Description

固定框架 技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定框架,用于夹持被固定物,特别是涉及一种利用旋转紧固装置带动系索以稳定夹持被固定物的固定框架。
背景技术
利用外部框架夹持被固定物的装置已经出现在市面上,上述的外部框架可以用来保护被固定物或是用来连接其他相关附属零件,如一般常见的如手机保护壳、车用后视镜的辅助支架等。而目前市面产品多是利用紧密卡合的方式来固定外部框架与被固定物,一旦受到较大的外力冲击(如掉落、弹跳),被固定物都会跳脱出外部框架受到损害。
而后为了使外部框架稳定地连接在被固定物上,陆续出现通过束带或螺锁件来增加外部框架与被固定物连之间的连接稳定性。上述方法及构件虽然都可以有效地提高连接稳定性,但是相对地组装及拆卸都有一定的难度,需要较多的步骤或特定的工具才能组装或拆卸,进而使得上述框架的使用时机受到限制。
为了让简化框架组装及拆卸的步骤,扣具搭配固定间距的齿条固定被固定物的框架便应运而生。但是由于齿条上的齿格间距为固定,实际使用时扣具与齿条的搭配会产生段差,框架并无法完全紧密地连接被固定物。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种固定框架,其利用系索搭配旋转紧固装置,让固定框架可以稳定地连接于被固定物上,避免被固定物受外力冲击即跳脱出固定框架外。
此外,本发明的另一个目的是提供一种固定框架,仅需要简易地转动 旋转紧固装置就可以将固定框架组装在被固定物上或从被固定物拆卸下来。
最后,本发明的再一个目的是提供一种固定框架,系索可以无段差地配合旋转紧固装置,使固定框架可以紧密地连接被固定物。
说明书内容所记载的固定框架可以用来保护被固定物的保护框(如手机保护框)或是用来架设被固定物的支撑框架(如后视镜辅助支架、画框或电视框)。而被固定物并没有限定特定类型的物品,被固定物可以是手机、平板电脑、行车记录器或卫星导航等手持电子装置,也可以是液晶电视、电脑荧幕等固定式显示装置,更可以是画作、海报等展示物品。
本发明的一个实施方式为一种固定框架,用于夹持被固定物,固定框架包含框体、系索及旋转紧固装置。框体可拆卸地架设在被固定物至少两侧,而且框体可束张在固定位置及松脱位置之间,框体位于松脱位置时可供被固定物脱离,而框体位于固定位置时令被固定物与框体稳定连接。系索穿梭限位于框体上。旋转紧固装置与系索耦合,转紧固装置往束紧方向旋转收束系索以令框体从松脱位置束紧到固定位置,旋转紧固装置释放系索以令框体从固定位置外张到松脱位置。
通过上述实施方式,使用者仅需要往束紧方向转动旋转紧固装置就可以平顺地收束系索,并且使框体无段差地在束紧或外张于固定位置及松脱位置之间。如此一来,可以使框体紧密且稳固地连接被固定物,并且避免被固定物脱离固定框架。而且,使用者无需通过特定工具(如螺丝起子)来束紧框体与被固定物。
再者,根据上述实施方式,其中旋转紧固装置往松脱方向旋转而逐段或一次性释放系索,使得框体从固定位置外张到松脱位置,进而让被固定物脱离。借此,只需要通过转动旋转紧固装置就可以简易地将框体从被固定物上拆卸下来。而通过逐段释放系索可以即时调节旋转紧固装置的束紧力道。
此外,根据上述实施方式,其中旋转紧固装置可以包含释放机构,且通过操作释放机构逐段或一次性释放系索。借此,可以快速地让框体从固定位置外张到松脱位置,进而让被固定物脱离。
根据上述实施方式其他的可行实施例如下:系索可拆卸地耦合于旋转紧固装置,借此可以即时更换受损的系索或是旋转紧固装置。
本发明的另一个实施方式为一种固定框架,用于夹持被固定物,固定框架包含框体、系索及旋转紧固装置。框体可拆卸地架设在被固定物至少两侧,而且框体包含扣件。扣件滑动设置于框体上,扣件可相对于框体在固定位置及松脱位置之间移动,扣件位于松脱位置时可供被固定物脱离,而扣件位于固定位置时令被固定物与框体稳定连接。系索穿梭限位于扣件与框体之间。旋转紧固装置与系索耦合,旋转紧固装置往束紧方向旋转收束系索以令扣件从松脱位置移动至固定位置。此外,在旋转紧固装置收束系索时,框体同样也会在固定位置及松脱位置之间移动。
通过上述另一个实施方式,使用者仅需要转动旋转紧固装置就可通过系索带动扣件,扣件可以平顺地固定位置及松脱位置之间移动。如此一来,固定框架不但可以紧密地连接被固定物,更能够快速地夹持被固定物,使固定框架的组设与紧固更为简单方便。
再者,根据上述另一个实施方式,其中框体更包含滑轨,滑轨设置于框体上,滑轨外型对应于扣件,并且使扣件可以滑动设置于滑轨上。借此,在扣件在松脱位置与固定位置移动时,不会使被固定物重心偏移,而使被固定物松脱滑落。
此外,根据上述另一个实施方式,其中框体具有多个穿孔,穿孔可以使系索穿过框体,而扣件上也具有导向通道,导向通道使系索穿过扣件。借此,系索可以带动扣件在固定位置及松脱位置之间移动。
根据上述实施方式其他的可行实施例如下:系索可拆卸地耦合于旋转紧固装置。旋转紧固装置往松脱方向旋转而逐段或一次性释放系索。旋转 紧固装置包含释放机构,且通过操作释放机构逐段或一次性释放系索。
