Description

Wearing article covering the knee
The present invention relates to a wearing article that covers a knee.
Generally, there are people who are troubled by the shape of the lower limbs, such as the club knee (O-leg). In a normal case, as shown in FIG. 11A, the thigh and the lower leg are provided on a straight line. On the other hand, in the case of a varus knee, as shown in FIG. 11 (b), the lower limbs are warped inward, and the weight is concentrated on the inner side of the knee. May cause symptoms. In knee osteoarthritis, knee cartilage and meniscus are deformed and ruptured as the function of the knee joint decreases.
Therefore, in order to eliminate such a varus of the lower limb, there is a supporter that holds down the outside of the knee, the inside of the knee, and the inside of the knee, for example (see Patent Document 1). Such a supporter is expected to have an effect of progression and improvement of symptoms by applying a force in the valgus direction to the knee to disperse the weight inside the knee.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-286275
However, the conventional supporter presses the entire area around the knee with a strong tightening force, which is difficult to move and may cause discomfort to the wearer. Specifically, the conventional supporter always tightens the knee up and down with a strong tightening force, which not only inhibits the movement of muscles necessary for walking but may cause a burden on the knee joint. Further, since the conventional supporter has a strong tightening force, the material itself is hard, and the supporter bites into the knee due to flexion and extension movement of the knee, which may be accompanied by pain. As a result, the wearer dislikes wearing such a supporter, resulting in severe knee varus and pain may not be improved.
Therefore, it is expected to develop a wearing article that is easy to move and can reduce the knee joint varus.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a wearing article that covers the knee portion, which enables both the ease of movement of the wearer and the reduction of the burden on the inside of the knee joint during operation.
In order to solve the above-described problems, a feature of the present invention relates to a wearing article that covers a knee. A wearing article according to a feature of the present invention is formed of a stretchable material, and is provided from a body part covering the knee part to the upper part of the knee part from the outside of the knee to the front side above the knee. An upper tightening portion having a higher tightening force than the upper portion, and a lower tightening portion which is provided from the outer side of the main body to the lower side of the knee through the lower front of the knee and has a stronger tightening force than the upper tightening portion.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a wearing article that covers the knee portion, which enables both the ease of movement of the wearer and the reduction of the burden on the inside of the knee joint during operation.

(Embodiment)
With reference to FIG. 1 thru | or FIG. 3, the supporter 1 which concerns on embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. The supporter 1 is a wearing article that covers the knee, and enables both the ease of movement of the wearer and the reduction of the varus of the knee joint by acting in the valgus direction of the knee. The supporter 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described mainly for the left knee covering the left knee, but the right knee is formed symmetrically for the left knee. Moreover, although the supporter 1 which concerns on embodiment of this invention demonstrates the case where it is a cylinder shape, it is formed in a sheet | seat shape and may be mounted | worn to a knee in the state formed in the cylinder shape by the hook-and-loop fastener etc.
1 and 2, the supporter 1 includes a main body 2, an upper tightening portion 3, a lower tightening portion 4, an inner portion 5, a rear upper tightening portion 6, and a rear lower tightening portion 7.
The main body 2 is a cylindrical member that covers the knee, and is formed of a stretchable material that fits and follows the movement of the wearer's knee flexion and extension. As shown in FIG. 3, the main body 2 covers from the middle of the thigh to the middle of the crus, but is not limited thereto.
The main body 2 is formed of, for example, a two-way raschel, a two-weight ricot, a double raschel, a circular knitting, a knitted fabric using a lace material, or a bare tentacle. The main body 2 has a stretch recovery property in the warp direction of the fabric (left and right direction of the supporter 1) of about 40 cN to 70 cN, and a stretch recovery property of the fabric in the weft direction (vertical direction of the supporter 1) of about 20 cN to 45 cN. A material is preferred. Elongation recovery is achieved by attaching the test piece to a constant-speed extension type tensile tester, repeating extension recovery several times at a speed of about 300 mm / min, and the extension force (cN) at 15% extension and 15% recovery. It is calculated by the average of resilience (cN). Here, the test piece is 160 mm × 25 mm, and the test piece is attached to a constant speed extension type tensile tester with an upper grip 25 mm, a lower grip 35 mm, and a grip interval 100 mm.
The main body 2 is preferably made of a material having an elongation rate in the warp direction of about 170% to 250% and an elongation rate in the weft direction of the fabric of about 110% to 190%. The elongation rate is the same as the test piece used for the stretch recovery property, and is attached to a constant speed extension type tensile tester as in the stretch recovery property test. Measured over 7N.
