Description

微型动圈式发声器
本发明涉及电声转换技术领域,具体地,本发明涉及一种微型动圈式发声器。
随着消费类电子产品市场的快速发展,大量的微型电声类元器件,如微型动圈式发声器得到了广泛的应用,随着终端产品的便携式设计,对产品性能要求的同时,对其薄型化和小型化的设计要求也不断提高。
在传统设计中,微型动圈式发声器与终端电子产品的电连接方式一般可以通过导线直接焊接,或者采用刚性的PCB板来实现电连接,这种设计因为产品安装高度的限制,一般只能够设置在产品的侧部,微型动圈式发声器的引线按照产品性能和接线端位置来进行相应的布线。
但这种设计,增加了产品的整体尺寸,不利于产品的小型化设计。同时,由于微型动圈式发声器接线端位置和产品性能要求的限制,微型动圈式发声器布线也需要进行相应的调整,增加了产品的设计难度。
因此,有必要对现有的微型动圈式发声器就进行改进,以避免上述缺陷。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种减小整体产品尺寸的微型动圈式发声器,可以降低产品的安装高度;同时便于微型动圈式发声器的引线顺线,简化了产品设计。
技术解决方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种微型动圈式发声器,包括磁路系统、振动系统以及固定所述磁路系统和振动系统的辅助系统,所述振动系统包括振膜以及与所述振膜结合的音圈;所述辅助系统包括塑料外壳,所述外壳的一端面对应安装所述振膜,与所述振膜相对的所述外壳的另一端面安装所述磁路系统,并且:安装所述磁路系统的外壳端面上设置有柔性线路板,所述音圈电连接所述柔性线路板。
作为一种改进,所述磁路系统凸出于所述外壳端面,所述柔性线路板为环形。
作为一种改进,所述柔性线路板的局部沿所述微型动圈式发声器的侧壁弯折并固定在所述外壳侧壁上。
作为一种改进,所述外壳侧壁上设置有固定柱,所述柔性线路板上设置有对应所述固定柱的第一固定孔。
作为一种改进,安装所述柔性线路板的所述外壳端面上设置有热熔柱,所述柔性线路板上设置有对应所述热熔柱的第二固定孔。
作为一种改进,所述外壳为方形,所述柔性线路板设置有两对焊盘,所述两对焊盘设置在所述外壳相对的两轴;所述两对焊盘通过柔性线路板中间的电路电导通。
作为一种改进,所述柔性线路板设置在所述外壳的短轴侧,所述柔性线路板的局部弯折固定在所述外壳的长轴侧。
作为一种改进,所述磁路系统包括中间的内磁铁和两个沿长轴设置的条形外磁铁,所述外磁铁固定在所述外壳的长轴,所述柔性线路板固定在所述磁路系统上。
有益效果
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明所提供的微型动圈式发声器,通过在外壳远离振膜的底面上设置柔性线路板,可以降低产品的安装高度;同时柔性线路板的结构和电连接位置根据实际需要来调整,这样便于微型动圈式发声器的引线顺线,简化了产品设计。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的具体结构。
实施例:
请参阅图1-图3所示,本发明所述的微型动圈式发声器包括磁路系统3、振动系统2以及固定磁路系统3和振动系统2的外壳12,振动系统2包括振膜以及与振膜结合的音圈23。外壳12的一端面对应安装有振膜,外壳12远离振膜的底面安装有柔性线路板4,柔性线路板4与音圈23上的引线24电连接。
利用这种在安装磁路系统3的外壳12的底面上设置柔性线路板4的设计,可以降低整个产品的安装高度。同时,柔性线路板4的结构和电连接位置可以根据实际如引线24的出线位置以及与终端产品的电连接需要来调整其设置位置,这样便于微型动圈式发声器的引线顺线,简化了产品设计。
在本实施例中,优选的方案是磁路系统3凸出于外壳12的端面,所述柔性线路板4为环形,磁路系统3凸出于外壳12的底面,在实际微型动圈式发声器应用中,可以便于节省安装空间。
在本实施例中,优选的方案是柔性线路板4的局部沿微型动圈式发声器外壳12的侧壁弯折并固定在外壳12的侧壁上。这种设计便于柔性线路板4与外壳12的固定装配,同时也节省了柔性线路板4的安装空间。
