Description

一种用于圆盘机的除屑机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于圆盘机的除屑机构。
背景技术
现有的圆盘机,一般具有多个工位,用于对工件进行加工。每个工位上均对应不同或相同的加工机构以对工件进行不同或相同工艺的加工。对工件加工时不可避免的会产生废屑。而当圆盘机内的废屑累积到一定的量时,势必会影响到圆盘机的加工操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于刮刷圆盘机内废屑的除屑机构,该除屑机构结构简单,刮刷效果好。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种用于圆盘机的除屑机构,圆盘机包括绕其轴心线转动的设于基座上的用于带动工件转动的转动盘、设于所述基座上的用于加工所述工件的加工机构,所述除屑机构包括设于所述基座上的位于所述转动盘和所述加工机构之间的环形集屑槽、至少一个固设于所述转动盘上跟随其一起转动的用于刮刷所述环形集屑槽内废屑的除屑部,所述环形集屑槽位于所述加工机构的下方。
优选地,所述除屑部包括固设于所述转动盘外缘部上的刮刷支架、可拆卸的设于所述刮刷支架下方的用于刮刷所述环形集屑槽内所述废屑的刮刷板。
更优选地,所述刮刷板的宽度与所述环形集屑槽的槽宽相等。
更优选地,所述除屑部还包括用于夹持所述刮刷板一端的压板、用于将所述压板固定在所述刮刷支架上的固定螺丝。
优选地,所述转动盘的外缘部上间隔均匀的设有多个用于夹持所述工件的夹持部,所述除屑部设于所述夹持部之间。
优选地,所述环形集屑槽上开设有用于排出所述废屑的出屑口。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明一种用于圆盘机的除屑机构,通过在加工机构和转动盘之间开设环形集屑槽,并在转动盘上装设有用于刮刷该环形集屑槽内废屑的除屑部,能够方便快捷的将环形集屑槽内的废屑刮除;该刮刷板可拆卸的设于刮刷支架上,当刮刷板损坏后,只需更换该刮刷板即可。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
参见图1-3所示,上述一种用于圆盘机的除屑机构,该圆盘机包括绕其轴心线转动的设于基座1上的用于带动工件转动的转动盘2、设于基座1上的用于加工工件的加工机构3,该加工机构3有多个,多个加工机构3环设于转动盘2的外缘部外且与转动盘2之间间隔设置。该除屑机构包括设于基座1上的位于转动盘2和加工机构3之间的环形集屑槽4、至少一个固设于转动盘2上跟随其一起转动的用于刮刷环形集屑槽4内废屑的除屑部5,该环形集屑槽4位于加工机构3的下方。该加工机构3相同或不同,用于对工件相同或不同的部位进行加工。
该转动盘2的外缘部上间隔均匀的设有多个用于夹持工件的夹持部6,上述除屑部5设于该夹持部6之间。在本实施例中,该夹持部6有九个,该转动盘2上每隔三个夹持部6设有一个除屑部5。
该除屑部5包括固设于转动盘2外缘部上的刮刷支架51、可拆卸的设于该刮刷支架51下方的用于刮刷该环形集屑槽4内废屑的刮刷板52,为了更为彻底将环形集屑槽4内的废屑刮刷干净,该刮刷板52的宽度与环形集屑槽4的槽宽相等。为了减小刮刷时受到的阻力,适当的弯曲刮刷支架51,使刮刷板52与环形集屑槽4槽底之间形成一定的角度。
上述除屑部5还包括用于夹持刮刷板52一端的压板53、用于将该压板53固定在刮刷支架51上的固定螺丝54。刮刷板52一般采用塑料板材,当刮刷板52磨损后,通过拆卸该压板53能够方便快捷的更换该刮刷板52。
为了即时排出环形集屑槽4内的废屑,该环形集屑槽4上还开设有出屑口41,当刮刷板52将废屑刮至该出屑口41时,废屑从该出屑口41排出。
以下具体阐述下本实施例的工作过程:
启动圆盘机,转动盘2带动工件间歇性转动,当转动盘2静止时,加工机构3对静止的工件进行加工,加工产生的废屑落入下方的环形集屑槽4中,转动盘2继续转动并带动除屑部5一起转动,使得刮刷板52在环形集屑槽4内间歇性的转动并刮刷废屑,当刮刷板52转动至出屑口41时,废屑顺着出屑口41排出。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并加以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

1、一种用于圆盘机的除屑机构,圆盘机包括绕其轴心线转动的设于基座上的用于带动工件转动的转动盘、设于所述基座上的用于加工所述工件的加工机构,其特征在于:所述除屑机构包括设于所述基座上的位于所述转动盘和所述加工机构之间的环形集屑槽、至少一个固设于所述转动盘上跟随其一起转动的用于刮刷所述环形集屑槽内废屑的除屑部,所述环形集屑槽位于所述加工机构的下方。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种用于圆盘机的除屑机构,其特征在于:所述除屑部包括固设于所述转动盘外缘部上的刮刷支架、可拆卸的设于所述刮刷支架下方的用于刮刷所述环形集屑槽内所述废屑的刮刷板。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种用于圆盘机的除屑机构,其特征在于:所述刮刷板的宽度与所述环形集屑槽的槽宽相等。
4、根据权利要求2所述的一种用于圆盘机的除屑机构,其特征在于:所述除屑部还包括用于夹持所述刮刷板一端的压板、用于将所述压板固定在所述刮刷支架上的固定螺丝。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种用于圆盘机的除屑机构,其特征在于:所述转动盘的外缘部上间隔均匀的设有多个用于夹持所述工件的夹持部,所述除屑部设于所述夹持部之间。
6、根据权利要求1所述的一种用于圆盘机的除屑机构,其特征在于:所述环形集屑槽上开设有用于排出所述废屑的出屑口。
