- Step S1304 Generation Rule Application When the generator information is present, the attribute calculation unit 201 uses the generator identifier of the generator information selected in step S1303 as a key. Extract related generation rules. Thereafter, the attribute calculation unit 201 generates attribute information from the measurement information of the power generator based on the extracted generation rule.
- the measurement information of the selected power generator is the measurement information of the power generator 1 in FIG. 4A, and the case where the power generator identifier is the power generator 1 will be described as an example. Generate information.
- the attribute calculation unit 201 calculates the amount of generated power and the additional attribute (type of power supply) of the attribute information based on the measurement information of the power generator and the generation rule.
- the generator information includes the generator identifier 1, the measurement time 2014/1/1 00:00:00, and the generated power amount 10 Wh. This is the case.
- the generation rule related to the power generator 1 is the power generator identifier of the generation condition, and the type of power source that is an additional attribute of the corresponding generation method is wind power. Yes, a rule is detected that the ratio is 100% (that is, the type of power source is only wind power).
- the attribute calculation unit 201 generates the following attribute information A as the attribute information based on the information related to the measurement information and the generation rule of the power generator as described above (the value of the attribute information is attributed as a result of the generation operation).
- the buried portion is information in the following columns (a), (b), (c), and (e)).
- attribute information A (A) Electricity amount: 10 Wh (B) Time: 2014/1/1 00:00:00 (C) Generator identifier: Generator 1 (D) Consumer identifier: Null (E) Type of power supply: wind power (f) Expected value of electric energy: Null
- the power type shown in the column (e) is set to “Any”, which means any type of power source, as a ratio of 100%. Attribute information is generated assuming that it is specified.
- attribute information relating to the power generator 2 will be described.
- the generation rule related to the power generator 2 specifies that the ratio of thermal power is 80% and the ratio of wind power is 20% as an additional attribute (type of power source) generated from the measurement information of the power generator 2. Has been. In such a case, the amount of electric power in the measurement information of the power generator 2 is decomposed into two using the ratio defined by the generation rule, and two pieces of attribute information are generated.
- the power source type of the first attribute information is thermal power
- the power source type of the second attribute information is wind power
- the power amount of each of the two attribute information is 8: 2 is generated as a value distributed at a ratio of 2 (the power amount of the first attribute information is 8 Wh, and the power amount of the second attribute information is 2 Wh).
- step S1304 attribute information generation processing is performed not only for actually measured measurement information but also for virtual measurement information.

- attribute information B (A) Electricity amount: 60/9 Wh (B) Time: 2014/1/1 00:00:00 (C) Generator identifier: Generator 0 (D) Consumer identifier: Null (E) Type of power source: Power company power source (f) Expected amount of power: Null
- Step S1305 Determination of presence / absence of distribution rule
- the attribute calculation unit 201 determines the presence / absence of the distribution rule related to the attribute information generated in step S1304. That is, related distribution rules are extracted using the power generator identifier of the attribute information as a key. If the power generator distribution rule indicated by the power generator identifier of the attribute information exists, the process proceeds to step S1306. On the other hand, if the distribution rule for the power generator does not exist, the process returns to step S1303 to process the next measurement information without distributing the attribute information. However, even when returning to step S1303, the attribute information generated in step S1304 is temporarily stored as undistributed attribute information to the consumer without being discarded.
- the distribution rule is a rule that prescribes the ratio and amount of distribution according to the consumer's preference. Therefore, no distribution rule is defined for power generators that do not meet any consumer preference.
- the power generator identifier is the power generator 1, and there is a distribution rule related to the power generator 1, as illustrated in FIG. Specifically, in FIG. 8, the power generator identifier is defined as the power generator 1, the consumer identifier is the consumer 1, and the distribution ratio is 100%. Therefore, in the case of the attribute information A, the process proceeds to step S1306.
- the attribute information generated in step S1304 is attribute information B
- the power generator identifier is power generator 0, and in FIG. 8, there is no distribution rule related to power generator 0. Therefore, in the case of the attribute information B, the process returns to step S1303 without performing the distribution process.
- the attribute information (attribute information B) generated in step S1304 is not deleted, and the subsequent processing is performed. In preparation, it is temporarily stored as undistributed attribute information to consumers.
- Step S1306 Application of distribution rule If the distribution rule is attribute information that exists, the process proceeds to step S1306, and the attribute calculation unit 201 determines in step S1304 based on the distribution rule related to the attribute information.
- the generated attribute information is to be distributed to consumers (in the specific example described above, attribute information A is to be distributed to consumers 1). It should be noted that at this point, the operation is to tentatively distribute to consumers according to the distribution rule, and the distribution is not finalized. That is, in step S1306, it is determined that attribute information is to be distributed as follows.
- the distribution rule relating to the attribute information A generated in step S1304 defines that the power generator identifier is power generator 1, the consumer identifier is consumer 1, and the distribution ratio is 100%. Therefore, all attribute information A is to be distributed to the consumers 1. Thereafter, in order to indicate that the attribute information A is to be distributed to the consumers 1, the consumer 1 is set as the consumer identifier of the attribute information. As a result, the attribute information A is updated to the following attribute information C as the attribute information after the distribution rule is applied (the place where the value is buried as the attribute information as a result of the update operation is shown in the next column (d)). Information). The attribute information A is deleted by updating to the attribute information C.
- Attribute information newly generated by updating (attribute information C): (A) Electricity amount: 10 Wh (B) Time: 2014/1/1 00:00:00 (C) Generator identifier: Generator 1 (D) Consumer identifier: Consumer 1 (E) Type of power supply: wind power (f) Expected value of electric energy: Null
- the distribution rule defines two distribution methods as illustrated in FIG. That is, the first defines a distribution ratio of 60% for the consumer whose consumer identifier is consumer 2, and the second defines a distribution ratio of 40% for the consumer whose consumer identifier is consumer 3. It prescribes.
- the amount of power of the attribute information (attribute information related to the power generator 2) is divided at a ratio of 6: 4, and each of them is distributed to the consumer 1 and the consumer 2.
- two pieces of attribute information that is, two pieces of attribute information, that is, the power source type is thermal power attribute information and the power source type is wind attribute information
- Step S1307 Application of Loss Rule
- the attribute calculation unit 201 next applies to consumer 1 in step S1306 based on the loss rule.
- the amount of loss is subtracted from the amount of power of the primary attribute of the attribute information (attribute information C) to be distributed.
- the loss rule stipulates that the loss ratio is 10% for any combination of the power generator and the consumer, and the attribute information (attribute information C) Since the power amount of the primary attribute is 10 Wh, the attribute information C is updated to the attribute information D including the new power amount 9 Wh by subtracting 10% of the loss from the power amount 10 W of the primary attribute. Furthermore, the same value as the amount of power calculated here is also set as an expected value of the amount of power indicating that the consumer 1 expects the amount of power supplied from the power generator 1. That is, as the attribute information after applying the loss rule, the attribute information C is updated to the following attribute information D (the place where the value is buried as the attribute information as a result of the update operation is the following (a), (f) Column information). The attribute information C is deleted by updating to the attribute information D.

