Abstract
La présente invention, selon un exemple, porte sur un procédé de coulée continue laminage, comprenant : une étape de coulée continue consistant à produire une brame au moyen d'une machine de coulée continue ; une étape de laminage consistant à effectuer la réduction de l'épaisseur de la brame par un laminoir ; et une étape d'entrée/sortie sélective, qui est effectuée entre l'étape de coulée continue et l'étape de laminage, consistant à couper et ensuite séparer la brame ou introduire la brame séparée, en fonction de l'arrêt ou non du processus après l'étape de laminage, l'étape d'entrée/sortie sélective comprenant : une étape de séparation de brame consistant à couper la brame reçue dans l'étape de coulée continue et séparer celle-ci d'un cheminement principal relié au laminoir à partir de la machine de coulée continue, si le processus est arrêté après l'étape de laminage ; et une étape d'introduction de brame séparée consistant à mettre la brame séparée sur le cheminement principal, si le processus après l'étape de laminage est à nouveau effectué. De plus, la présente invention, selon un autre exemple, porte sur un dispositif de coulée continue laminage qui permet d'effectuer le procédé de coulée continue laminage.
