Abstract

 本発明は、高い破断時伸び、優れた低発熱性を維持しつつ、モジュラス、加工性に優れ、永久歪を低減できるゴム組成物の提供を目的とし、本発明は、ジエン系ゴムと、カーボンブラック及び白色充填剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、酸変性ポリオレフィンと、ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとを含有し、前記カーボンブラック及び前記白色充填剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の含有量が、前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、1~100質量部であり、前記酸変性ポリオレフィンと前記ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとの合計含有量が、前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、3~35質量部である、ゴム組成物、並びに、これを用いる空気入りタイヤである。

Description

ゴム組成物及びこれを用いる空気入りタイヤ
 本発明はゴム組成物及びこれを用いる空気入りタイヤに関する。
 従来、低発熱性等のゴム組成物の提供を目的として、ジエン系ゴムに対してポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーを配合するゴム組成物が提案されている(例えば特許文献1)。

 このようななか、特許文献1をもとに、ジエン系ゴムとポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとを含有するゴム組成物を調製し評価したところ、このようなゴム組成物は、永久歪が著しく悪化することが明らかになった(比較例4)。
 また、昨今ゴム組成物に要求されているモジュラス等の物性はますます高まっているため、このような要求を達成すべく、モジュラスについてさらなる改善が必要であった(比較例2、4、6)。
 本発明者らはモジュラスを改善するためにジエン系ゴムとポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとに対して酸変性ポリオレフィンを配合してゴム組成物を調製し評価したところ、このようなゴム組成物は、加工性が低下しゴム組成物を適切に製造できない場合があることが明らかとなった(比較例7)。
 また、このようなゴム組成物において酸変性ポリオレフィンの含有量を多くすると低発熱性が悪くなるおそれがあった(比較例5)。
 そこで、本発明は、高い破断時伸び、優れた低発熱性を維持しつつ、モジュラス、加工性に優れ、永久歪を低減できるゴム組成物及びこれを用いる空気入りタイヤを提供することを目的とする。
 本発明者らは、上記課題を解決すべく鋭意研究した結果、ジエン系ゴムと、カーボンブラック及び白色充填剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、酸変性ポリオレフィンと、ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとを含有し、
 カーボンブラック及び白色充填剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の含有量、並びに、酸変性ポリオレフィンとポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとの合計含有量が、特定の範囲であることによって所定の効果が得られることを見出し、本発明に至った。
 本発明は上記知見等に基づくものであり、具体的には以下の構成により上記課題を解決するものである。
 1. ジエン系ゴムと、カーボンブラック及び白色充填剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、酸変性ポリオレフィンと、ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとを含有し、
 前記カーボンブラック及び前記白色充填剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の含有量が、前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、1~100質量部であり、
 前記酸変性ポリオレフィンと前記ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとの合計含有量が、前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、3~35質量部である、ゴム組成物。
 2. 前記合計含有量中の前記酸変性ポリオレフィンの含有量が2~30質量部である、上記1に記載のゴム組成物。
 3. 前記ジエン系ゴムと、前記カーボンブラック及び前記白色充填剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、前記酸変性ポリオレフィンと、前記ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとを、前記酸変性ポリオレフィン及び前記ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーの融点以上の温度で混合して得られる、上記1又は2に記載のゴム組成物。
 4. 上記1~3のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物を用いる空気入りタイヤ。
