桌面式蒸汽锅
技术领域
本发明涉及烹饪锅灶的厨具领域,具体地涉及的是一种蒸汽锅。
背景技术
因蒸汽锅煮的食物口感好,不破坏食物的营养,蒸汽蒸煮时锅内的水始终不会干,改变了通常吃火锅的方法,在倡导健康生活的今天,越来越受到人们的青睐,但目前的蒸汽锅体积做得大且笨重,人们携带和移动位置都很不方便,而且相对于其他厨具产品,蒸汽锅在智能控制方面的应用相对比较少。
现有的蒸汽锅主要有两种,一种是将底锅里的水加热产生蒸汽,蒸汽上升进入底锅上侧的蒸箱内,持续一段时间后,蒸汽将蒸箱里的食物蒸熟;另一种利用高压蒸汽来快速加热食物,如中国实用新型专利CN202619334U所披露的蒸汽火锅,其通过一蒸汽炉产生蒸汽,并通过管道输送给火锅来加热食物,该蒸汽火锅由于蒸汽炉重量大、体积大,难以携带,且耗电高,使用成本高。
发明内容
鉴于以上原因,我们开发了一种桌面式的蒸汽锅,通过瞬时产生高压蒸汽烹饪食物,体积小,可整体放置在桌面或台面使用。
本发明提供一种桌面式蒸汽锅,该蒸汽锅包括具有加热腔的锅体和用于承托锅体的底座,底座内设置有蒸汽发生器、水泵以及安装于锅体并与所述蒸汽发生器相连的防漏连接接头,防漏连接接头上具有喷气孔,该喷气孔与锅体的加热腔相连通,所述防漏连接接头用于将蒸汽发生器产生的蒸汽自喷气孔导入锅体中并防止锅体内的液体或气体倒流回蒸汽发生器。通过水泵将水抽送到蒸汽发生器后,产生蒸汽,并由防漏连接接头导入锅体的加热腔内,便能快速地完成加热食物的目的。
在一具体实例中,防漏连接接头包含有接头盖、接头座、接头芯和半球活塞,接头座与接头芯相连接并且流体连通,所述半球活塞设置于接头座中,接头盖和接头座连接于锅体底部,喷气孔开设于接头盖上且处于锅体的加热腔内。
进一步地,所述的 底座内还设置有控制电路,所述控制电路,可以是简单的开关电路,也可以是微电脑变频变压控制电路,还可以是其他有温度、功率、时间控制的智能控制电路。通过控制电路,蒸汽发生器的输入功率可以根据不同的食物种类和数量进行调节。
当所述的控制电路为简单的开关电路时,所述底座上安装有控制蒸汽功率大小、工作时间长短的开关,在双锅灶上还安装有锅 A 与锅 B 蒸汽供给的切换控制器。
进一步地,当所述的控制电路是智能控制电路时,所述智能控制电路是由温度控制模块、功率控制模块、时间控制模块、通信模块和微处理器组成, 所述的通信模块可以与 智能终端无线连接,接收智能终端发送的指令。通过智能控制电路中的通信模块与智能终端相连,实现了智能终端对蒸汽锅的本地和远程控制,并且利用智能锅盖,实现了烹饪的全自动控制。
所述的底座可以是单锅灶或者双锅灶,当其为双锅灶时,在底座内设有蒸汽换向阀和截止阀,或是两个截止阀。
进一步地,所述底座可以做成移动式或嵌入式。
所述底座内的蒸汽发生器带有防护装置,里面的发热锅材料为钢、铜、铝等金属材料,加热源是高频电磁波或带有控制电路的电热棒。
所述锅体由玻璃、陶瓷或金属材料组成,锅体可以是单层材料,也可以在锅体的外表面覆盖一层隔热层。
所述的锅体还包含有锅盖,所述锅盖可以是普通锅盖或智能锅盖。
当所述锅盖为智能锅盖时,该智能锅盖可以将锅体内的温度或压力数据传递给智能终端和所述底座内的智能控制 电路。
本发明的有益效果
本发明与现有的蒸汽锅相比,体积小以及可以按用户意愿很方便地移动,且加热更快速,省电节能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步的介绍。
参照图 1 和图 2 所示的两种桌面式蒸汽锅,分别包括锅体 1 和底座 2 ,所述的底座 2 内设置有蒸汽发生器 21 、水泵 20 ,以及安装于所述锅体 1 并与蒸汽发生器 21 相连的防漏连接接头 22 。
水泵 20 将水抽送到蒸汽发生器 21 ,由蒸汽发生器 21 产生蒸汽,并通过防漏连接接头将蒸汽输送至锅体 1 。
锅体 1 具有加热腔,食物放置于加热腔内,由防漏连接接头将蒸汽发生器 21 产生的蒸汽导入加热腔内,用于快速加热食物。
参照图 3 所示的优选实施例,防漏连接接头 22 包含有接头盖 221 、接头座 223 、接头芯 226 和半球活塞 222 等,所述阀盖 221 上开有一或多个喷气孔 H ,图 3 所示的实施例中有四个喷气孔 H ,接头盖 221 与接头座 223 分别在锅体 1 底部的内侧和外侧连接于锅体 1 底部,在接头盖 221 和接头座 223 连接到锅体底部位置处设有防漏垫圈 224 ,所述接头芯 226 与接头座 223 之间设有 O 型耐高温垫圈 225 。
所述的 底座 2 内还设置有控制电路 23 ,所述控制电路 23 可以是简单的开关电路,也可以是微电脑变频变压控制电路,还可以是其他有温度、功率、时间控制的智能控制电路。
当所述的控制电路 23 为简单的开关电路时,在所述底座 2 上将安装控制蒸汽功率大小、工作时间长短的开关,在双锅灶上还会安装锅 A 与锅 B 蒸汽供给的切换控制器。
进一步地,当所述的控制电路 23 为智能控制电路时,所述智能控制电路是由温度控制模块、功率控制模块、时间控制模块、通信模块和微处理器组成。
所述的智能控制电路中的通讯模块可以与 智能终端无线连接,或者也可以有线连接,以接收智能终端发送的指令。

2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的桌面式蒸汽锅,其特征在于:所述防漏连接接头包含有接头盖、接头座、接头芯和半球活塞,接头座与接头芯相连接并且流体连通,所述半球活塞设置于接头座中,接头盖和接头座连接于锅体底部,喷气孔开设于接头盖上且处于锅体的加热腔内。
3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的桌面式蒸汽锅,其特征在于:所述的防漏连接接头的接头盖上开有四个喷气孔。
4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的桌面式蒸汽锅,其特征在于:接头盖和接头座在连接到锅体底部的位置处设有防漏垫圈,所述接头芯和接头座之间设有 O 型耐高温垫圈。
5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的桌面式蒸汽锅,其特征在于:所述的 底座内还设置有控制电路,所述控制电路是开关电路或微电脑变频变压控制电路,或者是其他有温度、时间控制的智能控制电路。
