本发明要解决的另外一个技术问题是,提供一种抽屉式盒装物品配发装置, 该装置使得在第一盒物品一端被顶起出仓时,另一端缓慢被顶起或被压制不被顶 起, 确保盒装物品出仓的规整性, 物品着落点可控。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,所述防物品跟起装置具有 防止第一盒物品另一端先抬起的缓冲装置。该缓冲装置的存在,使得第一盒物品 一端被抬起时, 另一端被缓冲装置压制住, 使之不随之被抬起, 但是又不能呈压 紧状态,否则会导致第一盒物品出仓不顺利,缓冲装置能使第一盒物品在即将出 仓时保持这样的一种出仓状态: 一端因凸轮的顶起而抬起而离开底板,另一端因 缓冲装置的压制,还与底板相接触或者有少量分离。每一盒物品都保持这样的状 态出仓,保证了配发物品出仓时的规整性, 也使得物品出仓时的着落点和盒装物 品出仓轨迹处于可控状态。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述缓冲装置的两侧具有容纳第一盒物品的空 间。
在所述缓冲装置的两侧设置有容纳第一盒物品的空间, 使得物品因被凸轮顶 起而伸出原有位置空间的部分空间被缓冲装置的两侧的空间容纳,不会导致第一 盒物品被防物品跟起装置挤压而导致出仓姿势的改变。
本发明要解决的另一个技术问题是,对下挡板进行改进,使得第一盒物品出 仓时不被阻挡。
所采用的技术方案是,将下挡板靠近凸轮的一端设置成比另一端宽,形成一 定角度, 其产生的有益效果是, 由于凸轮顶起的第一盒物品一端首先被抬起, 另 一端没有被抬起或抬起的高度很小, 这样, 使得第一盒物品与底板成一角度, 且 将远离凸轮侧的下挡板端设置窄一点,下挡板整体呈三角形状或类似形状,有利 于保证第一盒物品顺利出仓, 且保持我们所需要的姿势出仓。
本发明的进一步改进在于: 所述下挡板上还设有至少一个滑动滚轮,其产生 的有益效果是减小了下挡板与第一盒物品之间的摩擦,使得其被凸轮顶起更加容 易, 出仓更迅速, 效率更高。
本发明的进一步改进在于: 所述出口处还装有出仓计数装置。 出仓计数装 置通过在出口处对出仓的盒装物品进行计数, 同时将数据反馈给终端控制器, 以 便时时操控出仓物品数量, 从而可以得知剩余数量的物品是多少, 可以方便工作 人员计数, 迅速补仓。
本发明进一步改进在于: 该装置的后端设置有限位滚轮, 限位滚轮不仅可以 起限位作用, 且在装置抽出推进仓架时还可以起到滑动作用,所述底板的底面设 有定位装置,这样将该抽屉式盒装物品配发装置摆放在仓架上时,工作人员不用 花费更多时间确定该装置是否摆放位置正确,也不用花费时间来矫正抽屉式盒装 物品配发装置摆放的位置, 定位装置的设置, 使得工人操作简单, 只需将定位装 置与仓架上的相应部件卡合即可完成定位, 节约了工人的时间, 提高了效率。 本发明进一步的改进在于: 该装置的底板上安装有滚轮;所述进口处设有连 接第一隔板和第二隔板的手柄,所述防物品跟起装置还设有用于移仓的圆孔。在 底板上安装滚轮,其产生的有益效果是方便工人移动装置; 同时在进口处设有连 接第一隔板和第二隔板的手柄以及防物品跟起装置还设有用于移仓的圆孔都是 为了移仓架的方便, 便于工人用手操作。

具体实施方式
如图 2、 3、 4所示, 本发明的抽屉式盒装物品配发装置包括储物通道 1, 储 物通道 1设有底板 2, 底板 2的两侧连接有第一隔板 3和第二隔板 4, 还包括有 物品进口 5和出口 6, 将盒装物品从进口 5处码放在储物通道 1内, 第一隔板 3 和第二隔板 4在所述储物通道前端靠近出口 6处向上延伸连接有防物品跟起装置 17, 物品下滑过程中有隔板挡住, 防止其往侧翼滑动至配发装置外面, 出口 6 处设置有阻挡物品下滑的下挡板 7, 下挡板 7靠近凸轮 16的一端比另一端宽, 成一定角度, 当物品下滑至出口 6处时, 由于下挡板 7的阻挡, 使得物品静置在 出口 6处, 等候终端控制器的指令, 指令发送给凸轮 16 (如图 3所示), 使得凸 轮 16动作,第一盒物品一端先抬起。