Rubber 8 is provided at the upper end of the main body 2, and the upper end of the main body 2 fits on the wearer's knee and prevents it from sliding off the knee. End processing is performed on the lower end of the main body 2 by folding back the lower end of the main body 2.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the upper tightening portion 3 is provided from the outside of the knee to the upper inside of the knee via the front side of the knee. The upper tightening portion 3 is formed in a band shape having a width of about 3 to 6 cm, for example. However, the upper tightening portion 3 is not limited to this range, and is appropriately adjusted depending on the material forming the upper tightening portion 3 and the required tightening force. .
The upper tightening portion 3 is formed to have a higher tightening force than the main body portion 2. In the embodiment of the present invention, the upper tightening portion 3 describes a case in which a stretchable material such as a power net is sewn in a band shape from the outside of the knee to the upper inside of the knee through the upper front of the knee. However, it is not limited to this. The upper tightening portion 3 may realize a desired tightening force by changing the knitting structure of the main body portion 2 or performing resin printing. In addition, the fabric of the upper tightening portion 3 is not stacked on the main body portion 2 but the fabric of the upper tightening portion 3 and the main body portion 2 are sewn together so that the upper tightening portion 3 can be passed to the wearer without the main body portion 2 being interposed. It may be formed so as to give a tightening force.
The power net of the upper tightening portion 3 used in the embodiment of the present invention has a stretch recovery property of about 40 cN to 70 cN in the warp direction of the fabric (left and right direction of the supporter 1), and the weft direction of the fabric (vertical direction of the supporter 1). A material having an elongation recovery property of about 5 cN to 35 cN is preferable. The power net is preferably made of a material having an elongation rate in the warp direction of the fabric of about 160% to 240% and an elongation rate of the fabric direction of about 70% to 150%.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the lower tightening portion 4 is provided from the outer side of the body 2 to the lower inner side of the knee through the lower front of the knee. The lower tightening portion 4 is formed, for example, in a band shape having a width of about 4 to 7 centimeters, but is not limited to this range, and is appropriately adjusted depending on the material forming the lower tightening portion 4 and the required tightening force. .
The lower tightening portion 4 is formed to have a tightening force stronger than that of the upper tightening portion 3. In the embodiment of the present invention, the case where the lower tightening portion 4 is sewn with a rigid material that is hardly stretchable or non-stretchable, such as marquegit, overlapped with the main body portion 2 is described, but is not limited thereto. The lower tightening portion 4 may realize a desired tightening force by changing the knitting structure of the main body portion 2 or performing resin printing. Further, the lower tightening portion 4 forms the lower tightening portion 4 so that the direction crossing the lower side of the knee from the outer side of the knee through the lower front of the knee coincides with the direction in which the cloth is more difficult to expand and contract. It may be formed so as to be less stretchable and to maintain a high tightening force. In addition, the fabric of the lower tightening portion 4 is not stacked on the main body 2 but the fabric of the lower tightening portion 4 and the main body 2 are sewn together so that the lower tightening portion 4 can be passed to the wearer without the main body 2 being interposed. It may be formed so as to give a tightening force.
As shown in FIG. 4, the upper back tightening portion 6 is provided from the outer side of the knee to the upper back side of the knee (back side above the knee) in an approximately symmetrical manner with the upper tightening portion 3. As shown in FIG. 4, the lower back tightening portion 7 is provided substantially symmetrically with the lower tightening portion 4 from the outer side of the knee to the upper back side of the knee via the lower back of the knee (back side below the knee). The back upper tightening portion 6 and the back lower tightening portion 7 are formed, for example, so as to exhibit the same tightening force as the upper tightening portion 3.
The inner side portion 5 passes through the knee upper side to which the upper tightening portion 3 and the rear upper tightening portion 6 are connected, and the knee inner lower side to which the lower tightening portion 4 and the rear lower tightening portion 7 are connected. In the example shown in FIG. 1, in the inner portion 5, a line connected by A-A ′ corresponds to a position near the inner side of the knee (the inner side of the knee) on the frontal surface (the surface that divides the left and right sides of the body into front and rear portions). In the embodiment of the present invention, the inner portion 5 is made of a stretchable material and is formed to have a tightening force stronger than that of the main body portion 2. The inner part 5 is formed, for example, by overlapping the material of the main body part 2 in a double manner. The inner part 5 is formed of an elastic material, thereby realizing ease of movement of the knee without hindering knee flexion and extension.
The inner portion 5 may realize a desired tightening force by changing the knitting structure of the main body portion 2 or applying a resin print. Further, the fabric of the inner portion 5 is not overlapped with the main body portion 2 but the inner portion 5 is sewn together with the main body portion 2 so that the inner portion 5 exerts a tightening force on the wearer without passing through the main body portion 2. It may be formed to give.
Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the wearing state of the supporter according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIG. 4A, the lower tightening portion 3 passes through a position corresponding to the upper side of the upper end of the patella B1, and the upper tightening portion 3 is disposed at a position not on the patella B1. Since the patella B1 is a portion where the movement of the skin is large due to the expansion and contraction of the knee, by providing the upper tightening portion 3 while avoiding this portion, the effect of preventing the collapse and preventing the movement of the knee can be obtained. The upper end 3 of the upper tightening portion may be provided at any position in the wearing range of the supporter 1 as long as it is provided above the upper end of the patella B1.
The lower tightening portion 4 passes through a position corresponding to the tibial rough surface B2 as shown in FIG. Since the patella tendon adheres to the rough surface of the tibial bone B2, the lower tightening portion 4 presses the rough surface of the tibial bone B2 with a strong tightening force, thereby preventing the knee from wobbling and realizing the stability of the knee.
As shown in FIG. 5A, the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4 are arranged so as to form an X shape on the outer side of the knee and in the vicinity of the outer superior condyle B3. The upper elastic band member 3 and the lower elastic band member 4 are formed so as to be connected to the lower knee inner side and the upper knee inner side from the vicinity of the height corresponding to the outer epicondyle B3 outside the knee, respectively. In the example shown in FIG. 5A, the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4 are disposed so as to intersect at an intersection point X in front of the lateral superior condyle B3. Further, in the vicinity of the intersection X, the lower tightening portion 4 having a stronger tightening force is disposed. Thereby, a strong tightening force can be applied in the vicinity of the lateral epicondyle B3, and power for guiding the knee from the outside to the inside can be applied.
As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4 are provided avoiding the position corresponding to the outer superior condyle B3 on the knee side surface. Only the main body 2 is provided at a position corresponding to the outer superior condyle B3, and the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4 form a concave shape in which a portion corresponding to the outer superior condyle B3 is missing.
Since only the main body 2 covers the portion corresponding to the outer superior condyle B3 and the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4 do not cover, the main body 2 moves the skin in the vicinity of the outer superior condyle B3 due to the movement of the knee. It becomes easy to follow. Thereby, while the upper tightening part 3 and the lower tightening part 4 each tighten in an appropriate position, it becomes possible to provide a comfortable wearing feeling, without the supporter 1 biting into a knee back by a motion.
As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the inner side portion 5 applies the power obtained by the expansion and contraction of the upper tightening portion 3, the rear upper tightening portion 6, the lower tightening portion 4 and the rear lower tightening portion 7 from above the knee. Take it over the entire wide surface extending inward and downward. Specifically, the power obtained by the upper elastic band member 3 and the rear upper elastic band member 6 extending and contracting between the inner side of the knee and the upper side of the inner side of the knee is received while being distributed in the entire inner part 5. Similarly, the power obtained by the lower elastic band member 4 and the lower lower elastic band member 7 extending and contracting between the inner side of the knee and the lower side of the inner side of the knee is received while being distributed in the entire inner part 5. The power obtained from the upper tightening portion 3, the rear upper tightening portion 6, the lower tightening portion 4 and the rear lower tightening portion 7 gives power to the inside of the thigh and the inner side of the crus around the knee. By giving, the inner part 5 makes it possible to support the knee.
Thereby, the upper elastic band member 3 and the lower elastic band member 4 act on the valgus in the valgus direction by the power for guiding the knee from the outside to the inside and the support by the inner part 5 in the vicinity of the intersection X on the outer side of the knee. Make it possible.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the inner portion 5 gives power to the inner side of the knee over the entire wide surface extending from the upper side of the knee to the lower side of the inner side of the knee. , Improve the wearer's feeling of wear. Moreover, since the inner part 5 is formed of a highly stretchable material, it is possible to support the ease of movement of the wearer without hindering knee flexion and extension movement.
The operation of the supporter 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The supporter 1 acts to tightly tighten the thigh and the lower leg when the knee is not bent and the tightening force is weak and the knee is largely bent. Is realized.
FIG. 6A shows a state where the knee joint flexion angle is 15 degrees, and assumes the maximum knee joint flexion angle in the stance phase of the walking motion. In the stance phase, the knee joint flexion angle reaches a maximum value of 15 degrees when the leg is put forward and touches the ground. FIG. 6B shows a state where the knee joint flexion angle is 60 degrees, and assumes the maximum knee joint flexion angle during the swing leg phase of the walking motion. During the swing leg period, the knee joint flexion angle has a maximum value of 60 degrees when the leg is carried forward.
