電子機器に表示シート２０に、一端２１ａが表示シート用開口３ａの奥側に連結されると共に、折り畳まれた状態で表示シート用開口３ａに収容されるベースシート２１と、このベースシート２１よりも剛性が高く、ベースシート２１の他端２１ｂ側が連続すると共に、表示シート用開口３ａから引出可能な引出部２２とを設ける。引出部２２を引き出してベースシート２１を延ばした状態でベースシート２１に記載した情報が表示シート用開口３ａよりも外側に露出するようにする。これにより、限られたスペースであっても表示シートにできるだけ多くの情報を記載できるようにする。

Description

電子機器
　本発明は、筐体に対して出し入れ可能な電子機器に関する。
　従来より、特許文献１のように、ＩＭＥＩ（International Mobile Equipment Identifier：国際移動体装置識別番号）、製造番号等の重要情報を機器本体内の電池に隠される部分に表示することが知られている。しかし、近年のスマートフォンなどでは、充電池の出し入れができなくなって電池蓋が無くなったものが増えてきている。
　そこで、筐体内のいずれかに設けた引き出し可能なプレートに上記重要情報を記載されることが知られている。例えば、特許文献２のものでは、電話番号等を記載するカードの左右端部に係止凸部を設け、この係止凸部がカードホルダーの溝孔内で移動可能な範囲において、カードを出し入れ可能としている。

　しかし、特許文献２の電話機のようにある程度大きな電子機器であれば、１枚のカードにある程度の情報を記載することができるが、スマートフォンなどのように小さな電子機器では、カードなどの表示部材を設けるスペースの確保が難しく、必要な情報量を記載することができない場合がある。
　本発明は、かかる点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、限られたスペースであってもできるだけ多くの情報を記載できるようにすることにある。
　上記の目的を達成するために、この発明では、表示部材に折畳み可能なベースシートを設けた。
　具体的には、本発明では、出し入れ可能な表示部材と、該表示部材を出し入れするための表示部材用開口が形成された筐体とを備える電子機器において、
　上記表示部材は、
　　一端が上記表示部材用開口の奥側に連結されると共に、折り畳まれた状態で筐体内に収容されるベースシートと、
　　上記ベースシートの他端側に連続すると共に、上記表示部材用開口から引出可能な引出部とを有しており、
　上記ベースシートを引き出した状態で、上記表示部材に記載した情報が上記表示部材用開口よりも外側に露出可能に構成されている。
　上記の構成によると、表示部材は、ベースシートが折り畳まれて筐体内に収容されるので、筐体内に必要な収容スペースが小さくて済む。ベースシートを引き出した状態では、表示部材用開口から露出する部分に必要な情報を記載できるので、記載量を増やすことができる。
　以上説明したように、本発明によれば、一端が筐体内部に連結され、他端側が引出部に連続する、情報を記載可能なベースシートを表示部材用開口の内部に折り畳んで収容するようにしたので、限られたスペースであってもできるだけ多くの情報を記載できる。

　以下、本発明の実施形態１を図面に基づいて説明する。
　図２及び図３は本発明の実施形態１に係る電子機器としてのスマートフォン１を示し、このスマートフォン１は、ユーザーから見て正面となる正面側に例えばタッチパネルを含む液晶表示部２を収容する、筐体としてのと、この正面側キャビネット３の背面側を覆う背面側キャビネット４とを備え、その背面がリアカバー５で覆われている。これら正面側キャビネット３と背面側キャビネット４との間の収容空間に充電池６（図１に示す）と、スマートフォン１の全体を制御するメイン基板７とが収容されている。なお、背面側キャビネット４がリアカバー５と一体である場合のように、リアカバー５はなくてもよい。
　図１及び図４に示すように、例えば、メイン基板７は、ＳＩＭカードトレイ１１及びＳＤカード１２を装着可能なサブ基板１３を備えている。サブ基板１３の正面側には、ＳＤカード１２を出し入れ可能なＳＤソケット１２ａが取り付けられている。ＳＩＭカードトレイ１１は、サブ基板１３のＳＤソケット１２ａの反対側の面に設けたＳＩＭソケット１１ａに対して出し入れ可能となっている。なお、サブ基板１３ではなく、メイン基板７にこれらＳＩＭソケット１１ａ、ＳＤソケット１２ａ等を設けてもよい。
