请参阅图6和图8,下音膜32与上音膜31间隔设置,下音膜32呈环形,下音膜32具有与第一骨架34连接且悬置于收容空间11内的第二环形端部321、固定于盆架10上的第三环形端部322以及连接第二环形端部321与第三环形端部322的第二折环部323,第二折环部323的凹陷方向与第一折环部315的凹陷方向相反,且第三环形端部322的内径大于第二环形端部321的外径,第三环形端部322固定于环形台阶121上,本实施例中第二环形端部321和第三环形端部322优选为平面。
第一骨架34自球顶311边缘向收容空间11内弯折延伸,第一骨架34设于上音膜31与下音膜32之间并与球顶311一体成型,这样可减少扬声器的零部件数量,优化扬声器的装配工序,降低扬声器的制作成本。而且,通过在第一骨架34的两 端对称设置上音膜31和下音膜32,可抑制扬声器在使用过程中水平摇摆,有效抑制扬声器摇摆现象。
请参阅图2至图5,音圈33位于磁间隙24内,磁碗21包括靠近上音膜31顶板211、与磁钢22固定连接的底板212以及连接顶板211和底板212的环形侧板213,磁碗21具有由顶板211、底板212和环形侧板213围合形成的容置空间214以及若干个从顶板211一侧朝底板212一侧依次贯穿顶板211和环形侧板213并与容置空间214相连通的穿孔215,音圈33、磁钢22和极芯23都位于容置空间214内。
本实施例中,磁钢22的数量为两个,极芯23和两个磁钢22叠放于磁碗21内,且极芯23位于两磁钢22之间,这种设置方式具有增加磁间隙24磁场的作用,音圈33位于磁碗21内并套设于磁钢22和极芯23外,第二骨架35的一端与上音膜31的球顶311连接,优选地,第二环形架352粘接于上音膜31,第二骨架35的另一端穿过穿孔215后将音圈33悬置于磁间隙24内,且第二骨架35在音圈33的带动下可相对磁碗21沿垂直于扬声器的振动方向运动,以便于音圈33能通过第二骨架35在磁路系统20能产生一个交变的推动力。
作为优选地实施方式,第二骨架35包括位于容置空间214内并与音圈33连接的第一环形架351、位于磁碗21外并与上音膜31连接的第二环形架352以及若干个间隔设置的连接杆353,连接杆353的一端与第一环形架351连接,连接杆353的另一端穿过穿孔215后与第二环形架352连接。
本实施例中磁碗21包括上框体216及与上框体216相固定的下框体217,上框体216和下框体217围合形成所述容置空间214,穿孔215从上框体216的顶部沿磁碗21的轴向朝下框体217的底部凹设延伸,第二骨架35为柔性材质制作,在具体安装时,可先将上框体216顺着两个连接杆353之间的间隙挤入第二骨架35内,再将音圈33固定于磁碗21内。
作为优选地实施方式,顶板211之朝向底板212的一侧、底板212之朝向顶板211的一侧均凸设有凸起218,两凸起218分别抵接于两磁钢22,避免磁钢22和极芯23在扬声器工作时相对磁碗21出现晃动。
作为优选地实施方式,凸台122还具有若干个间隔设置并与容纳腔123相连通的避让孔124,避让孔124与穿孔215对应设置,以避免第二骨架35与凸台122发生 碰撞。
作为优选地实施方式,为了使第一骨架34与下音膜32之间连接更稳定,振动系统30还包括夹设于第一骨架34与下音膜32之间的环形垫片36。
请参阅图2至图6,本实施例中,盆架10的围板13上贯穿设有若干出声孔131,当音圈33通入交变电流时,在磁路系统20的磁场作用下,音圈33会受到一个交变的推动力,产生交变运动,从而通过第二骨架35带动上音膜31一同振动,由于第一骨架34与上音膜31中球顶311一体成型,上音膜31驱动第一骨架34振动,间接将带动下音膜32振动,从而产生声音。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括具有收容空间的盆架以及收容于所述收容空间内的磁路系统和振动系统,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架的磁碗,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架用于振动发声的上音膜,其特征在于:所述上音膜包括位于中间的位置的球顶以及环绕所述球顶并固定于所述盆架的折环,所述折环包括与所述球顶固定连接的第一环形端部,所述球顶固定于所述第一环形端部朝向所述收容空间的一侧,所述振动系统还包括自所述球顶边缘向所述收容空间内弯折延伸的第一骨架以及与所述上音膜间隔设置的下音膜,所述下音膜呈环形,所述下音膜具有与所述第一骨架连接且悬置于所述收容空间内的第二环形端部以及固定于所述盆架上的第三环形端部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述折环还包括与所述盆架连接的第四环形端部以及连接所述第一环形端部与所述第四环形端部的第一折环部,所述第一折环部朝向远离所述下音膜的方向凹陷。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述球顶的外径大于所述第一环形端部的内径且小于所述第一环形端部的外径。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述下音膜还具有连接所述第二环形端部与所述第三环形端部的第二折环部,所述第二折环部的凹陷方向与所述第一折环部的凹陷方向相反。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述振动系统还包括音圈及第二骨架,所述磁路系统还包括位于所述磁碗内且与所述磁碗间隔设置形成磁间隙的磁钢,所述第二骨架的一端与所述球顶连接、另一端将所述音圈悬置于所述磁间隙内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述第二骨架包括与所述音圈连接的第一环形架、与所述上音膜固定连接的第二环形架以及若干个间隔设置的连接杆,所述连接杆的一端与所述第一 环形架连接、另一端与所述第二环形架连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述磁碗包括靠近所述上音膜的顶板、与所述磁钢固定连接的底板以及连接顶板和底板的环形侧板,所述磁碗具有由所述顶板、底板与环形侧板围合形成的容置空间以及若干个从所述顶板一侧朝所述底板一侧依次贯穿所述顶板和所述环形侧板并与所述容置空间相连通的穿孔,所述连接杆的一端与所述第一环形架连接、另一端穿过所述穿孔后与所述第二环形架连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述盆架包括位于中间位置的承载板和自所述承载板边缘朝所述上音膜弯折延伸的围板,所述围板和所述承载板围合形成所述收容空间,所述承载板之朝向所述收容空间的一侧凸设有环形台阶,所述第三环形端部固定于所述环形台阶上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述承载板之朝向所述收容空间的一侧还凸设有位于所述环形台阶内的凸台,所述凸台具有振动方向贯穿所述凸台的容纳腔,所述磁碗收容于所述容纳腔内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述凸台还具有若干个间隔设置并与所述容纳腔相连通的避让孔,所述避让孔与所述穿孔对应设置。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述振动系统还包括夹设于所述第一骨架与所述下音膜之间的环形垫片。
