Abstract
Description
この装置では、縦型の製袋包装装置に組合せ計量装置が直接積載されているため、計量包装システムの設置場所を狭くすることができたり、設置高さを低くできるメリットがある。
また、システムのメンテナンスを行う際にも、各種部品が取り外され、メンテナンスが行われる場合もある。
また、特許文献1のシステムで示されている傾斜誘導板19が袋を排出する方向には、袋を排出するためのコンベアが存在している事が多い。そのため、計量包装システム以外の構造物をも避けて部品を取り外す必要があり、作業性が低下するおそれがあった。
本発明の一側面は、部品の取り外しの際の作業性を向上できる計量包装システムを提供することを目的とする。
また、いわゆる上乗せの計量包装システムでは、集合シュート及びフォーマが上下方向に並んで配置される。この計量包装システムでは、集合シュート及びフォーマの側方側を開放する第1開口部が設けられることで、取り外し対象の部品以上の大きさの第1開口部を設けることが可能となる。従って、広いスペースでの取り外し作業が可能となるため、取り外し作業の効率が向上する。
組合せ計量装置2は、上方から供給された物品について組合せ計量を行い、組合せ計量において選択された物品を下方に配置された包装装置3に排出する。組合せ計量装置2の詳細は後述する。
組合せ計量装置2は図2及び図4に示されるように、分散部21と、分散部21の周囲に放射状に配置された放射部22と、放射部22の外周部下方に配置された複数のプールホッパ23と、プールホッパ23の下方に配置された複数の計量ホッパ(計量部)24と、計量ホッパ24の下方に配置された複数のブースタホッパ(計量部)25と、ブースタホッパ25の下方に配置された集合シュート26とを備えている。
第1支持部28の詳細は後述する。
組合せ演算部292は、計量値算出部291で算出された各計量ホッパ24及び各ブースタホッパ25の計量値を組み合わせて、目標重量値に近い(該当する)計量ホッパ24及び/又はブースタホッパ25の組合せを選択する。
包装装置3は、図1、図3、及び図4に示されるように、フォーマ31と、フォーマ31の下方に配置された横シール部32と、横シール部32の下方に配置された袋排出部33と、図示しない縦シール部、フィルム供給部、及びカッター部とを備える。
袋排出部33の排出方向αにおける下流側には、袋を搬送する搬送コンベアが存在している。そのため、作業スペースが狭くなっている。
包装装置3は、フォーマ31、横シール部32、袋排出部33、縦シール部、フィルム供給部、及びカッター部を支持する第2支持部(包装支持部)38を更に備える。
第2支持部38の詳細は後述する。
シール温度制御部393は縦シール部や横シール部32のシール部のシール温度の制御をシールヒータ部322に対して行う。
図5、図6、及び図7を参照して第1支持部28について説明する。
第1支持部28は、3本の第1支持脚281と、横梁282と、横梁283と、横梁284と、2本の横梁285とを有する。第1支持脚281は、垂直斜め方向に沿って設けられている。換言すれば、第1支持脚281は、上下方向に対して傾斜して配置されている。すなわち、第1支持脚281は、上下方向に沿って配置されている。第1支持脚281は、上下方向と平行に配置されてもよい。
図5は計量包装システム1を側方から見た図である。図6は組合せ計量装置2を底面側から見た図である。図7は図6のA-A線における断面の側面図である。
横梁282は図7に示されるように本体フレーム27の底面を支持する。これにより、横梁282は、本体フレーム27が支持する分散部21、放射部22、プールホッパ23、計量ホッパ24、ブースタホッパ25、及びロードセル242の全てを支持する。
横梁282は1本の部材で構成されている。そのため、横梁282の剛性は高い。これにより、本体フレーム27が上下方向に揺れるのが抑制される。
図3を参照して第2支持部38を説明する。図3では正面扉34及び側面扉35等が取り外された状態が示されている。
第2支持部38は、3本の第2支持脚381と、第2支持脚381よりも高さ方向(上下方向)に短い1本の第2支持脚3810とを有する。第2支持脚381,3810は、上下方向に沿って設けられている。この例では、第2支持脚381,3810は、上下方向と平行に配置されている。第2支持脚381,3810は、上下方向に対して傾斜して配置されてもよい。第2支持脚381は包装装置3の4つのコーナのうちの3つに配置されている。第2支持脚3810は前述した第1支持脚281が配置されていないコーナに設置されている。第2支持脚3810は、フォーマ31よりも下側に配置されている。
第2支持部38は、横梁382、4つの横梁383、3つの横梁384、2つの横梁385、1つの横梁388、フォーマ支持板386、及び横シール部支持部387を更に有する。
そのためフォーマ31を取り外す場合に周囲(横側)に広い空間があり、取り外し易く、作業性が向上する。

上述したように図8中の右側かつ手前側のコーナには第1支持脚281が配置されておらず、かつ高さの低い第2支持脚3810が配置されている。
また、集合シュート26及びフォーマ31の正面側及び一方の側方側には、組合せ計量装置2の横梁285、並びに包装装置3の横梁382、横梁383、横梁384、横梁385、及び横梁388が配置されていない。