　図４に示すように、例えば樹脂製の、ＳＩＭソケット１１ａを包むサブ基板ホルダー１４が設けられている。このサブ基板ホルダー１４の背面側に、表示部材としての表示シート２０がスライド可能に収容されている。
　図２に例えば左右に長いコネクタカバー１０を外した状態を拡大して示すように、正面側キャビネット３の上端に開口した例えば長円形状の表示シート用開口３ａからＳＩＭカードトレイ１１、ＳＤカード１２及び表示シート２０のいずれも出し入れ可能となっている。表示シート用開口３ａは、例えば矩形状のコネクタカバー１０によって塞がれて防水及び防塵されている。なお、この表示シート用開口３ａの位置は、スマートフォン１の上端ではなく、下端、左右側面のいずれに設けられていてもよい。図１に示すように、表示シート用開口３ａは、正面側キャビネット３のみで構成しているが、正面側キャビネット３、背面側キャビネット４及びリアカバー５のいずれの部分に構成してもよい。これらを組み合わせて開口を形成してもよい。
　図５（Ａ），（Ｂ）及び図６（Ａ），（Ｂ）に示すように、表示シート２０は、一端２１ａ（下端）が表示シート用開口３ａの奥側（正面側キャビネット３の内部）に連結されると共に、折り返されて折り畳まれた状態で表示シート用開口３ａに収容されるベースシート２１を備えている。ベースシート２１は、例えば、ＰＥＴ樹脂、ポリカーボネート、ポリイミド等のシートよりなる。その長さは長すぎず、図６（Ａ），（Ｂ）に示すように、二つ折りにして表示シート用開口３ａ内に収まる長さがよい。
　ベースシート２１の他端２１ｂ側には、表示シート用開口３ａから引出可能な引出部２２が連続している。本実施形態では、ベースシート２１の他端２１ｂ側は、引出部２２が連続していることで、ベースシート２１の他の部分よりも剛性が高くなっている。引出部２２は、例えば、ポリカーボネート系樹脂、スチレン系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂等よりなるが、ステンレス等の金属部材を使用してもよい。ベースシート２１と引出部２２とは、一体成形してもよいし、互いに接着されていてもよい。ＵＶ硬化樹脂でベースシート２１と一体に形成してもよい。また、ベースシート２１を樹脂成形にて作成する場合、ベースシート２１の成形時にベースシート２１の一部として引出部２２を成形してもよい。この場合、引出部２２は、ベースシート２１の厚肉部として成形することで剛性を高めている。
　ベースシート２１の一端２１ａ側は、例えば、サブ基板ホルダー１４に対して両面テープ２３によって接着されている。
　引出部２２には、表示シート用開口３ａよりも外側に配置され、この表示シート用開口３ａの内部に引出部２２全体が入り込むのを防止する例えば矩形状の突起部２２ａが形成されている。この突起部２２ａの形状は特に限定されない。
　また、引出部２２における突起部２２ａの奥側には、表示シート用開口３ａの内部のサブ基板ホルダー１４に形成された係合凹部１４ａに係合する一対の抜止め凸部２２ｂが円弧状に突出するように一体形成されている。抜止め凸部２２ｂは、左右いずれかのみに設けられていてもよい。そして、表示シート２０を引き出すときには、この円弧状の抜け止め凸部２２ｂが係合凹部１４ａを乗り越えてその係合を解除可能となっている。一方で、この抜止め凸部２２ｂにより、引出部２２を強めに引っ張らない限り、意図せず引出部２２が出てきてしまうことはない。また、引出部２２を強めに引けば、抜止め凸部２２ｂは丸まっているので、容易に係合凹部１４ａとの係合を解除できるようになっている。
　そして、表示シート２０の引き出し方向手前側（上側）には、例えば爪を掛けて引き出すために形成された長円形状の爪掛け用孔部２２ｃが形成されている。
　さらに、図６（Ｂ）等に示すように、ベースシート２１の他端２１ｂ側の引出部２２の最も奥側端部との連結部（折り返し点２１ｃ）において、ベースシート２１が折り返し可能となっている。このため、ベースシート２１が常に同じ折り返し点２１ｃで折り返されるので、ベースシート２１の取り回しが容易である。
　図５（Ｂ）に示すように、引出部２２とベースシート２１とを跨ぐように、ラベル２４が貼り付けられている。ラベル２４は、例えばシール状のもので、ＩＭＥＩ、製造番号等の重要情報が記載されている。ラベル２４自体の長さは、引出部２２の長さよりも長くなっている。なお、ラベル２４はベースシート２１の反対面に貼り付けてもよい。また、ラベル２４を貼り付けるのではなく、印刷、刻印等によって引出部２２及びベースシート２１の少なくとも一方の表面に直接に重要情報を記載するようにしてもよい。
