技术领域
本发明涉及轨道车辆技术领域,特别是轨道车辆上的局部多功能构件。本发明还涉及设有所述构件的轨道车辆。
背景技术
抗蛇形减震器又称二系纵向减震器,每台转向架的车体和转向架构架之间安装有两个抗蛇形减震器,其作用是防止列车在高速运行时其转向架发生蛇行运动,是提高机车车辆运动稳定性能的重要部件。
目前,抗蛇行减震器在安装时,其大端通过上抗蛇行减震器支座与上枕梁相连,小端通过下抗蛇行减震器支座与构架相连。
其中,上抗蛇行减震器支座由多块铝板拼焊组成,存在以下缺陷:
首先,由于是采用多块铝板拼接焊接的结构形式,因此在生产过程中存在大量焊接及焊接变形调修工作。
其次,在作为抬车位使用时,需在车体边梁上加工抬车孔,而开孔会降低车体强度和刚度。
再者,为了便于线缆从其内部通过,需要在内腔中焊接套管,不仅工艺繁琐,且结构复杂,成本较高。
因此,如何对抗蛇行减震器的上安装座进行优化设计,是本领域技术人员需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的是提供一种轨道车辆局部多功能构件。该构件以铝合金型材为载体,既可作为转向架抗蛇形减震器安装平面,又可作为车体 抬车位,还为电器设备线缆提供安全通道。实现了一种结构多种功用,大大简化了车体局部结构。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种设有所述构件的轨道车辆。

优选地,所述线缆通道在截面上呈圆形或椭圆形。
优选地,所述铝合金型材的一端为内侧侧板较短、外侧侧板较长的第一斜面,且所述外侧侧板的长度超出所述斜面一定距离;所述铝合金型材另一端的上半部为立面,下半部为底板较短的第二斜面,中间为向外横向延伸的卡接边沿。

本发明以全新设计的铝合金型材为载体,通过对型材的加工,以及在型材局部通过铝板组焊及螺纹座铆接,实现了安装转向架抗蛇形减震器、车体抬车及提供线缆通道的功能。相比原来由多块铝板拼焊组成的抗蛇形 减震器座,大大减少了焊接量及焊接变形调修;相比原来的抬车位,不需再对车体边梁加工抬车孔,提高了车体强度和刚度;相比原来利用焊接套管使线缆通过,本结构在型材断面上直接设置线缆通孔,不再需要焊接套管。在保证列车安全性的前提下,实现了复杂结构的优化、模块化、多功能化,降低了生产制造难度,提高了生产效率。
在一种优选方案中,所述铝合金型材的一端为内侧侧板较短、外侧侧板较长的斜面,且所述外侧侧板的长度超出所述斜面一定距离。这样的结构形式可保证铝合金型材与车体边梁之间具有足够的焊缝长度,提高铝合金型材与边梁的连接强度,同时可避开转向架的安装空间。
本发明所提供的轨道车辆设有上述轨道车辆局部多功能构件,由于所述轨道车辆局部多功能构件具有上述技术效果,设有该轨道车辆局部多功能构件的轨道车辆也应具有相应的技术效果。

在一种具体实施例中,本发明提供的轨道车辆局部多功能构件,其主体为横截面呈矩形的铝合金型材1,其内部分为上下两个腔体,分别为上腔体1-1和下腔体1-2,上腔体1-1内部一体成型有呈“X”形交叉状的内筋1-3,其交叉部位为椭圆形通孔1-4,此预先设计的通孔将作为线缆通道使用,下腔体1-2内部一体成型有开口向上的“V”字形内筋1-3。
铝合金型材1的一端为内侧侧板1-5较短、外侧侧板1-6较长的第一斜面1-9-1,且外侧侧板1-6的长度超出斜面一定距离,外侧侧板1-6超出斜面的部分具有切除下角部位后形成的45°斜边,并加工有三个塞焊孔1-7;铝合金型材1另一端的上半部为立面1-8,下半部为底板较短的第二斜面1-9-2,中间为向外横向延伸的卡接边沿1-10。其中,立面1-8的周边加工有坡口1-11,以便与枕梁焊接连接。

