目前国内外现有的储物、补仓、出仓自动配发物品的设备多数采用无动力、斜坡式的储物槽实现,该项技术结构相对简单,但主要的不足在于斜坡产生大的倾角,空间利用率低,储物数量少,补仓速度慢,不能够满足大量补仓、出仓的需要。特别是由于采用斜坡式储物,无动力的推动,全靠物品自身的重力下滑达到出仓的目的,当物品自身重力达不到下滑的时候,就会出现停滞在储物槽不下滑的现象,严重影响正常的出仓效果,从而大大降低设备系统的技术性能。
中国专利《一种抽屉式盒装物品储存配发装置》中公开了一种推送方式,是在物品盒的后方设置重物,储物抽屉与地面存在一定角度,物品盒后方的重物在重力的作用下向储物抽屉的出仓口方向滑动,最终将盒装物品从储物抽屉中推出。但是该装置仍然依靠重物的重力下滑,储物抽屉与地面存在夹角,储物空间仍有待进一步的提高。

实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:一种带自动推送功能的抽屉式盒装物品储存配发装置,包括储物架、若干横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉、涡卷弹簧储能装置和涡卷弹簧驱动车;所述储物架上设置若干横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉,该储物抽屉在储物架上呈矩阵式排列,每个横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉的出物端前方均设置固连在储物架上的出仓控制装置,所述横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉可从储物架上整体滑动抽出并与其分离,每个储物抽屉上均设置涡卷弹簧驱动车,涡卷弹簧驱动车与出仓控制装置之间放置物品盒,该涡卷弹簧驱动车在与其对应的涡卷弹簧储能装置的驱动下向储物抽屉的出物端运动。
有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点为:1)本发明采用抽屉式储物,与水平面形成的夹角小于或者等于9度,大大提高了空间的利用率,并且根据物品种类的多少可任意组成符合相应储量的抽屉架;2)本发明的涡卷弹簧驱动车在涡卷弹簧的带动下运动,通过涡卷弹簧储能产生动力,将盒装物品向出仓口推送,以达到盒装物品在出仓装置的作用下有动力推送出仓的目的;本发明推送盒装物品的动力是由涡卷弹簧的储能产生,环保节能,推送使用成本几乎为零;3)本发明广泛适用于医药、医疗卫生、烟草、机械、化工、食品等行业盒装物品的物流储存配发,尤其适合盒装药品的储存配发;4)本发明的装置结构简单,便于维护,维护成本也极其低廉,便于大规模生产。

本发明的实施方式
结合图1,本发明的一种带自动推送功能的抽屉式盒装物品储存配发装置,其特征在于,包括储物架6、若干横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉2、涡卷弹簧储能装置和涡卷弹簧驱动车3。
所述储物架6上设置若干横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉2,该储物抽屉2在储物架6上呈矩阵式排列,每个横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉2的出物端前方均设置固连在储物架上的出仓控制装置4,所述横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉2可从储物架6上整体滑动抽出并与其分离,每个储物抽屉2上均设置涡卷弹簧驱动车3,涡卷弹簧驱动车与出仓控制装置4之间放置物品盒1,该涡卷弹簧驱动车3在与其对应的涡卷弹簧储能装置的驱动下向储物抽屉的出物端运动。涡卷弹簧驱动车3运动的时候,将其前方的物品盒顶出,并在出仓控制装置4的控制下实现物品盒的出仓操作。
结合图2、图3,所述涡卷弹簧储能装置10位于涡卷弹簧驱动车3上,该储能装置10包括涡卷弹簧5和牵引线缠绕盘,涡卷弹簧5位于牵引线缠绕盘的内腔并在扭矩的作用下带动缠绕盘旋转,缠绕盘上缠绕牵引线8,所述牵引线8的另一端与出仓控制装置4相固连。
结合图4、图5,所述涡卷弹簧储能装置10固连在出仓控制装置4上,并位于出仓控制装置4的后方,涡卷弹簧储能装置10同时也在储物抽屉的出仓口的下方,该储能装置10包括涡卷弹簧5和牵引线缠绕盘,涡卷弹簧5位于牵引线缠绕盘的内腔并在扭矩的作用下带动缠绕盘旋转,缠绕盘上缠绕牵引线8,所述牵引线8的另一端与涡卷弹簧驱动车3相连接。