 本発明のゴム組成物及び本発明の空気入りタイヤは、高い破断時伸び、優れた低発熱性を維持しつつ、モジュラス、加工性に優れ、永久歪を低減することができる。
図1は、本発明の空気入りタイヤの実施態様の一例を表すタイヤの部分断面概略図である。
 本発明について以下詳細に説明する。
 なお、本明細書において、「~」を用いて表される数値範囲は、「~」の前後に記載される数値を下限値および上限値として含む範囲を意味する。
 また、本明細書において、成分が2種以上の物質を含む場合、上記成分の含有量とは、2種以上の物質の合計の含有量を指す。
 本発明のゴム組成物は、
 ジエン系ゴムと、カーボンブラック及び白色充填剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、酸変性ポリオレフィンと、ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとを含有し、
 前記カーボンブラック及び前記白色充填剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の含有量が、前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、1~100質量部であり、
 前記酸変性ポリオレフィンと前記ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとの合計含有量が、前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、3~35質量部である、ゴム組成物である。
 本発明のゴム組成物はこのような構成をとるため、所望の効果が得られるものと考えられる。その理由は明らかではないが、およそ以下のとおりと推測される。
 ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーが有するアミノ基と酸変性ポリオレフィンの酸部分が相互作用をもつことで、互いにゴムへの分散性を高め、そのため、マトリックスとしてのゴム中でのポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマー、酸変性ポリオレフィンのドメインサイズが小さくなり、このことによって、加工性の向上、永久歪の低減等に繋がったと本発明者らは推測する。
[ゴム組成物]
 以下、本発明のゴム組成物に含有される各成分について詳述する。
<ジエン系ゴム>
 本発明のゴム組成物が含有するジエン系ゴムは、主鎖に二重結合を有するものであれば特に限定されない。ジエン系ゴムとしては、例えば、天然ゴム(NR)、イソプレンゴム(IR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、芳香族ビニル-共役ジエン共重合ゴム(例えば、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR))、クロロプレンゴム(CR)、アクリロニトリルブタジエンゴム(NBR)、エチレン-プロピレン-ジエン共重合体ゴム(EPDM)、スチレン-イソプレンゴム、イソプレン-ブタジエンゴム、ニトリルゴム、水添ニトリルゴム等が挙げられる。
 ジエン系ゴムはそれぞれ単独でまたは2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
 なかでも、NR、BRが好ましい。
 ジエン系ゴムの重量平均分子量は特に限定されないが、加工性の観点から、50,000~3,000,000であることが好ましく、100,000~2,000,000であることがより好ましい。なお、ジエン系ゴムの重量平均分子量(Mw)は、テトラヒドロフランを溶媒とするゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)による測定値をもとにした標準ポリスチレン換算値である。
 ジエン系ゴムがNR及びBRからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む場合、NR及びBRからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の含有量は、低発熱性により優れ、引張り物性に優れるという観点から、ジエン系ゴムに対して、10~100質量%であることが好ましい。
 ジエン系ゴムがNR及びBRを含む場合、NRに対するBRの含有量の割合(BR/NR)は、25~300質量%であることが好ましい。
<カーボンブラック>
 本発明のゴム組成物が含有することができるカーボンブラックとしては、ゴム組成物に一般的に使用することができるカーボンブラックと同様のものが挙げられる。具体的には例えば、SAF、ISAF、IISAF、N339、HAF、FEF、GPE、SRF等が挙げられる。なかでも、SAF、ISAF、IISAF、N339、HAF、FEFが好ましい。
 上記カーボンブラックの窒素吸着比表面積(N2SA)は、ゴム組成物の加工性により優れるという観点から、30~250m2/gであることが好ましく、40~240m2/gであることがより好ましい。
 ここで、N2SAは、カーボンブラック表面への窒素吸着量をJIS K 6217-2:2001「第2部:比表面積の求め方-窒素吸着法-単点法」にしたがって測定した値である。
 カーボンブラックはそれぞれ単独でまたは2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
<白色充填剤>