具体地,螺纹座2呈长条形,分为两组,每组两个螺纹座,均在截面上以左右对称的方式,通过铆钉铆接于铝合金型材1的底板1-12的内表面上,其中一组螺纹座2较短,螺纹孔位于其中间位置,另一组螺纹座2较长,螺纹孔处于接近其一端的位置,底板1-12上设有与其螺纹孔相对应的孔位,以便于穿装螺丝或螺栓。
铝合金型材1的底板1-12的外表面铆接有一块方形补强板作为抬车垫板3,在位置上,抬车垫板3恰好对应于较长的一组螺纹座2,其铆钉从外侧依次穿过抬车垫板3、铝合金型材底板1-12及螺纹座2进行铆固,抬车垫板3的底面上可设计菱形防滑纹路等结构。
请参考图5、图6,图5为图3所示轨道车辆局部多功能构件与枕梁的连接示意图;图6为图5中A部位的局部放大图。
使用时,铝合金型材1的立面1-8与枕梁4焊接连接,枕梁4支撑在铝合金型材立面下方向外横向延伸的卡接边沿1-10上,立面1-8的周边加工有坡口,以便与枕梁4进行焊接。
此外,为避免铝合金型材1的内腔向外敞开,可在其两端的敞口处分别安装相应的封板5进行遮挡,以避免异物进入铝合金型材1内部。
本结构通过新开发型材断面和巧妙的设计,既可作为转向架抗蛇形减震器安装平面,又可作为车体抬车位,还为电器设备线缆提供安全通道。实现了一种结构多种功用,大大简化了车体局部结构。
上述实施例仅是本发明的优选方案,具体并不局限于此,在此基础上可根据实际需要作出具有针对性的调整,从而得到不同的实施方式。例如,将铝合金型材的截面设计成方形或梯形;或者,将型材的内筋设计成其他形状,等等。由于可能实现的方式较多,这里就不再一一举例说明。
请参考图7、图8、图9,图7为从顶部向下观察时本发明所提供轨道车辆局部多功能构件与枕梁的连接示意图;图8为从底部向上观察时本发明所提供轨道车辆局部多功能构件与枕梁的连接示意图;图9为抗蛇形减震器与本发明所提供轨道车辆局部多功能构件的连接示意图。
除了上述轨道车辆局部多功能构件,本发明还提供一种轨道车辆,包括车体、转向架及抗蛇形减震器6等构件,抗蛇形减震器6的上安装座与车体的枕梁4和边梁7焊接连接,其中,上安装座为上文所述的轨道车辆局部多功能构件。
如上所述,铝合金型材1本身预留的椭圆孔通孔1-4作为线缆通道,组装完成后对,型材立面坡口与底架枕梁4焊接,较长的外侧侧板1-6与底架边梁7焊接,形成整体结构,并在对应部位把边梁7铣到与抬车垫板3同一平面(或高于抬车垫板3),成为车体抬车位。
由于铝合金型材1的外侧侧板1-6较长,因此可保证铝合金型材1与车体边梁7之间具有足够的焊缝长度(约1260mm),提高铝合金型材1与边梁7的连接强度,同时可避开转向架的安装空间,而且,外侧侧板1-6上还加工了塞焊孔1-7,通过塞焊孔1-7与车体边梁7塞焊,也增加了铝合金型材与边梁7的连接强度,其余结构请参考现有技术,本文不再赘述。
具体加工、安装顺序如下:首先,加工铝合金型材1;然后,在铝合金型材1上组装抬车垫板3和螺纹座2等部件;最后,将铝合金型材总成与车体枕梁4及边梁7焊接。
相比原来由多块铝板拼焊组成的抗蛇形减震器座,大大减少了焊接量及焊接变形调修;相比原来的抬车位,不需再对车体边梁加工抬车孔,提高了车体强度和刚度;相比原来通过焊接套管通过线缆,本结构在型材断面上直接设置线缆通孔,不再需要焊接套管。
本发明在保证列车安全性的前提下,实现了复杂结构的优化、模块化、多功能化,降低了生产制造难度,提高了生产效率。
以上对本发明所提供的轨道车辆及局部多功能构件进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种轨道车辆局部多功能构件,其特征在于,其主体为铝合金型材(1),所述铝合金型材(1)的底板(1-12)外表面设有补强板作为抬车垫板(3),所述铝合金型材(1)的底板(1-12)内表面设有内置螺纹座(2)作为转向架抗蛇形减震器(6)安装座,所述铝合金型材(1)内部设有一体成型的通孔(1-4)作为线缆通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆局部多功能构件,其特征在于,所述铝合金型材(1)在横截面上呈矩形,其内部分为上腔体(1-1)和下腔体(1-2),所述上腔体(1-1)内部具有呈“X”形交叉状的内筋(1-3),其交叉部位形成所述通孔(1-4),所述下腔体(1-2)内部具有呈“V”字形的内筋(1-3)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的轨道车辆局部多功能构件,其特征在于,所述通孔(1-4)在截面上呈圆形或椭圆形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆局部多功能构件,其特征在于,所述铝合金型材(1)的一端为内侧侧板(1-5)较短、外侧侧板(1-6)较长的第一斜面,且所述外侧侧板(1-6)的长度超出所述第一斜面(1-9-1)一定距离;所述铝合金型材(1)另一端的上半部为立面(1-8),下半部为底板较短的第二斜面(1-9-2),中间为向外横向延伸的卡接边沿(1-10)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的轨道车辆局部多功能构件,其特征在于,所述外侧侧板(1-6)超出所述第一斜面(1-9-1)的部分设有塞焊孔(1-7)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的轨道车辆局部多功能构件,其特征在于,所述外侧侧板(1-6)超出所述斜面(1-9)的部分具有切除下角部位后形成的斜边。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的轨道车辆局部多功能构件,其特征在于,所述铝合金型材(1)的所述第一斜面(1-9-1)和所述第二斜面(1-9-2)设有封板(5)。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的轨道车辆局部多功能构件,其特征在于,所述螺纹座(2)呈长条形,在截面上分左右对称铆接于所述铝 合金型材(1)的底板内表面上,所述底板(1-12)上设有与其螺纹孔相对应的孔位。
  9. 一种轨道车辆,包括车体、转向架及抗蛇形减震器(6),所述抗蛇形减震器(6)的上安装座与所述车体的枕梁(4)和边梁(7)相连接,其特征在于,所述上安装座为上述权利要求1至8任一项所述的轨道车辆局部多功能构件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的轨道车辆,其特征在于,所述边梁(7)的底面与所述抬车垫板(3)位于同一平面,或高于所述抬车垫板(3)。
