Description

立式储物配发装置及发药机 技术领域
本发明属于仓储物品发放领域,尤其是涉及一种储物通道是竖立设置的立式储物配发装置及采用该立式储物配发装置的发药机。
背景技术
目前,盒装物品,尤其是盒装药品的仓储和配发领域,如图1所示,1-1是隔板,1-2盒装物品,1-3防倒毛刷,1-4涡卷弹簧驱动车,1-5防第二盒跟起装置,1-6计数装置,盒装物品最大侧面相接触排列,才能最大限度的发挥储物通道容纳盒装药品的量,配发药品的量才大、效率才高。图1所示的物品配发装置采用斜坡式放置在仓库架上,依靠物品自身重力下滑达到物品出仓目的;或者采用涡卷弹簧驱动车类似的装置在盒装物品后面挤压,物品在后面挤压力的作用下向储物通道出口方向滑动,最后将物品推出物品配发装置。若干个这样的物品配发装置在仓架上按顺序排列,仓架可以摆放成百上千个这样的抽屉式物品配发装置,每个物品配发装置可放置不同的盒装物品,这样通过终端控制器控制物品配发装置来控制不同物品的出仓。
但是,现有的这种抽屉式物品配发装置存在的缺陷是,物品在出口处下滑不顺利,严重影响出仓效果;另外,由于盒装物品在中长距离的滑动会产生移位,导致其至储物通道出口处时已顺序混乱,导致出仓效果不理想。
在中国专利文献CN102874535A中,公开了一种抽屉式盒装物品配发装置,该装置包括储物通道,所述储物通道设有底板,所述底板的两侧连接有第一隔板和第二隔板,还包括有物品进口和出口,所述第一隔板和第二隔板在所述储物通道前端靠近出口处向上延伸连接有防物品跟起装置,所述出口处设置有阻挡物品下滑的下挡板和使第一盒物品一端先抬起的凸轮。
采用上述技术方案的抽屉式盒装物品配发装置结构简单、操作方便,底板具有承载盒装物品和让物品下滑的作用,可以在底板上设置其他一些附属装置,使得涡卷弹簧驱动车等类似的机构可以沿着固定的辊道在盒装物品后面挤压物品,也可以在底板上做一些其他改进,使得盒装物品不依靠涡卷弹簧驱动车等类似的机构的挤压,依靠自身的重力也能顺利下滑,从该专利文献的说明书附图也可以 明显的看出,该抽屉式盒装物品配发装置是平躺或倾斜等横向放置在支架上的,该方案虽然有诸多优势,但是在实际使用上述技术方案过程中,其缺点亦是非常明显,横向放置占用空间太多,其他与之相配合的部件设置空间受限,储药量还是不够理想,储药通道需要预留出空间,体积大。
因此,有必要研发出一种新的物品配发装置,使得其在储药量上有所增大,体积也寻求小型化,最大限度节省空间,结构简单。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构科学简单、操作方便、体积小、配发速度快、且准确率高的立式储物配发装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,该立式储物配发装置,包括放置物品的竖立储物通道,所述竖立储物通道具有至少两个侧板构成的竖立储物槽;所述竖立储物槽内自下而上可依次叠放物品;所述竖立储物槽的底端设置有出物口,位于竖立储物槽内依次叠放的物品可自下而上依次从所述出物口配发。
上述技术方案结构的立式储物配发装置,与现有其他横向放置的储物配发装置不同的是,采用立式结构,物品自身的重力得到100%的利用,无需采用靠涡卷弹簧驱动车等类似的机构的挤压,即可将物品配发;此外,采用立式结构,包括放置物品的竖立储物通道,所述竖立储物通道具有竖立储物槽,物品在该竖立储物槽内由下至上依次叠放,由于物品自身的重力得到100%的利用,竖立储物槽周壁与物品之间的间隙可以限缩到很小,最大限度的节省了空间,实现该装置的小型化;竖立储物槽的底端设置有出物口,将出物口设置在竖立储物槽的底端,这样对于即将配发物品而言,承受到的重力也是最大的,可快速实现该物品的配发,配发速度快。
结构简单、操作方便,简化了立式储物配发装置加工工艺,安装也方便,不用浪费劳动力去调节位置,节约了工人的劳动力,提高了效率,由于物品在立式储物配发装置内一般都是基于最大侧面积依次叠放(对于盒装药品而言),其从出物口配发时,也是最大侧面的那一面先附着输送装置或承装装置,落药高度统一,低落差位落药,无损伤,顺利从出物口出仓,完成物品的配发。