 本発明のゴム組成物が含有することができる白色充填剤はゴム組成物に一般的に使用することができる白色充填剤と同様のものが挙げられる。具体的には例えば、シリカ、炭酸カルシウム、タルク、クレー等が挙げられる。なかでも、シリカが好ましい。
 上記シリカとしては、例えば、ヒュームドシリカ、焼成シリカ、沈降シリカ、粉砕シリカ、溶融シリカ、コロイダルシリカ等が挙げられる。
 上記シリカは、シリカの凝集を抑制する観点から、CTAB吸着比表面積が50~300m2/gであることが好ましく、80~250m2/gであることがより好ましい。
 ここで、CTAB吸着比表面積は、シリカ表面への臭化n-ヘキサデシルトリメチルアンモニウムの吸着量をJIS K6217-3:2001「第3部:比表面積の求め方-CTAB吸着法」にしたがって測定した値である。
 白色充填剤はそれぞれ単独でまたは2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
 本発明のゴム組成物はカーボンブラックを含有することが好ましい態様の1つとして挙げられる。
 本発明において、カーボンブラック及び白色充填剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の含有量は、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、1~100質量部であり、5~95質量部であることが好ましく、10~90質量部であることがより好ましい。
 なお本発明のゴム組成物がカーボンブラック及び白色充填剤を含有する場合、上記含有量は、カーボンブラック及び白色充填剤の含有量の合計である。
<酸変性ポリオレフィン>
 本発明のゴム組成物が含有する酸変性ポリオレフィンは、カルボン酸で変性されたポリオレフィンである。
 酸変性ポリオレフィンの骨格は単独重合体、共重合体のいずれであってもよい。
 酸変性ポリオレフィンの主鎖は、例えば、オレフィンから形成される繰り返し単位を有するポリオレフィンであることが好ましい態様の1つとして挙げられる。オレフィンとしては、例えば、エチレン;プロピレン、1-ブテン、1-オクテンのようなα-オレフィンが挙げられる。
 (ポリオレフィン)
 上記酸変性ポリオレフィンの骨格(主鎖)を構成するポリオレフィンとしては、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリブテン、ポリオクテンなどの単独重合体;少なくとも2種のオレフィンから形成される共重合体が挙げられる。
 なかでも、単独重合体が好ましく、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンがより好ましい。
 ポリエチレンとしては、例えば、低密度から高密度のポリエチレンが挙げられる。なかでも高密度ポリエチレンが好ましい。酸変性ポリオレフィンの主鎖が高密度ポリエチレンである場合、このような酸変性ポリオレフィンの密度は940~980kg/m3が好ましい。なお本発明において酸変性ポリオレフィンの密度は、ASTM D1505に準じて測定された。
 (カルボン酸)
 一方、上述したポリオレフィンを変性するカルボン酸としては、例えば、不飽和カルボン酸が挙げられる。具体的には例えば、アクリル酸、メタアクリル酸のようなモノカルボン酸;マレイン酸、フマル酸、クロトン酸、イタコン酸のようなジカルボン酸;酸無水物などが挙げられる。酸無水物としては例えばジカルボン酸の無水物が挙げられる。
 これらのうち、無水マレイン酸、マレイン酸、アクリル酸が好ましい。
 酸変性ポリオレフィンは、酸無水物で変性されたポリオレフィンが好ましく、無水マレイン酸で変性されたポリオレフィンがより好ましい。
 酸変性ポリオレフィンにおいて、カルボン酸が主鎖のどの位置に結合するかは特に制限されない。例えば、末端、側鎖が挙げられる。なかでもカルボン酸が側鎖として主鎖に結合することが好ましい。カルボン酸と主鎖とは直接又は有機基を介して結合することができる。有機基は特に制限されない。
 酸変性ポリオレフィンは23℃で固体であることが好ましい態様の1つとして挙げられる。
 酸変性ポリオレフィンの融点は、モジュラス、加工性により優れるという観点から、
 105~146℃であることが好ましく、110~145℃であることがより好ましい。
 本発明において、酸変性ポリオレフィンの融点は、ASTM D2117に準じて測定された。
 酸変性ポリオレフィンはその製造について特に制限されない。例えば従来公知のものが挙げられる。グラフト重合による製造方法が好ましい態様の1つとして挙げられる。
 また酸変性ポリオレフィンとして市販品を用いることができる。
 市販品としては、例えば、アドマーQE060(三井化学社製)などの無水マレイン酸変性ポリプロピレン;アドマーHE810(三井化学社製)などの無水マレイン酸変性高密度ポリエチレンが挙げられる。
 酸変性ポリオレフィンはそれぞれ単独でまたは2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
<ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマー>
 本発明のゴム組成物に含有されるポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーは、ハードセグメントとしてのポリアミドとソフトセグメントとしてのポリエーテルとを有するブロックコポリマーである。
 ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーは、ポリアミドとポリエーテルとを有し、上記ポリアミドと上記ポリエーテルとがアミド結合で結合することが好ましい態様の1つとして挙げられる。
 ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとしては、例えば、下記式(1)で表される構造を有するものが挙げられる。
-[-CO-PA-CO-NH-PE-NH―]n―   (1)
 式中、PAはポリアミドであり、PEはポリエーテルであり、nは1又は2以上である。nの上限は、ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーの重量平均分子量に合わせて適宜選択することができる。nの上限は500以下とすることができる。
 上記PAを構成できるポリアミドとしては、例えば、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド66、ポリアミド610、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12(ナイロン12)が挙げられる。なかでもポリアミド12が好ましい。
 上記PEを構成できるポリエーテルとしては、例えば、ポリオキシアルキレンポリオールが挙げられる。具体的には例えば、ポリオキシテトラメチレンジオール、ポリオキシプロピレンジオールが挙げられる。
 ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーの融点は、70~160℃であることが好ましく、90~150℃であることがより好ましい。
 ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーの融点は、株式会社島津製作所製示差走査熱量計DSC-50を用いて窒素雰囲気下で測定した。室温から230℃まで10℃/minの速度で昇温し(昇温ファーストランと呼ぶ)、230℃で10分保持したのち、-100℃まで10℃/minの速度で降温し(降温ファーストランと呼ぶ)、次に230℃まで10℃/minの速度で昇温した(昇温セカンドランと呼ぶ)。得られたDSCチャートから降温ファーストランの発熱ピーク温度を結晶化温度(Tc)、昇温セカンドランの吸熱ピーク温度を融点(Tm)とした。
 ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーはその製造について特に制限されない。例えば、従来公知のものが挙げられる。
 ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとして市販品を使用することができる。ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーの市販品としては、例えば宇部興産社製XPAが挙げられる。
 ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーはそれぞれ単独でまたは2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
 本発明において、酸変性ポリオレフィンとポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとの合計含有量(以下、酸変性ポリオレフィンとポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとの合計含有量を単に合計含有量ということがある。)は、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、3~35質量部である。
 上記合計含有量は、モジュラスがより高くなるという観点から、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、5~33質量部であることが好ましく、10~30質量部であることがより好ましい。
 上記合計含有量は、低発熱性により優れ、永久歪がより小さいという観点から、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、4~30質量部であることが好ましく、5~25質量部であることがより好ましい。
 上記合計含有量中の酸変性ポリオレフィンの含有量が2~30質量部であることが好ましく、5~25質量部であることがより好ましい。
 ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーの含有量は、上記合計含有量に対して、75質量%以下であることが好ましく、60~20質量%であることがより好ましい。
(添加剤)
 本発明のゴム組成物は目的、効果を損なわない範囲で必要に応じて更に添加剤を含有することができる。添加剤としては、例えば、加硫剤、架橋剤、加硫促進剤、酸化亜鉛、ステアリン酸のような加硫促進助剤、加硫遅延剤、オイル、老化防止剤、可塑剤などのゴム組成物に一般的に配合されうるものが挙げられる。添加剤の含有量は適宜選択することができる。
 本発明のゴム組成物は再生ポリエチレンテレフタレートを実質的に含有しないことが好ましい態様の1つとして挙げられる。再生ポリエチレンテレフタレートとしては、例えば、未使用又は使用済みのポリエチレンテレフタレート製の成形品を微粒子化した粉末が挙げられる。再生ポリエチレンテレフタレートを実質的に含有しないとは、再生ポリエチレンテレフタレートの含有量が、本発明のゴム組成物全体100質量部に対して、0~0.1質量部であることを意味する。上記再生ポリエチレンテレフタレートの含有量が本発明のゴム組成物全体に対して0質量部であることが好ましい。
 本発明のゴム組成物の製造方法としては、例えば、ジエン系ゴムと、カーボンブラック及び白色充填剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、酸変性ポリオレフィンと、ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとを、酸変性ポリオレフィン及びポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーの融点以上の温度で混合する方法が挙げられる。
