Claims (8)
- 一种微型动圈式发声器,包括磁路系统、振动系统以及固定所述磁路系统和振动系统的外壳,所述振动系统包括振膜以及与所述振膜结合的音圈;所述外壳的一端面固定安装所述振膜,其特征在于:所述外壳远离所述振膜的底面上设置有柔性线路板,所述音圈的引线电连接所述柔性线路板。

- 根据权利要求1或2所述的微型动圈式发生器,其特征在于:所述柔性线路板的局部沿所述微型动圈式发声器的侧壁弯折并固定在所述外壳侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的微型动圈式发声器,其特征在于:所述外壳侧壁上设置有固定柱,所述柔性线路板上设置有对应所述固定柱的第一固定孔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的微型动圈式发声器,其特征在于:安装所述柔性线路板的所述外壳底面上设置有热熔柱,所述柔性线路板上设置有对应所述热熔柱的第二固定孔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的微型动圈式发声器,其特征在于:所述外壳为矩形结构,所述柔性线路板设置有两对焊盘,所述两对焊盘设置在所述外壳相对的两轴;所述两对焊盘通过柔性线路板中间的电路电导通。
- 根据权利要求6所述的微型动圈式发声器,其特征在于:所述柔性线路板设置在所述外壳的短轴侧,所述柔性线路板的局部弯折固定在所述外壳的长轴侧。
- 根据权利要求3所述的微型动圈式发声器,其特征在于:所述磁路系统包括中间的内磁铁和两个沿长轴设置的条形外磁铁,所述外磁铁固定在所述外壳的长轴上,所述柔性线路板弯折在所述外壳侧壁的部分固定在所述磁路系统上。
