一种彩膜基板的制作方法、彩膜基板以及液晶显示面板 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种彩膜基板的制作方法、彩膜基板以及液晶显示面板。
背景技术
在现有技术中,RGBW液晶屏技术的原理是将一种白色 (W) 子像素填加到由红(R)、绿(G)、蓝(B)三色组成的传统RGB 像素中,然后再应用相应的子像素成像技术,以人类看见图像的方式对这些子像素进行更好的排列。这样便能够确保生成那些不能被人眼所看见的图像时,不会损耗显示屏功率及亮度源。RGBW子像素成像技术为每一个子像素单独编址,并且把一种白色子像素添加到排列模式中,形成一种RGBW像素设计,该设计比传统 RGB 像素设计的显示屏要更加明亮、且分辨率要更高一些。因为更多的背光能通过更大及半透的W子像素发光,而不是被RGB条纹采用的更小的红、绿、蓝子像素构成的紧密排列所遮挡,透射率及亮度均得到了增加。利用白色子象素,在功耗没有增加的情况下实现了白色亮度的增加。因而RGBW技术的优势是提升背光源亮度的利用率,节省功耗,降低成本,并且在不降低分辨率或增加功耗使用的情况下,获得更高亮度水平。因此,RGBW液晶屏会越来越广泛使用。
请参阅图1,是现有技术提供的彩膜基板的结构示意图,从图中可知,由于R、G、B子像素会使用相同厚度的色阻,而W子像素没有色阻,所以在整体涂覆一层OC后,OC覆盖在W子像素部分便会出现凹陷区域。凹陷区域表面不平坦,这样在对取向层进行摩擦处理后,会使取向层存在摩擦取向不均匀的现象,进而会导致漏光问题;并且,取向层的表面不平坦还会使与取向层相接触的液晶分子的流动性较差,进而会产生按压色差等问题。
故,有必要提出一种新的技术方案,以解决上述技术问题。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种彩膜基板的制作方法、彩膜基板以及液晶显示面板,其能避免W子像素区域出现凹陷,从而有效避免RGBW像素出现的漏光,有效改善按压色差的问题。
技术解决方案
一种彩膜基板的制作方法,其中所述彩膜基板的制作方法包括:
提供一基板,所述基板包括彩膜区域、W子像素区域、以及黑色矩阵区域;
在所述基板上涂覆一第一OC层;
对所述第一OC层进行曝光、显影、以及刻蚀,保留所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层,其他区域的所述第一OC层均去除;
在所述基板上沉积一黑色矩阵层;

优选的,在所述彩膜基板的制作方法中,其中在所述基板上涂覆第二OC层的步骤,具体包括:
在所述彩膜区域的所述RGB色阻层上、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层上、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层上均涂覆所述第二OC层。
优选的,在所述彩膜基板的制作方法中,其中所述彩膜基板的一个像素对应一个R彩膜、一个G彩膜、一个B彩膜、以及一个W子像素。
一种彩膜基板的制作方法,所述彩膜基板的制作方法包括:
提供一基板,所述基板包括彩膜区域、W子像素区域、以及黑色矩阵区域;
在所述基板上涂覆一第一OC层;
对所述第一OC层进行图形化处理,保留所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层,其他区域的所述第一OC层均去除;
在所述基板上沉积一黑色矩阵层;
对所述黑色矩阵层进行图形化处理,保留所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层,其他区域的所述黑色矩阵层均去除;
在所述基板上的所述彩膜区域涂布RGB色阻层,以形成RGB彩膜,其中,所述RGB彩膜的厚度与所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度相同;
在所述基板上涂覆第二OC层;以及
在所述第二OC层上沉积透明金属层,以形成透明电极。
优选的,在所述彩膜基板的制作方法中,所述RGB彩膜的厚度、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层的厚度、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度均相同。
优选的,在所述彩膜基板的制作方法中,对所述第一OC层进行图形化处理,保留所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层,其他区域的所述第一OC层均去除的步骤,具体包括:
对所述第一OC层进行曝光、显影、以及刻蚀,保留所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层,其他区域的所述第一OC层均去除。
优选的,在所述彩膜基板的制作方法中,在所述基板上涂覆第二OC层的步骤,具体包括:
在所述彩膜区域的所述RGB色阻层上、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层上、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层上均涂覆所述第二OC层。
优选的,在所述彩膜基板的制作方法中,所述彩膜基板的一个像素对应一个R彩膜、一个G彩膜、一个B彩膜、以及一个W子像素。
一种彩膜基板,所述彩膜基板包括:
一基板,所述基板包括彩膜区域、W子像素区域、以及黑色矩阵区域;
一第一OC层,设置于所述基板上的所述W子像素区域;
一黑色矩阵层,设置于所述基板上的所述黑色矩阵区域;
一RGB色阻层,设置于所述基板上的所述彩膜区域;
一第二OC层,设置于所述彩膜区域的所述RGB色阻层上、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层上、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层上;
一透明金属层,设置于所述第二OC层上;
