- This rate of change (S / S 0 ) can be regarded as the rate of change of light intensity (I ref / I ref, 0 ) shown in the above equation (2).
- the light of the transmitted light detector 6 corrected by multiplying the light intensity (I cell ) detected by the transmitted light detector 6 by the reciprocal (S 0 / S) of the rate of change (S / S 0 ). Intensity (I cor ) is obtained.
- correction can be made for each of the four wavelengths. Since the absorption spectrum differs depending on the type of gas, it is possible to measure the concentration with higher accuracy by combining the wavelength with absorption and the wavelength without absorption. Depending on the type of gas to be measured, correction is not performed for all wavelengths, but only necessary wavelengths among a plurality of wavelengths, for example, only two types of four wavelengths can be corrected. The corrected density can be displayed on the display unit 9.
- the calculation unit 8a may not correct the detection signal of the transmitted light detector 6 when there is no change in the detection signal of the non-incident light detector 7.
- the case where there is no change in the detection signal includes the case where there is no change in the detection signal and the case where the change in the detection signal is within a certain range (allowable range).
- a temperature detector can be installed at an appropriate location, and the output value (concentration measurement value) can be corrected by the measured temperature.
- the concentration measuring apparatus having the above configuration, it is not necessary to separately provide a calibration cell, and by correcting the detection signal of the transmitted light detector using the change of the detection signal of the non-incident light detector 7,
- the measurement concentration can be corrected in real time, and the measurement accuracy can be maintained for a long time.
- the correction method is defined in software by program processing, and the correction program can be corrected by rewriting the program, the expandability of correction is high.
- the correction program can be corrected by rewriting the program, the expandability of correction is high.
- FIG. 5 shows the concentration measuring apparatus of the second embodiment
- FIG. 6 is an enlarged view showing the internal structure of the multiplexer 17A shown in FIG.
- a multiplexer 17A provided in the second embodiment has a configuration in which light L 12 and L 13 coming from light sources 12 and 13 are multiplexed by an optical filter 17f, and is added.
- the light L 13 is bent by 90 degrees by being irradiated with the light L 13 in a state inclined by 45 degrees with respect to the optical filter 17f, and is combined with the light L 12 having another wavelength.
- Reference numeral 17c denotes a condenser lens such as a collimator lens.
- the optical filter 17f does not reflect all light of the light L 13, some light L 13m of which goes straight by passing through the optical filter 17f.
- the light L 12 underlying the multiplexed light A is straight and passes through the optical filter 17f, without 100% transmission, some light L 12m of which, by the optical filter 17f, repelled.
- the light L 13m traveling straight through the optical filter 17f and the light L 12m bounced off by the optical filter 17f are taken out from the non-incident light detection port 17d as reference light (non-incident light that does not enter the measurement cell 4) and are not incident light. It is detected by the detector 7.
- the non-incident light detection ports installed in the multiplexer may be provided in any multiplexer, or may be one or a plurality.
- the above configuration of the multiplexer 17A eliminates the need for the branching device 16 included in the concentration measuring device 1 of the first embodiment in the concentration measuring device 1A of the second embodiment. Since the other configuration of the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, detailed description thereof is omitted.
- the light used for the measurement can be light in a wavelength region other than the ultraviolet region.
- the light source may be a light emitting element other than an LED, for example, an LD (laser diode).
- the transmitted light detector 6 and the non-incident light detector 7 are not limited to photodiodes, and other light receiving elements such as phototransistors can also be used.
- combined light having a plurality of different wavelengths is used as a light source, but a light source having a single wavelength can also be used.
- a combiner and a fast Fourier transform can be omitted.
- the concentration may be detected by sealing the measurement cell containing the fluid to be measured.
- amends the detection signal of the transmitted light detector 6 using the change of the initial intensity of the non-incident light L2 which the non-incident light detector 7 detected and the light intensity at the time of a measurement was shown.
- the correction method is not limited to this.
- a method of adding or subtracting the difference in the light intensity change, a method of normalizing the light intensity, or a method of using an inclination of the light intensity change with respect to time can be used.
- Non-incident light detector 8a Calculation units 12, 13, 14, 15 Light source 16 Branching device 17, 17A, 18, 19 Mux 17d Non-incident light detection port 17s slit G fluid to be measured L1 incident light L2 non-incident light

Abstract
Description
Icor=Icell×(Iref,0/Iref)
Icor=Icell×(Iref,0/Iref) ・・・ (2)