　そして、図６（Ａ）に示すように、表示シート２０を引き出した状態で、ラベル２４の全てが表示シート用開口３ａよりも外側に露出し、目視で確認できるようになっている。
　本実施形態では、表示シート２０は、ベースシート２１が折り畳まれて正面側キャビネット３内に収容されるので、正面側キャビネット３内に表示シート２０を収容するために必要なスペースが小さくて済む。
　図６（Ａ）に示すように、ベースシート２１を引き出した状態では、比較的剛性の高い（折り返されない）引出部２２よりも長さの長いラベル２４が表示シート用開口３ａから露出し、このラベル２４に必要な情報を記載できるので、従来のベースシート２１のないものに比べて記載量を増やすことができる。
　また、突起部２２ａがストッパの役割をするので、引出部２２が表示シート用開口３ａへ入り込んで引き出せなくなることはない。
　本実施形態では、表示シート２０を出し入れするときには、毎回同じ折り返し点２１ｃで折り返されて折れ曲がるので、収納動作がやりやすく、ベースシート２１が傷みにくい。
　ベースシート２１を折り返し可能にして、ラベル２４を引出部２２だけでなく、ベースシート２１側にも貼り付けたので、表示シート２０を収容するのに必要なスペースを増やすことなく、ベースシート２１の表示可能な領域が増え、より多くの情報を記載することができる。
　以上説明したように、本実施形態に係るスマートフォン１によれば、一端２１ａが正面側キャビネット３内部に連結され、他端２１ｂが引出部２２に連結された、情報を記載可能なベースシート２１を表示シート用開口３ａの内部に折り畳んで収容するようにしたので、限られたスペースであってもできるだけ多くの情報を記載できる。
　－実施形態１の変形例－
　図７は本発明の実施形態１の変形例を示し、爪掛け用孔部２２ｃ’の形状が異なる点で上記実施形態１と異なる。なお、以下の各変形例及び各実施形態では、図１～図６（Ａ），（Ｂ）と同じ部分については同じ符号を付してその詳細な説明は省略する。
　すなわち、本変形例では、爪掛け用孔部２２ｃ’は、貫通孔ではなく、切欠で構成されている。この場合、上記実施形態１よりも剛性は劣るが、爪が掛けやすくなっている。
　（実施形態２）
　図８は本発明の実施形態２を示し、ベースシート２１の一端２１ａの固定方法が異なる点で上記実施形態１と異なる。
　すなわち、本実施形態では、上記実施形態１の両面テープ２３のような接着ではなく、挟み込みによってベースシート２１の一端２１ａを正面側キャビネット３に固定している。図８に拡大して示すように、背面側キャビネット４から押さえ部３０が延びている。この押さえ部３０の先端には、ローレット状の凸部３０ａが形成されている。なお、この凸部３０ａの形状は、これに限定されない。
　この凸部３０ａが確実にベースシート２１の一端２１ａを押さえ付けることができるので、引出部２２を引っ張っても、ベースシート２１が抜けにくくなっている。こうすることで、両面テープ２３の貼付作業や接着剤の塗布作業を省略することができる。
　－実施形態２の変形例－
　図９は本発明の実施形態２の変形例を示し、挟持したときの引っ掛け構造が異なる点で上記実施形態２と異なる。なお、図９は、図１等と直交する断面を示す。
　図９に示すように、サブ基板ホルダー１４から抜け止め突起１４ａ’が突出している。ベースシート２１の一端２１ａには、抜け止め突起１４ａ’に合わせて貫通孔２１ｄが形成されている。押さえ部３０の先端に凹部３０ｂを設けておけば、抜け止め突起１４ａ’が出っ張っていても押さえ部３０と干渉しない。このように構成しても、ベースシート２１が抜けにくくなる。
　（実施形態３）
　図１０（Ａ），（Ｂ）及び図１１（Ａ），（Ｂ）は本発明の実施形態３の表示シート１２０を示し、ラベル１２４の形状が異なる点で上記各実施形態と異なる。
　すなわち、本実施形態の表示シート１２０は、引き出された状態で、さらに引出方向と垂直の方向にラベル１２４を開くことができるように展開部１２４ｂが形成されている。このため、表示シート１２０の表示可能な領域が増え、より多くの情報を記載することができる。
　具体的には、引出部２２に貼り付けたラベル１２４自体が引出部２２の幅方向に折畳み開閉可能となっている。なお、図１０（Ｂ）に拡大して示すように、ベースシート２１は、両面テープ２１ｅで引出部２２に貼り付けられている。
　本実施形態のラベル１２４は、引出部２２に両面テープ１２４ｃで貼り付けられており、それ自体がある程度の厚さと強度を持っている。