储物抽屉2的底板上设置涡卷弹簧驱动车导向装置9,该导向装置9与储物抽屉2本体形成储物通道的轴线平行。所述导向装置9为导向槽或导向杆。
所述储能装置10还包括调节涡卷弹簧5松紧度的调节旋钮。使用的时候可以根据需要旋紧或者松开调节旋钮,最终控制涡卷弹簧的松紧度。
所述涡卷弹簧5的材料为钢或铜。
结合图6、图7,所述出仓控制装置4包括前挡片12和顶起装置11,所述前挡片12位于储物抽屉形成储物通道出仓口的下方,顶起装置11位于储物通道前端的底部,该顶起装置11顶起时位于前挡片12的后方。
储物抽屉2的后端设置把手7,便于储物抽屉的搬运。
该储物抽屉2与水平面存在角度,储物抽屉2的出物端低于储物抽屉2的另一端,储物抽屉2与水平面的夹角小于等于9度,大大提高了空间利用率。
结合图8、图9,优选的,储物抽屉2的底板上设置涡卷弹簧驱动车导向杆,该导向杆在其延伸方向上设置间隔相等的凹槽,所述涡卷弹簧储能装置10位于涡卷弹簧驱动车3上,该储能装置10包括涡卷弹簧5、轴杆和齿轮13,齿轮13固连在轴杆上,所述轴杆与涡卷弹簧的内端相连接,轴杆在涡卷弹簧扭矩的作用下转动,所述齿轮与导向杆9上的凹槽相啮合。
实施例1
一种带自动推送功能的抽屉式盒装物品储存配发装置,其特征在于,包括储物架6、若干横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉2、涡卷弹簧储能装置和涡卷弹簧驱动车3。
所述储物架6上设置若干横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉2,该储物抽屉2在储物架6上呈矩阵式排列,每个横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉2的出物端前方均设置固连在储物架上的出仓控制装置4,所述横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉2可从储物架6上整体滑动抽出并与其分离,每个储物抽屉2上均设置涡卷弹簧驱动车3,涡卷弹簧驱动车与出仓控制装置4之间放置物品盒1,该涡卷弹簧驱动车3在与其对应的涡卷弹簧储能装置的驱动下向储物抽屉的出物端运动。涡卷弹簧驱动车3运动的时候,将其前方的物品盒顶出,并在出仓控制装置4的控制下实现物品盒的出仓操作。
所述涡卷弹簧储能装置10位于涡卷弹簧驱动车3上,该储能装置10包括涡卷弹簧5和牵引线缠绕盘,涡卷弹簧5位于牵引线缠绕盘的内腔并在扭矩的作用下带动缠绕盘旋转,缠绕盘上缠绕牵引线8,缠绕盘旋转的时候将缠绕线拉紧,所述牵引线8的另一端与出仓控制装置4相固连,在力的作用下,涡卷弹簧驱动车3会向储物抽屉的出物端运动。
储物抽屉2的底板上设置涡卷弹簧驱动车导向装置9,该导向装置9与储物抽屉2本体形成储物通道的轴线平行。所述导向装置9为导向槽。所述储能装置10还包括调节涡卷弹簧5松紧度的调节旋钮。使用的时候可以根据需要旋紧或者松开调节旋钮,最终控制涡卷弹簧的松紧度。所述涡卷弹簧5的材料为钢。所述出仓控制装置4包括前挡片12和顶起装置11,所述前挡片12位于储物抽屉形成储物通道出仓口的下方,顶起装置11位于储物通道前端的底部,该顶起装置11顶起时位于前挡片12的后方。该储物抽屉2与水平面存在角度,储物抽屉2的出物端低于储物抽屉2的另一端,储物抽屉2与水平面的夹角为9度。
使用的时候,首先将需要补仓的储物药抽屉抽出,将涡卷储能小车拉回至出仓口的相反方向,将盒装物品按照其最大侧面相接触排列的方式依次排列在储物抽屉里面,释放涡卷储能小车使其处于工作状态(将涡卷弹簧拧紧),此时涡卷弹簧驱动车将物品盒顶紧,物品盒即在储物抽屉里面处于待出仓状态。把补仓完成的储物抽屉灌入相对应的储物位置,储物补仓完成。出仓时,计算机发出出仓指令,出仓控制装置中的顶起装置11将出仓口最靠前的盒装物品顶起至前挡片12的上面,涡卷弹簧驱动车在涡卷弹簧的作用下运动,具体为:位于涡卷弹簧驱动车3上的涡卷弹簧会将与出仓控制装置4相连接的牵引线8卷起,也即物品盒会在涡卷弹簧驱动车的挤压作用下向出仓口移动,第一盒物品即被挤压出出仓口,当需要连续出仓时,重复上述步骤即可,储物储存、补仓、出仓完成。
实施例2
