体12的一侧长边侧通过侧盖14与上壳体10结合,另一侧长边侧结合有一固定件16,该固定件16用于固定振动系统的音圈骨架32,并在此处形成外壳的该侧侧壁。外壳内收容有振动系统和磁路系统,侧盖14的中部设有出声孔140,出声孔140的外侧覆盖有防尘网20。上壳体10与侧盖14相结合的一侧向上垂直弯折,该向上弯折部上设有阻尼孔100,阻尼孔100的外侧覆盖有阻尼网22。侧盖14同时扣合在该向上弯折部及下壳体12的该侧边缘的外周,使得整个振动发声装置从侧面看形成L型。
如图1、图2和图7共同所示,振动系统包括振膜、音圈34和用于连接振膜与音圈34的音圈骨架32。振膜所在的平面与出声孔140所在的侧面相平行,其包括与侧盖14注塑结合的折环部36和结合在折环部36中心部位的补强部30。本实施方式中优选侧盖14与折环部36为一体结构且材料相同,均为硅胶,补强部30与折环部36通过注塑工艺结合,且侧盖14的内侧结合有一硬质的边框18,边框18与上壳体10和下壳体12结合。音圈34为跑道形扁平结构,音圈34所在平面与振膜所在的平面相垂直。音圈骨架32为片状,包括结构相同且对称设置的两片,该两片音圈骨架32均为L形,合在一起近似为U形。两片音圈骨架32相对接的一端均设有一连接部326,连接部326固定在固定件16上,连接部326连接有具有弹性的连接臂324,在连接部326固定在固定件16上的情况下,连接臂324可为音圈34的水平振动提供振动伸缩量。连接臂324连接有固定部322,固定部322连接有插接部320,插接部320与补强部30连接。音圈34的两端弯曲部分别固定在两片音圈骨架32的固定部322上,其两侧直边与振膜平行,即该两侧直边的延伸方向与其振动方向相垂直。
如图1和图4共同所示,补强部30上设有向音圈34方向凸出的插接凸台300,插接凸台300的端面上设有一插接孔302,插接孔302的大小和形状与音圈骨架32的插接部320相适配,插接部320插接固定在插接孔302内,从而实现音圈34与振膜的固定连接,在音圈34振动时带动振膜振动发声,振膜振动发出的声音从出声孔140处传出。
如图1和图2共同所示,两片音圈骨架32上均印刷有电路,固定部322与插接部320之间设有用于与音圈34的引线电连接的焊盘328,连接部326上设有用于与外部电路电连接的外接焊盘,连接部326上还设有一定位孔3260。固定件16的内侧设有一与固定件16相垂直的凸台162,凸台162上对应两个定位孔3260的位置分别设有一定位柱160,音圈骨架32通过定位柱160与定位孔3260的配合固定在固定件16上。上壳体10上对应凸台162的位置设有一缺口102,从而将连接部326上的外接焊盘裸露在壳体外部,方便与外部电路进行电连接。上壳体10与凸台162之间通过一M形的密封件164进行密封。
如图1和图7共同所示,两片音圈骨架32的固定部322为条形片状结构,两个固定部322上均设有一延伸方向与固定部322延伸方向相同的长条通孔3220,通孔3220的设置在不影响音圈34的固定牢固度的同时有效的减轻了音圈骨架32的重量,从而能够有效的提升振动发声装置的灵敏度。
如图1和图5共同所示,磁路系统包括两块条形磁铁40,两块磁铁的极性相反,两块磁铁40所在的平面与音圈34所在的平面相平行,且两块磁铁40的延伸方向与音圈34的直边的延伸方向相一致。两块磁铁40并排固定在一质量块42上,质量块42为长方形,其长边的延伸方向与磁铁40的延伸方向相一致。质量块42上对应两块磁铁40中间的位置设有一用于防止两块磁铁40相互吸合的限位凸棱422,限位凸棱422的延伸方向与磁铁40的延伸方向相同,即与其振动方向相垂直。磁铁40和质量块42固定为一体的结构通过一弹性支撑件46悬置在外壳内。
