  7. 根据权利要求6所述蒸汽锅,其特征是,所述下部窄腔(41)的内壁设置有承托凸台(40),中胆(5)底壁坐于承托凸台(40)上,以使中胆(5)底壁与下部窄腔(41)的内壁之间存有所述蒸汽通过间隙,所述下部窄腔(41)还设置有煮水区间(43),煮水区间(43)上设置有所述加热装置(2),煮水区间(43)通过蒸汽通过间隙连通所述上部宽腔(42)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述蒸汽锅,其特征是,所述外盖(3)包括外层盖(31)和内层盖(32),外层盖(31)盖合在所述外锅(1)上部的开口,内层盖(32)盖合在所述蒸汽内锅(4)的上部开口,所述中胆盖(6)与内层盖(32)之间还设置有弹性组件(8)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述蒸汽锅,其特征是,所述内层盖(32)上还设置有可连通外层盖(31)和蒸汽内锅(4)的气压阀(91),且所述蒸汽内锅(4)与内层盖(32)之间还设置有密封圈(10)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述蒸汽锅,其特征是,所述外层盖(31)上设置有可连通外层盖(31)和大气的外气压阀(92)。
