Description

集装箱快速自动装车码垛机 技术领域
本发明涉及码垛机械设备,尤其是一种集装箱快速自动装车码垛机。
背景技术
目前大多数码垛机主要用于空间位置不受限制的场合。专利号为200920227870.7的实用新型专利公开了一种集装箱内部使用的码垛机,能把用户的集装箱从生产线末端或仓库输送到集装箱里码垛整齐,这种码垛机存在的问题是:结构较为复杂,制造成本高,码垛速度不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要解决现有集装箱内部使用的码垛机结构复杂、码垛速度不理想的问题,提供一种集装箱快速自动装车码垛机。
本发明的具体方案是:针对已有的集装箱内部使用的码垛机进行全面改进,它具有自动行走式框形机架、在框形机架的底部安装有输送带,其特征是:在框形机架的前端装有左、右升降导轨,两升降导轨上安装有升降托台,以及跟随升降托台一起升降运动的推箱机构,配装有升降托台和推箱机构的升降驱动机构,在升降托台上还安装有左右横移机构;并且在框形机架的上部安装有翻转式推料机构,该机构包括有沿前后方向布置的左右水平导轨,水平导轨上安装有滑动座,配装有滑动座前后运动的驱动机构,在滑动座上安装有翻转机构及翻转推箱板,配装有PLC控制器,控制连接框形机架中的自动行走机构和输送带以及推箱机构、升降驱动机构、横移机构、翻转式推料机构中的各动力机。
为了提高速度,实现多组箱体一次方便送入升降托台,本发明中在输送带的上方安装有前后布置的导入装置和整箱装置;所述导入装置是由两块呈八字形布置的挡板组成,所述整箱装置包括有左右推板,左右推板之一或两板的背面安装有推杆机构。
为使结构紧凑,工作稳定,以及保证最高层的码箱,本发明中升降托台呈L形结构,其垂直挡板上开有箱体通过缺口与输送机形成对接,其平台面板上装有前低后高的倾斜面板,两面板之间形成空腔,内装左右横移机构,所述左右升降导轨的上段为弧形结构,以保证升降托台在最上层码箱位置时,箱体顶面为水平面。
本发明中所述左右横移机构包括有两条横向导轨和两个横向滑动座,以及驱动横移滑动座的驱动机构,在所述倾斜面板上正对两条横向导轨开有两条通槽,并在倾斜面板上安装有横移刮板与两个横移滑动座固定连接。
本发明中所述跟随升降托台一起升降运动的推箱机构,包括有左右升降座,两升降座上各安装有水平推杆机构,两水平推杆机构的前端安装有推箱板。
本发明中所述在滑动座上安装的翻转机构包括有动力电机、齿轮箱以及转轴,所述翻转推箱板呈“7”字形结构,其尾端与转轴固定连接。
为保证码垛速度效率,充分利用集装箱的内部空间,本发明中所述升降托台的横向宽度与集装箱内横向可排放箱体的宽度相同。
本发明的工作原理是:参见图1,首先将本发明码垛机与一台伸缩式输送机进行对接,然后一起送入集装箱内,驱动自动行走式柜形机架的行走机构,使码垛机前行至最前端升降托台距离集装箱前端板一个箱体摆放位处停止。然后启动伸缩式输送机向码垛机内输送包装箱,可以是一个包装箱为一小组或2-3个叠放为一小组,一小组包装箱进入本码垛机后,首先由整箱机构推向左(或右),后续进入的1-2个小组包装箱再由整箱机构整理与第一小组排成一排形成一大组(一般一大组包括2-3小组,具体根据包装箱尺寸及集装箱尺寸确定)。