一种带自动推送功能的抽屉式盒装物品储存配发装置,其特征在于,包括储物架6、若干横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉2、涡卷弹簧储能装置和涡卷弹簧驱动车3,
所述储物架6上设置若干横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉2,该储物抽屉2在储物架6上呈矩阵式排列,每个横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉2的出物端前方均设置固连在储物架上的出仓控制装置4,所述横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉2可从储物架6上整体滑动抽出并与其分离,每个储物抽屉2上均设置涡卷弹簧驱动车3,涡卷弹簧驱动车与出仓控制装置4之间放置物品盒1,该涡卷弹簧驱动车3在与其对应的涡卷弹簧储能装置的驱动下向储物抽屉的出物端运动。
所述涡卷弹簧储能装置10固连在出仓控制装置上,位于出仓控制装置的后方,同时位于储物抽屉的出仓口的下方,该储能装置10包括涡卷弹簧5和牵引线缠绕盘,涡卷弹簧5位于牵引线缠绕盘的内腔并在扭矩的作用下带动缠绕盘旋转,缠绕盘上缠绕牵引线8,所述牵引线8的另一端与涡卷弹簧驱动车3相连接。缠绕盘旋转的时候,将缠绕线拉紧;在缠绕线拉力的作用下,涡卷弹簧驱动车3会向储物抽屉的出物端运动。
储物抽屉2的底板上设置涡卷弹簧驱动车导向装置9,该导向装置9与储物抽屉2本体形成储物通道的轴线平行。所述导向装置9为导向杆。所述储能装置10还包括调节涡卷弹簧5松紧度的调节旋钮。所述涡卷弹簧5的材料为铜。所述出仓控制装置4包括前挡片12和顶起装置11,所述前挡片12位于储物抽屉形成储物通道出仓口的下方,顶起装置11位于储物通道前端的底部,该顶起装置11顶起时位于前挡片12的后方。储物抽屉2的后端设置把手7。该储物抽屉2与水平面存在角度,储物抽屉2的出物端低于储物抽屉2的另一端,储物抽屉2与水平面的夹角为0度。
在利用机械手进行补仓的时候,计算机发出指令,机械手将需要补仓的储物药抽屉抽出,送至补仓口,将涡卷储能小车拉回至出仓口的相反方向,将盒装物品按照其最大侧面相接触排列的方式依次排列在储物抽屉里面,释放涡卷弹簧驱动小车并将涡卷弹簧拧紧,物品即在储物抽屉里面处于待出仓状态。机械手将装好的储物抽屉送入相对应的储物位置,储物补仓完成。出仓时,计算机发出出仓指令,出仓控制装置中的顶起装置11将出仓口最靠前的盒装物品顶起至前挡片12的上面,涡卷弹簧驱动车在涡卷弹簧的作用下运动,具体为:位于出仓控制装置的后方,也即储物抽屉的出仓口的下方的涡卷弹簧会将与涡卷弹簧驱动车3相连接的牵引线8卷起,也即物品盒会在涡卷弹簧驱动车的挤压作用下向出仓口移动,第一盒物品即被挤压出出仓口,当需要连续出仓时,重复上述步骤即可,储物储存、补仓、出仓完成。

所述储物架6上设置若干横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉2,该储物抽屉2在储物架6上呈矩阵式排列,每个横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉2的出物端前方均设置固连在储物架上的出仓控制装置4,所述横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉2可从储物架6上整体滑动抽出并与其分离,每个储物抽屉2上均设置涡卷弹簧驱动车3,涡卷弹簧驱动车与出仓控制装置4之间放置物品盒1,该涡卷弹簧驱动车3在与其对应的涡卷弹簧储能装置的驱动下向储物抽屉的出物端运动。涡卷弹簧驱动车3运动的时候,将其前方的物品盒顶出,并在出仓控制装置4的控制下实现物品盒的出仓操作。
所述涡卷弹簧储能装置10位于涡卷弹簧驱动车3上,该储能装置10包括涡卷弹簧5和牵引线缠绕盘,涡卷弹簧5位于牵引线缠绕盘的内腔并在扭矩的作用下带动缠绕盘旋转,缠绕盘上缠绕牵引线8,所述牵引线8的另一端与出仓控制装置4相固连。

