- the CPU 51 uses an icon image or a thumbnail as the identification image, the worker can more easily identify the discarded component R by the icon image or the thumbnail.
- sequence display column 72 imitating the waste components R arranged on the conveyor 32 it is easy for an operator to confirm the waste components R visually.
- the CPU 51 creates a screen in which the identification image of the discarded component R removed from the discard placement unit 30 based on the detection result of the detection unit 33 is deleted from the conveyor array display column 72. 72 can be updated more appropriately.
- the discarded component arrangement image screen 70 has been described as including the upper captured image display field 73, the side captured image display field 74, and the discarded information display field 75. It may be omitted or all may be omitted. When one or more of the upper captured image display field 73, the side captured image display field 74, and the discard information display field 75 are omitted, the omitted display field may be displayed on another screen.
- the discarded component arrangement image screen may include at least a conveyor arrangement display field, and the identification information and the captured image may be associated with each other. At this time, when an identification image is selected, a captured image display column and / or a discard information display column corresponding to the selected identification image may be displayed on another screen. Even in this case, the operator can more easily identify the discarded component R by the discarded component array image screen.
- the captured image and the disposal information corresponding to the disposal component R are displayed.
- the present invention is not particularly limited to this.
- an upper captured image display field 73B for displaying a captured image together with an identification image, a side captured image display field 74B, a discard information display field 75B for displaying discarded information together with an identification image, and the like are arranged.
- the discarded component arrangement image screen 70B may be created.
- FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram illustrating an example of the discarded component arrangement image screen 70B. On the discarded component arrangement image screen 70B, the captured image and the discarded information are displayed together with the identification image.
- the worker can more easily identify the waste part R.
- the discarded part arrangement image screen 70B one or more of the upper captured image display field 73B, the side captured image display field 74B, and the discarded information display field 75B are selected and then an image is displayed. Also good. Further, on the discarded component arrangement image screen 70B, for example, when a captured image display field is selected, a captured image included therein may be displayed in an enlarged manner.
- the management computer 50 creates the discarded component arrangement image screen 70 and displays it on the mounting apparatus 11.
- the present invention is not limited to this.
- the discarded component arrangement image screen 70 may be created by the mounting apparatus 11 or may be displayed by the management computer 50.
- the mounting apparatus 11 creates the discarded component arrangement image screen 70
- the mounting apparatus 11 corresponds to the image processing apparatus of the present invention.
- the discard mounting unit 30 is the conveyor 32, but is not particularly limited thereto, and may be a mounting table.
- the discard placement unit 30 updates the discard component arrangement information using the detection result of the detection unit 33.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and the detection result of the detection unit 33 is not used. It is also possible to update the discarded part arrangement information. Further, the discard placement unit 30 may not include the detection unit 33.
- the control unit 31 drives the conveyor 32, sequentially discards the waste part R from the front end of the conveyor 32 to the dust box 19, and updates the waste part arrangement information accordingly. It is good.
- the processing of steps S100 to S200 is performed in the discard processing routine. However, for example, some of the processing may be omitted, and steps S100, S120, S190, and Only the processing of S200 may be performed. Even in this case, the operator can more easily identify the discarded component R by the discarded component arrangement image screen 70.
- the discard placement unit 30 may include an operation key for manually operating the conveyor 32.
- the control unit 31 manages the position of the conveyor 32, and when the conveyor 32 is operated in a state where the discarded component R is placed, and the discarded component R is out of the area of the conveyor 32, the discarded component R May be removed.
- the present invention has been described as the management computer 50 as an image processing apparatus, but the present invention is not particularly limited thereto, and may be an image processing method or a program thereof.
- the present invention can be used for an apparatus that performs mounting-related processing for arranging components on a board.
- 10 mounting system 11 mounting device, 12 substrate transport unit, 13 mounting unit, 14 component supply unit, 15 parts camera, 16 operation panel, 17 display unit, 18 operation unit, 19 dust box, 20 head moving unit, 22 mounting head, 24 suction nozzles, 25 side cameras, 30 disposal placement units, 31 control units, 32 conveyors, 33 detection units, 40 control units, 41 CPUs, 42 ROMs, 43 HDDs, 44 RAMs, 45 I / O interfaces, 46 buses, 50 management computer, 51 CPU, 52 ROM, 53 HDD, 54 RAM, 55 I / O interface, 56 bus, 57 input device, 58 display, 60 discarded parts removal notification screen, 62 message display field, 63 instruction display field, 4.
- Complete input display field 70, 70B disposal part arrangement image screen, 71 cursor, 72 conveyor arrangement display field, 73, 73B upper captured image display field, 74, 74B side captured image display field, 75, 75B disposal information display field , P parts, R waste parts, S board.