 上記成分に必要に応じて使用することができる添加剤を更に加えてもよい。
 また、加硫剤、加硫促進剤等のような加硫系成分以外の成分を予め混合し、これに加硫系成分を加えてもよい。このとき、予め混合する際又は加硫系成分を加えた後混合する際、酸変性ポリオレフィン及びポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーの融点以上の温度で混合することができる。
 上記成分を混合する温度は、酸変性ポリオレフィン及びポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーの融点以上の温度であることが好ましい。具体的には例えば、50~170℃とすることができる。
 上記成分を混合する際に使用される装置は特に制限されない。例えば従来公知のものが挙げられる。
 本明細書において混合は混練を含むものとする。
 本発明のゴム組成物は例えば従来公知の加硫または架橋条件で加硫または架橋することができる。
 本発明のゴム組成物は、例えば、空気入りタイヤ、コンベアベルトを製造する際に使用されるゴム組成物として使用することができる。
[空気入りタイヤ]
 本発明の空気入りタイヤは、上述した本発明のゴム組成物を用いる空気入りタイヤである。本発明のゴム組成物を空気入りタイヤの、例えば、タイヤトレッド、サイドウォール、ビードフィラーに使用することができる。
 図1に、本発明の空気入りタイヤの実施態様の一例を表すタイヤの部分断面概略図を示す。なお本発明は添付の図面に限定されない。
 図1において、符号1はビード部を表し、符号2はサイドウォール部を表し、符号3はタイヤトレッド部を表す。左右一対のビード部1間においては、繊維コードが埋設されたカーカス層4が装架されており、このカーカス層4の端部はビードコア5およびビードフィラー6の廻りにタイヤ内側から外側に折り返されて巻き上げられている。タイヤトレッド部3においては、カーカス層4の外側に、ベルト層7がタイヤ1周に亘って配置されている。ビード部1においては、リム(図示せず。)に接する部分にリムクッション8が配置されている。
 本発明の空気入りタイヤは、例えば、従来公知の方法に従って製造することができる。また、タイヤに充填する気体としては、通常のまたは酸素分圧を調整した空気の他、窒素、アルゴン、ヘリウムなどの不活性ガスを用いることができる。
 以下に実施例を示して本発明を具体的に説明する。ただし本発明はこれらに限定されない。
<ゴム組成物の製造方法>
 下記表1~表4の各成分を同表に示す組成(質量部)で用いた。
 まず、下記の各表に示された成分のうち、加硫系(イオウ、加硫促進剤)を除く各成分を接線式ミキサーで160℃の条件下で約2分を含む合計約4分間混練して混合物を得た。上記のとおり得られた混合物に上記加硫系を加え、これらをオープンロールで10~100℃の条件下で混練し、ゴムシートを製造した。
<ゴム組成物の加工性の評価>
 ゴム組成物の加工性は、オープンロールへの巻き付き、ゴムシートの仕上がり状態で評価された。結果を表1~表4に示す。
 ゴム組成物がオープンロールへの巻き付きに優れ、かつ、上記のとおり作製されたゴムシートにザラつき及びエッジ切れがなかった場合、加工性に優れると評価し、これをAと表示した。
 ゴム組成物がオープンロールへの巻き付きが悪かった、又は、上記のとおり作製されたゴムシートにザラつき若しくはエッジ切れがあった場合、加工性が低いと評価し、これをBと表示した。
<ゴム組成物の加硫>
 上記のとおり製造されたゴムシートを所定の金型中で160℃で15分間プレス加硫して加硫ゴム試験片(厚さ2mm)を調製した。
<加硫ゴム試験片の評価>
 上記のとおり調製した加硫ゴム試験片について以下に示す試験法で以下の物性を測定した。結果を表1~表4に示す。
・M100
 上記のとおり製造した加硫ゴム試験片からJIS3号ダンベル状の試験片を打ち抜き、JIS K6251:2010に準拠して引張速度500mm/分での引張試験を行い、100%伸び時における引張応力(100%モジュラス:M100)を、20℃の条件下で測定した。
 各例のM100の評価結果を、標準例の値を100とする指数で表示した。
 指数が大きいほどM100が良好であることを示す。
・破断時伸び
 上記のとおり製造した加硫ゴム試験片からJIS3号ダンベル状の試験片を打ち抜き、JIS K6251:2010に準拠して引張速度500mm/分での引張試験を行い、破断時伸び(Eb)を測定した。
 各例の破断時伸びの評価結果を、標準例の値を100とする指数で表示した。
 指数が大きいほど破断時伸びが良好であることを示す。
・tanδ(60℃)
 岩本製作所(株)製の粘弾性スペクトロメーターを用い、伸張変形歪率10±2%、振動数20Hz、温度60℃の条件下にて、上記のとおり調製した加硫ゴム試験片のtanδ(60℃)を測定した。
 各例のtanδ(60℃)の評価結果を、標準例の値を100とする指数で表示した。
 指数が小さいほど低発熱性に優れることを示す。
・永久歪
 上記のとおり調製された加硫ゴム試験片についてJIS K6262:2013に準拠して、70℃、22時間、25%圧縮後の圧縮永久歪みを20℃の条件下で測定した。
 各例の圧縮永久歪の結果を、標準例の値を100とする指数で表示した。
 指数が小さいほど永久歪が小さく良好であることを示す。

 上記表1~表4に示した各成分の詳細は以下のとおりである。
・NR:天然ゴム、NUSIRA SIR20