如图1和图5共同所示,弹性支撑件46为环形结构,由两条结构相同的弹片构成,该两条弹片对称设置,磁铁40和质量块42固定在弹性支撑件46的内侧。弹性支撑件46相对的两侧长边的中部分别与两块磁铁40的侧边固定连接,该两侧侧边的延伸方向与质量块42和磁铁40的振动方向相垂直;弹性支撑件46的两侧短边与下壳体12的两侧侧壁固定连接,该两侧侧边的延伸方向与质量块42和磁铁40的振动方向相平行。两条弹片的两端均设有与下壳体12固定连接的第一固定部460,两条弹片的中心部位均为与磁铁40固定连接的第二固定部462,第一固定部460与第二固定部462之间均通过折弯部466a过渡连接,两个弹片相同一端的第一固定部相对接并共同形成弹性支撑件46的一侧短边。两个第二固定部462之间的间距小于位于两端的折弯部466a之间的间距,即弹性支撑件46的中心为收窄结构,该收窄结构有利于增加弹性支撑件46的顺性,降低谐振频率。位于四个角部的折弯部466a均为圆弧过渡,整个弹性支撑件46的外形近似为扣合在一起的两个M形。四角的圆弧过渡连接在磁铁振动时能够提供一个对称性良好的x轴恢复力(x轴的方向与振动方向相一致)。两个第二固定部462之间设有一托板464,托板464的两端分别与两个第二固定部462的下侧边缘固定连接,托板464的宽度与第二固定部462的长度相一致。两个M形的弹片通过该托板464连接为一体。托板464可有效的防止磁铁40和质量块42从弹性支撑件46上脱落,提高了振动发声装置的可靠性,并有效的延长了振动发声装置的使用寿命。
如图1、图4和图6共同所示,质量块42的下侧对应托板464的位置设有一定位槽420,托板464卡在定位槽420内,在进行装配时,组装人员能够将磁铁40和质量块42准确的固定到弹性支撑件46上,起到了定位作用,简化了装配难度,提升了产品的一致性及成品合格率。
如图1、图4、图5和图6共同所示,本实施方式中优选上壳体10为具有导磁功能的金属材料,可优化磁场的分布,但是会与磁铁40相互吸引,使得磁铁40和质量块42上升。为了防止磁铁40和质量块42上升,在质量块42上设有限位凸棱422的位置沿限位凸棱422的延伸方向(即于振动方向相垂直的方向)凸出于质量块42的两端,形成两个凸出部424。弹性支撑件46的内侧对应该两个凸出部424的位置分别固定一限位块44,即两个限位块44分别固定在弹性支撑件46的两侧短边的内侧中心位置,相当于固定在了下壳体12上。限位块44包括与弹性支撑件46固定的结合部440,该结合部440垂直设置并贴合在弹性支撑件46的内侧壁上,结合部440上端的中心位置向内弯折形成与结合部440垂直的限位部442,限位部442水平设置在凸出部424的上方。限位块44可有效的防止磁铁40和质量块42上升,在优化了磁场分布,提高了音圈34在磁场中受力的同时保证了振动发声装置的性能及正常工作。
如图1、图2、图3和图4共同所示,由于上壳体10为金属材质,为了保证振动发声装置与便携式电子设备的紧密结合,在上壳体10上粘贴有一弹垫24,弹垫24可提高振动发声装置与便携式电子设备之间的紧密结合,同时还可保护上壳体10不会被挤压变形,起到了缓冲作用。
实施例二:
本实施方式与实施例一基本相同,其不同之处在于:
如图8所示,弹性支撑件的折弯部466b上设有镂空4660,即在四个折弯部466b上均设有一个沿折弯部466b的弯曲方向延伸的开孔,镂空4660的设置可进一步的提升弹性支撑件的顺性,降低振动发声装置的谐振频率。
如图1所示,本发明振动发声装置的工作原理如下:
当给音圈34通交变电流时,音圈34会在磁铁40产生的磁场内受到洛伦兹力的作用,磁铁40产生的磁力线会垂直穿过音圈34,根据左手定则,音圈34会受到水平方向的洛伦兹力,音圈34将会在水平方向上振动,从而带动振膜振动发声;根据作用力与反作用力的原理,磁铁40会受到一个反向的作用力,由于磁铁40和质量块42是通过弹性支撑件悬置在外壳内的,故当音圈34在水平方向上振动时,磁铁40和质量块42也会在水平方向上振动,从而实现振动功能。
本发明振动发声装置将原有振动发声装置的音圈改为扁平音圈,将原有的垂直方向振动改为水平方向振动,从而在实现了发声和振动功能的同时还具有厚度小,性能好,结构简单,装配难度低,生产效率高的优点。
本说明书中涉及到的第一固定部和第二固定部的命名仅是为了区别技术特征,并不代表二者之间的位置关系,组装顺序及工作顺序等。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所做出的种种变换,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种振动发声装置,包括外壳和收容于所述外壳内的振动系统和磁路系统,所述外壳的一个侧面设有出声孔,其特征在于,
