[权利要求 1] 再生橡胶过滤造粒生产线, 其特征在于, 包括
再生橡胶螺杆挤出混炼设备, 其用于将脱硫后废橡胶和添加剂进行混 炼, 使废橡胶再生;
再生橡胶过滤挤出设备, 其用于对再生橡胶进行精炼并挤出再生橡胶 条;
冷却水槽, 其用于对挤出的再生橡胶条进行冷却; 切粒装置, 其用于对冷却后的再生橡胶条进行切粒;
离心干燥机, 其用于对粒状的再生橡胶进行干燥; 负压输送通道, 其用于将再生橡胶颗粒输送至缓料仓;
缓料仓, 其用于储存再生橡胶颗粒;
灌风机, 其用于将缓料仓内的再生橡胶颗粒输送至出货仓; 自动计量包装装置, 其设置在出货仓内并将灌风机输送至的再生橡胶 颗粒按设定重量包装。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的再生橡胶过滤造粒生产线, 其特征在于, 所述 出货仓设置有两个, 所述灌风机的出风管中部设置有输料切换装置, 输料切换装置控制出风管至其中一个出货仓导通。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的再生橡胶过滤造粒生产线, 其特征在于, 所述 再生橡胶螺杆挤出混炼设备包括料筒, 料筒内设置有挤出螺杆, 料筒 的一侧设置有驱动挤出螺杆的驱动电机, 所述料筒进料的一侧设置有 强制进料装置, 料筒出料的一侧设置有出料模头; 所述料筒配备有 电磁加热系统和循环水冷系统。
