一种双层包装袋的内袋输送装置,包括支架(1)、驱动机构(2)、传送辊组(3)及吹气输送装置(4),所述驱动机构(2)、传送辊组(3)、吹气输送装置(4)均安装在支架(1)上;所述驱动机构(2)驱动传送辊组(3)将内袋(5)往外袋(6)方向传送,并通过吹气输送装置(4)将内袋(5)送入外袋(6)内;所述传送辊组(3)由上下相互平行且相切排列的第一传送辊(31)、第二传送辊(32)构成,所述第一传送辊(31)、第二传送辊(32)均与驱动机构(2)传动连接;所述吹气输送装置(4)包括吹气管(41)及送气装置(42),所述吹气管(41)包括上排若干吹气管及下排若干吹气管,所述吹气管(41)均与送气装置(42)连接。该双层包装袋的内袋输送装置自动快速将内袋(5)准确套入外袋(6)内,降低了工人劳动强度,生产效率大大提高,质量得到保证;结构合理,操作简单,能适应各种材质的包装袋。
Description
本实用新型涉及生产包装袋的机械技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种双层包装袋的内袋输送装置。
目前市面上有一种双层包装袋,它由外袋和内袋构成,其在加工过程中需要将内外袋套在一起,然后用线将外袋和内袋缝制起来。现有的加工方法是采用人工将内袋套到外袋里面,先拉平,然后再拿到缝纫机上缝合,显然非常麻烦,尤其是将内袋套到外袋里面这一工序采用人工操作,存在以下诸多缺点:工人劳动强度大,生产效率低,质量得不到保证;容易产生污染,不符合国家颁布的卫生标准的要求。近年来,虽然一些包装机生产厂家致力双层包装袋机械化生产的研究工作,但由于包装机空间的限制,实现将内袋能够准确的套入外包装袋中非常困难,至今还没有有效的成果,还停留在人工操作的水平。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种双层包装袋的内袋输送装置,能自动快速将内袋准确套入外袋内。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种双层包装袋的内袋输送装置,其特征在于,包括支架、驱动机构、传送辊组及吹气输送装置,所述驱动机构、传送辊组、吹气输送装置均安装在支架上;所述驱动机构驱动传送辊组将内袋往外袋方向传送,并通过吹气输送装置将内袋送入外袋内。外袋袋口可通过撑开机构在内袋送入外袋前将其撑开。
进一步的,所述传送辊组由上下相互平行且相切排列的第一传送辊、第二传送辊构成,所述第一传送辊、第二传送辊均与驱动机构传动连接,第一传送辊与第二传送辊转动方向相反。
进一步的,所述吹气输送装置包括吹气管及送气装置,所述吹气管包括上排若干吹气管及下排若干吹气管,所述吹气管均与送气装置连接。
进一步的,所述吹气输送装置还设有风刀,所述风刀包括上风刀及下风刀,所述上排若干吹气管出气口与上风刀连接,所述下排若干吹气管出气口与下风刀连接。所述上风刀、下风刀的出风口均为缝隙式出风口,使气流更加均匀、吹气力度更强、吹气输送速度更快。
进一步的,所述内袋输送装置还设有剪切装置,所述剪切装置包括气缸、主切刀及辅切刀,所述气缸安装在支架上,主切刀固定在气缸活塞杆上,辅切刀设置在主切刀的正下方。当内袋为成圈的双层薄膜的话,即需要通过剪切装置将其切断成用单个内袋。
本实用新型对照现有技术的有益效果是:实现了自动快速将内袋准确套入外袋内,降低了工人劳动强度,生产效率大大提高,质量得到保证;结构合理,操作简单,易于推广应用;能适应各种材质的包装袋,应用范围广。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步的说明。

如图1-2所示,本实用新型优选实施例中双层包装袋的内袋输送装置,包
括支架1、驱动机构2、传送辊组3及吹气输送装置4,所述驱动机构2、传送辊组3、吹气输送装置4均安装在支架1上;所述驱动机构2驱动传送辊组3将内袋5往外袋6方向传送,并通过吹气输送装置4将内袋5送入外袋6内。外袋6袋口可通过撑开机构在内袋5送入外袋6前将其撑开。
所述传送辊组3由上下相互平行且相切排列的第一传送辊31、第二传送辊32构成,所述第一传送辊31、第二传送辊32均与驱动机构2传动连接,第一传送辊31与第二传送辊32转动方向相反。
所述驱动机构2由电机及牵引部件组成,所述牵引部件可以是环形皮带、环形链条或同步带,相应配合的传动轮为皮带轮、链轮或同步带轮,所述驱动机构均属本领域技术人员所熟知的技术,所述驱动机构2与传送辊组3的连接在此不作详细描述。
所述吹气输送装置4包括吹气管41及送气装置42,所述吹气管41包括上排若干吹气管及下排若干吹气管,所述吹气管41均与送气装置42连接,所述送气装置42可为鼓风机。
所述吹气输送装置4还设有风刀43,所述风刀43包括上风刀及下风刀,所述上排若干吹气管出气口与上风刀连接,所述下排若干吹气管出气口与下风刀连接,所述风刀口朝向内袋输送的方向。
所述内袋输送装置还设有剪切装置7,所述剪切装置7包括气缸71、主切刀72及辅切刀73,所述气缸71安装在支架1上,主切刀72固定在气缸71活塞杆上,辅切刀73设置在主切刀72的正下方。

- 一种双层包装袋的内袋输送装置,其特征在于,包括支架、驱动机构、传送辊组及吹气输送装置,所述驱动机构、传送辊组、吹气输送装置均安装在支架上;所述驱动机构驱动传送辊组将内袋往外袋方向传送,并通过吹气输送装置将内袋送入外袋内。
- 如权利要求1所述双层包装袋的内袋输送装置,其特征在于:所述传送辊组由上下相互平行且相切排列的第一传送辊、第二传送辊构成,所述第一传送辊、第二传送辊均与驱动机构传动连接,第一传送辊与第二传送辊转动方向相反。
- 如权利要求1所述双层包装袋的内袋输送装置,其特征在于:所述吹气输送装置包括吹气管及送气装置,所述吹气管包括上排若干吹气管及下排若干吹气管,所述吹气管均与送气装置连接。
- 如权利要求3所述双层包装袋的内袋输送装置,其特征在于:所述吹气输送装置还设有风刀,所述风刀包括上风刀及下风刀,所述上排若干吹气管出气口与上风刀连接,所述下排若干吹气管出气口与下风刀连接。
- 如权利要求1所述双层包装袋的内袋输送装置,其特征在于:所述内袋输送装置还设有剪切装置,所述剪切装置包括气缸、主切刀及辅切刀,所述气缸安装在支架上,主切刀固定在气缸活塞杆上,辅切刀设置在主切刀的正下方。