・酸変性ポリオレフィン2:無水マレイン酸変性高密度エチレン重合体。主鎖はエチレンの単独重合体であり、無水マレイン酸によって変性されている。無水マレイン酸は上記主鎖に側鎖として結合する。三洋化成社製 アドマーHE810、融点130℃、密度960kg/m3
・ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマー:宇部興産 UBESTA XPA P9040X1、融点130℃

・加硫促進剤(CZ):三新化学社製 サンセラーCM-PO
 表1~表4に示す結果から、ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーを含有し酸変性ポリオレフィンを含有しないゴム組成物は、破断時伸びが低下した(比較例2、4)。
 また、ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーを含有し酸変性ポリオレフィンを含有しないゴム組成物は、モジュラスについてさらなる改善が必要であった(比較例2、4、6)。
 ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーを含有せず酸変性ポリオレフィンを含有するゴム組成物は、破断時伸びが低下する場合(比較例1、8)や、低発熱性が劣る場合(比較例3、5、8)があることが明らかとなった。
 ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーと酸変性ポリオレフィンとの合計含有量が所定の範囲より多い比較例7は、加工性が悪く、ゴム組成物を製造できなかった。このため比較例7はM100等を評価できず、M100等の評価結果は「-」と表示されている。
 また、ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーを単独で組成物に配合してモジュラスを高くするためには、これを大量に使用する必要があるが、大量にポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーを使用すると永久歪が悪化することが明らかとなった(比較例4、6)。
 また、酸変性ポリオレフィンを単独で大量に組成物に配合すればジュラスを高くできるが、酸変性ポリオレフィンを大量に使用すると永久歪が悪化することが明らかとなった(比較例3、5)。
 これに対して、本発明(実施例1~12)は、高い破断時伸び、優れた低発熱性を維持しつつ、モジュラス、加工性に優れ、永久歪を低減することができた。
 また、本発明(実施例1~12)においては、ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーと酸変性ポリオレフィンを併用することで、ポリアミドポリーテルエラストマーの配合量を少量化しつつ、モジュラス(M100)を向上させることができた。
 また、ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーと酸変性ポリオレフィンを併用することによって、永久歪を低減できることが分かった(実施例1~12)。
 また、実施例1~12の結果から、酸変性ポリオレフィンの含有量が、酸変性ポリオレフィンとポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとの合計含有量中で多くなるほど、モジュラスがより高くなることが分かった。
 酸変性ポリオレフィンについて実施例4~6と実施例10~12とを比較すると、酸変性ポリオレフィン2を使用する場合(実施例10~12)、酸変性ポリオレフィン1を使用する場合(実施例4~6)よりも、永久歪をより低減できることが分かった。

Claims (4)

  1.  ジエン系ゴムと、カーボンブラック及び白色充填剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、酸変性ポリオレフィンと、ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとを含有し、
     前記カーボンブラック及び前記白色充填剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の含有量が、前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、1~100質量部であり、
     前記酸変性ポリオレフィンと前記ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとの合計含有量が、前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、3~35質量部である、ゴム組成物。
  2.  前記合計含有量中の前記酸変性ポリオレフィンの含有量が2~30質量部である、請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
  3.  前記ジエン系ゴムと、前記カーボンブラック及び前記白色充填剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、前記酸変性ポリオレフィンと、前記ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーとを、前記酸変性ポリオレフィン及び前記ポリアミドポリエーテルエラストマーの融点以上の温度で混合して得られる、請求項1又は2に記載のゴム組成物。
  4.  請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物を用いる空気入りタイヤ。
