一种再生橡胶螺杆挤出混炼设备,在料筒(9)内设置有挤出螺杆(6),料筒(9)的一侧设置有驱动挤出螺杆(6)的驱动电机(10),所述料筒(9)进料的一侧设置有强制进料装置,料筒(9)出料的一侧设置有出料模头(5);所述料筒(9)配备有电磁加热系统(8)和循环水冷系统(7)。将橡胶和配剂一起放入强制进料装置内,通过挤出螺杆(6)进行混炼,电磁加热系统(8)和循环水冷系统(7)确保混炼始终处于合适的温度,挤出螺杆(6)上的销钉(4)辅助进行剪切混炼。

[0002] 混炼过程是橡胶加工的基本过程, 加入配合剂后的混炼胶料的质量, 对半成品 的工艺性能和成品质量均具有决定性影响。 橡胶混炼过程就其本质来说是配合 剂在生胶中均匀分散的过程, 粒状配合剂呈分散相, 生胶呈连续相。 在混炼过 程中, 橡胶分子结构、 分子量大小及其分布、 配合剂聚集状态均发生变化。 通 过混炼, 橡胶与配合剂起了物理及化学作用, 形成了新的结构。