该凸轮 16还可以采用其他任何能够使得第 一盒物品被顶起的其他类似部件, 如腰形硬片, 该凸轮 16的顶起的最高点与下 挡板 7靠近凸轮处的髙度是一致的或者略高于下挡板 7, 这样, 只要凸轮 16达 到最高点, 随即又复位; 该凸轮 16可以与抽屉式盒装物品配发装置出口 6连体, 也可以分体安装在仓架上,但是设置于出口 6处, 与出口 6分体设置的好处在于 方便装置移仓, 如图 3所示的是凸轮 16安装位置与本发明的抽屉式盒装物品配 发装置一体安装, 也可以与本发明主体部件分开安装, 例如安装在仓架上, 只要 本发明的抽屉式盒装物品配发装置放置好在仓架上, 凸轮 16能够动作使得第一 盒物品一端先抬起就可以。
盒装物品的下滑动力可以采用涡卷弹簧驱动车,在出口 6的下方设置涡卷弹 簧储能装置, 该储能装置包括涡卷弹簧和牵引线缠绕盘, 涡卷弹簧位于牵引线缠 绕盘的内腔并在扭矩的作用下带动缠绕盘旋转, 缠绕盘上缠绕牵引线,所述牵引 线的另一端与涡卷弹簧驱动车相连接,在力的作用下, 涡卷弹簧驱动车会向储物 通道的出口处运动; 若是依靠物品自身重力产生下滑的动力也是可行,不过采用 此动力来源,本发明抽展式盒装物品配发装置需倾斜放置在仓架上,出口 6向下, 进口 5向上, 当然, 采用涡卷弹簧驱动车或类似的其他装置, 抽屉式盒装物品配 发装置也最好采用倾斜放置, 与水平面成夹角不大于 15度,这样可以节约动力, 出仓更容易, 减少能源消耗。
如图 2所示, 所述防物品跟起装置 17设有第一导向板 8, 第一导向板前端 81比第一导向板后端 82宽, 第一导向板对下滑的盒装物品有个向下的作用力, 使得物品在下滑的过程中不会向上突起,沿着第一导向板滑至出口 6处,第一导 向板 8完成导向后, 不能再压住第一盒物品, 否则凸轮 16不能顺利顶起第一盒 物品, 但是可以压住第二盒物品, 在本发明中该导向板不仅仅是起导向作用, 而 且还起到防第二盒物品跟起的作用; 所述防物品跟起装置 17还设有上挡板 9, 上挡板上端 91比上挡板下端 92宽,这里所指的宽是在横向上的尺寸, 该上挡板 9与所述第一导向板 8位于该物品配发装置的同一侧, 图 2中显示, 二者是呈垂 直设置的。
在图 2中,所述底板 2与第二隔板 4连接处且靠近出口 6处设有第二导向板 10,所述第二导向板前端 101比第二导向板后端 102宽,这里所指的宽是在纵向 上的尺寸; 防物品跟起装置 17顶部具有防止第一盒物品另一端先抬起的缓冲装 置 11, 在本实施例中, 缓冲装置为防跟起滚轮 (如图 2、 3、 4所示), 缓冲装置 11 的两侧具有容纳第一盒物品的空间, 图中滚轮的两侧, 从图 3可以看出, 就 是防跟起装置 17的顶部靠第一隔板且靠近出口 6部分和右侧第二隔板往上延伸 且靠出口 6部分都被镂空, 从而为被凸轮 16顶起的第一盒物品向外伸出的部分 提供一个容纳空间, 使其不会受到防物品跟起装置 17的挤压, 保持我们所需要 的出仓姿势出仓, 有利于我们控制好着落点;
在图 2、 3、 4中, 都可以明显的看出, 所述下挡板 7上还设有 6个滑动滚 轮 71, 当第一盒物品被凸轮顶起时, 第一盒物品与滑动滚轮 71接触, 使其更容 易被顶起; 为了便于计算出仓物品的数量, 在出口 6处还装有出仓计数装置 12 (未示 出), 该出仓计数装置与现有技术图 1中的 1-6计数装置类似; 如图 4所示, 在 底板 2的底面设有定位装置 13, 工人只需将该装置如抽屉一样插入仓架上, 定 位装置 13就会与设置在仓架上的相应部件相卡合, 方便定位固定本发明的抽屉 式盒装物品配发装置。
还可以在本发明装置的底板 2上安装有滚轮, 如图 4所示; 所述进口 5处 设有连接第一隔板 3和第二隔板 4的手柄 14, 所述防物品跟起装置 17还设有用 于移仓的圆孔 15, 手柄 14和圆孔 15的设置都是方便工人将本发明装置移仓的 方便。
