本实用新型公开一种圆刀盘合金刀具,用于金属薄板的切削加工,属于机械加工刀具技术领域。 
背景技术
在机械加工技术领域中,铣床加工一些不规则的薄板件时,通常都是用立铣刀或盘铣刀。用立铣刀加工薄板件时,刀具在工件上反复走刀,才能把工件表面加工完成。这样,工件表面就会出现很多接刀痕,光泽度和面行都达不到加工要求。用盘铣刀加工时,虽然有的能一次加工完成,但盘铣刀多齿切削,所以它的切削阻力大,工件受热就很容易产生变形,面行也很难达到加工要求。而且对一些工件外形大于盘刀外形的工件,盘刀不能加工尺寸到位。也就是说刀具如果选择不好,就很难加工出合格的产品。 
发明内容
本实用新型公开一种圆刀盘合金刀具,解决了现有切削刀具切削阻力大,工件受热就很容易产生变形的问题。 
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下:在立式铣刀柄的下部安装有圆形刀盘,刀具插在圆形刀盘的倾斜槽中,通过螺丝固定;所述的刀具的切削刃要宽于切削工件的切削面的宽度。 
本实用新型使用时, 
本实用新型的积极效果在于:刀盘是属于单刀切削,它的切削阻力小,对工件一般不会产生太多的切削热,所以工件不会产生太大的变形;采用的刀具切削刃宽于切削工件的切削面的宽度,保证了工件表面没有连接刀痕,大大提高了薄板件的加工精度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,在立式铣刀柄2的下部安装有圆形刀盘3,圆形刀盘3选择调质硬度在30°左右的45﹟圆板,厚度在30mm左右,平行在0.02mm以内(圆板尺寸大小也可以根据工件的尺寸大小而定),刀具1插在圆形刀盘3的倾斜槽中,通过螺丝4固定,间隙在0.02mm以内;所述的刀具1的切削刃要宽于切削工件的切削面的宽度;在加工工件尺寸在150mm以上的工件时,机床转速不高于300转;粗加工每次加工深度不高于1mm;精加工每次加工深度不高于0.3mm。

1.一种圆刀盘合金刀具,其特征在于:在立式铣刀柄的下部安装有圆形刀盘,刀具插在圆形刀盘的倾斜槽中,通过螺丝固定;所述的刀具的切削刃要宽于切削工件切削面的宽度。