    所述振动系统包括振膜、音圈和用于连接所述振膜与所述音圈的音圈骨架,所述振膜所在的平面与所述出声孔所在的侧面相平行;所述音圈为扁平结构,所述音圈所在平面与所述振膜所在的平面相垂直;
    所述磁路系统包括磁铁,所述磁铁所在的平面与所述音圈所在的平面相平行;
    所述振动发声装置还包括质量块和弹性支撑件,所述磁铁与所述质量块固定为一体,所述弹性支撑件将所述质量块和所述磁铁悬置在所述外壳内;
    所述弹性支撑件为环形结构,所述质量块和所述磁铁位于所述弹性支撑件的内侧,所述弹性支撑件相对的两侧边与所述磁铁固定连接,该两侧边的延伸方向与所述质量块和所述磁铁的振动方向相垂直,所述弹性支撑件的另两侧边固定在所述外壳上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件与所述磁铁固定连接的部位位于该两侧边的中心位置,该两侧边中心位置的间距小于其两端的间距。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件相邻的两侧边之间圆弧过渡连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件与所述磁铁固定连接的两侧边的中心位置之间设有一托板,所述托板的两端分别与该两侧边的下边缘固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件由两条结构相同的弹片构成,两条所述弹片对称设置,并通过所述托板连接为一体;所述弹性支撑件的外形近似为两个扣合在一起的M。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于,所述质量块的下侧对应所述托板的位置设有一定位槽,所述托板卡在所述定位槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5任一权利要求所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于,所述音圈骨架为片状结构,所述音圈固定在所述音圈骨架上,所述振膜上设有向所述音圈方向凸出的插接凸台,所述插接凸台上设有插接孔,所述音圈骨架的端部插接固定在所述插接孔内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于,所述外壳包括上壳体和下壳体,所述上壳体和所述下壳体的一侧通过一侧盖连接为一体,所述出声孔设置在所述侧盖上;所述振膜包括与所述侧盖注塑结合的折环部及固定在所述折环部中部的补强部,所述插接凸台位于所述补强部上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于,所述音圈骨架包括结构相同且对称设置的两片骨架,所述音圈的两端分别固定在两片所述骨架上;两片所述骨架上均印刷有电路,两片所述骨架的一端均与所述振膜插接固定,另一端均设有与外部电路电连接的连接部,所述插接连接端连接有用于固定所述音圈的固定部,所述固定部与所述连接部之间通过一具有弹性的连接臂连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1至5任一权利要求所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于,所述磁铁设有两块,位于两块所述磁铁之间的所述质量块上设有用于隔离两块所述磁铁的限位凸棱,所述限位凸棱的延伸方向与其振动方向相垂直;所述质量块上设有所述限位凸棱的位置沿所述限位凸棱的延伸方向凸出于所述质量块的两端,对应所述质量块的该两端凸出部位的上方设有用于防止所述磁铁和所述质量块上升的限位块。
  11. 根据权利要求3至5任一权利要求所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件相邻两侧边之间的圆弧过渡连接处均设有镂空。