此外,立式储物配发装置内自下而上可依次叠放物品,由于位于最上面的物 品并没有或者类似涡卷弹簧驱动车等机构阻拦,往竖立储物槽内填加药更加方便迅速。
进一步的改进在于,位于所述竖立储物通道上设置有出物机构;所述出物机构动作使得竖立储物槽内依次叠放的物品可自下而上依次从所述出物口配发。
利用竖立储物通道上设置的出物机构进行出物,可快速的将叠放在储物槽内最下面的那个物品向所述出物口方向移动,快速实现该物品的配发,配发速度快。
进一步的改进在于,所述竖立储物槽下端设置有可至少容纳一个物品的出物模块,且所述出物模块可相对于所述竖立储物槽错位移动;所述出物模块底部设置有活动翻板。
设置出物模块,使得位于出物模块内即将配方物品可以一次性配发,加快了物品配发的速度;出物模块相对于竖立储物槽错位移动时,出物模块上端用于支撑叠放在上面的物品不下落,从而不会影响位于出物模块内物品的配方,在出物模块底部设置有活动翻板,一旦出物模块错位移动时,活动翻板动作,将位于出物模块内的物品配发掉落,快速方便,当出物模块回复原位时,活动翻板亦回复原位,叠放在上面的物品又会掉入空的出物模块中,可进行下一次物品的配发,如此循环,采用这种结构的立式储物配发装置,可一次性配发一个或者多个物品,配发物品速度明显加快。
进一步的改进在于,所述出物机构包括有电机,所述电机带动曲柄做旋转运动使得推板在滑道内做往复运动;所述推板推动出物模块错位移动;所述活动翻板在物品配发时与出物模块接触,出物模块错位移动比较稳定快速,出错率低,使用寿命也较长;活动翻板在物品配发时与出物模块接触,即利用出物模块的错位移动带动活动翻板的动作进而实现物品的配发,物品配发时所有的动力来源均是出物机构中的电机,结构科学合理,各个部件动作一致,出错率低。
进一步的改进在于,所述活动翻板包括有垂直板和水平板;所述垂直板通过铰链与所述竖立储物通道相连,并可绕铰链旋转一定角度使得所述水平板倾斜,位于出物模块内的物品脱离所述水平板配发。
垂直板通过铰链与所述竖立储物通道相连,具体的连接点位于出物模块上端,这样,物品配发时,出物模块错位移动并推动活动翻板动作,使得垂直板绕铰链旋转一定角度导致水平板倾斜,用于支撑出物模块内物品的水平板倾斜,使 得物品失去了托举,即脱离水平板实现配发。
进一步的改进在于,所述铰链上设置有扭簧;所述出物模块设置有检测构件,设置扭簧的作用在于使得活动翻板可以快速的回复原位,以便快速进入下一个配发物品循环;出物模块设置有检测构件,检测构件可以检测出物模块内有没有物品,进而判断出物品配发是否出错,以及出物模块回复原位后,有没有物品掉入出物模块内,保证下一次物品配发循环的正常进行。
本发明要解决的另外一个问题是,提供一种能够快速配发药品、出错率低的竖立储药配发式发药机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,该竖立储药配发式发药机采用前面所述的立式储物配发装置,还包括有控制系统和框架,所述框架内设置有至少一个储药槽单元,所述储药槽单元由若干个立式储物配发装置组合而成,所述输送装置位于储药槽单元的下端。
采用上述结构的发药机,发药速度更快,其具有至少一个储药槽单元,而一个储药槽单元由若干个立式储物配发装置组合而成,这样,控制系统的发药指令一经发出,每个储药槽单元可以发出多种药品,一个处方在短短的几秒钟内即可全部发完,并由位于储药槽单元下端的输送装置输送出发药机,出错率低,发药快速,且该发药机采用立式储物配发装置,节约了空间,在同等空间条件下,容药数量增加,发药速度加快。
进一步的改进在于,所述输送装置包括归纳输送部和定向输送部,从储药槽单元中的立式储物配发装置配发出来的药品,先落在归纳输送部上,并由归纳输送部送至定向输送部,定向输送部再将药品按照控制系统指令输送至指定区域,处方配发完成。
进一步的改进在于,所述储药槽单元采用抽屉式结构单元,该抽屉式结构单元的储药槽单元两侧分别设置有若干个立式储物配发装置。
