如图2、3所示,所述大型桁架式喷灌机为中心支轴式喷灌机,电器控制箱6、储罐7和系统泵8均放置在中心支轴式喷灌机的中心支轴12的一侧;连接软管13上设有旋转接头11。中心支轴式喷灌机运行时,中心支轴12固定不动,喷药系统随同喷灌机跨体围绕中心支轴12转动,通过旋转接头11将药(或肥)液输送到管路18。电器控制箱6控制开启系统泵8,并根据不同电磁阀19位置处的线速度调节电磁启闭时间长短,控制不同喷头20在洒过相同面积地块内药肥液总量相同,以此保证农药与肥喷洒的均匀性。本实施例中,旋转接头11包括上端盖11-2和下端盖11-1,上端盖11-2的底端设有外翻边,下端盖11-1的顶端设有内翻边,外翻边设在内翻边的下方并且内 翻边与外翻边通过设在二者之间的滑环11-3滑动且密封连接;下端盖11-1固定在中心支轴12处的竖管5上部,并且下端盖11-1上设有进液口,上端盖11-2上设有出液口。与下端盖11-1上的进液口连接的进液连接软管从竖管5上壁进入竖管5并从其侧壁伸出。
实施例三:
如图4、5所示,所述大型桁架式喷灌机为中心支轴式喷灌机,电器控制箱6、储罐7和系统泵8均放置在中心支轴式喷灌机的中心支轴12的一侧;连接软管13上设有旋转接头11。本实施例中,旋转接头11包括环形压盖11-5和环形水槽11-4,环形水槽11-4和环形压盖11-5均套在中心支轴12处的竖管5上,并且环形水槽11-4与竖管5密封且固定联接,环形压盖11-5与竖管5密封且可相对转动联接;环形压盖11-5的底端设有外翻边,环形水槽11-4的顶端设有内翻边,外翻边设在内翻边的下方并且内翻边与外翻边通过设在二者之间的滑环11-6滑动且密封连接;环形水槽11-4上设有进液口,环形压盖11-5上设有岀液口。大型桁架式喷灌机为中心支轴式喷灌机。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种大型农药与肥料喷洒系统,包括大型桁架式喷灌机;其特征在于:还包括电器控制箱(6)、用于容纳农药或肥料的储罐(7)、系统泵(8)以及设在大型桁架式喷灌机底部的升降机构,升降机构上沿大型桁架式喷灌机长度方向设有用于容纳农药或肥料的管路(18)和分别通过支管与管路(18)相连接的多个喷头(20),并且每个喷头(20)所在的支管上各设有一个电磁阀(19);所述管路(18)的进液口通过用于输送农药或肥料的连接软管(13)与系统泵(8)的出液口相连接,系统泵(8)的进液口与一软管的一端相连接,软管的另一端置于储罐(7)中;电器控制箱(6)的输出端分别与系统泵(8)和电磁阀(19)的控制端相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的大型农药与肥料喷洒系统,其特征在于:所述升降机构包括沿大型桁架式喷灌机长度方向设置的升降平台(4),升降平台(4)通过调节螺杆(16)与大型桁架式喷灌机底部的拉筋(17)相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的大型农药与肥料喷洒系统,其特征在于:所述升降平台(4)的两侧各铰接设有一个开合角度可调的翅板,用于防止药液或肥料向上飞溅。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的大型农药与肥料喷洒系统,其特征在于:所述翅板由往复运动机构带动并随着大型桁架式喷灌机的行进开合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的大型农药与肥料喷洒系统,其特征在于:所述喷头(20)竖直向下且沿大型桁架式喷灌机长度方向均匀布置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的大型农药与肥料喷洒系统,其特征在于:所述大型桁架式喷灌机为平移式喷灌机,电器控制箱(6)、储罐(7)和系统泵(8)均设在平移式喷灌机的首部塔架车(9)上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的大型农药与肥料喷洒系统,其特征在于:所述大型桁架式喷灌机为中心支轴式喷灌机,电器控制箱(6)、储罐(7)和系统泵(8)均放置在中心支轴式喷灌机的中心支轴(12)的一侧;连接软管(13)上设有旋转接头(11)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的大型农药与肥料喷洒系统,其特征在于:所述旋转接头(11)包括上端盖(11-2)和下端盖(11-1),上端盖(11-2)的底端设有外翻边,下端盖(11-1)的顶端设有内翻边,外翻边设在内翻边的 下方并且内翻边与外翻边通过设在二者之间的滑环(11-3)滑动且密封连接;下端盖(11-1)固定在中心支轴(12)处的竖管(5)上部,并且下端盖(11-1)上设有进液口,上端盖(11-2)上设有出液口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的大型农药与肥料喷洒系统,其特征在于:与下端盖(11-1)上的进液口连接的进液连接软管从竖管(5)上壁进入竖管(5)并从其侧壁伸出。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的大型农药与肥料喷洒系统,其特征在于:所述旋转接头(11)包括环形压盖(11-5)和环形水槽(11-4),环形水槽(11-4)和环形压盖(11-5)均套在中心支轴(12)处的竖管(5)上,并且环形水槽(11-4)与竖管(5)密封且固定联接,环形压盖(11-5)与竖管(5)密封且能够相对转动联接;环形压盖(11-5)的底端设有外翻边,环形水槽(11-4)的顶端设有内翻边,外翻边设在内翻边的下方并且内翻边与外翻边通过设在二者之间的滑环(11-6)滑动且密封连接;环形水槽(11-4)上设有进液口,环形压盖(11-5)上设有岀液口。
