Abstract
Description
[1-1.現金自動預払機の全体構成]
図1に外観を示すように、現金自動預払機1は、箱状の筐体2を中心に構成されており、例えば金融機関等に設置され、顧客との間で入金取引や出金取引等の現金に関する取引を行う。以下では、現金自動預払機1のうち顧客が対峙する側を前側とし、その反対を後側とし、当該前側に対峙した顧客から見て上下左右をそれぞれ上側、下側、左側及び右側と定義する。
取引の種類の選択、暗証番号や取引金額等を入力するタッチパネルとが一体化されたものである。
次に、図3及び図4を用いて、一時保留部22の構成について説明する。図3A、Bに示すように、一時保留部22は、フレーム30により外側が覆われており、その内部に各部品が取り付けられた構成となっている。尚、図3A、Bは、一時保留部22の左側面図を模式的に表したものであり、説明の都合上、一部の部品を透過、もしくは省略、または簡略化したものとなっている。
ここまで説明したように、第1の実施の形態では、一時保留部22の上側搬送ガイド32に、ドラム31のドラム径に連動して可動することで常に上側搬送ガイド32とドラム31との間に介在し、主テープ42の紙幣搬送部分42Tによって中央のみを挟持されて搬送される紙幣BLを、上側搬送ガイド32とドラム31との間でガイドする上側可動ガイド60を設けた。
次に、第2の実施の形態について説明する。この第2の実施の形態は、一時保留部の構成が、第1の実施の形態とは異なる実施の形態である。一時保留部以外の構成については、第1の実施の形態と同様である為、詳しい説明については第1の実施の形態を参照とする。よって、ここでは、主に一時保留部の構成について説明する。
図12に、第2の実施の形態の一時保留部100を示す。尚、図12に示す一時保留部100は、第1の実施の形態の一時保留部22と同一の部分には同一の符号を付してある。
ここまで説明したように、第2の実施の形態では、一時保留部100の上側搬送ガイド32に、ドラム103のドラム径に連動して可動することで常に上側搬送ガイド32とドラム103との間に介在し、主テープ42の紙幣搬送部分42Tによって中央のみを挟持されて搬送される紙幣BLをガイドするガイド機能と、ドラム103を巻戻方向R2へ回転させる際に、ドラム103から主テープ42や補助テープ52をほぼ引き出し終えた時点で、それ以上回転しないようにドラム103を停止させる為のストッパ機能とを有する上側可動ガイド兼ストッパ101を設けた。
[3-1.他の実施の形態1]
尚、上述した第1の実施の形態では、ドラム31の周側面31Sの軸方向の一端側(2本の補助テープ52のうちの一方の巻付ライン上)に、ストッパ溝70を形成するようにした。これに限らず、ドラム31の周側面31Sの軸方向の他端側(他方の巻付ライン上)に、もう1本ストッパ溝70を形成するようにしてもよい。すなわち、ドラム31の周側面31Sの軸方向の両端側にそれぞれストッパ溝70を形成するようにしてもよい。この場合、可動ストッパ71を1個追加して、2本のストッパ溝70のそれぞれに可動ストッパ71が挿入されるようにすればよい。このようにすれば、1個の可動ストッパ71でドラム31の回転を停止させるよりも、より強固にドラム31の回転を停止させることができる。
また、上述した第2の実施の形態では、補助テープ52より幅狭で、上側可動ガイド兼ストッパ101の脚部60Lの下端部に形成された複数の櫛歯60Ltと追従ローラ61が挿入されるストッパ溝102をドラム103に複数本形成するようにした。
さらに、上述した第1の実施の形態では、一時保留部22に、主テープ42の紙幣搬送部分42Tによって中央のみを挟持されて搬送される紙幣BLをガイドする上側可動ガイド60と、ドラム31から主テープ42や補助テープ52をほぼ引き出し終えた時点で、それ以上回転しないようにドラム31を停止させる為のストッパ溝70及び可動ストッパ71とを設けるようにした。
さらに、上述した各実施の形態では、本発明を、媒体処理装置としての一時保留部22、100に適用したが、本発明は、これに限らず、媒体を、搬送方向と直交する方向の中央でテープにより挟持してドラムに巻き付けて収納するものであれば、一時保留部22、100とは異なる媒体処理装置にも適用できる。
さらに、本発明は、上述した各実施の形態に限定されるものではない。すなわち本発明は、上述した第1及び第2の実施の形態と他の実施の形態の一部または全部を任意に組み合わせた実施の形態や、一部を抽出した実施の形態にもその適用範囲が及ぶものである。
Claims (11)
- 回転可能に支持され、紙葉状の媒体を周側面に巻き付けるドラムと、
一端がドラムの周側面に固定され、ドラムの回転にともない当該周側面との間に媒体を挟んで巻き付ける主テープと、
前記主テープを巻き取る主リールと、
前記ドラムの周側面から離れた位置に設けられ、前記主リールから引き出された主テープを前記ドラムの周側面に向けて折り返す第1テープローラと、