As shown in FIG. 6, when the knee joint is bent, the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4 are extended in the vertical and horizontal directions as compared with the standing state, and the material of the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4 is stretched. The position where the thigh and lower leg contact each other is tightened by the return force of. In addition, in the state of the knee joint flexion angle of 60 degrees shown in FIG. 6B, the lower tightening portion 4 is in contact with the lower leg part as compared with the state of the knee joint flexion angle of 15 degrees shown in FIG. Greater power can be applied to the position. Thereby, it can be seen that the supporter 1 is formed so as to guide the knee in an appropriate direction by applying power at the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4 during the free leg period.
As shown in FIG. 7, it can be seen that the supporter 1 is formed so as to guide the knee in an appropriate direction by applying a large amount of power at the lower tightening portion 4 in the free leg period. In addition, it can be seen that the supporter 1 is formed so that the upper tightening portion 3 in the swing leg period has a smaller power than the lower tightening section 4 and the force applied to the thigh in the swing leg period is reduced.
Referring to FIG. 8, the burden on the inner side of the knee joint of the wearer when the knee joint flexion angle is 15 degrees will be described. For the supporter 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention and a comparative product thereof, FIG. 8 shows a comparison of the burden in a state where the knee joint flexion angle is 15 degrees. Here, the comparative product is a supporter having only the main body portion 2 that does not have the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4.
As shown in FIG. 8, in the state where the knee joint flexion angle is 15 degrees, that is, in the state where the knee joint flexion maximum angle is 15 degrees in the stance phase of the walking motion, the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4 The average burden was reduced by about 18%.
As described with reference to FIGS. 6 to 8, the supporter 1 firstly pays attention to the tightening of the free leg period in which the leg does not take a weight and easily induces the movement of the knee. Power is applied by the upper tightening portion 3 and the lower tightening portion 4 so as to guide the knee in an appropriate direction. Secondly, the supporter 1 pays attention to the fact that if a large amount of power is applied to the thigh during the swing leg period, it will become a resistance when the leg is pushed forward. It is formed to be small.
By forming the supporter 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention in this way, as shown in FIG. 8, the supporter 1 can be grounded so that it is difficult to place a burden on the inside of the knee, and the burden at the time of grounding during walking is reduced. The In addition, since the resistance applied to the thigh with which the supporter 1 abuts is small during the swing phase, the ease of movement of the wearer is not impaired. Moreover, since the supporter 1 can be tightened effectively with a small force, the wearer's feeling of wear can be improved.
The supporter 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention strongly presses the vicinity of the rough tibial surface by the lower tightening portion 4 and controls the wobbling under the knee so that the knee does not slip out. The burden in the state where it comes out and the ground is attached can be greatly reduced.
General supporters used to reduce the burden on the knees are made of non-stretchable material as a whole, and the upper and lower knees are firmly fixed to prevent the knee from slipping. Becomes larger. As a result, the wearer has problems such as being heavy and difficult to walk, being hard to bend the knee, and feeling uncomfortable on the back of the knee. On the other hand, since the supporter 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention exerts power by expansion and contraction when the knee is bent, it gives a lighter feeling to the wearer. Further, when the lower tightening portion 4 exhibits a tightening force stronger than that of the upper tightening portion 3 and the inner portion 5, the supporter 1 can realize ease of walking and stability around the knee. In addition, since the burden on the wearer is reduced, the supporter 1 can be continuously worn. As a result, the knee joint varus is reduced, the knee osteoarthritis is reduced, and the O leg is improved. I can expect.

This corresponds to the inner portion 5, the rear upper tightening portion 6, and the lower rear tightening portion 7, but the connecting portions of the upper tightening portion 3b and the lower tightening portion 4b outside the knee are different. In the example shown in FIG. 9A, the upper tightening portion 3a and the lower tightening portion 4a form a concave shape that lacks a portion corresponding to the outer epicondyle B3, as shown in FIG. 5A. On the other hand, in the example shown in FIG. 9B, the upper tightening portion 3a or the lower tightening portion 4a is also provided at a portion corresponding to the outer superior condyle B3.
Spats fit from the lower back to the entire lower body of the ankle, so there is little disintegration due to flexion and extension of the knee. Even if the upper tightening portion 3b or the lower tightening portion 4b is provided in the portion corresponding to the lateral epicondyle B3, the positions where the upper tightening portion 3b and the lower tightening portion 4b apply power do not shift, and the embodiment of the present invention is concerned. It can be expected that the same effect as the supporter 1 can be obtained.
In the case of the spats 1a and 1b shown in FIG. 9, the upper tightening portions 3a and 3b, the lower tightening portions 4a and 4b, the inner portions 5a and 5b, and the like according to the embodiment of the present invention are applied to the left and right knees.
