- the club knee (O-leg).
- the thigh and the lower leg are provided on a straight line.
- the lower limbs are warped inward, and the weight is concentrated on the inner side of the knee. May cause symptoms.
- knee osteoarthritis knee cartilage and meniscus are deformed and ruptured as the function of the knee joint decreases.
- Such a supporter is expected to have an effect of progression and improvement of symptoms by applying a force in the valgus direction to the knee to disperse the weight inside the knee.
- the conventional supporter presses the entire area around the knee with a strong tightening force, which is difficult to move and may cause discomfort to the wearer. Specifically, the conventional supporter always tightens the knee up and down with a strong tightening force, which not only inhibits the movement of muscles necessary for walking but may cause a burden on the knee joint. Further, since the conventional supporter has a strong tightening force, the material itself is hard, and the supporter bites into the knee due to flexion and extension movement of the knee, which may be accompanied by pain. As a result, the wearer dislikes wearing such a supporter, resulting in severe knee varus and pain may not be improved.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a wearing article that covers the knee portion, which enables both the ease of movement of the wearer and the reduction of the burden on the inside of the knee joint during operation.

- the power net of the upper tightening portion 3 used in the embodiment of the present invention has a stretch recovery property of about 40 cN to 70 cN in the warp direction of the fabric (left and right direction of the supporter 1), and the weft direction of the fabric (vertical direction of the supporter 1).
- a material having an elongation recovery property of about 5 cN to 35 cN is preferable.
- the power net is preferably made of a material having an elongation rate in the warp direction of the fabric of about 160% to 240% and an elongation rate of the fabric direction of about 70% to 150%.
- the lower tightening portion 4 is provided from the outer side of the body 2 to the lower inner side of the knee through the lower front of the knee.
- the lower tightening portion 4 is formed, for example, in a band shape having a width of about 4 to 7 centimeters, but is not limited to this range, and is appropriately adjusted depending on the material forming the lower tightening portion 4 and the required tightening force. .
- the lower tightening portion 4 is formed to have a tightening force stronger than that of the upper tightening portion 3.
- the lower tightening portion 4 may realize a desired tightening force by changing the knitting structure of the main body portion 2 or performing resin printing. Further, the lower tightening portion 4 forms the lower tightening portion 4 so that the direction crossing the lower side of the knee from the outer side of the knee through the lower front of the knee coincides with the direction in which the cloth is more difficult to expand and contract.

It may be formed to give.
- FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 the wearing state of the supporter according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
- the lower tightening portion 3 passes through a position corresponding to the upper side of the upper end of the patella B1, and the upper tightening portion 3 is disposed at a position not on the patella B1. Since the patella B1 is a portion where the movement of the skin is large due to the expansion and contraction of the knee, by providing the upper tightening portion 3 while avoiding this portion, the effect of preventing the collapse and preventing the movement of the knee can be obtained.
- the upper end 3 of the upper tightening portion may be provided at any position in the wearing range of the supporter 1 as long as it is provided above the upper end of the patella B1.
- the lower tightening portion 4 passes through a position corresponding to the tibial rough surface B2 as shown in FIG. Since the patella tendon adheres to the rough surface of the tibial bone B2, the lower tightening portion 4 presses the rough surface of the tibial bone B2 with a strong tightening force, thereby preventing the knee from wobbling and realizing the stability of the knee.
- the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4 are arranged so as to form an X shape on the outer side of the knee and in the vicinity of the outer superior condyle B3.
- the upper elastic band member 3 and the lower elastic band member 4 are formed so as to be connected to the lower knee inner side and the upper knee inner side from the vicinity of the height corresponding to the outer epicondyle B3 outside the knee, respectively.
- the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4 are disposed so as to intersect at an intersection point X in front of the lateral superior condyle B3. Further, in the vicinity of the intersection X, the lower tightening portion 4 having a stronger tightening force is disposed. Thereby, a strong tightening force can be applied in the vicinity of the lateral epicondyle B3, and power for guiding the knee from the outside to the inside can be applied.
- the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4 are provided avoiding the position corresponding to the outer superior condyle B3 on the knee side surface. Only the main body 2 is provided at a position corresponding to the outer superior condyle B3, and the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4 form a concave shape in which a portion corresponding to the outer superior condyle B3 is missing.
- the main body 2 Since only the main body 2 covers the portion corresponding to the outer superior condyle B3 and the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4 do not cover, the main body 2 moves the skin in the vicinity of the outer superior condyle B3 due to the movement of the knee. It becomes easy to follow. Thereby, while the upper tightening part 3 and the lower tightening part 4 each tighten in an appropriate position, it becomes possible to provide a comfortable wearing feeling, without the supporter 1 biting into a knee back by a motion.
- the inner side portion 5 applies the power obtained by the expansion and contraction of the upper tightening portion 3, the rear upper tightening portion 6, the lower tightening portion 4 and the rear lower tightening portion 7 from above the knee. Take it over the entire wide surface extending inward and downward. Specifically, the power obtained by the upper elastic band member 3 and the rear upper elastic band member 6 extending and contracting between the inner side of the knee and the upper side of the inner side of the knee is received while being distributed in the entire inner part 5. Similarly, the power obtained by the lower elastic band member 4 and the lower lower elastic band member 7 extending and contracting between the inner side of the knee and the lower side of the inner side of the knee is received while being distributed in the entire inner part 5.
- the power obtained from the upper tightening portion 3, the rear upper tightening portion 6, the lower tightening portion 4 and the rear lower tightening portion 7 gives power to the inside of the thigh and the inner side of the crus around the knee. By giving, the inner part 5 makes it possible to support the knee.
- the upper elastic band member 3 and the lower elastic band member 4 act on the valgus in the valgus direction by the power for guiding the knee from the outside to the inside and the support by the inner part 5 in the vicinity of the intersection X on the outer side of the knee. make it possible.
- the inner portion 5 gives power to the inner side of the knee over the entire wide surface extending from the upper side of the knee to the lower side of the inner side of the knee. , Improve the wearer's feeling of wear. Moreover, since the inner part 5 is formed of a highly stretchable material, it is possible to support the ease of movement of the wearer without hindering knee flexion and extension movement.