在本实施例中,柔性线路板4为环形结构,包括第一固定孔41、第二固定孔42,第一焊盘组43和第二焊盘组44,每个焊盘组均具有一对焊盘,柔性线路板4可以和外壳12通过粘接、机械配合等方式结合,其中第一固定孔41与外壳12侧壁上的固定柱14对应装配固定;第二固定孔42与外壳12底面上的热熔柱13对应结合,通过热熔的方式固定在一起。另外,第一焊盘组43和第二焊盘组44设置在外壳12底面相对的两轴上,两对焊盘之间通过柔性线路板4的内部电路电连接,特别是在引线24出线端和微型动圈式发声器接线端在不同位置的情况下。
另外,本实施例中的微型动圈式发声器为矩形结构,还包括塑料材料的压环11,压环11结合于振膜上侧振膜与外壳12结合的位置上。振膜包括中间的中心部21和中空的环形边缘部22,中心部21和边缘部22结合并封闭在外壳12的一端。磁路系统包括分别与盆架33自上而下组装在一起的外导磁板311、外磁铁312和内导磁板321和内磁铁322,其中外导磁板311、外磁铁312为条形结构,并且分别设置在内导磁板321和内磁铁322的长轴侧。柔性线路板4弯折在外壳12侧壁的部分固定在磁路系统3上,这种设计节省了微型动圈式发声器的尺寸,同时保证了柔性线路板4的电连接。
在本实施例中,动圈式发声器也可以为圆形等其它结构,安装磁路系统的微型动圈式发声器端面也可以为平面,即外壳包裹磁路系统的设计,柔性线路板整个设置在其端面上,皆不影响本发明创造的实施。
以上仅为发明具体实施案例而已,并不用于限制本发明,但凡本领域普通技术人员根据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种微型动圈式发声器,包括磁路系统、振动系统以及固定所
    述磁路系统和振动系统的外壳,所述振动系统包括振膜以及与所述振膜结合的音圈;所述外壳的一端面固定安装所述振膜,其特征在于:所述外壳远离所述振膜的底面上设置有柔性线路板,所述音圈的引线电连接所述柔性线路板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的微型动圈式发声器,其特征在于:
    所述磁路系统凸出于所述外壳端面,所述柔性线路板为环形。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的微型动圈式发生器,其特征在于:
    所述柔性线路板的局部沿所述微型动圈式发声器的侧壁弯折并固定在所述外壳侧壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的微型动圈式发声器,其特征在于:
    所述外壳侧壁上设置有固定柱,所述柔性线路板上设置有对应所述固定柱的第一固定孔。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的微型动圈式发声器,其特征在于:
    安装所述柔性线路板的所述外壳底面上设置有热熔柱,所述柔性线路板上设置有对应所述热熔柱的第二固定孔。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的微型动圈式发声器,其特征在于:
    所述外壳为矩形结构,所述柔性线路板设置有两对焊盘,所述两对焊盘设置在所述外壳相对的两轴;所述两对焊盘通过柔性线路板中间的电路电导通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的微型动圈式发声器,其特征在于:
    所述柔性线路板设置在所述外壳的短轴侧,所述柔性线路板的局部弯折固定在所述外壳的长轴侧。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的微型动圈式发声器,其特征在于:
    所述磁路系统包括中间的内磁铁和两个沿长轴设置的条形外磁铁,所述外磁铁固定在所述外壳的长轴上,所述柔性线路板弯折在所述外壳侧壁的部分固定在所述磁路系统上。