これにより、集合シュート26の正面側及び一方の側方側には、上側第2開口部α1及び上側第1開口部β1が形成されている。上側第2開口部α1は、排出方向αに開口し、集合シュート26の排出方向α側を開放している。上側第1開口部β1は、一方の側方側に開口し、集合シュート26の一方の側方側を開放している。
上側第2開口部α1と下側第2開口部α2、及び上側第1開口部β1と下側第1開口部β2とは縦方向(上下方向)に連続している。そのため、大きな開口部が形成されている。すなわち、計量包装システム1の袋の排出方向αに対して側方の面の一つには集合シュート26からフォーマ31までの横側に連続した第1開口部β1,β2が設けられている。また、計量包装システム1の袋の排出方向αの面には集合シュート26からフォーマ31までの横側に連続した第2開口部α1,α2が設けられている。
これにより、開口部は、集合シュート26又はフォーマ31のそれぞれよりも大きくなり易い。このことによって、集合シュート26又はフォーマ31を取り外す場合に、集合シュート26又はフォーマ31の取り外し作業が容易になる。
集合シュート26又はフォーマ31の取り出し方向として、正面側又は一方の側面側が状況に応じて選択可能になる。また、上側第2開口部α1と上側第1開口部β1との間、及び下側第2開口部α2と下側第1開口部β2との間の方向にも取り外しが可能となり、3方向以上からの取り外しが可能となる。
計量包装システム1によれば、袋の排出方向の側方側に開口し、集合シュート及びフォーマの側方側を開放する第1開口部が設けられる。そのため、取り外し対象の部品以上の大きさの開口部が形成される。従って余裕を持ったスペースでの取り外し作業が可能となる。そのため、取り外し作業効率が向上する。
また、計量包装システム1では、第1開口部が袋の排出方向の側方側に存在する。計量包装システム1では、排出コンベア等の構造物が存在しない方向に開口する第1開口部を備えるため、広いスペースでの取り外し作業が可能となり、取り外し作業効率が向上する。
上記実施形態では円形配置の組合せ計量装置が説明されたが、いわゆる直線配置の組合せ計量装置であってもよい。
上記実施形態では縦型の製袋包装装置で説明したが、フォーマ又は物品投入部を有する包装装置であってもよい。包装装置は、給袋包装装置であってもよい。
上記実施形態では正面と一方の側面に開口部が設けられたが、正面には開口部が設けられず、一方の側面のみに開口部が設けられてもよい。この場合でも、袋を搬送する搬送コンベアに邪魔されることなく広いスペースでの作業が可能となるため、取り外し作業の効率が向上する。
上記実施形態では第1支持脚及びや第2支持脚が4つのコーナのうちの3つに不均等に配置されたが、均等に120度間隔で割り付けられてもよい。すなわち、平面視において組合せ計量装置2を囲むように仮想的に三角形状(正三角形状)の領域が設定された場合に、当該領域の3つの頂点をコーナとすると、第1支持脚及び第2支持脚は、3つのコーナのそれぞれに配置されてもよい。肝要なのは、袋の排出方向の側方側に開口し、集合シュート及びフォーマの側方側を開放する開口部を設けることである。
例えば側面のうち1面のみ開口している平面視コの字(U字状)の電気ケースを有する組合せ計量機の場合、開口部が排出方向の側方側に開口するように電気ケースが配置されてよい。この場合、縦型の製袋包装装置の側方にフォーマを取り外すことができる。
上記実施形態では、計量装置の第1支持脚、及び包装装置の長い第2支持脚が3本であったが、これに限定されず、1本又は2本であってもよい。この場合、各装置の主要部品が片持ち梁構造で支持される。計量装置の第1支持脚、及び包装装置の長い第2支持脚は、4本以上であってもよい。この場合でも、集合シュート又はフォーマを取り外すための開口部が設けられていればよい。
Claims (5)
- 供給された物品を貯留及び計量する複数の計量部と、前記計量部にて計量された計量値で組合せ演算を行い該当する前記物品の組合せを選択する組合せ演算部と、当該組合せに係る前記物品を集合させて排出する集合シュートと、を有する組合せ計量装置と、
上方に配置された前記組合せ計量装置から排出される前記物品を受け取り、前記物品が内部に充填されるように帯状の包材を筒状に成形するフォーマと、前記フォーマの下方に配置され筒状の前記包材を封止して袋を形成するシール部と、前記シール部にて形成された前記袋を排出する排出部と、を有する包装装置と、を備え、
前記袋の排出方向の側方側に開口し、前記集合シュート及び前記フォーマの前記側方側を開放する第1開口部が設けられる、計量包装システム。 - 請求項1に記載の計量包装システムであって、
前記排出方向に開口し、前記集合シュート及び前記フォーマの前記排出方向側を開放する第2開口部が更に設けられる、計量包装システム。 - 請求項2に記載の計量包装システムであって、
前記第1開口部と前記第2開口部とは、連続している、計量包装システム。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の計量包装システムであって、
前記計量部を支持する本体フレームと、
上下方向に沿って配置され、前記本体フレームを支持する複数の第1支持脚と、
上下方向に沿って配置され、前記フォーマを支持する複数の第2支持脚と、
複数の前記第1支持脚間、または、複数の前記第2支持脚間を連結する複数の横梁と、を更に備え、
前記横梁は、前記第1開口部には配置されていない、計量包装システム。 - 請求項4に記載の計量包装システムであって、
前記第1支持脚のそれぞれは、前記第2支持脚によって支持されている、計量包装システム。