其中,所述RGB彩膜的厚度与所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度相同。
优选的,在所述彩膜基板中,所述RGB彩膜的厚度、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层的厚度、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度均相同。
优选的,在所述彩膜基板中,所述彩膜基板的一个像素对应一个R彩膜、一个G彩膜、一个B彩膜、以及一个W子像素。
一种液晶显示面板,所述液晶显示面板包括:阵列基板、彩膜基板、以及设置于所述阵列基板与所述彩膜基板之间的液晶层;
其中,所述彩膜基板包括:
一基板,所述基板包括彩膜区域、W子像素区域、以及黑色矩阵区域;
一第一OC层,设置于所述基板上的所述W子像素区域;
一黑色矩阵层,设置于所述基板上的所述黑色矩阵区域;
一RGB色阻层,设置于所述基板上的所述彩膜区域;
一第二OC层,设置于所述彩膜区域的所述RGB色阻层上、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层上、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层上;
一透明金属层,设置于所述第二OC层上;
其中,所述RGB彩膜的厚度与所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度相同。
优选的,在所述液晶显示面板中,所述RGB彩膜的厚度、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层的厚度、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度均相同。
有益效果
相对现有技术,本发明通过在W子像素区域先制作第一OC层,并且,保证R、G、B色阻层与W子像素区域的第一OC层的厚度一致,这样在最后整体涂覆第二OC层后,第二OC层覆盖是平坦的。因此,本发明实施例能避免W子像素区域出现凹陷,从而有效避免RGBW像素出现的漏光,有效改善按压色差的问题。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本说明书所使用的词语“实施例”意指用作实例、示例或例证。此外,本说明书和所附权利要求中所使用的冠词“一”一般地可以被解释为意指“一个或多个”,除非另外指定或从上下文清楚导向单数形式。
在本发明实施例中,通过在W子像素区域先制作第一OC层,并且,保证R、G、B色阻层与W子像素区域的第一OC层的厚度一致,这样在最后整体涂覆第二OC层后,第二OC层覆盖是平坦的。因此,本发明实施例能避免W子像素区域出现凹陷,从而有效避免RGBW像素出现的漏光,有效改善按压色差的问题。
为了说明本发明所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
请一并参阅图2及图3,图2为本发明实施例提供的彩膜基板的制作方法的实现流程示意图;图3为本发明实施例提供的在制作彩膜基板过程中得到的彩膜基板结构的分解示意图。为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在本发明实施例中,所述彩膜基板的制作方法主要包括以下步骤:
在步骤S101中,提供一基板,所述基板包括彩膜区域、W子像素区域、以及黑色矩阵区域;
在本发明实施例中,提供的所述基板可为玻璃基板,所述基板包括用于形成RGB彩膜的彩膜区域、用于形成白色子像素的W子像素区域、以及用于形成黑色矩阵的黑色矩阵区域。
在步骤S102中,在所述基板上涂覆一第一OC层;
在本发明实施例中,在所述基板的整个表面上均涂覆一层第一OC层。
在步骤S103中,对所述第一OC层进行图形化处理,保留所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层,其他区域的所述第一OC层均去除;
在本发明实施例中,对所述第一OC层进行曝光、显影、以及刻蚀等工艺操作,保留所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层,其他区域的所述第一OC层均去除。
在步骤S104中,在所述基板上沉积一黑色矩阵层;
在本发明实施例中,沉积的所述黑色矩阵层的厚度与所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度相同。
在步骤S105中,对所述黑色矩阵层进行图形化处理,保留所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层,其他区域的所述黑色矩阵层均去除;
在本发明实施例中,对所述黑色矩阵层进行曝光、显影、以及刻蚀等工艺操作,保留所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层,其他区域的所述黑色矩阵层均去除。
在步骤S106中,在所述基板上的所述彩膜区域涂布RGB色阻层,以形成RGB彩膜,其中,所述RGB彩膜的厚度与所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度相同;
在步骤S107中,在所述基板上涂覆第二OC层;以及
在本发明实施例中,在所述基板上整体涂覆第二OC层,具体的,在所述彩膜区域的所述RGB色阻层上、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层上、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层上均涂覆所述第二OC层。
其中,所述彩膜基板的一个像素对应一个R彩膜、一个G彩膜、一个B彩膜、以及一个W子像素。
在步骤S108中,在所述第二OC层上沉积透明金属层,以形成透明电极。
在本发明实施例中,所述透明金属层可由ITO构成。
由上可知,本实施例通过在W子像素区域先制作第一OC层,并且,保证R、G、B色阻层与W子像素区域的第一OC层的厚度一致,这样在最后整体涂覆第二OC层后,第二OC层覆盖是平坦的。因此,本发明实施例能避免W子像素区域出现凹陷,从而有效避免RGBW像素出现的漏光,有效改善按压色差的问题。