综合以上,本发明的一种固定框架具有以下优势:
1.旋转紧固装置搭配系索可以快速而且紧密地连接固定框架与被固定物,并且通过固定框架固定或是保护被固定物。
2.仅需要简易地转动旋转紧固装置即可以装组设或拆卸固定框架,而不需要使用特定工具。
3.旋转紧固装置更可以按照被固定物外型,即时地调整固定框架的束紧的方式及力道。

请参阅图1至图3,图1为本发明固定框架实施例的立体图。图2为图1实施例的立体分解图。图3为图1实施例的部分立体分解图。图1实施例的固定框架,用于夹持被固定物,固定框架包含框体100、系索300及旋转紧固装置400。本发明的框体可呈现“ㄈ”型架设在被固定物的三侧或是呈现“口”型架设于被固定物的四周,所以框体的形态在此不作拘限。在图1的实施例中,另采用相对平行两个杆状的框体100进行实施例说明,并非限定框体100数量为两个或形状为杆状。
两个框体100可拆卸地分别架设在被固定物两个相对侧,而且框体100可束张在固定位置及松脱位置之间,框体100位于松脱位置时可供被固定物脱离,而框体100位于固定位置时令被固定物与框体100稳定连接。
系索300穿梭限位于框体100上。旋转紧固装置400与系索300耦合,旋转紧固装置400往束紧方向T旋转收束系索300以令框体100从松脱位置束紧到固定位置,旋转紧固装置400释放系索300以令框体从固定位置外张到松脱位置。
在图2中,各框体100包含两个滑轨110及两个扣件200。滑轨110对应于扣件200,使扣件200滑设于滑轨110上。扣件200接触被固定物,框体100相对于扣件200移动于固定位置及松脱位置之间,进而产生束紧及外张的功效。而如图3所示,扣件200具有滑动端210,滑动端210呈“工”型以配合滑轨110的构型,使得扣件200可以滑轨110上限位滑动而不脱落。
在图3中,框体100还包含多个穿孔120,穿孔120供系索300穿过框体100,而扣件200也具有导向通道220,导向通道使系索300穿过扣件200。如此一来,系索300可以通过穿孔120及导向通道220带动框体100及扣件200。
回到图2,穿越框体100及扣件200的系索300可拆卸地耦合旋转紧 固装置400。旋转紧固装置400包含旋钮410及壳体420。往束紧方向T转动旋钮410可以收束系索300进入壳体420内,同时系索300也会带动框体100从松脱位置束紧到固定位置,进而使框体100与被固定物稳定连接。壳体420可以保护系索300不受使用环境干扰。旋钮410也可以为释放机构,而且通过操作释放机构可以释放系索300。上述操作则可以是往松脱方向L转动旋钮410或是拉起旋钮410进而达到逐段或一次性释放系索300的功效,而释放机构的功效可以通过各式机械构件的搭配而达成,在此不再描述。
请参阅图4A至图4B,图4A为图1实施例的动作示意图。图4B为图4A的使用状态图。在图4A及图4B中,被固定物O边缘平滑不具有凸起,框体100通过扣件200夹持被固定物O。当旋转紧固装置400往束紧方向转动时,框体100由松脱位置P1往固定位置P2移动。被固定物O则会夹持在两个框体100之间,而扣件200则可以稳定地连接框体100与被固定物O。图4A至图4B所描述的配置可以应用于手机、平板电脑等边缘平滑的物件上。
请参阅图5A至图5B,图5A为本发明固定框架另一个实施例的动作示意图。图5B为图5A的使用状态图。图5A中的固定框架,用于夹持被固定物O,固定框架包含框体100、系索300及旋转紧固装置400。而在图5A的实施例中,采用两个框体100进行说明,并非限定框体100数量为两个。
两个框体100可拆卸地架设在被固定物O的两侧,而且各框体100包含两个扣件200。扣件200滑动设置于框体100上,且框体100上一体凸出设有两个抵靠块130,两个抵靠块130位置分别对应两个扣件200,扣件200可相对于框体100在固定位置P2及松脱位置P1之间移动,扣件200位于松脱位置P1时可供被固定物O脱离,而扣件200位于固定位置P2时令被固定物O被框体100的抵靠块130与扣件200稳定夹紧定位。
系索300穿梭限位于扣件200与框体100之间。旋转紧固装置400与系索300耦合,旋转紧固装置400往束紧方向旋转收束系索300以令扣件200从松脱位置P1移动至固定位置P2。
框体100上还包滑轨及多个穿孔,滑轨设置于框体上,滑轨外型对应于扣件200,并且使扣件200可以滑动设置于滑轨上,穿孔可以使系索300穿过框体100。此外,扣件200上也具有导向通道,导向通道使系索300穿过扣件200。如此一来,系索300可以通过穿孔及导向通道带动扣件200相对于框体100在固定位置P2及松脱位置P1之间移动。上述构件之间的细部连结关系,如同图2及图3所对应的描述,在此不再描述。
在图5A及图5B的实施例中,被固定物O具有凸起边缘,而固定框架通过框体100及扣件200夹持被固定物O。当旋转紧固装置400往束紧方向转动时,扣件200由松脱位置P1往固定位置P2移动。被固定物O的凸起边缘则会夹持于成组的框体100与扣件200之间,使得框体100可以稳定连接被固定物O。图5A及图5B所描述的配置可以应用于画框、后视镜或车内后视镜等具有凸起边缘的物件上。