储药槽单元采用抽屉式结构单元,维修检测方便,手动添加药品也是快捷的;两侧分别设置有若干个立式储物配发装置,增加了配发药品的种类和数量。
进一步的改进在于,位于所述框架内的若干个立式储物配发装置,在所述框架的横截面上呈蜂窝网状组合排列,采用蜂窝网状组合排列,在框架内容纳的立式储物配发装置会更加多,配发药品的种类和数量也相应的会增加。
进一步的改进在于,所述框架上端设置有机械手上药装置,机械手上药装置不占用的空间得到合理规划,整体来看,发药机的占用空间减小了。
本发明立式储物配发装置中的出物机构还可以设置成这样的结构,具体的,出物机构设置在竖立储物槽的底端且位于所述竖立储物通道上,出物机构具有推板,所述推板可向出物口方向运动使得物品掉落完成出物,推板具有一定的宽度,其抗扭力较强,由于推板推送物品的频率较高,抗扭力较强使得其使用寿命也相应的延长,维修费用较低,效率高。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述出物机构还设置有拔叉,所述拔叉的一端与所述推板活动连接,另一端靠近且位于出物口下端构成支撑待出物品的支撑点;所述出物机构横向延伸出有两个挡板;所述推板位于两个挡板之间。
所述拔叉的一端与所述推板活动连接,推板位于两个挡板之间,即当推板向向出物口方向运动,待出物品远离挡板,推板亦同时带动拔叉作为支撑点的另一端远离支撑的物品,这样该支撑点就不能与两个挡板共同对物品形成三个点稳定支撑,与此同时,待出物品失去了托举,处在悬空状态,在重力作用下完成出物。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,与所述推板活动连接的所述拔叉的一端设置有拔叉滚轮,且该拔叉滚轮位于所述推板的滑槽内,所述拔叉滚轮可在所述滑槽长度方向内往复移动,采用这样的结构,推板与拔叉之间活动连接更稳定,当推板对待出物品向出物口方向移动时,拔叉的一端在推板的滑槽内向外移动,进而使得拔叉的另一端向外移动,失去对待出物品的托举(即完成出物);当推板远离物口方向往回移动时,拔叉的一端在推板的滑槽内向内移动,进而使得拔叉的另一端向内移动,实现对位于倒数第二个待出物品的托举。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述拔叉与其中一个挡板通过拔叉转轴连接,使得在该点位置处,拔叉与挡板的位置是相对固定的,拔叉作为支撑点的另一端以该连接点为支点内外移动,移动位置实现可控同时也比较稳定,拔叉作为支撑点的另一端只能在横向平面内移动。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述出物口远离所述推板的那一侧具有一缺口,所述拔叉的另一端即位于该缺口下端。
设置该缺口的目的在于,当推板和拔叉对位于竖立储物槽最下面的那个待出物品往外推时,该待出物品有足够的空间往外移动,进而失去拔叉和挡板的托举, 实现顺利出物。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述出物机构具有电机,由所述电机驱动推板,采用电机驱动推板,使得其动力相对比较稳定,在使用频率高的环境下,也能保持较高的工作效率和较长的使用寿命。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述推板的一端与电机连接,并可绕该连接点横向内外移动,推板的一端与电机连接使得推板能够较快的对电机的驱动作出响应,本发明所指的内外是相对于竖立储物槽而言的。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述出物机构可沿着竖立储物槽一侧上下移动。
