背景技术
目前,市场上的汽车坐垫构造基本由前排坐垫和后排坐垫2大部分组成,其中,前排坐垫主要由头枕垫、背部垫、臀腿部垫组成的整体垫;而后排坐垫则由头背部联排整体垫,和臀腿部联排整体垫组合构成。此类坐垫的主要情况和存在的问题如下。
1 、现在市场上一般汽车座椅的前排和后排坐垫的设计,多以保护原有座椅的表面材料为主,而辅以部分的美观和舒适功能。但该类坐垫并未更好地考虑到驾乘人员各种不同身材体格的需要,无法为其提供适合个体的辅助支撑效果,仅提供了类似于原有座椅的大众化、无区别的座椅支撑效果;
2 、部分前排座椅的设计,过于强调保护原有座椅真皮的功能,对原有座椅提供了半包围式,甚至全包围式的设计,造成原有座椅上的侧向气囊打开位置部分被覆盖,致使车辆发生意外时侧向气囊可能无法正常打开,存在严重安全隐患;
3 、后排坐垫由于多采用联排整体设计,各个座位基本没有侧向支撑功能,而且臀腿部一体垫基于美观效果,多数没有预留安全带卡扣空位,造成后排乘客可能无法系博安全带,带来极大的安全隐患;
4 、一般的前排和后排坐垫由于覆盖座椅的面积较大,基于美观原因,大多均采用专车专用设计,一种坐垫仅能匹配一种车型,这样对于某种车型可提供较好的使用效果,但这样造成坐垫的通用性也受到较大限制,给企业生产和用户选购造成较大不便;
5 、由于一般前排和后排坐垫为头枕、背部和臀腿部的一体设计,体积均较为庞大,用户在安装和拆卸时比较困难和不便,无法实现坐垫的快速装拆,在进行内饰清洁和安装(更换)坐垫时此问题尤为突出;
6 、如将坐垫的某个地方污损需要拆下清洗或更换时,则需要整个坐垫全部更换,将给用户带来大量体力和时间上的耗费;同时,由于前后排坐垫为专用设计,前后排坐垫无法互换使用,一旦损坏,则也需要用户付出额外的经济负担;
7 、由于此类坐垫的设计没有留出可扩展的接口,因此无法在此类坐垫上附加安装一些扩展部件,可扩展性和空间利用率偏低。
发明内容
为了克服现有的坐垫缺乏良好的支撑效果和车型间通用性差等上述的不足之处,本发明提供一种模块化的、可自由调节的汽车支撑坐垫,该坐垫不仅能提供原车座椅表面的保护功能,而且能提供给驾乘人员更好的个体乘坐支撑效果和使用便利性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
首先,将前排坐垫和后排坐垫统一设计为一种样式,即前后排坐垫均采用单人位设计,从而提升坐垫在前后位及各种车型上的通用性;
其次,在单人位的基础上,坐垫可分解为头枕垫、背部垫和臀腿部垫3大独立模块部件,其中,背部垫和臀腿部垫部件又分别由底垫片和支撑块构成。同时,背部和臀腿部的底垫片均分为主垫片和侧向底垫片,在使用时可根据原车座椅大小进行安装调节;
之后,背部垫和臀腿部垫所属的多块背部、臀腿部和侧向支撑块,通过缝制在支撑块外套上的魔术贴粘贴安装在背部和臀腿部底垫片上,其可根据驾乘人员的不同体型进行个性化调整,尤其对驾乘人员身体2侧的侧向位置提供了额外的支撑作用,可以很好地给予驾乘人员(特别是身材比较瘦小的人士)在车辆行驶中更好的乘坐稳定性和舒适性。
此外,由于采用多块支撑块的设计,各个支撑块之间均留有较大间隙,可减少驾乘人员和坐垫之间的接触面积,对驾乘时身体产生的热量聚集有比较好的导流作用,可一定程度上达到散热的目的。该模块化坐垫的各个部件之间均可通过魔术贴和塑料插扣,实现单独安装、拆卸,并可相互组合为一个整体。
本发明的有益效果,主要有如下方面:
1 、在对原车座椅表面提供一般保护的同时,特别针对了驾乘人员各种不同的体格要求,可由驾乘人员自行调节各自坐垫的支撑位置,提供其完全有别于原厂大众化座椅的支撑效果,同时对长时间驾驶后人体产生的热量聚集有较好的导流效果,可极大地提高了驾乘人员的乘坐舒适性;
2 、本模块化坐垫由于不追求对原座椅的包围程度,外形上尽量保持原有座椅的外观效果,因此坐垫安装在座椅上时,不覆盖座椅的侧面位置,发生意外时不会影响座椅侧面安全气囊的弹出;同时,由于均为单人位设计,后排座椅在安装后也不会遮盖安全带卡扣位置,极大地消除一般坐垫影响人员乘坐安全的潜在隐患;
3 、由于设计通用化,并未特别针对某个车型进行设计开发,因此可适合安装于目前市场上80%~90%车型的前排或后排座椅上;同时,前后位坐垫的通用模块设计,使得某个部位损坏或污损后,用户可以仅替换损坏部件,修复的代价大大降低;
4 、基于模块化的设计理念,各个部件的结合、分离与位置调整均通过魔术贴或塑料插扣等完成,因此该坐垫提供了非常便捷的安装和拆卸方式。用户可根据其需求选择安装其中的单个部件,也可全部安装;这样,在当季节转换或清洗内饰时,无需全部拆卸,仅需拆卸或更换部分部件即可;
5 、本坐垫对于今后扩展件的安装留出相应接口,如安装颈部支撑块和座椅后背部扩展垫,可极大提高座椅的使用效率;
6 、本发明主要采用尼龙面料、尼龙织带等材料,以及魔术贴、塑料插扣等连接件,结构简单、装拆便捷、牢固耐用。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图详细说明整个模块化汽车支撑坐垫的实施方式。