请参阅图6及图7,图6为本发明固定框架的配置示意图。图7为本发明固定框架的另一个配置示意图。在图6的配置中,系索300仅是简单地平行穿梭在两个框体100及四个扣件之间,并耦合于旋转紧固装置400上。当旋转紧固装置400往束紧方向转动时,两个框体100可以迅速地夹持在被固定物O的上下两侧。
在图7的配置中,系索300不但平行穿梭在两个框体100之间,交错的穿梭在四个扣件之间。如此一来,当旋转紧固装置400往束紧方向转动时,两个框体100不但可以迅速地夹持在被固定物O的左右两侧,四个扣件还可以施予被固定物相同施力,避免施力不均而造成被固定物O脱离固定框架。此外,其他实施例中还可以包含四框体100分别配置于被固定物O的四个角落,以达到夹持被固定物O的功效。
除了上述的保护及固定的功效之外,本发明固定框架也可作为一种辅助支架,在被固定物上附加额外的装置或物件。而上述各种实施例中的旋转紧固装置400也可以设置在其中一个框体100上,让使用者在束紧固定框架时,可以更加方便顺手。
综合以上所述实施例,本发明的一种固定框架具有以下优势:
1.旋转紧固装置搭配系索可以快速而且紧密地连接固定框架与被固定物,并且通过固定框架固定或是保护被固定物。
2.仅需要简易地转动旋转紧固装置即可以装组设或拆卸固定框架,而不需要使用特定工具。
3.旋转紧固装置更可以按照被固定物外型,即时地调整固定框架的束紧的方式及力道。
虽然本发明已以实施方式公开如上,然其并非用于限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,可作各种不同的选择和修改,因此本发明的保护范围由权利要求书及其等同形式所限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种固定框架,用于夹持被固定物,其特征在于,所述固定框架包含:
    框体,其可拆卸地架设在所述被固定物至少两侧,且所述框体可束张在固定位置及松脱位置之间,所述框体位于所述松脱位置时可供所述被固定物脱离,而所述框体位于所述固定位置时令所述被固定物与所述框体稳定连接;
    系索,其穿梭限位于所述框体上;以及
    旋转紧固装置,其与所述系索耦合,所述旋转紧固装置往束紧方向旋转收束所述系索以令所述框体从所述松脱位置束紧到所述固定位置,所述旋转紧固装置释放所述系索以令所述框体从所述固定位置外张到所述松脱位置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的固定框架,其特征在于,所述系索可拆卸地耦合于所述旋转紧固装置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的固定框架,其特征在于,所述旋转紧固装置往松脱方向旋转而逐段或一次性释放所述系索。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的固定框架,其特征在于,所述旋转紧固装置包含释放机构,且通过操作所述释放机构逐段或一次性释放所述系索。
  5. 一种固定框架,用于夹持被固定物,其特征在于,所述固定框架包含:
    框体,其可拆卸地架设在所述被固定物至少两侧,所述框体包含:
    扣件,其滑动设置于所述框体上,所述扣件可相对于所述框体在固定位置及松脱位置之间移动,所述扣件位于所述松脱位置时可供所述被固定物脱离,而扣件位于所述固定位置时令所述被固定物与所述框体稳定连接;
    系索,其穿梭限位于所述扣件与所述框体之间;以及
    旋转紧固装置,其与所述系索耦合,所述旋转紧固装置往束紧方向旋转收束所述系索以令所述扣件从所述松脱位置移动至所述固定位置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的固定框架,其特征在于,所述框体还包含滑轨,其设置于所述框体上,所述滑轨对应于所述扣件,使所述扣件滑设于所述滑轨上。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的固定框架,其特征在于,所述框体具有多个穿孔,所述多个穿孔使所述系索穿过所述框体,而所述扣件具有导向通道,所述导向通道使所述系索穿过所述扣件。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的固定框架,其特征在于,所述系索可拆卸地耦合于所述旋转紧固装置。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的固定框架,其特征在于,所述旋转紧固装置往松脱方向旋转逐段或一次性释放所述系索。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的固定框架,其特征在于,所述旋转紧固装置包含释放机构,且通过操作所述释放机构释放所述系索。