请参阅图4,为本发明实施例提供的彩膜基板的结构示意图。为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
所述彩膜基板包括:一基板100、一第一OC层200、一黑色矩阵层300、一RGB色阻层400、一第二OC层500、以及一透明金属层600。其中,所述基板100包括彩膜区域、W子像素区域、以及黑色矩阵区域;所述第一OC层200设置于所述基板100上的所述W子像素区域;所述黑色矩阵层300设置于所述基板100上的所述黑色矩阵区域;所述RGB色阻层400设置于所述基板100上的所述彩膜区域;所述第二OC层500设置于所述彩膜区域的所述RGB色阻层400上、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层300上、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层200上;所述透明金属层600设置于所述第二OC层500上。
在本发明实施例中,所述RGB彩膜的厚度与所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度相同。
作为本发明一优选实施例,所述RGB彩膜的厚度、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层的厚度、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度均相同。这样使得第二OC层500覆盖的区域是平坦的,这样在对取向层进行摩擦处理后,不会使取向层存在摩擦取向不均匀的现象,进而也不会导致漏光问题;并且,取向层的表面平坦会使与取向层相接触的液晶分子的流动性较好,进而不会产生按压色差等问题。
作为本发明另一优选实施例,所述彩膜基板的一个像素对应一个R彩膜、一个G彩膜、一个B彩膜、以及一个W子像素。
请参阅图4,本发明实施例还提供了一种液晶显示面板。为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。所述液晶显示面板包括阵列基板、彩膜基板、以及设置于所述阵列基板与彩膜基板之间的液晶层。
所述彩膜基板包括:一基板100、一第一OC层200、一黑色矩阵层300、一RGB色阻层400、一第二OC层500、以及一透明金属层600。其中,所述基板100包括彩膜区域、W子像素区域、以及黑色矩阵区域;所述第一OC层200设置于所述基板100上的所述W子像素区域;所述黑色矩阵层300设置于所述基板100上的所述黑色矩阵区域;所述RGB色阻层400设置于所述基板100上的所述彩膜区域;所述第二OC层500设置于所述彩膜区域的所述RGB色阻层400上、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层300上、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层200上;所述透明金属层600设置于所述第二OC层500上。
作为本发明一优选实施例,所述RGB彩膜的厚度、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层的厚度、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度均相同。这样使得第二OC层500覆盖的区域是平坦的,这样在对取向层进行摩擦处理后,不会使取向层存在摩擦取向不均匀的现象,进而也不会导致漏光问题;并且,取向层的表面平坦会使与取向层相接触的液晶分子的流动性较好,进而不会产生按压色差等问题。
作为本发明另一优选实施例,所述彩膜基板的一个像素对应一个R彩膜、一个G彩膜、一个B彩膜、以及一个W子像素。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的彩膜基板的制作方法、彩膜基板以及液晶显示面板,通过在W子像素区域先制作第一OC层,并且,保证R、G、B色阻层与W子像素区域的第一OC层的厚度一致,这样在最后整体涂覆第二OC层后,第二OC层覆盖是平坦的。因此,本发明实施例能避免W子像素区域出现凹陷,从而有效避免RGBW像素出现的漏光,有效改善按压色差的问题。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种彩膜基板的制作方法,其中所述彩膜基板的制作方法包括:
    提供一基板,所述基板包括彩膜区域、W子像素区域、以及黑色矩阵区域;
    在所述基板上涂覆一第一OC层;
    对所述第一OC层进行曝光、显影、以及刻蚀,保留所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层,其他区域的所述第一OC层均去除;
    在所述基板上沉积一黑色矩阵层;
    对所述黑色矩阵层进行图形化处理,保留所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层,其他区域的所述黑色矩阵层均去除;
    在所述基板上的所述彩膜区域涂布RGB色阻层,以形成RGB彩膜,其中,所述RGB彩膜的厚度、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层的厚度、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度均相同
    在所述基板上涂覆第二OC层;以及
    在所述第二OC层上沉积透明金属层,以形成透明电极。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的彩膜基板的制作方法,其中在所述基板上涂覆第二OC层的步骤,具体包括:
    在所述彩膜区域的所述RGB色阻层上、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层上、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层上均涂覆所述第二OC层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的彩膜基板的制作方法,其中所述彩膜基板的一个像素对应一个R彩膜、一个G彩膜、一个B彩膜、以及一个W子像素。
  4. 一种彩膜基板的制作方法,其中所述彩膜基板的制作方法包括:
    提供一基板,所述基板包括彩膜区域、W子像素区域、以及黑色矩阵区域;
    在所述基板上涂覆一第一OC层;
    对所述第一OC层进行图形化处理,保留所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层,其他区域的所述第一OC层均去除;
    在所述基板上沉积一黑色矩阵层;
    对所述黑色矩阵层进行图形化处理,保留所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层,其他区域的所述黑色矩阵层均去除;
    在所述基板上的所述彩膜区域涂布RGB色阻层,以形成RGB彩膜,其中,所述RGB彩膜的厚度与所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度相同;
    在所述基板上涂覆第二OC层;以及
    在所述第二OC层上沉积透明金属层,以形成透明电极。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的彩膜基板的制作方法,其中所述RGB彩膜的厚度、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层的厚度、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度均相同。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的彩膜基板的制作方法,其中对所述第一OC层进行图形化处理,保留所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层,其他区域的所述第一OC层均去除的步骤,具体包括:
    对所述第一OC层进行曝光、显影、以及刻蚀,保留所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层,其他区域的所述第一OC层均去除。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的彩膜基板的制作方法,其中在所述基板上涂覆第二OC层的步骤,具体包括:
    在所述彩膜区域的所述RGB色阻层上、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层上、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层上均涂覆所述第二OC层。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的彩膜基板的制作方法,其中所述彩膜基板的一个像素对应一个R彩膜、一个G彩膜、一个B彩膜、以及一个W子像素。
  9. 一种彩膜基板,其中所述彩膜基板包括:
    一基板,所述基板包括彩膜区域、W子像素区域、以及黑色矩阵区域;
    一第一OC层,设置于所述基板上的所述W子像素区域;
    一黑色矩阵层,设置于所述基板上的所述黑色矩阵区域;
    一RGB色阻层,设置于所述基板上的所述彩膜区域;
    一第二OC层,设置于所述彩膜区域的所述RGB色阻层上、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层上、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层上;
    一透明金属层,设置于所述第二OC层上;
    其中,所述RGB彩膜的厚度与所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度相同。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的彩膜基板,其中所述RGB彩膜的厚度、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层的厚度、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度均相同。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的彩膜基板,其中所述彩膜基板的一个像素对应一个R彩膜、一个G彩膜、一个B彩膜、以及一个W子像素。
  12. 一种液晶显示面板,其中所述液晶显示面板包括:阵列基板、彩膜基板、以及设置于所述阵列基板与所述彩膜基板之间的液晶层;
    其中,所述彩膜基板包括:
    一基板,所述基板包括彩膜区域、W子像素区域、以及黑色矩阵区域;
    一第一OC层,设置于所述基板上的所述W子像素区域;
    一黑色矩阵层,设置于所述基板上的所述黑色矩阵区域;
    一RGB色阻层,设置于所述基板上的所述彩膜区域;
    一第二OC层,设置于所述彩膜区域的所述RGB色阻层上、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层上、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层上;
    一透明金属层,设置于所述第二OC层上;
    其中,所述RGB彩膜的厚度与所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度相同。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的液晶显示面板,其中所述RGB彩膜的厚度、所述黑色矩阵区域的所述黑色矩阵层的厚度、以及所述W子像素区域的所述第一OC层的厚度均相同。