将出物机构设置成沿竖立储物槽一侧上下移动,这样在添加物品时,出物机构上移至靠近竖立储物槽上端,物品从竖立储物槽上端加药口添加进竖立储物槽,由于出物机构也是在靠近竖立储物槽上端的,这样,物品在竖立储物槽内垂直掉落距离较短,叠放位置比较规整,同时,每添加一个物品或者一定量的物品,出物机构则下移一定距离,物品添加速度稳定;此外,出物机构可沿着竖立储物槽一侧上下移动,通过移动的距离也可计算出竖立储物槽内物品的多少。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述竖立储物槽一侧是开放式的,形成出物机构安装面;所述安装面的两垂直边设置有凹槽,所述出物机构与竖立储物槽相连接的那部分嵌入安装在该凹槽内,使得出物机构可沿着凹槽在所述竖立储物槽安装面上下移动。
竖立储物槽一侧是开放式的,形成出物机构的安装面,采用这种结构的有益技术效果在于,对于竖立储物槽内的物品叠放状态可以目测得到的,出物机构在这个安装面实现上下移动,出物机构卡合在凹槽内,运行稳定。

具体实施方式
图1所示的是现有的抽屉式盒装物品配发装置结构示意图,其采用的是横向放置的方式,且在后端必须采用类似涡卷弹簧驱动车等装置在盒装物品后面挤压。
实施例1:
如图10所示,是本发明的立式物品配发装置,包括放置物品的竖立储物通道1,所述竖立储物通道1具有竖立储物槽2;所述竖立储物槽2内从上至下可依次叠放物品(如图2所示);所述竖立储物槽2的底端且位于所述竖立储物通道1上设置有出物机构3;所述竖立储物槽2的底端还设置有出物口4;所述出物机构3可将叠放在竖立储物槽2内最下面的那个物品向所述出物口4方向移动,如图5所示。
如图3所示,所述出物机构3具有推板302,所述推板302可向出物口4方向运动使得物品掉落完成出物;所述出物机构3还设置有拔叉303,所述拔叉303的一端3031与所述推板302活动连接,另一端3032靠近且位于出物口4下端构成支撑待出物品的支撑点3035;所述出物机构3横向延伸出有两个挡板304、305;所述推板302位于两个挡板304、305之间。
在图4中,与所述推板302活动连接的所述拔叉的一端3031设置有拔叉滚轮3033(该部件在图10中也可明显的看出),且该拔叉滚轮3033位于所述推板302的滑槽3021内,所述拔叉滚轮3033可在所述滑槽3021长度方向内往复移动;所述拔叉303与挡板304通过拔叉转轴3034连接。
在本实施例中,如图10所示,所述出物口4远离所述推板302的那一侧具有一缺口401,所述拔叉的另一端3032即位于该缺口401下端。
所述出物机构3具有电机301,由所述电机301驱动推板302,所述推板302的一端与电机301连接,并可绕该连接点横向内外移动。
如图2、5、6和10所示,出物机构3可沿着竖立储物槽2一侧上下移动,具体的,在本实施例中,所述竖立储物槽2一侧是开放式的,形成出物机构安装面201;所述安装面201的两垂直边2011、2012分别设置有凹槽2013、2014,所述出物机构3与竖立储物槽2相连接的那部分嵌入安装在该凹槽2013、2014内,使得出物机构3可沿着凹槽2013、2014在所述竖立储物槽一侧垂直上下移动。
上述实施例中的立式物品配发装置可采用如图7、8和9中所示的那样多个重复排列配置形成储药架。
本实施例的立式物品配发装置具体使用时:竖立储物槽内叠放盒装药品,具 体的,出物机构3沿着竖立储物槽2的安装面的那一侧向上移动,盒装药品从竖立储物通道1的上端加药口基于最大侧面积叠装添加进入竖立储物槽2内,随着盒装药品的添加,出物机构3沿着竖立储物槽2的安装面201的那一侧逐步向下移动,并一直移动至竖立储物槽2的底端,此时,拔叉303的支撑点3035、与出物机构3上的两个挡板304、305对叠装的盒装药品形成三个托举点;
当控制系统发出指令需要发药时,电机301驱动位于两个挡板304、305之间的推板302,推板302向内移动推动最下面的那一盒盒装药品朝出物口4移动,推板302向内移动也同时带动拔叉303的支撑点3035向外移动,此时,最下面的那一盒盒装药品失去了托举,基于自身重力,从出物口4的缺口401处掉落,以最大侧面积着落,落点稳定。
采用本发明结构的立式物品配发装置,结构简单,操作方便,盒装物品出仓顺利,提高了工作效率。
实施例2:
在本实施例中,如图11所示,该立式储物配发装置包括放置物品的竖立储物通道1,所述竖立储物通道1具有至少两个侧板构成的竖立储物槽2;所述竖立储物槽2内自下而上可依次叠放物品;所述竖立储物槽2的底端设置有出物口,位于竖立储物槽2内依次叠放的物品可自下而上依次从所述出物口4配发。
如图11所示,位于所述竖立储物通道1上设置有出物机构7;所述出物机构7动作使得竖立储物槽内2依次叠放的物品可自下而上依次从所述出物口4配发,如图11-13中所示,所述竖立储物槽2下端设置有可至少容纳一个物品的出物模块5(本实施例中的出物模块5可容纳一个物品11),且所述出物模块5可相对于所述竖立储物槽2错位移动;所述出物模块5底部设置有活动翻板6,所述出物机构7包括有电机701,所述电机701带动曲柄702做旋转运动使得推板703在滑道704内做往复运动;所述推板703推动出物模块5错位移动;所述活动翻板6在物品配发时与出物模块5接触。
如图12所示,所述活动翻板6包括有垂直板601和水平板602;所述垂直板601通过铰链8与所述竖立储物通道1相连,并可绕铰链8旋转一定角度使得所述水平板602倾斜,位于出物模块5内的物品11脱离所述水平板602配发,如图13、14所示。
在本实施例中,出物机构7的两侧都设置有活动翻板6,这样使得物品配发比较稳定;从图11-14中,我们都可以看到,所述铰链8上设置有扭簧9;所述出物模块5设置有检测构件。
如图17、18所示,本实施例中的竖立储药配发式发药机采用了立式储物配发装置(如图19所示),包括有控制系统和框架1001,所述框架1001内设置有至少一个储药槽单元1002,所述储药槽单元1002由若干个立式储物配发装置组合而成(如图15、16所示),所述输送装置1003位于储药槽单元1002的下端,输送装置1003输送出来的药品由发蓝机15发蓝,装入篮筐中,再由提篮机14分配到其他控制系统指定的区域位置;需要特别指出的是,如图15、16中所示,储药槽单元1002采用抽屉式结构单元,储药槽单元1002上设置有LED显示12和拉手13,LED显示12的作用在于提示是否需要该储药槽单元1002内添加药品,尤其是图16中的抽屉式结构单元的储药槽单元1002两侧分别设置有若干个立式储物配发装置。
本实施例中的输送装置1003包括归纳输送部和定向输送部,由于视图的关系,归纳输送部和定向输送部在图中未示出。
如图20所示,位于所述框架1001内的若干个立式储物配发装置,在所述框架1001的横截面上呈蜂窝网状组合排列。
本实施例的竖立储药配发式发药机具体工作使用时:控制系统发出加药指令,位于框架上端的机械手上药装置(用于加药)可往储药槽单元1002中的单个立式储物配发装置中的竖立储物槽2内自下而上叠放盒装药品(当然,也可以手动加药,将储药槽单元1002抽出来,如图19那样),此时,出物机构7位于原始位置,活动翻板6也处于原始位置,水平板602托举出物模块5中的物品11;
当控制系统发出指令需要发药时,立式储物配发装置中的出物机构7开始动作,电机701带动曲柄702做旋转运动使得推板703在滑道704内做往复运动;所述推板703推动出物模块5错位移动,如图13、14那样,此时位于出物模块上方且位于竖立储物槽2内的药品被出物模块5上端的边框托举,不会被掉落,也不会影响出物模块5中的物品11的配发;所述活动翻板6在药品配发时,其垂直板602被出物模块5挤压,从而与之接触(如图13、14中所示,垂直板601 上的横向推板603接触出物模块5),由于垂直板601受到出物模块5的推力挤压,导致用于托举物品11(药品)的水平板602开始倾斜,使得物品11(药品)失去托举,顺着倾斜的水平板602滑落离开出物模块5,实现物品配发;
药品配发完成后,电机701电动带动曲柄702做旋转运动使得推板703在滑道704内做回复原始位置动作,而活动翻板6由于铰链8上的扭簧9的作用,使得活动翻板6回复原始位置,进而推动出物模块5也回复至原始位置,竖立储物槽2内掉入出物模块5内,重新由水平板602对药品进行托举,本实施例采用两个活动翻板6,也是为了取得更稳定的托举和出物模块5回复速度更快速的有益技术效果。
