[0002] 混炼过程是橡胶加工的基本过程, 加入配合剂后的混炼胶料的质量, 对半成品 的工艺性能和成品质量均具有决定性影响。 橡胶混炼过程就其本质来说是配合 剂在生胶中均匀分散的过程, 粒状配合剂呈分散相, 生胶呈连续相。 在混炼过 程中, 橡胶分子结构、 分子量大小及其分布、 配合剂聚集状态均发生变化。 通 过混炼, 橡胶与配合剂起了物理及化学作用, 形成了新的结构。
