Description

框架刀线镶嵌式圆压圆滚切刀具 [技术领域]
本发明涉及刀具技术领域,具体的说是一种用于连续模切的复杂刀线整体镶嵌式圆压圆滚切刀具。
[背景技术]
现有的圆压圆滚切刀具,如图6所示,是将加工成型的整体刀块,依次嵌入一个带有凹槽的钢制轴辊上,用螺钉将刀块紧固在轴辊上。缺点是整体刀块的材质为粉末冶金钢,淬火硬度一般只能在HRC64-68。如果淬火硬度太高,则不容易加工成型;如果淬火硬度太低,则刀块的耐磨性和刚性都会降低,达不到使用寿命。并且受到刀线形状和螺钉孔的大小的制约,需要把刀块的形状做大,而这种特殊钢的造价昂贵,使得成本增加。
[发明内容]
为了克服上述缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种简便、可靠的、性价比高的刀线制作方法。
为实现上述目的,设计一种框架刀线镶嵌式圆压圆滚切刀具,包括基辊、压块、固定工装、刀线,其特征在于:所述固定工装上设有与刀线形状相适配的安装槽,刀线通过所述安装槽嵌入至固定工装内,所述基辊轴侧设有平底凹槽,所述平底凹槽与固定工装宽度相适配,固定工装恰好卡入平底凹槽固定。
刀线采用整体材料切割而成,根据模切的图案确定形状,加宽后加工,具有互换性和通用性。
刀线的底部加垫了一层高硬度的钢板,防止刀线在基辊上压出凹痕。
刀线顶端的刀刃的宽度和刀线的尖角处,是通过电火花放电加工或慢走丝切割和研磨而 成,具有尖角处加工残留少,清角彻底,刀刃光洁度高。
一块刀线与另一块刀线的拼接处,刀线为了保证模切出来的产品无接缝,刀线的交叉点处做了尖角处理。
夹持刀线的固定工装上还设有螺钉孔,通过所述螺钉孔与基辊轴侧的平底凹槽紧固,固定工装内中空的凹槽或压块与刀线紧密配合。
本发明选用超硬材料,硬度可达HRC80-90,甚至更高。首先将已基本压制烧结成型的材料,用线切割的方法,将所需要的刀线材料切割下来;再将刀刃通过线切割或电火花工艺加工出来;然后镶嵌在圆压圆滚筒上,最后通过特殊设计的固定装置,将刀线紧固在轴辊上。将特殊钢材料制成的刀条沿着图案形状做成一定厚度的刀刃,镶嵌在圆压圆的钢制轴辊上,再通过特殊设计的压块,将刀线夹持并紧固起来,通过镶嵌刀线的方式,高效的安装和调试刀线高度,提高刀具的使用寿命。

[具体实施方式]
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述,相信对本领域技术人员来说是清楚的。
如图1所示,使用线切割的方法,将刀线的轮廓切割出来;再用电火花的加工工艺,将超硬刀线的刀刃做出来;
如图2所示,使用线切割或数控铣的方法,将固定刀线所用的凹槽类型的工装切割出来;
如图3所示,采用四轴加工中心,在轴辊上加工出平底的凹槽,尺寸与固定工装配合;
如图4所示,将刀线与固定工装装配在一起;
如图5所示,将装配好的刀线和工装,一同安装在开槽辊筒上。
获得的刀线镶嵌式圆压圆滚切刀具,包括基辊、压块、固定工装、刀线,其特征在于:所述固定工装上设有与刀线形状相适配的安装槽,刀线通过所述安装槽嵌入至固定工装内,所述基辊轴侧设有平底凹槽,所述平底凹槽与固定工装宽度相适配,固定工装恰好卡入平底凹槽固定。

夹持刀线的固定工装上还设有螺钉孔,通过所述螺钉孔与基辊轴侧的平底凹槽紧固,固定工装内中空的凹槽或压块与刀线紧密配合。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得到其他形式的产品,例如不通过线切割和电火花加工刀线,或者不通过图2类型的固定工装,或者不通过图3所示的平底的凹槽。但不论其在形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是通过将圆型,三角,折弯,多条刀线的交叉连接等各种异型复杂刀线做成一个局部刀线单元,并用镶嵌的方式安装在滚切刀具上使用的方法,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种框架刀线镶嵌式圆压圆滚切刀具,包括基辊、压块、固定工装、刀线,其特征在于:所述固定工装上设有与刀线形状相适配的安装槽,刀线通过所述安装槽嵌入至固定工装内,所述基辊轴侧设有平底凹槽,所述平底凹槽与固定工装宽度相适配,固定工装恰好卡入平底凹槽固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的框架刀线镶嵌式圆压圆滚切刀具,其特征在于:刀线采用整体材料切割而成,根据模切的图案确定形状,加宽后加工。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的框架刀线镶嵌式圆压圆滚切刀具,其特征在于:刀线的底部加垫了一层高硬度的钢板,防止刀线在基辊上压出凹痕。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的框架刀线镶嵌式圆压圆滚切刀具,其特征在于:刀线顶端的刀刃的宽度和刀线的尖角处,是通过电火花放电加工或慢走丝切割和研磨而成,具有尖角处加工残留少,清角彻底,刀刃光洁度高。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的框架刀线镶嵌式圆压圆滚切刀具,其特征在于:一块刀线与另一块刀线的拼接处,刀线为了保证模切出来的产品无接缝,刀线的交叉点处做了尖角处理。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的框架刀线镶嵌式圆压圆滚切刀具,其特征在于:夹持刀线的固定工装上还设有螺钉孔,通过所述螺钉孔与基辊轴侧的平底凹槽紧固,固定工装内中空的凹槽或压块与刀线紧密配合。