启动输送带将一大组包装箱送到前方的导入机构段后停止输送,进行第二大组整箱,同时,启动翻转推料机构,通过翻转推箱板(抬起-落下-前推),将第一大组包装箱送入升降托台中,翻转推箱板抬起、后退,准备再次推箱,升降托台上的左右横移机构向左推第一大组包装箱靠左边摆放(参见图1状态),在第二大组包装箱进入升降托台后,通过左右横移机构向右推靠右边摆放,然后第三大组包装箱进入升降托台后形成一整排包装箱(参见图3状态),再启动推箱机构,将一整排包装箱推出升降托台码放在集装箱内完成第一排第一层包装箱的摆放。同上在第二次三大组包装箱进入升降托台后,启动升降机构,使升降托台及推箱机构升高第一层包装箱高度进行第二层码放,以此类推,完成集装箱内第一排的多层码放,(至集装箱顶部)。启动行走机构,使本码垛机后退一个码箱位,重复上述操作可完成第二、第三……多排包装箱码放,直至集装箱装满,本码垛机全部退出完成装箱。
本发明机构简化,工作可靠,码垛速度相对原有集装箱码垛机提高了3-5倍,大大缩短了装箱时间,提高了企业的生产效率。

具体实施方式
参见图1-3,本发明具有自动行走式框形机架13,机架13底部两侧设有履带式行走机构6,在框形机架13的底部安装有输送带4(为常规技术,包括有电机、传动机构、传动带,其中传动带选用滚珠传动带,以方便包装箱左右移动摆放成一排),特别是:在框形机架13的前端装有左、右升降导轨5a、5b,两升降导轨上安装有升降托台7,以及跟随升降托台7一起升降运动的推箱机构8(本实施例中为推箱机构3,另外设置了左右导轨,当然也可与升降导轨制成一体),配装有升降托台7和推箱机构8的升降驱动机构10(系采用四台电机及四组链条传动机构组成),在升降托台7上还安装有左右横移机构;并且在框形机架13的上部安装有翻转式推料机构11,该机构包括有沿前后方向布置的左右水平导轨19,水平导轨19上安装有滑动座20,配装有滑动座前后运动的驱动机构21(系由电机及链条传动机构组成),在滑动座20上安装有翻转机构22及翻转推箱板23,配装有PLC控制器12,控制连接履带式行走机构6和连接输送带4的驱动电机以及推箱机构8、升降驱动机构10、横移机构、翻转式推料机构11和翻转机构22中的各动力机。
本实施例中在输送带的上方安装有前后布置的导入装置9和整箱装置3;所述导入装置9是由两块呈八字形布置的挡板组成,所述整箱装置3包括有左右推板17,左右推板之一或两板的背面安装有推杆机构16(可以是气缸或油缸或推杆电机)。
本实施例中所述升降托台7呈L形结构,其垂直挡板25上开有箱体通过缺口24与输送机形成对接,其平台面板上装有前低后高的倾斜面板31,两面板之间形成空腔26,参见图1、图4,内装左右横移机构,所述左右升降导轨5a、5b的上段为弧形结构,以保证升降托台7在最上层码箱位置时,箱体顶面为水平面(即抵消了倾斜面板31带来的箱体倾斜角度)。
本实施例中所述左右横移机构,参见图4、图5,包括有两条横向导轨19和两个横向滑动座20,以及驱动横移滑动座20的驱动机构21(包括有电机32及链条链轮传动机构 33),在倾斜面板31上正对两条横向导轨27开有两条通槽28,并在倾斜面板31上安装有横移刮板30与两个横移滑动座20固定连接。
本实施例中所述跟随升降托台7一起升降运动的推箱机构8,包括有左右升降座18,两升降座18上各安装有水平推杆机构15(可以是气缸或油缸或推杆电机),两水平推杆机构15的前端安装有推箱板14。
本实施例中所述在滑动座20上安装的翻转机构22包括有动力电机、齿轮箱以及转轴,所述翻转推箱板呈“7”字形结构,其尾端与转轴固定连接。
本实施例中所述升降托台7的横向宽度与集装箱内横向可排放箱体的宽度相同。