在图1中,整个模块化汽车支撑坐垫可分为:头枕垫、背部垫和臀腿部垫3个独立大部件,3大部件均可独立安装使用,或者结合安装使用,安装时先安装背部和臀腿部底垫片(2100、3100)和侧向底垫片(2200、3200),再安装背部和臀腿部支撑块(2300、3300)和侧向支撑块(2400、3400)(如图2所示),各部件具体实施方式说明如下。
头枕垫1:由头枕底垫片(1100)构成(如图3所示);其外侧一面均为魔术贴表面(1101),内侧为尼龙布材料(1105)内衬海绵;两端的连接方式采用松紧带加5cm塑料插扣(1104)的方式,安装在汽车座椅的头枕上,由于其采用松紧带的方式,可适应不同尺寸大小的头枕安装需要。此外,由于正面采用魔术贴表面,今后可利用魔术贴扩展安装颈部支撑块,进一步提高驾乘舒适性。
背部垫2:由背部底垫片(2100)、侧向底垫片(2200、3200)、背部支撑块(2300)、侧向支撑块(2400、3400)等4个子部件构成(分别如图4、图6、图7、图9所示);首先,背部底垫片由尼龙布材料内衬海绵组合,在其上按照相同间隔横向缝制多条3cm(毛面)魔术贴(2102),并以2.5cm尼龙织带(2105)压覆;两端的连接方式采用2条5cm松紧带(2103)、尼龙织带(2104),配合5cm塑料插扣(1104)的方式,纵向捆绑安装在汽车座椅靠背上,由于其采用松紧带和长短可调的尼龙织带组合的安装方式,可适应不同尺寸大小的座椅靠背安装需要;同时,背部底垫片(2100)也同样通过(勾面)魔术贴(2106),与侧向底垫片(2200、3200)之间进行结合、分离。由于整个背部垫的安装方式采用塑料插扣,可对该背部垫进行快速的安装、拆卸;此外,2104段的尼龙织带由于2端均采用塑料插扣方式,今后可拆卸并替换安装座椅后背部扩展垫,以提高整个座椅背部的空间利用率;由于该设计方式对座椅侧面的安全气囊完全没有覆盖,因此对安全气囊的打开没有影响;

臀腿部支撑块(3300)、侧向支撑块(2400、3400),均采用高密度定型海绵和外层保护套组成,并通过背部缝制(勾面)魔术贴安装在臀腿部底垫片(3100)和侧向底垫片(2200、3200)上,其可根据不同人群的体格和身材要求进行细微的位置调整,以适应不同需要;臀腿部支撑块共3块,侧向支撑块(2400、3400)左右共2块(背部和臀腿部通用设计);此外,在侧向支撑块的基础上,还可增加使用辅助调整垫片,以更好地适应某些特殊人群(如特别偏瘦型)的需要;
上述背部垫2和臀腿部垫3同时安装后,可通过背部底垫片后部的(勾面)魔术贴(2107)与臀腿部底垫片进行连接,以便将背部垫和臀腿部垫组合为一个整体,即可有效防止坐垫的前后位移,也可防止细小物品掉入到坐垫的缝隙中,同时便于清洁时的快速拆卸。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种模块化的、可自由调节的汽车支撑坐垫,其主要构造由头枕垫(1)、背部垫(2)和臀腿部垫(3)3个独立模块部件组成,其特征是:所述头枕垫(1)、背部垫(2)和臀腿部垫(3)之间,以及其各所属子部件之间均为模块化连接,3大模块部件均可独立安装使用,或者结合安装使用。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化的、可自由调节的汽车支撑坐垫,其特征是:所述头枕垫(1)由头枕底垫片(1110)构成,其采用塑料插扣与松紧带配合的连接方式,可自由结合分离;同时,其正面均缝制有魔术贴。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化的、可自由调节的汽车支撑坐垫,其特征是:所述背部垫(2)由背部底垫片(2100)、侧向底垫片(2200、3200)、背部支撑块(2300)、侧向支撑块(2400、3400)4个子部件模块化连接构成;背部底垫片(2100)通过魔术贴与侧向底垫片(2200、3200)进行连接,再将背部支撑块(2300)和侧向支撑块(2400、3400),通过魔术贴粘贴在背部底垫片(2100)与侧向底垫片(2200、3200)的上方。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化的、可自由调节的汽车支撑坐垫,其特征是:所述臀腿部垫(3)由臀腿部底垫片(3100)、侧向底垫片(2200、3200)、臀腿部支撑块(3300)、侧向支撑块(2400、3400)4个子部件模块化连接构成;所述臀腿部底垫片(3100)通过魔术贴与侧向底垫片(2200、3200)进行连接,再将臀腿部支撑块(3300)和侧向支撑块(2400、3400),通过魔术贴粘贴在所述臀腿部底垫片(3100)与侧向底垫片(2200、3200)的上方。
