- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 안착홈은 ,상기 용기 모듈의 외면이 안착될 수 있도록 대응되는 크기와 형상을 가지면서 상부 하우징의 측부에 형성된 외면 안착홈과,상기 용기 모듈의 하단부가 안착될 수 있도록 대응되는 크기와 형상을 가지며 상부 하우징의 하부에 형성된 하부 안착홈으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 하부 안착홈은,상기 용기 모듈이 안착되는 중심부에서 외측 방향으로 기울기를 가지도록 형성되고, 일측에 상기 중심부 보다 낮은 높이를 가지며 외부와 통하는 관로와 연결된 배수구가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 하부 안착홈은,상기 용기 모듈의 하단부에 돌출 형성된 다수개의 끼움단턱이 슬라이드 끼움되어 고정 결합되는 다수개의 단턱홈을 더 형성하고,상기 용기 모듈의 하면에 배치된 복수개의 접속 단자가 삽입 또는 수용될 수 있는 복수개의 접속홀이 구비된 접속 가이드블록을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 용기 모듈은, 상부를 덮는 커버에 돌출된 고정걸쇠를 더 형성하고,상기 외면 안착홈은, 상부에 상기 고정걸쇠가 삽입 고정되는 걸쇠홈을 더 형성하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하우징 모듈의 상부 하우징 외면에 배치되어 상기 용기 모듈의 안착시 슬라이드 돌부의 인입에 따라 상기 용기 모듈의 상부를 고정시키는 회전 스위치부를 더 포함하여 구성되고,상기 회전 스위치부는,상기 동력 모듈과 전기적 연결되어 상기 용기 모듈의 상부 고정에 따라 전력을 공급 또는 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 방진부재는,상기 베이스 브라켓의 외주면을 따라 형성된 방진홈에 끼워지고 상기 하부 하우징의 방진 결합대에 관통되게 고정되어, 상기 베이스 브라켓과 하부 하우징 사이에 장착된 제1 방진부재와,상기 하부 하우징의 저면에 관통 결합되면서 하부로 돌출되게 형성된 제2 방진부재를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 용기 모듈은,상부가 개구된 내부 공간을 가지며 손잡이를 구비한 용기 본체와,상기 용기 본체의 하부에 결합되는 용기 베이스와,상기 용기 본체의 개구된 내부 공간을 덮어 밀폐시키는 용기 커버를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 용기 본체는, 내측면에 분쇄되는 식재료의 분쇄를 촉진할 수 있도록 하나 이상의 분쇄돌기를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 용기 모듈 내의 상부측에 배치되어 발생되는 거품을 감지하는 거품 감지부와,상기 용기 모듈의 하부에 배치되어 내부 온도를 측정하는 온도 감지부를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 온도 감지부는,상기 용기 모듈 또는 하우징 모듈의 온도가 설정 온도에 도달 시 전원을 차단시키는 제1 온도퓨즈와,상기 제1 온도퓨즈의 차단 후 한계 온도를 초과할 때 전원을 영구적으로 차단시켜 과열을 방지하는 제2 온도퓨즈를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 동력 모듈은, 상기 베이스 브라켓의 상부에 고정 설치되고, 내부에 모터를 구비한 박스 형상의 모터박스와;전기적 제어신호에 따라 상기 용기 모듈 내 조리 상태를 제어하는 전장부;를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 하우징 모듈의 상부 하우징은, 외측에 상기 전장부에 의한 조리 상태 및 진행 상황을 보여주는 디스플레이를 가지는 패널부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 동력 모듈은,상기 모터 박스의 상부에 위치되어 구동에 따라 상기 모터 박스의 내부 공간 상에 와류를 형성시키는 제1 배출팬과,상기 제1 배출팬을 내부에 포함하고 상기 상부 하우징의 일측에 형성된 배기구와 단부가 연통되어 공기 흐름을 외부로 유도하는 덕트 유로가 형성된 모터 커버를 포함하여, 상기 모터에서 발생된 열기와 카본 분말을 외부로 배출할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 덕트 유로의 단부에 제2 배출팬을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 동력 모듈의 동력전달부는,모터의 일단과 연결되어 배치된 제1 구동축과,상기 제1 구동축으로부터 회전 동력을 전달받아 상기 용기 모듈의 회전날로 전달하는 제2 구동축을 포함하여 구성되고,상기 제1 구동축과 제2 구동축은 기어 또는 구동벨트의 전달부재에 의해 동력이 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 용기 모듈은, 관통된 회전날의 축과 연결되고 탈착 가능하게 구성된 회전부재를 더 포함하고,상기 동력전달부는, 상기 제2 구동축과 연결되어 상기 회전부재로 동력을 전달하는 커플러를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 용기 모듈의 상부에 안착되어 확산된 증기를 이용해 상기 용기 모듈에서의 조리 이외의 다른 조리를 수행할 수 있도록 구성된 스티머를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 스티머는,상기 용기 모듈의 상부에 외주면이 밀접하게 안착되고, 중심공을 통해 증기를 균일하게 확산시키는 증기 전달부와;상기 증기 전달부의 중심공을 포함하여 상기 증기 전달부의 상부 안착홈에 안착되고, 조리될 음식을 포함할 수 있는 크기의 내부공간과, 증기가 통과되는 다수개의 관통홀을 포함하여 구성된 조리부와;상기 조리부의 상부 형상과 대응되는 형상을 가지는 조리 덮개부;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 18항에 있어서,상기 조리부는,상기 증기 전달부를 통해 공급된 증기를 상측으로 갈수록 넓게 확산시키는 제1 조리 확산부와,상기 제1 조리 확산부의 상측에 배치되어, 제1 조리 확산부에서 확산된 증기와 열을 이용해 조리하는 제 2조리 확산부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
- 제 19항에 있어서,상기 제1 조리 확산부와 제2 조리 확산부는, 전달된 증기가 균일하게 확산될 수 있도록 하부에서 상부로 갈수록 넓어지는 테이퍼 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 가공 조리기기.