　図１０（Ａ），（Ｂ）に示すように、ラベル１２４は、左右に表示シート１２０の引出方向に延びる折曲部１２４ａが形成されており、その折曲部１２４ａの左右外側に展開部１２４ｂがそれぞれ設けられている。ラベル１２４は、引出部２２に貼り付けた部分だけでなく、一対の展開部１２４ｂにも情報を記載することができるので、記載できる情報量を増やすことができる。なお、展開部１２４ｂは、左右いずれか一方のみに形成されていてもよい。
　図１１（Ａ），（Ｂ）に示すように、展開部１２４ｂを折曲部１２４ａで折り畳むことで、ラベル１２４を収容することができる。その状態で、上記実施形態１の図６（Ａ），（Ｂ）に示した手順で表示シート１２０が収容される。
　このように、ラベル１２４を折畳み開閉自在に構成することで、表示シート１２０の収容のために必要なスペースを増やすことなく、ラベル１２４に記載できる情報をさらに増やすことができる。
　－実施形態３の変形例－
　図１２は本発明の実施形態３の変形例を示し、ラベル１２４の形状が異なる点で上記実施形態３と異なる。
　すなわち、本変形例では、ラベル１２４が上記実施形態１のように、折り畳まれるベースシート２１側にも延びる延長部１２４ｄを有するので、表示シート１２０の収容のために必要なスペースを増やすことなく、記載できる情報量を増やすことができる。
　（その他の実施形態）
　本発明は、上記実施形態について、以下のような構成としてもよい。
　すなわち、上記各実施形態では、表示シート２０，１２０をサブ基板ホルダー１４においてスライド可能且つ収容可能にしているが、サブ基板ホルダー１４ではなく、正面側キャビネット３や背面側キャビネット４などの筐体の一部にスライド可能且つ収容可能にしてもよい。
　上記実施形態では、表示シート２０，１２０にＩＭＥＩ、製造番号等の重要情報を表示したが、それに限定されず製品の取扱注意事項など他の事項を表示するようにしてもよい。
　上記実施形態では、電子機器は、スマートフォン１としたが、タブレット端末、ＰＨＳ（Personal Handy-phone System）、ＰＤＡ(PersonalDigital Assistant)、パソコン、モバイルツール、ウェアラブル端末、電子辞書、電卓、ゲーム機等であってもよく、小型の液晶ディスプレイ、液晶テレビ、ブルーレイディスクレコーダ、ＤＶＤレコーダ等であってもよい。つまり、本発明は、情報を表示する表示部材を引き出す構造を有するものであれば広く適用可能である。
　なお、以上の実施形態は、本質的に好ましい例示であって、本発明、その適用物や用途の範囲を制限することを意図するものではない。また、各実施形態に記載された技術的特徴は、互いに組合せ可能であり、組み合わせることにより、新しい技術的特徴を形成することができる。

Claims (5)

  1. 　出し入れ可能な表示部材と、該表示部材を出し入れするための表示部材用開口が形成された筐体とを備える電子機器において、
    　上記表示部材は、
    　　一端が上記表示部材用開口の奥側に連結されると共に、折り畳まれた状態で筐体内に収容されるベースシートと、
    　　上記ベースシートの他端側に連続すると共に、上記表示部材用開口から引出可能な引出部とを有しており、
    　上記ベースシートを引き出した状態で、上記表示部材に記載した情報が上記表示部材用開口よりも外側に露出可能に構成されている
    ことを特徴とする電子機器。
  2. 　請求項１に記載の電子機器において、
    　上記引出部には、上記表示部材用開口よりも外側に配置され、該引出部が該表示部材用開口の内部に入り込むのを防止する突起部が形成されている
    ことを特徴とする電子機器。
  3. 　請求項２に記載の電子機器において、
    　上記引出部における上記突起部の奥側には、上記表示部材用開口の内部に形成された係合凹部に係合すると共に、上記表示部材を引き出すときには、該係合凹部との係合を解除可能な抜止め凸部が形成されている
    ことを特徴とする電子機器。
  4. 　請求項１から３のいずれか１つに記載の電子機器において、
    　上記ベースシートの他端側の上記引出部の最も奥側端部において、該ベースシートが折り返し可能となっている
    ことを特徴とする電子機器。
  5. 　請求項１から４のいずれか１つに記載の電子機器において、
    　上記表示部材は、引き出された状態で、さらに引出方向と垂直の方向に開くことができるように展開部が形成されている
    ことを特徴とする電子機器。