采用本发明结构的抽屉式盒装物品配发装置, 结构简单, 操作方便, 盒装物 品出仓顺利, 提高了工作效率。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细的说明,但是本发明不限于上述 实施方式,例如储物通道可以是在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围 内, 还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

Claims

权利要求书
1、一种抽屉式盒装物品配发装置, 该装置包括储物通道(1 ), 所述储物通道(1 ) 设有底板(2), 所述底板(2) 的两侧连接有第一隔板(3 )和第二隔板(4), 还 包括有物品进口 (5 )和出口 (6), 其特征在于: 所述第一隔板(3 )和第二隔板
(4)在所述储物通道前端靠近出口(6)处向上延伸连接有防物品跟起装置(17), 所述出口 (6)处设置有阻挡物品下滑的下挡板(7)和使第一盒物品一端先抬起 的凸轮 (16)。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的物品配发装置,其特征在于:所述防物品跟起装置(17) 设有第一导向板 (8)。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的物品配发装置, 其特征在于: 第一导向板的前端(81 ) 比第一导向板的后端 (82) 宽。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的物品配发装置,其特征在于:所述防物品跟起装置(17) 还设有上挡板 (9), 该上挡板 (9) 与所述第一导向板 (8) 位于同一侧。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的物品配发装置, 其特征在于: 所述上挡板(9) 的上端 (91 ) 比上挡板 (9) 的下端 (92) 宽。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的物品配发装置, 其特征在于: 所述底板(2 )与第二隔 板 (4) 连接处且靠近出口 (6) 处设有第二导向板 (10)。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的物品配发装置, 其特征在于: 所述第二导向板的前端 ( 101 ) 比第二导向板的后端 (102) 宽。
8、根据权利要求 1所述的物品配发装置,其特征在于:所述防物品跟起装置(17) 具有防止第一盒物品另一端先抬起的缓冲装置 (11 )。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的物品配发装置, 其特征在于: 所述缓冲装置 (11 ) 的 两侧具有容纳第一盒物品的空间。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的物品配发装置, 其特征在于: 所述下挡板 (7) 靠近 凸轮 (16) 的一端比另一端宽。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的物品配发装置, 其特征在于: 所述下挡板(7)上还 设有至少一个滑动滚轮 (71 )。
12、根据权利要求 1~11任一项所述的物品配发装置,其特征在于:所述出口(6) 处还装有出仓计数装置。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的物品配发装置, 其特征在于: 该装置的后端设置有 限位滚轮, 所述底板 (2) 的底面设有定位装置 (13)。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的物品配发装置, 其特征在于: 该装置的底板(2)上 安装有滚轮; 所述进口 (5) 处设有连接第一隔板 (3) 和第二隔板 (4) 的手柄