当出物模块5内的检测构件检测到药品时,控制系统即可对该立式储物配发装置发出配发药品的指令,如此循环,发药速度快速。
物品配发掉落在输送装置1003的归纳输送部上,输送至定向输送部,定向输送部将配发药品输送至发药机的物品出口,进入位于送篮输送带上的篮筐内,这些篮筐都是从发蓝机15输送过来的,并通过送篮输送带,送至提篮机14,再由提篮机14分配到其他控制系统指定的区域位置。
采用本实施例结构的竖立储药配发式发药机,结构简单,操作方便,盒装物品出仓顺利,提高了工作效率。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细的说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施方式,例如储物通道可以是在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种立式储物配发装置,其特征在于,包括放置物品的竖立储物通道,所述竖立储物通道具有至少两个侧板构成的竖立储物槽;所述竖立储物槽内自下而上可依次叠放物品;所述竖立储物槽的底端设置有出物口,位于竖立储物槽内依次叠放的物品可自下而上依次从所述出物口配发。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的立式储物配发装置,其特征在于,位于所述竖立储物通道上设置有出物机构;所述出物机构动作使得竖立储物槽内依次叠放的物品可自下而上依次从所述出物口配发。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的立式储物配发装置,其特征在于,所述竖立储物槽下端设置有可至少容纳一个物品的出物模块,且所述出物模块可相对于所述竖立储物槽错位移动;所述出物模块底部设置有活动翻板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的立式储物配发装置,其特征在于,所述出物机构包括有电机,所述电机带动曲柄做旋转运动使得推板在滑道内做往复运动;所述推板推动出物模块错位移动;所述活动翻板在物品配发时与出物模块接触。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的立式储物配发装置,其特征在于,所述活动翻板包括有垂直板和水平板;所述垂直板通过铰链与所述竖立储物通道相连,并可绕铰链旋转一定角度使得所述水平板倾斜,位于出物模块内的物品脱离所述水平板配发。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的立式储物配发装置,其特征在于,所述铰链上设置有扭簧;所述出物模块设置有检测构件。
  7. 一种采用权利要求1~6任一项所述的立式储物配发装置的竖立储药配发式发药机,包括有控制系统和框架,所述框架内设置有至少一个储药槽单元,其特征在于,所述储药槽单元由若干个立式储物配发装置组合而成,所述输送装置位于储药槽单元的下端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的竖立储药配发式发药机,其特征在于,所述输送装置包括归纳输送部和定向输送部。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的竖立储药配发式发药机,其特征在于,所述储药槽单元采用抽屉式结构单元,该抽屉式结构单元的储药槽单元两侧分别设置有若干个立式储物配发装置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的竖立储药配发式发药机,其特征在于,位于所述框架内的若干个立式储物配发装置,在所述框架的横截面上呈蜂窝网状组合排列。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的竖立储药配发式发药机,其特征在于,所述框架上端设置有机械手上药装置。