前記ドラムの周側面から離れた位置に設けられ、前記第1テープローラにより折り返され前記ドラムの周側面に沿って走行した後、一旦当該周側面から引き離された前記主テープを再度当該周側面に向けて折り返す第2テープローラと、
前記ドラムの周側面から離れた位置に固定され、前記第2テープローラを支持するとともに、前記媒体の搬送をガイドする媒体搬送ガイドと、
前記媒体搬送ガイドに、前記媒体の巻き付け量によって変化する前記ドラムのドラム径に追従して可動するように設けられ、前記主テープにおける、前記第1テープローラにより折り返された部分と前記第2テープローラにより折り返された部分とで挟持されて搬送される媒体を、前記ドラムの周側面と前記媒体搬送ガイドとの間でガイドする可動ガイドと
を有する媒体処理装置。 - 前記ドラムの周側面における、前記主テープの一端が固定される位置から前記ドラムの軸方向に離れた位置に一端が固定され、前記ドラムの回転にともない、前記主テープとともに、前記媒体を前記ドラムの周側面に巻き付ける補助テープと、
前記補助テープを巻き取る補助リールとを
さらに有する請求項1に記載の媒体処理装置。 - 前記ドラムの周側面における、前記補助テープが巻き付けられる巻付ライン上に形成され、前記ドラムに前記補助テープが巻き付けられていくと当該補助テープにより覆われ、前記ドラムから前記補助テープが引き出されていくと露出するストッパ溝と、
前記ドラムの周側面における前記補助テープの巻付ラインと対向する位置に、前記ドラムのドラム径に追従して可動するように設けられ、前記ストッパ溝に係合可能な可動ストッパと
をさらに有し、
前記可動ストッパは、前記ドラムが前記補助テープを引き出す方向に回転していき、前記補助テープにより覆われていた前記ストッパ溝が露出するまで回転すると、当該ストッパ溝と係合することで前記ドラムの回転を停止させる
請求項2に記載の媒体処理装置。 - 前記可動ガイドは、追従ローラを有し、当該追従ローラが前記ドラムの周側面に当接する
1から3のいずれかに記載の媒体処理装置。 - 前記可動ガイドの追従ローラは、前記ドラムの周側面における、前記補助テープが巻き付けられる巻付ラインと対向する位置に設けられ、前記ドラムに巻き付けられた補助テープに当接する
請求項2又は3に記載の媒体処理装置。 - 前記可動ストッパは、追従ローラを有し、前記ストッパ溝が前記補助テープにより覆われている間は、当該追従ローラが前記補助テープに当接し、前記ストッパ溝が露出すると、当該追従ローラが前記ストッパ溝に入り込んで当該ストッパ溝の底に当接する
請求項3に記載の媒体処理装置。 - 前記ストッパ溝は、前記ドラムの周側面における、前記補助テープの一端が固定される位置の近傍から、前記ドラムの周側面に沿って延びる溝であり、前記補助テープの一端が固定される位置の近傍となる一端側から他端側へとなだらかに深くなっている
請求項3又は6に記載の媒体処理装置。 - 前記可動ストッパは、前記ドラムが前記補助テープを引き出す方向に回転することにともなって、露出した前記ストッパ溝の一端側から当該ストッパ溝に入り込んでいき、当該ストッパ溝の他端側に当接することで前記ドラムの回転を停止させる
請求項7に記載の媒体処理装置。 - 前記可動ガイドは、前記可動ストッパを兼ねており、当該可動ガイドの一部が、前記ドラムの周側面における補助テープの巻付ラインと対向する位置にあり、前記ドラムが、前記ストッパ溝が露出するまで回転すると、前記可動ガイドの一部が、露出した前記ストッパ溝と係合することで前記ドラムの回転を停止させる
請求項3、6、7、8のいずれかに記載の媒体処理装置。 - 前記可動ガイドのガイド面と前記媒体搬送ガイドのガイド面との連結部分が入れ子形状となっている
1から9のいずれかに記載の媒体処理装置。 - 取引すべき紙葉状の媒体を外部から取り込む取込部と、
前記媒体を搬送する搬送部と、
回転可能に構成され、前記搬送部により搬送されてくる前記媒体を周側面に巻き付けるドラムと、
一端がドラムの周側面に固定され、ドラムの回転にともない当該周側面との間に媒体を挟んで巻き付ける主テープと、
前記主テープを巻き取る主リールと、
前記ドラムの周側面から離れた位置に設けられ、前記主リールから引き出された主テープを前記ドラムの周側面に向けて折り返す第1テープローラと、
前記ドラムの周側面から離れた位置に設けられ、前記第1テープローラにより折り返され前記ドラムの周側面に沿って走行した後、一旦当該周側面から引き離された前記主テープを再度当該周側面に向けて折り返す第2テープローラと、
前記ドラムの周側面から離れた位置に固定され、前記第2テープローラを支持するとともに、前記媒体の搬送をガイドする媒体搬送ガイドと、
前記媒体搬送ガイドに、前記媒体の巻き付け量によって変化する前記ドラムのドラム径に追従して可動するように設けられ、前記主テープにおける、前記第1テープローラにより折り返された部分と前記第2テープローラにより折り返された部分とで挟持されて搬送される媒体を、前記ドラムの周側面と前記媒体搬送ガイドとの間でガイドする可動ガイドと
を有する媒体取引装置。