- attribute information not distributed to consumers the consumer identifier of the additional attribute is set to Null, and the expected value of the power amount of the additional attribute is set to Null. Note that, after the first attribute information and the second attribute information are generated, the copy source attribute information (attribute information D) is deleted. Further, the measurement information is deleted from the measurement information acquired in step S1301.
- the amount of power consumed by the consumer 1 is 15 Wh, while the amount of power of the attribute information D that is to be distributed to the consumer 1 is 9 Wh. Since it corresponds to the case of “amount of power of attribute information ⁇ amount of power of measurement information”, distribution of the attribute information D to the consumer 1 is confirmed. Further, as a result of subtracting the power amount 9 Wh of the attribute information D from the power amount included in the measurement information related to the consumer 1, out of the power amount of the measurement information of 15 Wh consumed by the consumer 1, from the power generator 1 Only the power amount of 9 Wh is supplied, and the power amount of the measurement information remaining in the consumer 1 is 6 Wh as a shortage.

That is, the part where the value is changed as the attribute information is information in the next column (a). Further, regarding the attribute information E of the first attribute information, distribution to the consumer 1 is confirmed.
- Attribute information newly generated as the first attribute information by updating (attribute information E): (A) Electricity amount: 5 Wh (B) Time: 2014/1/1 00:00:00 (C) Generator identifier: Generator 1 (D) Consumer identifier: Consumer 1 (E) Type of power supply: wind power (f) Expected value of electric energy: 9 Wh
- the attribute information F of the second attribute information as the primary attribute power amount of the attribute information F, the calculation result of “the power amount of attribute information D 9 Wh—the power amount of consumer measurement information 5 Wh”

{Csum-(Psum-
= {15-(10-1)}×10/9
= 6Wh×10/9
= 60/9Wh
(a)電力量 :10Wh
Null
(a)電力量 :60/9Wh
Null
(a)電力量 :10Wh
Null
(a)電力量 :9Wh
(a)電力量 :5Wh
(a)電力量 :40/9Wh(=4Wh×10/9)
Null
(a)電力量 :60/9Wh
Null
(a)電力量 :60/9Wh
Null
(a)電力量 :6Wh
Null
(a)電力量 :9Wh(=20Wh×0.5×0.9)

(a)電力量 :5Wh
(a)電力量 :10Wh
Null
(a)電力量:9Wh
Null
Null
(a)電力量:8.1Wh
Null
Null
(a)電力量:7.29Wh
(a)電力量:5Wh
(a)電力量:7.71Wh
Any
Any
Null