在利用机械手进行补仓的时候,计算机发出指令,机械手将需要补仓的储物药抽屉抽出,送至补仓口,将涡卷储能小车拉回至出仓口的相反方向,将盒装物品按照其最大侧面相接触排列的方式依次排列在储物抽屉里面,释放涡卷弹簧驱动小车并将涡卷弹簧拧紧,物品即在储物抽屉里面处于待出仓状态。机械手将装好的储物抽屉送入相对应的储物位置,储物补仓完成。出仓时,计算机发出出仓指令,出仓控制装置中的顶起装置11将出仓口最靠前的盒装物品顶起至前挡片12的上面,涡卷弹簧驱动车在涡卷弹簧的作用下运动,具体为:储能装置中的轴杆在涡卷弹簧扭矩的作用下转动,同时带动与其固连的齿轮转动,所述齿轮与导向杆上的凹槽相啮合,最终带动涡卷弹簧驱动车沿着导向杆向储物抽屉的出物端运动;也即物品盒会在涡卷弹簧驱动车的挤压作用下向出仓口移动,第一盒物品即被挤压出出仓口,当需要连续出仓时,重复上述步骤即可,储物储存、补仓、出仓完成。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带自动推送功能的抽屉式盒装物品储存配发装置,其特征在于,包括储物架[6]、若干横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉[2]、涡卷弹簧储能装置和涡卷弹簧驱动车[3],
    所述储物架[6]上设置若干横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉[2],该储物抽屉[2]在储物架[6]上呈矩阵式排列,每个横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉[2]的出物端前方均设置固连在储物架上的出仓控制装置[4],所述横截面为“U”型的储物抽屉[2]可从储物架[6]上整体滑动抽出并与其分离,每个储物抽屉[2]上均设置涡卷弹簧驱动车[3],涡卷弹簧驱动车与出仓控制装置[4]之间放置物品盒[1],该涡卷弹簧驱动车[3]在与其对应的涡卷弹簧储能装置的驱动下向储物抽屉的出物端运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带自动推送功能的抽屉式盒装物品储存配发装置,其特征在于,所述涡卷弹簧储能装置[10]位于涡卷弹簧驱动车[3]上,该储能装置[10]包括涡卷弹簧[5]和牵引线缠绕盘,涡卷弹簧[5]位于牵引线缠绕盘的内腔并在扭矩的作用下带动缠绕盘旋转,缠绕盘上缠绕牵引线[8],所述牵引线[8]的另一端与出仓控制装置[4]相固连。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带自动推送功能的抽屉式盒装物品储存配发装置,其特征在于,所述涡卷弹簧储能装置[10]固连在出仓控制装置上,该储能装置[10]包括涡卷弹簧[5]和牵引线缠绕盘,涡卷弹簧[5]位于牵引线缠绕盘的内腔并在扭矩的作用下带动缠绕盘旋转,缠绕盘上缠绕牵引线[8],所述牵引线[8]的另一端与涡卷弹簧驱动车[3]相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的带自动推送功能的抽屉式盒装物品储存配发装置,其特征在于,储物抽屉[2]的底板上设置涡卷弹簧驱动车导向装置[9],该导向装置[9]与储物抽屉[2]本体形成储物通道的轴线平行。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带自动推送功能的抽屉式盒装物品储存配发装置,其特征在于,所述导向装置[9]为导向槽或导向杆。
  6. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的带自动推送功能的抽屉式盒装物品储存配发装置,其特征在于,所述储能装置[10]还包括调节涡卷弹簧[5]松紧度的调节旋钮。
  7. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的带自动推送功能的抽屉式盒装物品储存配发装置,其特征在于,所述涡卷弹簧[5]的材料为钢或铜。
  8. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的带自动推送功能的抽屉式盒装物品储存配发装置,其特征在于,所述出仓控制装置[4]包括前挡片[12]和顶起装置[11],所述前挡片[12]位于储物抽屉形成储物通道出仓口的下方,顶起装置[11]位于储物通道前端的底部,该顶起装置[11]顶起时位于前挡片[12]的后方。
  9. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的带自动推送功能的抽屉式盒装物品储存配发装置,其特征在于,该储物抽屉[2]与水平面存在角度,储物抽屉[2]的出物端低于储物抽屉[2]的另一端,储物抽屉[2]与水平面的夹角小于等于9度。
