Description

框架刀线镶嵌式平压平模切刀具 [技术领域]
本发明涉及一种用于纸张、塑料等产品模切的平压平模切刀具,具体的说是框架刀线镶嵌式平压平模切刀具。
[背景技术]
现有的平压平模切刀版,是将0.5-1mm厚的成品模切刀线根据所需长度剪断,再根据形状折弯,依次嵌入一个带有凹槽的钢板或木板上。缺点首先是目前的模切刀硬度一般较低(约为刀身390HV,刀锋640HV),因为太高无法折弯。其次,由于刀线有交叉时是每条分离的,所以刀线条数很多,断点也很多,第三,折弯后拼接的刀线,在一些关键部位,尽管做了搭桥引接处理,仍然不可避免地产生刀线的拼缝,模切出来的产品上会产生刀线不连续的缺陷;第四,由于每条刀线都是靠基板的嵌缝固定,但在使用中因受力,很容易产生细微倾斜及位移,造成产品误差。最后,对于一些特殊形状的模切产品,比如圆圈,折弯镶嵌的刀线很难弯成一个标准的圆圈,并且圆圈中一定会有一个刀线接头,对模切产品的品质会产生一定的影响。
[发明内容]
为了克服上述缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种可靠的、性价比高的刀线制作平压平模切刀具。
为实现上述目的,设计一种框架刀线镶嵌式平压平模切刀具,包括基板、刀线,其特征在于:将刀线加工成一个整体联结的单元,基板上设有与所述刀线形状相适配的安装槽,刀线通过所述安装槽嵌入至基板内固定。
刀线采用整体材料切割而成,根据模切的图案确定形状;阵列的拼版图案的刀条具有互换性和通用性。
整体材料为高速钢或硬质合金,粉末压制烧结而成或者线切割而成,硬度在HRC80-90,具有高硬度高耐磨性,使用寿命是传统刀线的近10倍。首先用整体线切割的方法,将已基本烧结成型的材料按所需要的刀线形状切割下来;再将刀刃通过慢走丝或电火花工艺加工出来;然后整体镶嵌在带凹槽的钢板木板等基板上。
刀线顶端的刀刃,是通过慢走丝或电火花放电加工后研磨而成,具有尖角处加工残留少,清角彻底,刀刃光洁度高的特征。
一块刀线单元与另一块刀线单元的拼接处,刀线为了保证模切出来的产品尽量缩小接缝,刀线的交叉点处做了拼接处理。
本发明根据模切产品的轮廓,将特殊钢材料制成的刀条做成一定厚度的整体刀刃,镶嵌在钢版或木板等基板上,通过对刀槽的处理,将刀条安装并紧固在基版上。通过整体镶嵌刀线的方式,与传统的成品刀线剪断折弯镶嵌到基板上的方式相比,使用高硬度高耐用率的刀条材料,提高刀版的使用寿命;解决复杂形状的拼接,整块刀版的刀线接缝大大减少;由于刀线形成一个局部整体,相比单条刀线,在使用中不容易因受力倾斜,移动,能提高刀版的稳定性,提高生产效率。

[具体实施方式]
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述。
如图1、2所示,一种框架刀线镶嵌式平压平模切刀具,包括基板、刀线,其特征在于:将刀线加工成一个整体联结的单元,基板上设有与所述刀线形状相适配的安装槽,刀线通过所述安装槽嵌入至基板内固定。
刀线采用整体材料切割而成,根据模切的图案确定形状;阵列的拼版图案的刀条具有互换性和通用性。
整体材料为高速钢或硬质合金,粉末压制烧结而成或者线切割而成,硬度在HRC80-90,具有高硬度高耐磨性,使用寿命是传统刀线的近10倍。首先用整体线切割的方法,将已基本烧结成型的材料按所需要的刀线形状切割下来;再将刀刃通过慢走丝或电火花工艺加工出来;然后整体镶嵌在带凹槽的钢板木板等基板上。
刀线顶端的刀刃,是通过慢走丝或电火花放电加工后研磨而成,具有尖角处加工残留少,清角彻底,刀刃光洁度高的特征。
一块刀线单元与另一块刀线单元的拼接处,刀线为了保证模切出来的产品尽量缩小接缝,刀线的交叉点处做了拼接处理。
使用线切割的方法,将刀线的轮廓整体切割出来,为了避免整体刀线太大,也可根据需要进行分割成几个局部;再用慢走丝或电火花的加工工艺,将超硬刀线的刀刃制作出来;
如图3、5所示,将超硬刀线通过整体镶嵌的方式,嵌进基版内。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得到其他形式的产品,例如不通过线切割和电火花加工刀线,或者不通过图2类型的基版。但不论其在形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是通过将圆型,三角,折弯,多条刀线的交叉连接等各种异型复杂刀线做成一个局部单元,整体镶嵌在平压平模切刀版内使用的方法,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种框架刀线镶嵌式平压平模切刀具,包括基极、刀线,其特征在于:将刀线加工成一个整体联结的单元,基板上设有与所述刀线形状相适配的安装槽,刀线通过所述安装槽嵌入至基板内固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的框架刀线镶嵌式平压平模切刀具,其特征在于:刀线采用整体材料切割而成,根据模切的图案确定形状;阵列的拼版图案的刀条具有互换性和通用性。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的框架刀线镶嵌式平压平模切刀具,其特征在于:整体材料为高速钢或硬质合金,粉末压制烧结而成或者线切割而成,硬度在HRC80-90,甚至更高。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的框架刀线镶嵌式平压平模切刀具,其特征在于:刀线顶端的刀刃,是通过慢走丝或电火花放电加工后研磨而成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的框架刀线镶嵌式平压平模切刀具,其特征在于:一块刀线单元与另一块刀线单元的拼接处,刀线为了保证模切出来的产品尽量缩小接缝,刀线的交叉点处做了拼接处理。
