本发明提供一种快速锁模装置,包括底座和横梁,所述底座和横梁之间依此设有第一热板、下模、上模和第二热板,所述下模和第一热板、所述上模和第二热板均通过连接件连接,所述连接件包括基板和与其连接的U型板,所述上、下模通过U型板与连接件连接,所述第一、二热板上均设有凹槽,所述基板卡扣在凹槽中。
本发明的快速锁模装置,将上、下模置于第一、二热板之间,可通过简单插装的方式,就能将热板与上、下模连接,具体为通过凹槽和连接件将第一、二热板与上、下模连接,带动模具将轮胎硫化。操作简单,工作效率高。

为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,所述第二连接边7022上设有第二卡槽7023。第二连接边上设置第二卡槽,方便安装驱动装置时与其卡接,连接更为牢固。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种快速锁模装置,包括底座和横梁,其特征在于,所述底座和横梁之间依此设有第一热板、下模、上模和第二热板,所述下模和第一热板、所述上模和第二热板均通过连接件连接,所述连接件包括基板和与其连接的U型板,所述上、下模通过U型板与连接件连接,所述第一、二热板上均设有第一凹槽,所述基板卡装在第一凹槽中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的快速锁模装置,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽为T型槽,所述T型槽包括底部的第一连接槽,所述第一连接槽上设有与其连通的第二连接槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的快速锁模装置,其特征在于,所述上、下模上设有与U型板的结构相适配的凸起或第一卡槽,所述凸起卡装在U型板中或所述U型板卡装在第一卡槽中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的快速锁模装置,其特征在于,所述凸起包括第一连接面和设在其下方的第二连接面,所述U型板包括第一连接边和第二连接边,所述第一连接边设在第一连接面上方,所述第二连接边设在所述第二连接面下方。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的快速锁模装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接面成倾斜设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的快速锁模装置,其特征在于,所述上、下模上还设有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽设在所述凸起上方,并通过所述第一连接面与所述凸起相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的快速锁模装置,其特征在于,所述第二凹槽上与所述第一连接面相连的连接边为倾斜设置。
  8. 根据权利要求4至7中任一项所述的快速锁模装置,其特征在于,所述第二连接边上设有第二卡槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的快速锁模装置,其特征在于,所述基板和U型板间还设有连接板。
  10. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的快速锁模装置,其特征在于, 所述第一热板与所述底座之间还设有第一隔热垫,所述第二热板与所述横梁之间还设有第二隔热垫。
